DOJ Protecting President Biden – Equal Protection of the Law?

COMMENT: Marty: You are very good at law. It looks to me that the DOJ is protecting Biden. When you look at the nine-count tax fraud indictment against Hunter, there is no mention of unpaid taxes from his million-dollar salary at Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company. Even the whistleblower emails suggested that Hunter got that deal with no experience because of a helping hand from then-Vice President Biden in what is influence peddling. While Hunter faces up to 17 years in prison for evading $1.4 million in taxes because of all the counts, we all know that will never happen. Biden or any Democrat in that office would pardon Hunter in a split-second.

The Indictment boldly states: “Between 2016 and October 15, 2020, the Defendant​ spent this money on drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and​ rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a​ personal nature, in short, everything but his taxes.” However, omitting anything about Burisma and Ukraine altogether is a cover-up.

REPLY: I am VERY familiar with Ukraine from the inside out. It is the MOST corrupt country on the planet. Biden has supported their war since it was American that began the civil war in 2014, sending countless amounts of money over there, which is unaccountable. In part, it is a payoff. Here you had Biden telling Ukraine not to ask for any more money because it might make Trump suspicious, and he might then investigate.

Biden has been lying about the Ukraine connection from the outset. Here we are sending billions to Ukraine, and the DOJ refuses to investigate that perhaps this has been bribing Ukraine not to spill the beans.

Not only has Biden been sending billions to support the civil war, but he is paying the salaries and the pensions of the government workers of Ukraine. WHY? Then instruct Zelensky there can be no peace agreement with Russia and keep throwing Ukrainians onto the frontlines to be killed.

This was the smoking gun. Biden demanded the firing of the prosecutor investigating the very company Burisma that hired his son with no experience. For the DOJ to omit all transactions with Ukraine tells us that they are protecting Biden at all costs while desperately trying to charge Trump for anything they can find.

Rule of Law Crushed

The Rule of Law no longer means anything. They prosecute what they want, claiming discretion, and they claim complete discretion. What Lord Coke feared is now overwhelmingly the standard exercise of law in this country – legal persecution. Hunter’s indictment is just a dog & pony show omitting Ukraine because it would open a whole new can or worms and justify impeaching Biden.

Biden Threatens Direct U.S. Troop Fights Against Russia if Congress Doesn’t Fund Ukraine

Earlier today Joe Biden threatened U.S. troop engagement with Russian troops if congress doesn’t provide further funding for Ukraine.  As the premise is pushed, a failure to fund the Ukraine war means Russia will move beyond Ukraine into a NATO country.  The premise is nonsense. WATCH:

Frankly, I think it’s stunning that we’ve gotten to this point in the first place.  While Congress — the Republicans in Congress is — are willing to give Putin the greatest gift he could hope for and abandon our global leadership not just to Ukraine, but beyond that.

If Putin takes Ukraine, he won’t stop there.  It’s important to see the long run here.  He’s going to keep going.  He’s made that pretty clear.

If Putin attacks a NATO Ally — if he keeps going and then he attacks a NATO Ally — well, we’ve committed as a NATO member that we’d defend every inch of NATO territory.  Then we’ll have something that we don’t seek and that we don’t have today: American troops fighting Russian troops — American troops fighting Russian troops if he moves into other parts of NATO. 

Make no mistake: Today’s vote is going to be long remembered.  And history is going to judge harshly those who turn their back on freedom’s cause.  

We can’t let Putin win.  I’ll say it again: We can’t let Putin win.  It’s in our overwhelming national interest and international interest of all our friends.

Any disruption in our ability to supply Ukraine clearly strengthens Putin’s position.  We’ve run out of money to be able to do that, in terms of authorization.

Servant of the People Leader Said NATO Forced Ukraine to Reject Russian Peace Treaty

Davyd Arakhamiia, leader of the Servant of the People, released a damning piece of information that has been swept under the rug as it proves Moscow attempted to end this war long ago. This key information is important to keep in mind as the Neocons have infiltrated all upcoming elections. Davyd was present during the peace talks with Belarus, Russia, and Turkey in 2022, shortly after the war began. Putin allegedly came to the meeting with a drafted peace agreement that would end the war if Ukraine granted Russia neutrality.

The Permanent Neutrality of Ukraine and Security Guarantees contained 18 articles with “everything is spelled out, from military equipment to personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” Avoiding future NATO membership was part of the agreement, but Russia was willing to surrender and end the war then and there. Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson acting on behalf of NATO allegedly made a surprise visit to Kiev during this time and persuaded Ukrainian officials not to accept the peace treaty.

Hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved if not for the Neocons. The West orchestrated this entire war from the beginning in an attempt to weaken Russia by any means necessary. Those who claim Putin is a warmonger hellbent on reclaiming the USSR is not listening to the facts. The New York Times estimated that over half a million soldiers had been hurt or killed during the battle back in August. True death figures are never released during times of war. Zelensky does not realize that the Neocons in charge know he will lose. The motives for this type of death and destruction are beyond comprehension.

Stunning Gaslighting – Joe Biden Says Food Inflation Nonexistent, Claim: “Thanksgiving Prices Fourth Lowest in History”

Joe Biden took gaslighting to an entirely new dimension today during remarks to brag about the recovery of U.S. supply chains during his administration tenure.

As incredible as it sounds, Joe Biden actually claimed Thanksgiving food prices were the fourth lowest in history despite the astronomical prices we pay at the grocery store.  This is economic gaslighting in the extreme as the inflationary data from the Bureau of Labor and Statistics proves.

First, here is the claim by Joe Biden:

  • Inflation surged to the highest level in over 40 years. Despite slowing their rise lately, consumer prices are up nearly 17.1% overall. Gasoline is up 50.3%.
  • Average weekly earnings haven’t kept pace with prices. After adjusting for inflation, “real” weekly earnings dropped 3.9%.

I had phone calls from Washington today. What is clear is that this Israeli-Palestinian War is indeed undermining even the political support for Biden within the Democratic Party. As I said on the phone today, Biden is not in charge. I have warned them that this is Blinken and Nuland and they better wake up. The White House is in full control of the Neocons, and they are running amuck. They fear a Trump victory, and from their viewpoint, they feel that they have to start a war to entrap even the next president.

Democratic support for President Joe Biden is wavering considerably. Behind the curtain, some are pushing for him to bow out of the 2024 election and let someone else run. When it comes to this Israeli-Palestinian War, with a rising number of Democrats, including former President Barack Obama, the killing of Palestinian civilians is just not acceptable.

Biden Strands Americans Abroad – Requires Them to Take out Loan to Leave Israel

This is yet another shocking example of the state stepping up when the federal government falls short. Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis is organizing numerous flights to bring home Americans who were abandoned in Israel by the Biden Administration. DeSantis welcomed home 270 people in Tampa over the weekend who otherwise would have been stuck sitting in an active warzone.

“For U.S. citizens who choose to take advantage of U.S. departure assistance, transportation may be by air or sea and will be to a nearby safe location and not to the United States,” the US State Department announced. So, the Biden Administration will fly Americans to European nations and they will be responsible for finding a way back home. Better yet, this is merely a LOAN as those fleeing are required to sign a promissory note whereby they agree to repay the US government for their flight into another foreign country. They will also be held responsible for their own lodging and accommodations as they attempt to migrate back to America.

This is an administration that spends money recklessly and adheres to no budget. They forced open our borders and flew in migrants from around the world. Now, the taxpayers are funding millions of outsiders living in America in addition to two major wars. It was our responsibility as Americans to protect Ukrainians, Israelis, and everyone wishing to leave their country to come to America. Neither finances nor national security is to blame for this failed evacuation strategy. These people did not choose to travel to a dangerous nation on the travel advisory list. They are tax-paying citizens forced to pay for outsiders to enter their home.

Does Biden want to see the body count of dead Americans rise to justify America’s presence in the Middle East? I firmly believe that the president hates his own country and its people.

Joe Biden’s 60 Minute Interview on Gaza Is the Saddest Media Display I Have Ever Witnessed

Good grief, if the stakes of this issue were not so high, I probably would not have watched this. Alas, a review was necessary to judge the competency of policy.  What follows is beyond sad.

I know many readers here will not like the thought of watching pudding brain mutter his way through a carefully edited and controlled interview by a corporate outlet intent on presenting Biden in the best possible light.  However, you only really need to watch the introduction by CBS host, Scott Pelley.

Never before have I seen a more transparently pathetic political defense presented as the introduction to an interview of a U.S. president. Pelley was apologetic toward Biden in the extreme, leading the viewer into an interview with prescripted justification and excuses for the content that would follow.  Watching Pelley set up this interview elicits a sense of embarrassment that such a set-up is needed.   When he gets into the interview, Pelley actually constructs the talking points for Biden, with explanations and outlines that provide simple yes/no answers from Biden.  This interview is so soft, it becomes pathetic to watch:

Joe Biden Interviewed by Special Counsel Sunday and Today Regarding Classified Documents Removed While Vice President

According to multiple media outlets, which means the White House is staying out in front of this story, Joe Biden was interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Hur (pictured below left) about the classified documents located in his Delaware home, beach house and office in Pennsylvania.  The documents stem from the time when Joe Biden was a senator and vice-president.

WASHINGTON DC – President Joe Biden has been interviewed by the special counsel team investigating how classified documents from his time as vice president ended up at his office and home, the White House said Monday night.

The interview was conducted at the White House on Sunday and Monday and was done voluntarily, the administration added.

“As we have said from the beginning, the President and the White House are cooperating with this investigation, and as it has been appropriate, we have provided relevant updates publicly, being as transparent as we can consistent with protecting and preserving the integrity of the investigation,” Ian Sams, spokesperson for the White House, said in a statement. (read more)

While Demanding Ukraine Funding, Joe’s Last Marble Falls Out of the Bag

I’m not saying he has entirely lost all his marbles, but there’s certainly a giant hole in the bag.

Toward the end of his remarks demanding more money for Ukraine, Joe Biden was questioned by the DC stenographers.  In one segment he was questioned about Kevin McCarthy keeping his word to provide unlimited billions for the Ukraine laundry operation.  As Biden started to talk about McCarthy… something went wrong and he had a Mitch McConnell moment.  WATCH (prompted):
