The Complexity of the Middle East

ECM Islamic State Wave 10

QUESTION: Marty, I cannot thank you enough for your coverage of the Middle East. Nobody provides such valuable forecasts for our entire region as you do.  I  know you have had friends in the various royal families, and you have been observed meeting with various central banks in the region. You have not been an analyst in theory only. You have been here and walked in our lands. As we say: أحضر الناس جوابا من لم يغضب “The best answer will come from the person who is not angry.” That is you.

My question is: Your Islamic Wave concludes next year, 2025.22, on March 21, and I understand that the ECM is not in Socrates, which calculates cycles independently. Since we see March/April as a critical turning point next year on many arrays, should we be alerted to more chaos in the Middle East during this period?

Thank you so much for your independence. What they did to you proved to everyone you are both honorable and independent. They did the same to Trump, proving he was not one of them and winning.

Their time is coming, جزاء سنمار جزاء مُجيرِ أُمِّ عامِرٍ الجزاء من جنس العمل “You reap what you sow.”

ANSWER: Thank you. Yes, their time is coming. That’s 2032, but it started here in 2024 and will escalate into 2028. I have argued for years against the NEOCONs who judge the Middle East by their own ideas. They fail to comprehend that this is tribal. Everyone in Syria does not share an identity of being Syrian. They see themselves as first being Sunnie, Shite, Druze, Christian, etc, etc. They have sought to remove Saddam, Assad, and Quadafi under the theory that they would install democracy and they would bring peace to the Middle East. They judge the entire region as if this was a thesis for a PhD in school detached from reality. From the very beginning, the Sykes-Picot Agreement sought to carve up the Ottoman Empire and artificially create nation-states that never existed. These theories are so detached from reality that they have plunged the world into constant wars and confrontations.

There is a significant confrontation in the Middle East that appears many have never considered since they have focused on Iran rather than Turkey. While NATO has constantly pushed the propaganda that Putin wanted to retake Europe to reestablish the USSR, right within NATO there has been rising discord against this centralized dictatorial dogma. Turkey has long fostered a hatred of Greece, and this feud extends back to the Turkish conquest of Byzantium/Constantinople in 1453. But it has been the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan who has fueled his dreams to conquer the Middle East to reestablish the Ottoman Empire that was broken up by the West in 1916 – not Putin.

Checkpoint Charlie

The Russian people have no desire to return to communism. Once they tasted freedom, nobody in Russia, China, or Eastern Europe wanted to surrender that freedom again. I personally went behind the Berlin Wall to see for myself what it was really like. I was horrified. Our cancel culture today was following the very same path I witnessed there where freedom of speech was dangerous.

I think it is important that we understand that, just as in Christianity, that is only a religion – not an ethnic group. The same is true in Islam. The Turks are not of the same ethnic cloth as those in Arabia in general. According to historians and linguists, the Proto-Turkic language originated in Central-East Asia. The origin has potentially been placed in the Altai-Sayan region, Mongolia, or Tuva. The Proto-Turkic speakers were potentially primarily hunter-gatherers but also included farmers. They would evolve into nomadic pastoralists due to the climate changes.

A 2003 study found that some Xiongnu remains from Mongolia had paternal and maternal genetic lineages that have also been found in people from modern-day Turkey. There is no question that medieval Turkic groups exhibited a wide range of both East Asian and West-Eurasian physical appearances and genetic origins. In Central Asia, the earliest surviving Turkic language texts have been discovered from the 8th century. Although initiated by the Arabs, the conversion of the Turks to Islam was filtered through Persian and Central Asian culture. Under the Umayyads, most Turks were domestic servants, but then, under the Abbasid Caliphate, they were trained as soldiers. That was the downfall of the Abbasid Caliphate, for by the 9th century, Turkish commanders were leading the caliphs’ Turkish troops into battle and rose in stature both militarily and in political power. They began to rise,e establishing provincial dynasties of their own supported by Turkish troops.

Seljuq Tughril Beg 1038 63 AV Dinar 3.42g

Tughril I (1037-1063) was the Turkoman chieftain who founded the Seljuk Empire during the 11th century. They are known as the Seljuk Turks, who were influenced by Persian civilization. Thanks to their military training, they were able to overthrow their masters, taking the eastern province of the Abbasid Empire. By 1055, the Seljuks captured Baghdad and began to make their first incursions into Anatolia, modern-day Turkey. When they won the Battle of Manzikert against the Byzantine Empire in 1071, it opened the doorway to Anatolia and the eventual conquest of Constantinople. They were able to breach the once impenetrable walls with cannons from Asia.

1092 Byzantine Monetary Reform

Although ethnically Turkish, the Seljuk Turks appreciated and became carriers of Persian culture rather than Turkish culture; they were not of the same gene pool. Nonetheless, the Turkish language and Islam were introduced and gradually spread over the region. With time, the transition from a predominantly Christian and Greek-speaking Anatolia to a predominantly Muslim and Turkish-speaking one was underway, thanks to the monetary crisis of 1092 and the fiscal mismanagement of the Byzantine Empire. All empires ultimately collapse from their own internal corruption as we witness today in Europe, Canada, and the United States.

Byzantine Islamic 7th Century AD

In the 7th century, the Byzantines began putting the image of Christ on the coinage rather than the emperor. That forced the Arabs to establish their own currency giving birth to Islamic coinage. Previously, they merely used the Byzantine coinage, which had become the world’s dominant monetary system. We do not see gold coinage struck in Europe after the fall of Rome in 476AD until the 13th century because the gold coinage of Byzantium was the internationally accepted coinage.

Israel did strike hundreds of targets in Syria, about 80% of the military capacity, to eliminate chemical weapons and arms that could then be deployed against Israel; they also sent troops deeper into the country to retake the buffer zone that had been there for 50 years. While many are merely pointing at Israel, the rebel groups that toppled Bashar Al-Assad’s regime were funded by Turkey. Amid all the chaos, one man stands to gain more than anyone else who has become a key powerbroker – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

To complicate matters, we have some Christians and Jews trying to bring about the end times.  Over the years, the dominant world powers have fiercely competed over these lands. My father was with General Patton, who began fighting against the German invasion in the Middle East.

The computer has highlighted the shift in trend coming early in 2025. I will do a special report on this crisis in January.

Israel’s Proportional Response Confirmed by Oil

QUESTION: Marty, when looking at the arrays in crude oil, I did not see any panic forecast by the computer until next year. The Directional Change is next week. Is this why you say that Israel’s response would be proportional and not attack the oil or nuclear facilities?

GF

ANSWER: Yes, in addition to my sources. But you are learning to use the arrays correctly. The Biden Administration was warning Israel not to attack the oil production, for that would result in a spike in oil prices and would harm Kamala’s election chances. Secondly, I explained that Iran’s nuclear facilities were constructed deep underground and Israel would be powerless to thwart that development. At best, the USA has bunker bombs that were developed for Afghanistan. Maybe they might be able to hit their nuclear facilities, but even that is not a guarantee.

Thus, looking at this information combined with the arrays confirmed that Israel would make just a proportional response that did not wipe out the Iranian oil production.

Al-Qaeda Asks Hamas to Release Israeli Hostages?

Al QaedaISRAELIhostages

Al-Qaeda, the same terrorist organization that was blamed for 9/11, has called on Hamas militants to release Israeli hostages. Mustafa Hamid, also known as Abu Walid al-Masri, who is father-in-law to Saif al-Adel, the man believed to now head Al-Qaeda, allegedly issued a statement calling for the immediate release of hostages, SITE claims.

SITE Intelligence Group is a for-profit American-based consultancy group that tracks white supremacist and jihadist organizations. This is the same agency that allegedly received a 30-minute video of Osama bin Laden in September 2007 and was tasked with releasing it to the press. Some called that video fake as bin Laden’s face was frozen on screen for all but 3.5 minutes, but US intelligence agencies told the public it was authentic.

A year later, SITE released footage of what it believed was a jihadist attack. That footage was produced by the video game Fallout 3. The for-profit agency was forced to release a statement after the Telegraph called them out on their bluff.

“SITE reported to its subscribers that extremists posted the image to a password-protected forum affiliated with al-Qaeda. This is entirely accurate. Moreover, this information was part of a report describing the general atmosphere in this forum with regard to extremists’ discussions on weapons of mass destruction, making its context all the more important. This report in its entirety is also completely accurate.”

Hamas Soldiers

SITE is led by an Iraq-born Israeli analyst named Rita KatzHer father was publicly hung in the central square of Baghdad a year after the Six-Day War as Saddam Hussein’s government believed he was an Israeli spy. The family then fled to Iran, and many years later, Rita Katz joined the Israeli Defense Forces and studied in Tel Aviv. Kata and Josh Devon founded SITE in July 2002 to analyze “corporate records, tax forms, credit reports, video tapes, internet news group postings and owned websites, among other resources, for indicators of illicit activity.” SITE issued that 2007 video of Osama bin Laden to the Bush Administration and became involved with US intelligence agencies.

The claims that Al-Qaeda is linked to the CIA or that various terrorist groups are supported by Mossad do not seem to be far-fetched conspiracies. Why would Al-Qaeda care about the Israeli hostages? “No one cares about the Palestinian prisoners, neither in the media, in negotiations, nor in demonstrations,” Al-Qaeda allegedly stated. SITE claims that Al-Qaeda was concerned after Israel executed Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, stating that “this file must be closed and not opened again, as we know its consequences,” according to the statement.

One must wonder if the Biden-Harris Administration left those weapons in Afghanistan for a reason. Are we to actually believe that a jihadist group is concerned about the welfare of Israeli hostages? These people do not fear death and Yahya Sinwar’s killing is clearly not motivation enough for the organization to release such a statement. Simply follow the money to see who is actually funding these terrorist organizations. The deep state is becoming careless in its statements as the curtain begins to blow in the wind.

Israel vs Iran

Israel vs Iran 1

QUESSTION: Netanyahu has told Lebanon to purge themselves of Hezbollah and Iran to overthrow their religious government. Do you think regime change is the target objective in this conflict?

NS

ANSWER: Regime Change tends to be more of a wish than an actual military goal. Largely this is the old saying the king is deal, long live the king. Regime Change depends upon the people. Far too often some assume that if you just take out the head of state, you will get regime change. You may get a change far worse. The goal of Israel for their response would break down to three strategies.

(1) Attack Military Targets (that produce the missiles

(2) Economic Targets, such as the oil production

(3) The nuclear targets

The first would be a proportional response. The second would disrupt the world economy sending energy prices higher which Biden is against before the election, and the third is far more difficult for they are underground and Israel lacks bunker attack type bombs that the US does possess.

In Japan, it was the military government that seized control and made the emperor subservient to them. The Japanese blamed their military for causing the war so you have had a deep concern about them ever again seizing power. That is the regime change that can take place after a military confrontation.

Israel vs Iran

The Middle East is far more complicated than the Western Media reports. Quietly, Saudi Arabia and Jordan support Israel, for they see Iran as a threat even to their sovereignty despite their populations often taking the opposite position. Iran is Shite and maintains that the religion should rule, not kings. If Iran were taken down, they would quietly be celebrating.

As the world waits for Israel’s response to Iran, the two main targets remain their nuclear facilities and their energy production. The problem with the nuclear facilities is that Iran has placed them deep under the ground. Israel lacks bunker-type weapons, but the US has such weapons. Suppose they lent them to Israel to attack the underground facilities in Iran. In that case, that will most likely divide the region and perhaps result in China and Russia coming into the area.

Israel vs Iran 1

Attacking Iran’s oil facilities would send oil rising. The Biden Administration does NOT want that to happen before the election. Hence, we have had this paused response from Israel. Before the election, it would seem that the only major target would be nuclear development. However, this would not terminate their capability and could accelerate their move to nuclear capability.

The Biden Administration has allowed more than 1,000 terrorists to enter the country. As we head into October 7th, we should expect terrorist attacks domestically inside the USA, and Israel will be under pressure to take some action by Monday 7th – the 1st anniversary of the Hammas attack.

Iran Attack Israel – All Bets are Off?

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, can you give me an update on Iran? Your target for war was October. Here it is, October first, no less. Do you still see the war extending into 2027?

IRAN ECM

ANSWER: For the next two weeks, this should intensify. This will escalate into 2027, and I do not see a diplomatic solution as possible. This is all just coming to a head. Iran is moving into its peak due in 2027. The reorganization appears to be coming by mid-2031.

Iran M Array 10 1 24
Israeli_Sheqel M Array 10 1 24

The computer projected October in both Iran and Israel, so beware that volatility will rise in December/January when the halfway mark of this Iran ECM cycle is reached heading into 2027. The first quarter of 2025 does not look very good globally. We will address this at the WEC. There will be streaming. Over 40 countries have already signed up, which exceeds our normal 37 countries for the WEC.

The real question is whether Iran has yielded to the Arab world. Or has Iran gotten approval from Russia because Europe wants World War III? Even the Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs has called for a harder line on Russia and keeps up the nonsense that Russia is afraid of NATO and will not attack in the traditional sense.
