Last week the United States Supreme Court granted injunction requests from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and two Orthodox Jewish synagogues to block New York’s coronavirus-related attendance limits on worship services. Today the Supreme Court ordered a federal district court [link] to take a second look at a California church’s challenge to state restrictions on indoor worship services.
The Supreme Court is currently the only institution holding the thin and frayed constitutional line…

Stunning CCTV video footage of State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, shows that after poll monitors and media were told counting was done, four workers stayed behind to count mystery ballots. In the video the workers are seen pulling out suitcases containing ballots from underneath a table set up to hide their appearance.
The video evidence from Fulton County was played before the Georgia Senate Oversight Committee, members of the Press, and President Trump’s legal team.

CALIFORNIA – All residents within the city of Los Angeles should continue to remain in their homes and follow the city’s “safer-at-home” order, which mirrors guidance from L.A. County, according to the mayor’s office.
A public order posted on the mayor’s website Wednesday detailed many of the restrictions. People may lawfully leave their residences only to engage in defined essential activities.
Those experiencing homelessness are exempt from the requirement to stay inside.
Failure to comply with the new health order will constitute a misdemeanor subject to fines and imprisonment, according to the document. The mayor urged the Los Angeles Police Department and the city attorney to “vigorously enforce this.” (read more)

The power of government comes from the people; or as we say in the U.S. “from the consent of the governed.” When people lead, the politicians are forced to follow. Without implied consent the municipal or state government has no power. None.
The power of the local, regional or state authority comes from the expressed consent of the people. As soon as the majority of people deny that consent, those officials and state authoritarians lose all of their power. Yes, it really is that simple.
Those who construct the systems of control need to weaponize fear. Fear of arrest; fear of losing a business; fear of losing liberty or financial security. Local, regional and state officials rely on fear. As soon as We The People are no longer fearful, the control ends.
The overwhelming majority of dictates around COVID-19 mitigation are not laws. There was no debate; no input from representative government; and no option for the public to weigh-in on the decisions.
All unilateral rules are arbitrary, and despite many proclamations to the contrary, they rely upon voluntary compliance. As soon as citizens no longer voluntarily comply, the term of the rules has expired. Liberty is inherent. The removal of liberty requires consent.
How do We The People retract our consent? We simply refuse to comply.
When the majority of people simply refuse to comply with unilateral dictates, and laugh in the faces of those who attempt to enforce them, the government no longer has power.
If one person refuses to comply government can, and likely will, intervene. However, if tens of thousands rebuke these unconstitutional decrees, there isn’t a damn thing govt can do to stop it… and they know it. A non-compliant snowball becomes an unstoppable freedom avalanche.
If Attorney General Bill Barr says he can’t see any evidence of election fraud, then he’s not looking. Justice may be blind, but Barr is wearing blinders.
He needs to take off his Deep State Swamp-colored glasses and start prosecuting those behind the fraud.
That might not happen. I’m worried he will do what he’s been doing with the Russia collusion coup attempt by Deep State traitors. That is, mostly nothing. He’s been foot dragging and marking time until Trump’s term expires. The round man failed to put anyone behind bars.
There is sworn testimony and affidavits confirming election wrong doing. The Dominion computers have been hacked, stripped, and invaded by communist China. Counterfeit ballots on pallets. Dead people have voted. Mailed-in fraudulent ballots were rampant. Trump votes were tossed out and Biden votes were counted a half dozen times extra. Late ballots that appeared out of nowhere were back dated. The fraud goes on and on—especially in the swing states.
Barr is a former CIA associate and Attorney General for George H.W. Bush. He’s a Deep State man. Why Trump chose him baffled me. Now he’s showing his true swamp colors. CNN and the rest of the lying media were celebrating.
