Oligarchs who once supported Viktor Yanukovych, the fourth President of Ukraine who fled during the revolution, have cleaned their image by donating money. The Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk, who spoke at Davos, was also the top donor for Clinton’s pretend charitable foundation.
