Now Entire ISIS Opposition Command Mysteriously Blown Up in ‘Unexplained’ Explosion

This may not be 100% true but there is enough here to cause concern; since we do know that this administration does not have our best interest at heart!!

Bombing Was ‘Not Act of Terrorism’ -Boston Marathon Victims Denied Insurance Reimbursement

Crooked politicians and attorneys, but then I repeat myself, always find ways to make us think one thing but really means something else. Like having insurance that doesn’t really cover anything because of the “fine” print.

Were you under the assumption that the Boston Marathon bombings were an act of terrorism? Maybe it was because just after the bombings, the President said this:

“Any time bombs are used to target innocent civilians it is an act of terror.”

Turns out, if you look into the details, he actually never said it was an act of terrorism. There was much discussion about the whys and wherefores after his statement, and the mincing of the difference between the words “terror” and “terrorism” went on for quite some time.

Now, the Treasury Department has given its imprint on the perspective as well. And they haven’t “certified” it as an “act of terrorism,” either.

The context is the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, which was passed just after the 9/11 attacks. It’s a federally-administered and underwritten insurance program for terrorism-caused damage, designed to be relatively inexpensive but to compensate policy owners…

I’m a Rambling Man

Great write up … keep it up!

T Lee Humphrey's avatarPA Pundits International

TLeeHumphrey_AvatarIt’s been a hectic summer since I last wrote 2 articles about ISIS/L quickly moving into Iraq and the release of Bowe Bergdahl. I wrote those pieces during the first half of June. While the Bergdahl story has all but disappeared as we await the decision by military investigators on whether or not to court martial him the ISIS/L story has grown to a point that President Obama has had to make a prime time address to the nation about his decision to order a comprehensive and long term air campaign against the group in both Iraq and in Syria.

In June I wrote about his failed policy decision in 2010 and 2011 that led to the morphing of ISIS/L from a defeated entity in Iraq into a bi-country terrorist army occupying much of the Levant region so I won’t bore you with a rehash of my thoughts on how…

Susan Rice: It’s Not a War Because We Don’t Have Combat Boots on the Ground

If Susan Rice had a brain she would move up to the status of idiot! Its like saying we are using kinetic military action instead of saying we are or were in a fire fight with the enemy. Sanitized words so you really don’t know what they are saying.

deacon303's avatarWhiskey Tango Foxtrot

“Is the United States at war right now with ISIS?” asked CNN’s Wolf Blitzer during an interview with Rice, adding that it “sounds like a war to me” and asking “Is it fair to call it a war?”

“Well Wolf, I don’t know whether you want to call it a war or a sustained counterterrorism campaign,” she said, reminding him that Obama had vowed not to put U.S. combat boots on the ground.

She explained that when Americans thought about war, it was clear that they would think about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

“We’ll not have American combat forces on the ground fighting as we did in Iraq and Afghanistan, which is what I think the American people think of when they think of a war, so I think this is very different from that.”

The Fallacy Of Congressional Ethics

What is the “Senate Select Committee On Ethics”?

Well, simply stated, it is a group of six Senators who advise the other 94 Senators and their staff on whether or not those other 94 Senators, as well as themselves, are acting ethically within their duties as Senators – according to the their own made-up “Senate Rules”.

From the Senate Ethics Committee official website we read:

“Members, officers, and certain employees of the United States Senate, related offices, and candidates for the Senate are required by Title I of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, as amended (the “Act,” 5 U.S.C. app., Section 101 et seq., also adopted as Senate Rule 34) and Senate Rule 41.1 to file Financial Disclosure Reports with the Secretary of the Senate, Office of Public Records.

The Act gives the Senate Select Committee on Ethics the authority to administer the law for the Senate
