The IRS scandal was one of the worst for it effected the election of 2014
The system was never really broken, what was broken was selective enforcement and little to no “real” border security.
A tough case to settle legally but Free Speech means without restriction; so if someone is threatened by the words of another that is totally in the discretion of that person what if a political candidate felt threatened by the harsh words of an opponent that said he was going to beat him. The opponent meant beat in the election and the other candidate said he felt he was going to be physically beaten — who is right!
The Supreme Court is weighing the free-speech rights of people who use violent or threatening language on Facebook and other social media.
The justices will hear arguments Monday in the case of a man who was sentenced to nearly four years in prison for posting graphically violent rap lyrics on Facebook about killing his estranged wife, shooting up a kindergarten class and attacking an FBI agent.
Anthony Elonis of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, says he was just venting his anger over a broken marriage and never meant to threaten anyone.
But his wife didn’t see it that way, and neither did federal prosecutors. A jury convicted Elonis of violating a federal law that makes it a crime to threaten another person. A federal appeals court rejected his claim that his comments were protected by the First Amendment.

These people are insane personal weapons are the last resort of a free people when they are taken the citizens soon become serfs!
One would think in this day and age that talk of banning guns would be something far in our past.
But it’s not.
In an opinion column posted on November 23rd, Tallahassee Democrat columnist Gerald Ensley called for a ban on all handguns and many commonly used hunting rifles.
Unbelievable.
Here’s just a few of the things that Mr. Ensley had to say:
“It’s the guns, stupid. […]. Take away the guns and they don’t happen.”
“I’m not talking about gun control. I’m not talking about waiting periods and background checks.
I’m talking about flat-out banning the possession of handguns and assault rifles by individual citizens. I’m talking about repealing or amending the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.”

A good way to start the week … lol
The net result of this group meeting will be like all the group meeting Obama holds with his silly breakout session where the participants solve all the worlds problems by making them worse!
I can’t disagree with anything said here — but no matter ones views if you are an American than what he is doing to destroy the country should be enough to unite us in stopping him!
This is a war between the secularists and those that believe in God and his teachings. We must stand firm in our beliefs and if these unjust actions are taken against us it is a price that we must endure!
Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran, who is also a Baptist deacon, recently published a book entitled Who Told You You Were Naked?
In this book he apparently talks about sexual promiscuity, homosexuality, and sex outside of marriage. Needless to say, because of his personal belief on homosexuality the LBGT community was outraged and because of this outrage he was suspended without pay for one month and ordered to undergo “sensitivity training.”
