US Opens Dialogue with North Korea

North Korea ECM 3

Donald Trump’s policy of meeting directly with world leaders is admirable. The world has been on high alert over North Korea’s involvement in the Russia-Ukraine war, yet no one is willing to meet with leader Kim Jong-un. Trump made history during his first term when he crossed over the DMZ line into North Korea, ignoring security risks, and becoming the first US president to do so. Trump has stated he plans to meet with Kim Jong-Un again.

“I will reach out to him again. Kim Jong-un is a smart man. He likes me, and I get along well with him,” the US president stated. This is not a boastful remark as Kim Jong-un does respect Donald Trump. Trump gave his nation legitimacy by taking the time to personally visit and has been the only major world leader willing to talk directly with Kim directly. Trump and Kim did happen to meet for the first time in Singapore which coincidentally aligned with our Asian seminar there.

Their discussions during Trump’s first term did not result in meaningful action, however, it showed America’s willingness to hold diplomatic talks with the hermit kingdom. North Korea has become a much more prominent threat to the world in recent years. Aside from sending 120,000 troops to Russia, the hermit kingdom has drastically grown its nuclear capabilities. Kim has increased his nuclear arsenal and increased testing of long-range missiles that could potentially strike the continental United States.

“North Korea’s denuclearization remains a consistent principle upheld by the international community, including South Korea and the U.S.,” a spokesperson for the South Korean Foreign Ministry said.

North Korea has threatened to use nuclear weapons if the US threatens its sovereignty. South Korea does not possess nuclear weapons but is protected by the United States, with thousands of troops stationed in the country since the end of the Korean War in 1953. Our model on Korea shows that the 72-year Revolutionary Cycle will turn up this year in 2025.

Clearly , tariffs and sanctions would have absolutely zero impact on North Korea. Similar to Russia, North Korea is fighting for its existence and continually on the defense. The nation would have been invaded years ago if it were not for the threat of nuclear war. Russia and China are the nation’s only lifeline but their economy is lifeless and the people. The people are starving as a result of the state of the economy and numerous poor harvests. It will be interesting to see what deal Trump brings the table and how Kim Jong-Un will respond.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe Outlines President Trump Expectations of Intel Community

An interesting interview between Maria Bartiromo and recently confirmed CIA Director John Ratcliffe.

Within the interview Director Ratcliffe outlines the big picture instructions and direction he has received from President Trump during the second term in office.  In essence, the request from President Trump is for all of the IC silo heads to begin completely removing the elements of political manipulation from within the operations they are now going to lead.

To accomplish the goal, the ultimate goal, President Trump has instinctively told the incoming IC administrators to regain trust through transparency.  This approach is not only to regain the trust of the American people, but also -importantly- to regain the trust of President Trump’s office, which has -obviously- been targeted by the same IC silos the new cabinet members are charged to steer.  This is a critical approach. Do not filter information, just provide the sunlight upon the information as assembled.

In alignment with Vice-President JD Vance’s recent comments on the issue, Ratcliffe notes this was one of the primary reasons he quickly released the CIA assessment on the Wuhan Lab in China as the most likely origin of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic virus.  While it is far too early to tell how effective Ratcliffe (and others) might be in this new priority goal, at least Ratcliffe outlines the importance of it very well.  WATCH:

Beyond Perfect Timing – Colombia Refuses Repatriation Flights, What Trump Does is Beyond Epic

Posted originally on the CTH on January 26, 2025 | Sundance

There are moments in life to just savor. This is one of them.

Apparently, Colombia has refused repatriation flights of illegal aliens.  President Trump responds forcefully, in what can only be described as epic, in part due to the timing of this.  Colombia is the #1 exporter of long stem roses (and other flowers) to the USA.  Valentines Day is about two weeks away.  I love Trump!

President Trump (via Truth Social) – I was just informed that two repatriation flights from the United States, with a large number of Illegal Criminals, were not allowed to land in Colombia. This order was given by Colombia’s Socialist President Gustavo Petro, who is already very unpopular amongst his people. Petro’s denial of these flights has jeopardized the National Security and Public Safety of the United States, so I have directed my Administration to immediately take the following urgent and decisive retaliatory measures:

-Emergency 25% tariffs on all goods coming into the United States. In one week, the 25% tariffs will be raised to 50%.

-A Travel Ban and immediate Visa Revocations on the Colombian Government Officials, and all Allies and Supporters.

-Visa Sanctions on all Party Members, Family Members, and Supporters of the Colombian Government.

-Enhanced Customs and Border Protection Inspections of all Colombian Nationals and Cargo on national security grounds.

-IEEPA Treasury, Banking and Financial Sanctions to be fully imposed.

These measures are just the beginning. We will not allow the Colombian Government to violate its legal obligations with regard to the acceptance and return of the Criminals they forced into the United States! (Source)

Seriously folks, there could not be better timing.

This might be a little salty, but this is FAFO at an exponential level of winning.

Enhanced Customs and Border Protection Inspections of all Colombian Nationals and Cargo on national security grounds.

Do you realize how important the export of Valentines Day flowers is to the Colombian flower industry, it’s huge.  This is epic.

In the aviation industry, the contracts for overnight flower deliveries (Roses) from Colombia on/around Feb 8 to 12th are some of the biggest air cargo logistical operations reoccurring on an annual basis.

Bananas, Coffee and especially Flowers.  lolol

Rose Garden” …nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say-no-more, say-no-more!
