With the full out assault on the Constitution by Obama the key elements in the Bill-Of-Rights will be gone are, for all practical purposes gone between a corrupt congress’ and Presidents’ combined with a Supreme court that hasn’t understand the principles is constitution for a long time. The last item that they need to complete the transformation is the confiscation of the guns and so the small increase in gun rights is good they will soon get universal gun registration and that is the beginning of the end.

Americans are waking up to what is being done to then but its way to late to make much of a difference! The passage of the 1,600 Page CR Omnibus Spending Bill I guess was the last straw for me after we have the the Senate they gave us the shaft!

When you have a movement of million of potential terrorists that is growing e.g. ISIS, and is dedicated to your distinction I’d go more that just water boarding. But then I was an infantry officer and on the front line not a politician or an academic and I wouldn’t care where the information came from if it saved any of the troopers life’s in my command.

One could say that the Republicans meaning the RNC would rather be Democrats than embrace what the voters wanted them to do. We do understand that Obama can veto things and will but we don’t appreciate your not even trying!

In fact the Geneva convention on the rules of war only apply to the uniformed members of a countries military.
