This is a wild story. A New York high school science teacher named Laura Parker Russo vaccinated the friend of her son during a visit to their house. The kids’ parents did not give permission and had no idea about it until he came home and told them. No one knows how the teacher got vials of the J&J vaccine and/or if there is only one victim.
What is it about unstable people being drawn to the teaching profession? The Daily Mail has video of the event. Mrs. Laura Parker Russo has been arrested. Can you even fathom the mindset of a person who would do this?
(Via Daily Mail) – […] Footage made public Monday shows Laura Parker Russo, 54, cleaning the unidentified teen’s skin as she prepared to administer a dose of the J&J vaccine into his right arm. As Russo smiles, the teen can be heard saying: ‘There you go, at-home vaccine,’ in the video obtained by NBC New York.
The outlet reported the vaccine being the Johnson and Johnson brand, which is only recommended for adults. She stuck the needle into the boy’s arm on New Year’s Eve, police said. The vaccine was authentic, but it is unclear how Parker Russo – who has no medical qualifications – obtained it, and cops are now investigating the matter.
Russo, a Herricks High School biology teacher according to an online bio, was arrested and charged after the teen returned home and told his mother about the shot, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
‘The mother had not given permission or authority to have her son injected with a Covid vaccine and called police,’ a department press release said. (read more)
Can you imagine your 17-year-old son or daughter coming home from a friend’s house and saying, “Oh, by the way, Billy’s mom vaccinated me today“… wait, wha? What kind of person would even think this would be remotely okay to just start vaccinating random kids, friends of your kids, without consent of their parents? This is beyond nuts…
And this is the mindset of people who could be reasoned with?
The sports industry has long suffered at the hands of pandemic restrictions amid stadium closures, quarantines, and formerly healthy athletes dying after taking the vaccine. Despite numerous leagues throughout the world being fully vaccinated, cases of new athletes contracting COVID appear in the news daily. Tennis star Benoit Paire took to Instagram to announce he tested positive for COVID “for the 250th time.” While that may be hyperbolic, his sentiments resonate with many.
“Honestly I can’t deal with this Covid s*** anymore. How am I doing? Because of Covid I got a runny nose, but because of all these quarantines spent in a hotel room halfway across the world, I don’t feel good mentally… Last year was tough, and this year starts exactly the same way!!” As many can relate, the psychological effects of COVID restrictions have wreacked more havoc than the actual virus.
“Just one thing, I’m 100% for the vaccine, but let’s just live as before Covid, otherwise I don’t see the point,” Paire added. Perfect summarization – what’s the point? What is the point of forcing the world to adhere to mRNA vaccines, mask mandates, lockdowns, quarantines, travel bans, mass unemployment, and more if there is NO PLAN TO RETURN TO NORMAL? Make it make sense.

Immediately following the scenes today in Amsterdam, this seems like a very appropriate place to put the latest remarks on the situation by Neil Oliver.
As the financially controlled GBN professional pundits walk the tightrope between their very visible ideological support for the elitist oppression, and yet tender offerings for an audience thirsting for the freedom message, the stenographers across the pond ask Neil Oliver for his perspectives as we head into the New Year.
Neil Oliver, standing firmly upon the position of the righteous, is forced to play pretend with the pundits in order to broadcast his message. Yes, the independent and overwhelming majority of significant voices in the rebel alliance have to make these decisions. It is what it is…. but the message is well transmitted regardless. WATCH:
Neil Oliver knows the subtle skills it takes to move the Overton window from the perspective of the ‘right side of history.’ His comments about forced and coerced isolation as a criminal act are not only true, but also well received and well-articulated.
The ruling class, fraught with ever growing fear, has crossed into the Rubicon of lawlessness. I agree with Oliver that overall, this will lead to a good outcome. The line of acceptance is different for all people. We need the forces driving that line to move rapidly in order to assemble the largest army possible.
Unfortunately, we are in an era where we see how weak many of our brothers and sisters have become as the era of dependency, example: “We are the world” collectivism, has rotted the spirit of aggressive individualism.
We are simultaneously trying to move the fulcrum bubble for characteristics like laziness, complacency, guilt and shame. That type of effort can take a generation, because we were lazy about it before. We rolled our eyes, dispatched the politically correct, and allowed the indoctrination machinery of education, culture and public policy to shape the landscape. Now, now we see the longer-term consequences.
On the positive side, the rebel alliance is growing daily. It takes moments of great consequence to overcome generational complacency. That is the opportunity we are being given with COVID-19 and the government exploitation of it.
The hidden totalitarian nature of government and ruling class is being revealed, this is a good development for those who were trying desperately to get people to see it before.
I too am optimistic, like the moment in the battle when the disproportionate brutality becomes visible, and the tides change in favor of victim. The cheers around the colosseum do not have to start out supporting the gladiators in order for the gladiator to ultimately become victorious. Indeed, any gladiator worth his salt knows the primary goal is to change the chant and instill fear in one gilded chair.
The need for control is a reaction to fear. Extreme measures to retain control are reactions to equally extreme senses of fear.
All around the world, right now, there are mini dictators tenuously clinging to power and trying to control a much larger mob. They have multitudes of advisors helping them, they have financial resources, and they have enforcers. However, just as Gaius Julius Caesar lost control with the entire Roman army around him, so too are these dictators and totalitarians subjects to a much larger citizenry.
Squeeze harder…. Please, squeeze harder.
As fast as possible, we need to get to the point where we are finally going to deal with them. Simultaneously, they are trying to avoid being dealt with. Squeeze harder, says the slave gladiator as others surface to join the fight. Squeeze harder.
This will not end well for the ruling class. So, let’s get on with it…

Previously the police in Melbourne, Australia, held the record as being the most violent anti-protesting enforcement mechanism of a totalitarian state, using tanks, tear gas and rubber bullets to wage war against their citizens. However, today the police in Amsterdam said, ‘hold my beer‘ and went one step further.
Massive anti-lockdown demonstrations in Amsterdam turned into real violence with protesters mauled by police dogs and beaten with batons in the streets. The COVID compliance police went to extraordinary lengths to be physically violent as noted in the videos from the protest. WATCH:
Another video shows just how massive this crowd was; and, at any given moment, if this crowd REALLY wanted to turn the tables on the police and put blood on the streets, it would have been entirely possible.

An interesting question surfaces as the vaccine mandate is enforced. Is it the Omicron variant creating the labor shortages leading to “societal disruption,” or is it the absence of the unvaccinated workers who have been removed from many companies?
In this segment, Dana Bash asks the chief White House political scientist if the nation should prepare for major societal disruption under the guise of Omicron. As we have previously noted, the absence of a small number of highly efficient and productive employees, the vital few, can have a major impact on business operations (Pareto’s principle). Is that what we are really seeing, and they don’t want to admit it?
It does not seem coincidental the specific areas cited by Fauci, police, fire and first responders, are the exact jobs where the vaccination mandate was the most controversial. Additionally, the percentages he cites are very similar to the unvaccinated percentage previously reported in those work groups.
A data driven Suspicious Cat remains, well, increasingly suspicious.
You decide…

It may be an uncomfortable or politically incorrect thing to say in modern times; however, twenty percent of the workers in your system of employment deliver eighty percent of the productivity. Yes, 20% of the workforce around you delivers 80% of the result. This natural truth has been consistent for decades, and within that truism is the nature of man – found in the Pareto Law.
What you need to remember is… if you are reading this, YOU are almost certain to be part of that twenty percentile that your employer or system operator depends on. You are a doer.
You are likely one of the top performers at your job.
You are the person they rely upon.
YOU are the most critical worker in a system that is mostly comprised of less productive people – and that fundamental truth is the important part to remember when you consider the impact of noncompliance with the vaccine mandate.
If doers do not perform their function, it is not the same as the generic Sally Smith not showing up to work. The twenty percent of the workforce that are doers produce eighty percent of the result. Ask any leader within any large organization or operation, and they will affirm this basic truth.
Doers are smart, they are beyond average in intelligence, and once they understand the mission objective, they will solve problems independently. Doers are not sheep. They are smart enough to do independent research and become well skilled and knowledgeable on any issue that is elevated in importance.
Doers don’t just dive into a project without thinking. They control their enthusiasm long enough to formulate wise objectives and figure out a production plan in order to succeed in whatever they’re set to do. Doers give themselves enough time to think and plan, but they don’t stand around debating, they SOLVE.
Doers challenge the status quo looking for ways to improve their task efficiency. Doers do not skimp on quality despite their drive to accomplish tasks. Though they thrive on increased productivity, and enjoy seeing improvements quantified, doers make sure to retain and improve standards for quality.
Doers are self-motivated. They look forward to working hard, and they keep an internal score on their own accomplishments. Doers are proficient at their tasks, and they have an exceptional work ethic. They fuel their internal drive by setting more and more challenging goals for themselves and seek continuous improvement.
Doers don’t sit around waiting for someone to tell them what to do. Doers accomplish goals and objectives with a speed and efficiency that is often annoying for those who do need to be told what to do. Doers tend to move on quickly to the next task at hand right after they finish their last one. However, doers also appreciate pausing to review their success, and they enjoy watching reasonable celebration for achievement – but they don’t dwell on it, they self-motivate to the next goal.
These traits likely sound familiar to you because YOU are a doer. YOU are part of the critical 20 percent of the larger group who accomplish 80 percent of the work. So, when you contemplate that only 20% of the workforce may stand resolute in their independent thoughts for not accepting a forced medical intervention as a condition for employment; remember, that twenty percent are the most critical of critical workers.
That 20% of independent, self-motivated, exceptionally productive – perhaps to a fault at times, workforce is the backbone of any operation, institution, system or workplace. Those who own or manage the workplace know exactly who that 20% are, and they will not want to lose the doers.
The employers and managers will not want to lose the doers, because they know the doers are the ones who can keep hundreds of plates spinning on sticks without being told which plate is wobbling, and which plate needs attention. Those who are in charge of keeping the plates spinning know the system will collapse if they are only left with plate spinners who need to be told which stick needs attention. The bosses know they will exhaust themselves having to give constant direction to the non-doers.
You are not crazy.
You are a doer.
YOU are critical.
In my opinion, this explains what the corporate executives knew, those who requested the change from the CDC, and why they made their request(s). This fundamental point -and outcome- is an admission the political leftists in government, politics and media need to avoid.
This is why the CDC changes seem irreconcilable when contrast against over a year of false “public health” claims.

Before getting to this soundbite, a note for those who travel the deep weeds. Notice how whenever Fauci is answering questions on COVID subjects that are positive to his worldview, he uses the phrase “we“, including himself in the conduct of health officials. However, whenever Fauci is answering questions that are critical of health officials, he uses the phrase “they“, to distance his role in the decision-making. This is a key ¹*tell* in any conversation with leadership and/or teambuilders.
In this soundbite [full interview here and below], Anthony Fauci notes the CDC guidance on quarantine exit is likely to change, specifically because the feedback from media has been critical. The media have been struggling to support the fear narrative, and the CDC changes are not helping them. As a result, Fauci says the CDC quarantine guidance will change. Not very science-y, huh? WATCH:
Fauci, along with Stephanopoulos, is a big fraud and a narcissistic con artist. Notice in the full interview (below) Stephanopoulos asks if the media should stop focusing on infection rates now. Transparently, the media motive is to stop the criticism of the Biden administration.
Going deeper on the introductory point: Blame-casting is a profoundly negative leadership trait, with horrific consequences. Stable executives, those with extraordinary skills at leading massive institutions, always look for this blame-casting trait when listening to peers, lower-level executives and teambuilders within the organization.
¹The most effective leaders, people of the most consequential influence, listen 95% of the time and speak only about 5% of the time. And when they do speak, the overwhelming majority of that time is simply to ask more questions.
If you want to become a leader of enormous consequence, listen more, speak less, even if that means silence. For those of you who are young in your career, consider this advice for a New Year resolution. It is not easy to listen 90% and talk only 10%. Those who can do it have extraordinary confidence in who they are, confidence expressed with a rare currency of leadership humility.
People who speak less are considered more measured, stable-minded, more thoughtful, contemplative, analytical and more strategic. These are tremendous assets in a large organization. Again, for most people listening is not an easy skill to develop; it takes time, mentorship, a great deal of practice and intense focus at first. However, once you learn how to listen effectively your influence will skyrocket.
Listening is also a strong negotiation skill in both life and business. When you encounter a problem with a product or service, you can watch how powerful it is just by staying silent as soon as both parties understand the problem.
Rather than repeating your argument/position in multiple terms, learn to state your position with clarity and focus, including all the reasons why your position on the issue at hand has merit. THEN SHUT UP, even if you are tempted to speak, even if the reply is nonsense, stay silent. The other party will almost always start speaking again.
As long as you are silent, the other participant is carrying the monkey of the next move in the negotiation or arbitration. If you are forced to break the silence, do so only by asking a question about the position of the other party. Clarify using your words regarding what you just heard, and ask if that is correct. Then, shut up again.
In both large organizations and small teams, those who have either an inherent or learned skill in the art of listening are always the most influential and the most valuable.
For those of you who are employers or already leaders, whenever you hear a person or team-member use “we” when describing positive outcomes and “they” when describing negative ones, do not EVER -regardless of their other skills- consider elevating their leadership in your operation or organization. If you do, you are setting your organization on the path to failure in the long term.
This little pro-tip on listening and speech has been consistently true. However, only a select few people are gifted and/or able to do it.

Madness, just madness. Montreal, Quebec has reinstituted a COVID curfew as the Canadian government promotes the fear of Omicron. [Prior Media Report Here] The concept of a curfew is not only arbitrary, but also abject nonsense. Somehow the Rona is going to be worse at 10:15pm than it was at 9:55pm?
The scenes from the police patrolling the street, and instructing people over loudspeakers to go home, are dystopian and something you might see or hear in some fictional movie. The commonsense of government is gone completely. What did all of those people get double vaccinated and boosted for? WATCH:
MONTREAL – […] ” “I know we’re all tired, but it’s my responsibility to protect (Quebecers),” said Legault. “(Experts) agree that, in the coming weeks, there is a risk that the number of hospitalizations will exceed our capacity, which would eventually lead us to no longer being able to treat everyone,” said Premier Francois Legault.
He made the announcement at a Thursday evening press conference, where he was joined by Health Minister Christian Dube and Public Health Director Dr. Horacio Arruda. People who violate the curfew are subject to fines ranging from $1,000 to $6,000. (more)

A couple of things are a little, well, shall we say, odd about this. First, is the casual nature of how the Australian media just slip this little stunner into their broadcast as if it’s just an ‘oh, and by the way‘ type of message.
Second, is the evolution of this official government narrative from “it’s just a jab”, perfectly safe and fine, to, well, only a “rare few” will have adverse reactions to the perfectly safe jab… and, oh yeah, boosters now. By “rare few” we, um, mean around 79,000 people approximately, n’ stuff. Might be costly, but… whatevs.
According to 7News Australia, “Doctors say that the benefits far outweigh the risks, but as the COVID vaccine rollout ramps-up through the booster phase, there are a rare few who suffer severe side effects. The federal government is now offering compensation for anyone who becomes seriously ill after having their COVID shot.” WATCH:
Why is the Australian government having to pay this out? Where’s the vaccine company liability? Oh wait, yeah.
For scale, the entire population of Australia is essentially the same as the state of Florida. Imagine if Governor Ron DeSantis mandated the jab, and told all Floridians 80,000 of you will likely suffer severe adverse reactions, but it’s in your best interest… oh, and you don’t have a choice. Wait… wha, huh?
