Eventually both sides have to get past the talking points and start putting demands to paper.
According to President Trump’s envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, Ukraine has put forth a draft proposal outlining their general terms for a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia. Now the Trump administration is awaiting a similar draft from the Kremlin.
Once both drafts, what they are calling “term sheets”, are received and reviewed it appears that President Trump will reengage the process and seek to bring both parties to the negotiation table. At least that looks like the general outline.
Retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg, notably an anti-Russia leaning participant in the construct (worked for Mike Pence), appeared on Fox and Friends earlier this morning to discuss the current status of the issues, against the backdrop of President Trump’s frustration. WATCH:

Following the first direct meeting between Ukraine and Russia since the war started in Istanbul on May 16, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the Kremlin would draw up a draft proposal listing its conditions for a lasting peace, which is due to be released this week.
Once the White House has both documents they will coordinate between the two sides. According to the Ukraine envoy, another round of talks will happen afterward.
‘There is going to be another meeting, and we believe it will probably be in Geneva,’ he said. Ukraine’s allies want the meeting before the June meeting of the G7 countries in Canada, the newspaper La Repubblica wrote.
Russia wants to return to Turkey for a second round of talks with Ukraine, Lavrov said during a joint press conference in Moscow with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on May 27. Earlier, Lavrov dismissed the idea of holding negotiations at the Vatican as unrealistic.

COMMENT: Mr. Armstrong, it is becoming obvious why the government has suppressed you, and others are trying to prevent people from listening to you. What has blown my mind is that you put out the ECM cycle on the Russian Ukraine War, and you had the date of May 15th published since 2022. The negotiations on Ukraine in Istanbul with Russia are scheduled for May 15, the exact day you said this war would have a key turning point, 3 years in advance. I know you have been persecuted for your discovery rather than hailed as the discoverer of a new dimension in global social-political science. We should all be writing to Trump and the Nobel Prize Committee to listen to you. This is more than just about you. We have to wake up as a society before it’s too late.

REPLY: Thank you. This frequency has picked up so many events to the day that it is remarkable. The Economic Confidence Model has worked countless times to the very day. There is certainly order hiding beneath the appearance of chaos. The vast majority will NEVER give me credit for anything during my lifetime. That is just the way it always works.
Yet, what you describe about Tesla’s treatment is on par with humanity. What I have discovered will only become widely accepted after I am gone, not before. They tried to kill me, but I survived. Giordano Bruno (1548 – February 17th, 1600) was burned alive for agreeing with Copernicus that the sun was at the center of the solar system, not Earth. It is dangerous to discover something that society does not want to hear. Gallileo was forced to confess and change his theories to avoid being burned alive like Bruno. My discovery in cyclical analysis has threatened the bankers and those who think they can manipulate society. Hypatia was a prominent female figure in philosophy, mathematics, astronomy, and mechanics in the 4th-century city of Alexandria. She was murdered in the year 415 AD by an angry mob who literally tore her to pieces before killing her. Even German philosopher Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz was also a logician, scientist, mathematician, mechanic, and physicist. He knew about the law, history, foreign affairs, and languages. Leibniz was a brilliant person. Before Newton did, he came up with mathematical analysis, worked on combinatorics and the foundations of mathematical logic, described the binary number system with the numbers 0 and 1 used by computers today, and made many other important discoveries that changed many fields. He was in a fight with Newton and was prejudiced because he was not English.
Leibniz’s last years were tough because George I, King of Great Britain, didn’t like him and thought he was nothing more than a court historian. The famous scientist was harassed and dragged into court dramas. He was also put under house arrest and was constantly being watched by a spy. Because he was out of favor in London, the Royal Society refused to even view it as appropriate to recognize his passing. Even in death, their hatred continued.
Numerous inventors who were ahead of their time have been ignored or even demonized during their lifetime. Their legacies remind us that recognition often hinges on societal context, not just ingenuity.
Throughout history, many inventors made groundbreaking contributions but received little recognition or even contempt during their lifetimes. Here’s a list of another 11 notable figures whose work was rejected until after their deaths:

Much of Europe celebrates “VE Day,” Victory in Europe Day on May 8th, to celebrate the defeat of the German Nazi regime and the ending of World War II.
Within Russia “Victory Day” on May 8th is a big deal, a very big deal. Russia lost approximately 27 million people in World War II, approximately 8.7 million military men and approximately 18 million civilians. Think of the scale. Somewhere in the range of 35 to 40% of Russian men were killed in war. Throughout Russia, honoring the history of May 8 is a big deal.
Russian President Vladimir Putin declared a ceasefire of hostility in the Ukraine conflict surrounding Victory Day, as celebrations in Russia take place from Thursday through Sunday. However, in keeping tradition with the Nazi history, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his Ukraine military, with support from EU NATO allies has launched an offensive into Russia’s Kursk region -regardless of human cost- simply to humiliate Vladimir Putin.
UKRAINE – Ukraine has launched a stunning offensive in Russia’s Kursk region in a major embarrassment for Vladimir Putin.
The Kremlin was determined to expel all Ukrainian troops from Russian soil ahead of this week’s Victory Day parade.
He declared a three-day ceasefire with Ukraine, starting Thursday and ending Saturday, to mark the 80th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s victory over Nazi Germany in the Second World War. Chinese President Xi Jinping is expected to attend the official ceremony on Friday on Moscow’s Red Square.

The Failure of the London peace talks last Week was a critical defining moment. The “peace talks,” which were meant to take place in London on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, collapsed as US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Steve Wytkoff cancelled their attendance. Instead, Wytkoff headed for Moscow for his fourth meeting with Vladimir Putin. This was indeed what some will refer to as a watershed moment for European powers, demonstrating that they are not about to lure Trump into supporting their war of conquest and vengeance against Russia for the days of the Bolsheviks.
Zelensky now knows that he cannot play Trump as a fool. Now he has cleverly tried to con Trump into still creating World War III by changing the label again. He met with Trump at the Vatican for the Pope’s funeral. Zelensky’s new scheme is to get NATO protection without being a member of NATO. His proposal is now that he could not join NATO, which will provide the security guarantees with pretend peace-keepers against future Russian aggression, when this entire war began with Ukrainian aggression against the Russians in the Donbas.
The solution has always been to honor the Minsk Agreement, which Merkel and France intentionally lied about when they negotiated, playing Putin for a fool while Ukraine built an army. Honor that peace agreement, and 1.1 million Ukrainians would still be alive today, and 8 million would not have had to flee their country.
Putin even tried to explain the importance of the Minsk Agreement to avoid conflict. Zelensky understood that he was throwing his country into the meat-grinder all on the orders of the Neocons and NATO, who he now says they acknowledge he cannot join NATO, so they will provide the same protection just as a security guarantee without membership.
Allow the Donbas to vote and separate, as took place in former Yugoslavia, also resulting in countless deaths in the Kosovo War. It was the West that lied and wanted this war, pretending that they were defending Ukraine’s territory, which they could have also said about the breakup of Yugoslavia. Why not oppress all those ethnic groups to stay together?
It was former German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck (1815-1898) who in 1888 foretold of a coming great world war that would “come out of some damned foolish thing in the Bakans.” The ethnic hatreds in this entire region are insoluble.
Ukraine MUST be divided like Yugoslavia, or there will NEVER be peace. Zelenksy is playing Trump as the fool all over again. He does not propose NATO’s Article 5 protection, but he did express optimism that there could be guarantees that were like the protection it offers. Trump between not just count his fingers shaking hands with this piece of shit determined to create World War III and the NATO protection as Article-5-like guarantees would still bring all of NATO into Ukraine if it is still not a member. You cannot trust Zelensky or any of the EU leaders, including Starmer.

The EU was hoping to get Trump to fund the insane war against Russia, as they are building their military in preparation for what will become World War III, the same strategy they pulled with the Minsk Agreement to buy time for Ukraine to create an army. This time, it is an EU army. The phrase “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me” is attributed to Anthony Weldon, who wrote about it in his 1651 book, “The Court and Character of King James.” The saying emphasizes the importance of learning from past mistakes to avoid being deceived again. They are playing both Trump and Putin for fools once again.
Starmer, Macron, and Zelensky were hoping to fool Trump into providing an open-ended security guarantee for a Zelensky regime while Europe bought time to create its EU Army. They honestly think they are clever and more intelligent than everyone else. Moreover, they were seeking to defraud the United States with Ukraine’s rare earths pretense promising to sign some deal with Trump when last January 16th, 2025 Keir Starmer flew into Kiev and signed a 100-year partnership with Kiev worth £3 billion a year indefinitely while Zelensky signed over the bulk of Ukraine’s resources and infrastructure capital to British interests – not American. The deal was part of this idea of resurrecting Europe to rise against as the leader of the world, as if they were Charlemagne trying to revive the old Roman Empire.
The deal was supposed to boost London’s financial markets. However, as always, they expect the USA to fund the expenses while they reap the profits. Even Boris Johnson explained, without the US security guarantee, “not a penny can flow from this investment.” Indeed, Starmer also confirmed that the “US backstop is vital” for London to reap the profits, which would include rare earths that they would then mark up and sell to the USA. As Marco Rubio explained, “President Trump isn’t going to take that. He’s not going to get gamed. He hopes Zelensky isn’t trying to hustle the United States; that’s not going to be productive here.” This is an outright fraud against the United States.
Of course, Zelensky is a Neonazi and he gets his instructions from the Neocons and London. He pretended to be Christian and joked about confiscating the assets of Russians and Jews. He announced he was suddenly Jewish ONLY after he became president.
This is what the Ukrainians were doing to Jews. They killed the woman and threw her child into a grave alive, so they did not waste bullets on Jewish Children. This is what Zelensky would joke about on stage before becoming president.
These horrible world leaders, willing to sacrifice their own people for personal hatreds, should be in prison. They think that they are smarter than Trump. Sorry to say – he is not Biden! Playing Trump for the fool, both Britain and France had to back off from sending in their peace-keeping troops to Ukraine, which would have protected this deal of strip-mining Ukraine. So now they have revised their scheme to get Trump to agree to NATO protection in an Article-5-like proposal, which they will still use to blame Putin as the aggressor, so they can strip-mine Russia, or so they believe.
They have also played Putin for the fool, assuming he, too, is stupid and would agree to their terms. At the same time, they build a European army to achieve their ultimate goal of conquering Russia and gaining the $75 trillion in assets that Russia has in natural resources. Getting their hands on that, they believe, will elevate Europe to rule the world since that is twice the value of the US national debt.
Upon the death of Pepin, Charlemagne (768-814 AD) became king of the Franks in 768 AD, initially as co-ruler with his brother Carloman I. However, Carloman suddenly died unexpectedly and unexplained in December 771, conveniently leaving Charlemagne as the sole ruler of the Frankish Kingdom. He then began to expand his empire, conquering tribes. He became the King of the Lombards in 774 AD, and then Emperor of the Romans from 800 AD. It was about three intervals of the 309.6-year cycle until another Frenchman sought to conquer Europe – Napoleon. Here we are, 224 years later, with eyes once again on conquering Russia.
Putin is also not dumb. I would NEVER agree to such a proposal involving the EU, which has never told the truth, has its eyes on the conquest of Russia, and I would sign a mutual agreement with China that if one is attacked, the other will come to their defense. Then the old Cold War will rise again, but the EU is just not trustworthy.
Ukraine is engaging in terrorism, not warfare. They are violating every principle of international law, targeting even an engineer in Trussia who worked on the modernization of Russia’s electronic warfare in Ukraine. This is NOT a legitimate target in war. Ukraine is NOT an honorable adversary. All rules of engagement should be forgotten. So, people who design weapons in Ukraine are legitimate targets for assassination now? That was not how wars were fought.
Moscow will dictate the terms of peace if that can even exist. Zelensky has betrayed the Ukrainian people for all the money. He is so hated in Ukraine, and he knows he would never win an election, so he keeps extending the Martial Law, and the politicians who support him keep filling their offshore accounts with untold amounts of money. Zelensky would have to flee Ukraine forever, and even that will not guarantee his safety. It will be a Ukrainian who assassinates this ruthless individual. If he were an Albanian, they would kill Zelensky, his wife, children, and the dog. Just as Ukrainians are engaging in targeted assassinations of civilians, this places all Ukrainians on a list for assassination.
My ADVICE to Trump: insist that an election take place, and send in Americans to monitor the voting. We have the technology to allow online voting securely. All Ukrainians would be allowed to vote in the Donbas, as well as the 8 million hiding in Europe. Let the Ukrainian people vote on their future – not this obvious piece of shit and that disparages “shit” for he is far worse.
Despite all the fake news, Ukraine is losing and will NEVER survive this Neocon war.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has been scheming to finalize the Pandemic Treaty to ensure global cohesion during the next pandemic. Over 190 member nations have agreed to surrender sovereignty in the name of public health, permitting an unelected organization of individuals to detail how they will respond to the next round of government imposed biological warfare.
WHO Director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who is not a medical doctor but a Klaus Schwab appointee, declared this as a global victory. Interestingly, Schwab resigned as soon as the treaty was finalized. “The nations of the world made history in Geneva today,” Tedros declared. “In reaching consensus on the Pandemic Agreement, not only did they put in place a generational accord to make the world safer, they have also demonstrated that multilateralism is alive and well, and that in our divided world, nations can still work together to find common ground, and a shared response to shared threats.
The One Health approach defines this treaty, which vaguely recognizes that all life on this planet is connected and therefore, under their rationale, requires a unified approach to problems. The WHO cooperates with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) to form the “Quadripartite” partnership that aims to promote the One Health agenda. The One Health High-Level Expert Panel (OHHLEP), controlled by the WHO, provides “the science” to guide all mandates.
This treaty provides a group of unelected officials with immense power. There are new financial terms outlined under the new treaty. Manufacturers producing pandemic-related products now must allocate 10% of production to the WHO at no cost, and they must deduce costs by 10% for the WHO as well. Members already pay annual fees to the WHO, but they will now be required to pool funding into a centralized financial mechanism (CFM).
Governments and international organizations will be expected to pay into the CFM. Developed nations will be forced to pay for others as each member has “common but differentiated responsibilities” based on GDP. However, there are discussions that private entities may also be forced to pay to ensure financial preparedness. The funds will be allocated at the direction of the unelected officials at the Quadripartite.
The WHO ensured that there was no transparency during COVID-19. The organization continually protected China at the direction of the Chinese Communist Party, despite the United States being the top donor to the organization. The White House has finally dispelled the COVID narrative perpetuated by “the science” and unelected organizations. They can and will do this again.
Social Distancing: The “6 feet apart” social distancing recommendation — which shut down schools and small business across the country — was arbitrary and not based on science. During closed door testimony, Dr. Fauci testified that the guidance “sort of just appeared.”
Mask Mandates: There was no conclusive evidence that masks effectively protected Americans from COVID-19. Public health officials flipped-flopped on the efficacy of masks without providing Americans scientific data — causing a massive uptick in public distrust.
Lockdowns: Prolonged lockdowns caused immeasurable harm to not only the American economy, but also to the mental and physical health of Americans, with a particularly negative effect on younger citizens. Rather than prioritizing the protection of the most vulnerable populations, federal and state government policies forced millions of Americans to forgo crucial elements of a healthy and financially sound life.
The World Health Organization: The WHO’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic was an abject failure because it caved to pressure from the Chinese Communist Party and placed China’s political interests ahead of its international duties. Further, the WHO’s newest effort to solve the problems exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic — via a “Pandemic Treaty” — may harm the United States.
COVID-19 Misinformation: Public health officials often mislead the American people through conflicting messaging, knee-jerk reactions, and a lack of transparency. Most egregiously, the federal government demonized alternative treatments and disfavored narratives, such as the lab leak theory, in a shameful effort to coerce and control the American people’s health decisions.
When those efforts failed, the Biden Administration resorted to “outright censorship—coercing and colluding with the world’s largest social media companies to censor all COVID-19-related dissent.”
Not a single person has been held responsible for one of the worst humanitarian crises in history. The now former chair of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, repeatedly stated that the pandemic would provide an opportunity for a Great Reset where one global entity will reign supreme. The WEF partnered with Bill Gates to co-host EVENT 201—a mock trial for the COVID-19 pandemic, one year before it began. The world is a stage, and we are the puppets that they control. The WHO was not directly involved in Event 201; however, Bill Gates is now the WHO’s primary donor, following the US’s departure.
The WHO requires a 12-month waiting period before a country can formally be removed from the alliance under the WHO Constitution. Donald Trump withdrew on January 20, 2025, with WHO membership officially ending on January 23, 2026. The disease cycle has honed in on 2026 as a major event. I am not saying that Disease X, the next pandemic outlined by the WHO, will occur before that timeframe, but the correlations are undeniable.

Hungary’s Viktor Orban is fighting declining birth rates with a “population first” agenda that will make parenthood more affordable. “We are building the world’s first family-centered economy,” Orban proclaimed. One of the first steps will be eliminating taxes for mothers.
Mothers with one child will be exempt from paying income tax until they turn 30, while women with two or more children will be exempt from the tax indefinitely. Around 600,000 mothers will currently benefit from the one-child exemption, with another 250,000 expected to benefit from the two or more exemption criteria.
“This is not just a reform; it’s the dawn of a new era for Hungary’s economy,” the prime minister stated.
Hungary reported its lowest birth rate since 1949 last year, with only 77,500 births or a 9.1% YoY decline, according to the Hungarian Central Statistical Office. Anyafalva Maternity Application conducted a study to ask potential parents why they planned to have no or fewer children. Around 52.9% stated that economic struggles were preventing them from having or expanding their family, and 43.8% noted work-related issues. Childcare and inflation, food inflation in particular, were also cited as causes.
Yet, Hungary’s population has been on the decline since the 1980s. At the current rate, the nation will be short 1 million citizens by 2050. The fertility rate remains around 1.34-1.59 children per woman. Another issue is that 7% of Hungarians, or 700,000 people, live abroad. This is especially prevalent with young professionals and skilled laborers, fueling the decline of the economy. Hungary’s private sector is currently short 60,000 workers, with shortages prevalent in health, education, and IT. Hungary’s per capita income is low amongst EU member nations, with 20% of the population at risk of poverty.
Orban has plans to attract Hungarians back home. Housing loan interest rates will now be capped at 5%. There are discussions of capping food prices as well, providing loans to expecting parents, housing subsidies, and even monthly cash payouts.
Eliminating taxes on mothers should be a no-brainer, but Orban is teetering on socialism by attempting to provide government subsidies to the population. Price controls DO NOT WORK. The government should not be permitted to invade the private sector.
Let’s take a look at Venezuela. Hugo Chávez implemented price controls to combat inflation, but it backfired and caused the nation to experience one of the highest rates of inflation in the world. The government arbitrarily set prices without taking note of demand, supply, or the cost taken on by the private sector. Business was no longer profitable, and small mom-and-pop stores disappeared. Those that remained could barely operate and experienced severe shortages of basic goods like food. The people panicked and began to hoard what they could, as they did not know when the goods would be available again. The same disaster occurred in the Soviet Union under Gosplan. Whether it is communism or socialism, any method that decimates the free market ends in an economic collapse.
Hungary also has a massive pension problem and an aging population. The government allocated between HUF 7,200 billion and HUF 7,700 billion in 2025, an increase of 655 billion from 2024. This year, Hungary’s overall budget deficit is expected to reach 4% of GDP. Then add the fact that they are an EU member nation, and despite Orban’s protests, they are forced by Brussels to continue aiding Ukraine indefinitely. Then you have Ukraine infringing on Hungary’s agriculture and energy sectors. Simply put, the government does not have the resources to hand out big payouts or expand its social programs.
“This will be a huge expense, but the reviving economy, the measures to support businesses, and full employment combined are capable of paying for this in a way that the budget deficit and public debt both decline,” he said. Government spending must be reformed before anything can be assessed. Inflation will persist, and capping prices ensures absolute failure. I have never agreed with the income tax in general, so the aspect of eliminating that burden for mothers is perhaps the only solid part of the plan.

Zelensky is a professional con artist. He has been steering Europe into World War III and loading up his offshore accounts. He keeps extending Martial Law so he does not have to stand for election. There is no way he would win an election after what he has been doing, kidnapping people off the street and sending them to die on the front line.
From my sources, Zelensky would be lucky to get 25%. In theory, even those in the Donbas and Crimea should be allowed to vote, and the 8 million who fled Ukraine. Those in the Donbas and Brimea would not vote for him, add that to the 75% in the rest of the country who are against him for prolonging this war, and perhaps he is down to 10%.
He extended the Martial Law on February 5th, 2025, until May 9th, 2025. He and his corrupt buddies will extend it again until August. If there was a peace deal that ended the war, he would have to flee. These people will tear him apart.
Oleksiy Arestovych is the former presidential advisor to Zelensky, resigned and fled to New Zealand for his life for criticizing him over corruption. Arestovych has vowed to run for president and imprison Zelensky and all the politicians supporting him, who are destroying the country and wiping out a whole generation, all to enrich themselves.
This is the former adviser to Zelensky, Alexey Arestovich, who quit in protest. He has publicly stated that “The west deceived Russia. They promised not to push NATO to the east, and they did. They turned Ukraine into a huge anti-Russian country. If I was in Russia’s shoes, I would have done the exact same thing.”He has vowed to run for President when elections are held, and he promises to throw Zelensky in prison for life with his cronies.

Zelensky will have to flee Ukraine if there were an actual election. There is no question about it, he will not live to see old age. His personal hatred of Russians will destroy Europe, and new governments will come to power, and they will see him for what he is, assuming he even makes it that far. I do not know where he would get political asylum if there are no WOKE governments standing after 2026-2028.
