Mandating Vaccines Win in Courts

Here in Australia our last legal hope hinged on a case in the NSW Supreme court against mandatory vaccinations. I personally donated to this cause. They needed half a million they reckoned as the lawyer was going to cost $22K/day.

I don’t know if you knew of it (and if you managed to watch the live stream) but it was a complete sham. For $22K/day, the legal team for the plaintiff’s was pathetic. After listening for 2 days all we saw was a bumbling fool get torn apart by the judge. He literally had no case, he brought in so called experts that had nothing to do with the most serious questions, and at the end of it all, no one even knows what rights he was professing to claim and protect.

On monday, I suspect it will conclude and the judge will rule in favour of the NSW Govt. When this happens, all govts in Australia will unleash hell on all of us.

REPLY: This was a real shit-show, as they say. There are lawyers who are told on the side by the government to yield if you don’t want your career terminated. They threaten lawyers all the time in political cases. It is entirely possible that this was a sham. I cannot imagine paying any lawyer $22k a day. That was insane. The defense was not professional.

The ONLY way to win this is to tie it to the right to privacy. If they can mandate vaccines, then they can deny women the right to an abortion. The two are linked. A woman cannot have the right to abortion despite the theory it is her body, so it’s her choice, but then the government can mandate vaccines that are not proven. The two are inconsistent. I think you need a real lawyer who has his heart in it.

On Friday, Justice Sotomayor also declined to grant an injunction against NYC’s mandate. The ONLY way this can win is to tie it to abortion. The Democrats will not agree to overrule Roe v Wade, so you have to box them in.

Doctor Performs Blood and Immune System Test Before and After COVID Vaccination, The Alarming Results Motivate Him to Share This Video

Dr. Nathan Thompson was approached by a long-term patient, we will call him Mr. Smith, who was being forced by his employer to get the COVID-19 vaccine.   Mr. Smith and Dr. Thompson have a long history together, as the doctor helped his patient change his lifestyle and eliminate Mr Smith’s type-2 diabetes.

Because Mr. Smith has a long history of blood tests to form the baseline for his healthy immune system; and because the patient was being forced to take the COVID-19 vaccination; Dr. Thompson and Mr. Smith decided to take comparison blood tests after the first shot and after the second shot to see if/ how the patient’s blood-work was impacted by the vaccine.  The doctor states his, “Jaw dropped after seeing the blood test results following the second shot.”

The results alarmed Doctor Thompson so much, with the patient’s permission, Thompson felt compelled to record this video and share the results.  Overall, the blood-work showed a massive negative impact to the natural immune system of the patient.   Because his patient is now more at risk after the vaccination, Dr. Thompson is left with multiple questions; including how long will this vaccine-induced autoimmune compromise last in his patient?   WATCH:

Perhaps the most alarming aspect is the specifics of the weakened immune system making the patient more vulnerable to ordinary cancers.

New York Largest Healthcare Provider Fires 1,400 Workers For Non-Compliance With COVID Vaccination Requirement

Two points.  #1) New York is shutting down healthcare provider services due to lack of human resources.  #2) New York’s largest healthcare provider, Northwell Health, just fired 1,400 workers for failing to take the forced vaccination.  Both of these points are currently facts in New York state.

NEW YORK – Northwell Health announced Monday that the company let go of 1,400 employees who decided not to comply with the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers.

“Northwell regrets losing any employee under such circumstances, but as health care professionals and members of the largest health care provider in the state, we understand our unique responsibility to protect the health of our patients and each other,” a spokesperson for Northwell Health said in a statement. There It Is – Study Finds Predominance of Antibody-Resistant SARS-CoV-2 Variants in Vaccine Breakthrough Cases in San Francisco Bay Area

What this study finds is exactly what vaccine developer Geert Vanden Bossche (Belgium) has been predicting.  The predominance of antibody-resistant SARS-CoV-2 variants in vaccine breakthrough cases from the San Francisco Bay Area, California. [DATA LINK HERE]

The California study finds that vaccinated individuals are more susceptible to COVID variant infections than unvaccinated.  Geer Vanden Bossche has been warning that vaccine antibodies would suppress natural antibody responses.  The vaccine antibodies take control of the immune system and defend only against a targeted virus.

Among vaccinated individuals, a COVID variant virus is not recognized by the specialized antibodies provided by the vaccine, and the natural antibodies have been programmed to stand down.

(MedRxiv) Associations between vaccine breakthrough cases and infection by SARS coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) variants have remained largely unexplored. Here we analyzed SARS-CoV-2 whole-genome sequences and viral loads from 1,373 persons with COVID-19 from the San Francisco Bay Area from February 1 to June 30, 2021, of which 125 (9.1%) were vaccine breakthrough infections. Fully vaccinated were more likely than unvaccinated persons to be infected by variants carrying mutations associated with decreased antibody neutralization.

[…] These findings suggest that vaccine breakthrough cases are preferentially caused by circulating antibody-resistant SARS-CoV-2 variants, and that symptomatic breakthrough infections may potentially transmit COVID-19 as efficiently as unvaccinated infections. (read more)

Be careful around vaccinated people, because they can carry a more resistant form of COVID-19.  Additionally, the highly specialized antibodies in the vaccine create a need for a booster for each antibody resistant variant.  Israel is already on booster #2.

Dr. Vanden Bossche has been using Israeli data and showing how the widespread vaccination rates were creating pressure on the virus to mutate into variants with higher levels of contagion. The unvaccinated group has been keeping the pressure down by defeating the virus and carrying natural immunity. However, as the unvaccinated population is increasingly made smaller, the pressure on the virus to mutate increases. Subsequently, these mutations stay at higher or more effective levels of infection.

Israel is already on its second round of booster shots.

The long term impacts of antibody dependency are unknown.  Some doctors and scientists are already worried that normal cancer fighting antibodies will become dormant and we could see an explosion of unusual cancer clusters due to antibody suppression caused by the COVID vaccines.

Remember, no one knows exactly what this targeted vaccine will do to the overall human immune system as it responds to other viruses or infections.  The vaccinated population are the human trial subjects, and the unvaccinated population are the control group.

In the U.K. data study there were:

157,400 Delta variant cases amid the fully vaccinated (26.52% of total cases), and 257,357 Delta variant cases amid the unvaccinated (43.36% of total cases).  However, when it came to severe outcomes 63.5% of deaths were from the fully vaccinated group.

Good grief, could this power thirsty bureaucratic weasel be any more dislikeable?  During an interview with CBS Margaret Brennan, Joe Biden’s Chief Medical Advisor, Anthony Fauci says, “It’s too soon to tell” if Christmas gatherings will be authorized by the government. As if anyone gives a tinker’s damn what this weasel has to say about it.  [CBS Transcript Here]

However, on the positive side…. Margaret Brennan did actually ask something relevant:  BRENNAN: “The president announced nearly a month ago that businesses need to mandate vaccines for their employees or submit them to weekly testing. We looked. It’s been a month. None of this paperwork has been filed with OSHA to make that happen. Was this a stunt? Are you seeing companies follow through even without the legal mandate filed?”

Senator Ron Johnson Shares COVID-19 Data from Public Health England, Refutes “Pandemic of The Unvaccinated” Narrative

Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) used his time on the Senate floor to discuss recently released COVID-19 data from Public Health England in the U.K. [DATA pdf Here]

Ironically, Senator Johnson is forced to use the Senate floor to share the information in an effort to stop government and Big Tech censorship of the discussion.  Unlike the rest of the nation, the House and Senate chamber rules create a free speech zone that prohibits anyone from censoring congressional debate and discussion.

Senator Johnson outlines data from the U.K. clearly showing the vaccines offer no protection from the claimed Delta variant.  COVID-19 is carried and shed by vaccinated individuals.   The subsequent rate of COVID-19 hospitalization and COVID-19 death appears unaffected by the vaccine itself.  WATCH:

As Senator Johnson notes: 63% of the deaths in the U.K. during the 7 month period being discussed were among the vaccinated population.

37-Year-Old Oregon Mom Dies From Vaccine Complication, Vaccine-Induced Thrombotic Thrombocytenopenia, Blood Clots

A terribly sad story from Oregon highlighting a young mother who did not want to take the COVID-19 vaccine but was forced by government demands to accept the vaccination shot in order to guide her two children, Bridget and Clara, through school. After taking the jab, Ms. Wilson died from blood clots caused by the vaccine.

Jessica Berg Wilson, 37, of Seattle, Wash., passed away unexpectedly Sept. 7, 2021 from COVID-19 Vaccine-Induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT) surrounded by her loving family. Jessica was an exceptionally healthy and vibrant 37-year-old young mother with no underlying health conditions.

Nebraska Medicine, a large health network associated with the University of Nebraska Medical Center, recently shared an article on their website claiming that vaccine-induced immunity is superior to natural immunity, basing their conclusion on one set of data with small sample size. For some reason, the writers of the article downplayed a prominent Israeli study suggesting natural immunity is superior. The Midwestern group declared that in that Israel-based study, led by Maccabi Health System, a leading HMO, the retrospective study design could not factor away survivorship bias and selection bias. 

Nebraska Medicine bases its conclusion on one CDC-sponsored study finding that 36% of COVID-19 cases do not result in any SARS-CoV-2 antibodies. The study suggests that the different tiers of severity levels may be associated with varying levels of antibodies. While the Israeli study involved hundreds of thousands of people, the CDC-based study included 72 people and 144 plasma samples collected at enrollment and follow-up visits for antibodies specific for the COVID-19 spike protein. They found that 36% of the cohort were “nonresponses.” Weimin Liu, a University of Pennsylvania virologist, led the study. Liu et al. noted that false-positive PCR tests were unlikely but could not be ruled out. Seroconverters and nonseroconverters would also most likely respond differently to the vaccine. Nebraska Medicine did not highlight the limitations of this small study, but noticeably pointed out potential shortcomings of the much larger Israeli study.   

Nebraska Medicine completely ignored the Cleveland Clinic study involving over 50,000 healthcare workers. In the article, “Group Think USA,” TrialSite reported that the Cleveland Clinic actually pulled the study down, and in its place, uploaded a plea to get vaccinated. Their explanation was that more research was needed, and that the study took place before the emergence of the Delta variant.   

The Cleveland Clinic study involved the testing of 52,238 employees at the prestigious medical center. The study established a positive RT-PCR equating to COVID-19 infection. Two thousand seven hundred fifty-nine of the total subjects were previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 while 54% of that group (1359 people) never received a vaccine. Results showed that over a 5-month period, none of the 2,759 employees became reinfected. The study authors concluded that once an individual is infected with SARS-CoV-2 and recovers, they are unlikely to benefit from vaccination.  

TrialSite respects Nebraska Medicine’s call to get vaccinated, but they should be careful basing an entire argument on a study with 144 samples, with possible false positives, while completely discounting a major real-world study in Israel involving hundreds of thousands of data points.

John Davison Rockefeller Sr. (1839–1937) was born into a large, poor family in upstate New York that moved to Cleveland, Ohio. He became an assistant bookkeeper at age 16 and went into several business partnerships beginning at age 20, concentrating his business on oil refining. He became rich when he founded the Standard Oil Company in 1870. He ran it until 1897 and remained its largest shareholder.

After Rockefeller retired, he spent most of the last 40 years of his life creating modern philanthropy. His fortune was mainly used to create targeted philanthropy, which has been the model for Bill Gates. Rockefeller created foundations that targeted medicine, education, and scientific research. His foundations funded medical research and nearly eradicated hookworm and yellow fever that killed many in Philadelphia during the mid 19th century.

By 1865, Standard Oil was the largest and most profitable organization in the world, moving to Manhattan to house all the new employees. At last in 1911, the Supreme Court of the United States found Standard Oil Company of New Jersey in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. It was to be broken up. Standard Oil was eventually forced to break into multiple companies because it was ruled a monopoly, BP, Exxon, ConocoPhillips, and Chevron (among others) are all subsidiaries of Standard Oil. Curiously, Rockefeller has been Bill Gates’ idol. Microsoft was also to be broken up, but Gates stepped down as part of the deal.

Rockefeller is usually portrayed as a villain with a host of bad traits. He was ruthless, unscrupulous, greedy, and a noted bully who carved a very cruel path to dominance. As a percentage of the United States’ GDP, no other American fortune ever reached such a height 1.6% of a GDP, which was $92 billion when he died. Bill Gates may be following Rockefeller and his philanthropy returns a profit like his shares in vaccines. He pretends to hand out money when in fact it is more like venture capitalism. But today, GDP is about $21 trillion so to match Rockefeller, Bill has to accumulate $336 billion. According to Forbes, Bill is worth $130.6 billion, so he has to create a lot more diseases to manufacture endless vaccines to catch up at just 0.006%.

The New York Times reported on Rockefeller in 1937: “He was accused of crushing out competition, getting rich on rebates from railroads, bribing men to spy on competing companies, of making secret agreements, of coercing rivals to join the Standard Oil Company under threat of being forced out of business, building up enormous fortunes on the ruins of other men, and so on.”

Likewise, Bill Gates is leaving his children a tiny fraction of his wealth, again, following Rockefeller.
