Emerald Robinson has a great interview with Jack Maxey from Switzerland. Maxey was the first person to receive a full hard drive copy of the Hunter Biden laptop from Rudy Guliani. After media, Senate and U.S. government officials refused to take action, Maxey went to Switzerland in order to complete a full forensic audit of the laptop content in a neutral jurisdiction. {Background}
Previously, Maxey outlined [Daily Mail article and Video Here] his intent to share the full contents of the original files, and all of the retrieved deleted files, with the public so that people can see the scale of depravity and Biden family corruption within the evidence. In this interview with Emerald Robinson, Maxey states the full and searchable email archive will likely be completed early next week.
Additionally, in this interview Maxey goes into greater detail about the larger issues surrounding impediments to the release of information, including how the laptop contained access certificates to enter the Defense Department database. Maxey tried to get the DoD to address the issue without success, until he found a direct conduit to a two-star general who took the certificate codes, deactivated the access and thanked him for his diligence.
Unfortunately, that same general then told Maxey he needed to focus on securing the safety of himself and his family, as the full weight of the U.S. interests, including the intelligence apparatus and defense apparatus, will likely target him. Emerald Robinson does a good interview.
In my opinion, it is Maxey’s forensic review of the data and statements about making it all public, that triggered/pressured the collective western media to begin admitting the laptop issues were real and start covering the details.

Riddle me this my friends: The White House has officially admitted to creating misinformation, disinformation and malinformation as part of their strategic campaign against Russia in Ukraine. NBC news gleefully embraces the strategy {SEE HERE}. However, the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has an official agency mission {SEE HERE} to “help the American people understand the scope and scale of Mal, Dis, and Misinformation activities,” and Google/Big Tech have officially aligned with both U.S. government interests, promising to target, remove and penalize any entity engaged in Mal, Dis and Misinformation activities.
Please think about the inherent questions. On one hand the White House and Intelligence Community is admitting they are purposefully and intentionally creating misinformation, and on the other hand the White House and Intelligence Community are promising to target the origin of misinformation. In the middle, Big Tech speech police are saying they will be the arbiters of what constitutes misinformation. See the problem?
Before ‘circling back’ to the previously emphasized CTH position, first take a look at how “senior administration officials” are admitting to NBC the creation and promotion of misinformation under the auspices of weaponized false intelligence reports:
(Via NBC) – […] three U.S. officials told NBC News this week there is no evidence Russia has brought any chemical weapons near Ukraine. They said the U.S. released the [mis]information to deter Russia from using the banned munitions.
[…] Coordinated by the White House National Security Council, the unprecedented intelligence releases have been so frequent and voluminous, officials said, that intelligence agencies had to devote more staff members to work on the declassification process, scrubbing the [mis]information so it wouldn’t betray sources and methods.
[…] The idea is to pre-empt and disrupt the Kremlin’s tactics, complicate its military campaign,“undermine Moscow’s propaganda and prevent Russia from defining how the war is perceived in the world,” said a Western government official familiar with the strategy.
Multiple U.S. officials acknowledged that the U.S. has used [mis]information as a weapon even when confidence in the accuracy of the information wasn’t high. Sometimes it has used low-confidence intelligence for deterrent effect, as with chemical agents, and other times, as an official put it, the U.S. is just “trying to get inside Putin’s head.” (read more)
Despite the aligned ideological spin NBC puts on the context, the bottom line is that senior officials in the U.S. government are lying in an effort to create and support a propaganda campaign against Vladimir Putin and Russia vis-a-vis the Ukraine conflict.
The justification for the manipulation of information, the creation of dis/mal/and misinformation, and the propaganda campaign writ large, is based on a position that the U.S. is on the virtuous side of the conflict. Where virtue is determined by the officials creating the lies. Yes, lying for the public good, is essentially now the admitted narrative.
Putting aside the creation of lies to advance a strategic geopolitical objective, the bigger admission in the U.S. government statements is that much of the information coming to the American public -from them- is manufactured, false, fabricated and wrong.
Simultaneous to this admission of manufactured lies, the platforms of big tech and social media are saying they will target, remove and block any content that contradicts the official government position. In the case of Google, the dominating search engine for information over the internet, they state it is an infraction against their policy to espouse a claim “that contradicts official government records.” Yet, the U.S. government is officially admitting the information they are creating for the government records, is self-admittedly false.
Not wanting to overinflate the CTH position, but this now admitted reality is exactly why we have taken the following position.

You were not born with a requirement to believe everything you are told; rather, you were born with a brain that allows you to process the information you receive and make independent decisions.”…
There are only two elements within the public discussion of information, truth and not truth.
In an era filled with “fact-checkers” and institutional guardians at the gates of Big Tech, let me explain exactly why it is important not to accept the speech rules of the guards.
When you accept the terms “disinformation”, “misinformation” or the newest lingo, “malinformation,” you are beginning to categorize truth and lies in various shades. You are merging black and white, right and wrong, into various shades of grey.
When your mind works in the grey zone, you are, by direct and factual consequence, saying there is a problem. You are correct, however, this is where people may make a mistake. That problem is supposed to be there.
It is not a solution to the problem to try and remove the grey simply because it takes too much work to separate the white pixels from the black ones. You were born with a gift, the greatest gift a loving God could provide. You were born with a brain and set of natural instincts that are tools to do this pixel separation, use them.
If you define the grey work as a problem you cannot solve on your own, you open the door for others to solve that problem for you. You begin to abdicate the work, and that’s when trouble can enter. The sliding scale of Pinocchios is one of the most familiar yet goofy outcomes.
Put more clearly, when you accept the terminology “disinformation”, you accept a problem. The problem is then the tool by which authorities will step in to make judgements. Speech, in its most consequential form, is then qualified by others to whom you have sub-contracted your thinking.
When you willingly sub-contract information filters to others, you have lost connection with the raw information. CTH was founded upon the belief that truth has no agenda, nor does it care about you, your feelings, or your opinion of it. It just sits there, empirically existing as evidence of information in its most pure form.
The search for truth, in all things, is the mission objective of this assembly. Often, we don’t like the truth; often, the truth is bitter, cold, challenging and even painful to accept. However, the truth doesn’t care. Information in its most raw form is ambivalent to your opinion. If you struggle to accept these things, that’s when you need grey. The New York Times is not called the “grey lady” accidentally.
Personally, I am an absorber of information – perhaps on a scale that is unusual. But I do not discount information from any form until I can put context to it and see if the information makes sense given all the variables present. When something doesn’t feel right, it’s almost always because it isn’t right.
Often, I find myself struggling in the grey and complex. It is not unusual to spend days researching, digging, clarifying a situation, only to discover the path to finding the truth is in another direction entirely. Erasing everything and starting over is frustrating, but it is genuinely the only approach that works; and often finding truth is supposed to be difficult, that’s why it is rewarding.
In the digital information age, we are bombarded with information. It is easy to be overwhelmed and need to find something or someone who has better skills at separating the black grains from the white ones. All opinions in this quest should be considered; thus, it is important to allow the free flow of information.
I am not necessarily a speech absolutist. There is some language that needs to be constrained if we are to participate in a respectful society, with grandma’s rules and knowing the audience. The CTH has guidelines for comments for this exact reason. However, those constraints need to be based on a set of inherent values. When it comes to information it is important to draw a distinction from speech.
There needs to be an open venue for all information. Unfortunately, when we begin to apply labels or categorization to information, there’s an opportunity for information to be manipulated – even weaponized. Saul Alinsky spent decades pondering the best techniques to weaponize information and speech. Alinsky’s intentions in the endeavor to change society by changing how language and information was used were not good. He devoted his completed rulebook book to Lucifer.
Be careful about anyone saying we need to label or categorize information in order to control or remove speech from the discussion.
You were not born with a requirement to believe everything you are told; rather, you were born with a God-given brain that allows you to process the information you receive and make independent decisions.
Unfortunately, the collectively aligned group of U.S. Govt, the Intelligence Community and now Big Tech, are saying they will put every roadblock they can muster in your way as you attempt to navigate through the misinformation they control.
With that in mind, I would finish with this. Be kind to those who cannot see through the misinformation, and do not invest too much time trying to convince them. Convincing is an endless quest, because it transfers the responsibility of discernment from them to you. They will become dependent on you and that my friends can be a heavy weight upon you.

This evening, DC federal agents arrested two men who were pretending to be DC federal agents, who provided free stuff to the DC federal agents.
The two men arrested, Arian Taherzadeh (40), and Haider Ali (36), pretended to be part of a federal agency conducting federal investigations in Washington DC.
First things first, the plot worked. Federal law enforcement agents in Washington DC, took gifts including housing and other free stuff from the impersonators pretending to be federal law enforcement.
The media reports the motive of the two characters was to get “close” and form relationships with the federal agents that worked and operated around Washington DC, including the U.S. Secret Service detail for Jill Biden. As outlined by the Associated Press, the impersonators, Taherzadeh and Ali, operated in/around Washington DC as if they were part of the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS), and the local feds bought it. Best men.
(Via Associated Press) – […] Prosecutors allege Taherzadeh and Ali had falsely claimed to work for the Department of Homeland Security and work on a special task force investigating gang and violence connected to the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. They allege the two posed as law enforcement officers to integrate with actual federal agents.
Taherzadeh is accused of providing Secret Service officers and agents with rent-free apartments — including a penthouse worth over $40,000 a year — along with iPhones, surveillance systems, a drone, flat screen television, a generator, gun case and other policing tools, according to court documents.
He also offered to let them use a black GMC SUV that he identified as an “official government vehicle,” prosecutors say. In one instance, Taherzadeh offered to purchase a $2,000 assault rifle for a Secret Service agent who is assigned to protect the first lady.
Prosecutors said four Secret Service employees were placed on leave earlier this week as part of the investigation.
The plot unraveled when the U.S. Postal Inspection Service began investigating an assault on a mail carrier at the apartment building and the men identified themselves as being part of a phony Homeland Security unit they called the U.S. Special Police Investigation Unit.
Prosecutors say the men had also set up surveillance in the building and had been telling residents there that they could access any of their cellphones at any time. The residents also told investigators they believed the men had access to their personal information. (read more)

In recent interviews Maxey (pictured left) has started to discuss the buried information that was contained in the deleted files from the laptop – the things Hunter Biden did not want anyone to see. That deleted material, now retrieved and archived, is alleged to contain 450 gigabytes of images, pictures and videos that are very disturbing.
Maxey is stating [Daily Mail article and Video Here] he will share the contents of the original files and all of the retrieved deleted files with the public so that people can see the scale of depravity and Biden family corruption within the evidence.
Additionally, Maxey is revealing to The Daily Mail the background of how he gave the original material to media, the Senate and law enforcement, and yet no one took any action.
According to Maxey, despite articles written about potential financial crimes associated with documents in the laptop, which he states are the most minimal of the unlawful evidence contained within it, there is no official record in the justice department of the FBI handling of the laptop, because the intent of the U.S. government was to hide the material.
Support for Maxey’s claim of the U.S. government taking action to cover up the laptop material, is found in the example of him uploading specific searchable database files of the material into drop boxes in international file saving sites. However, as shared by the Daily Mail, “after about an hour, the links were taken down.”
(Daily Mail) […] Maxey said he believes the US government was hunting down files from the laptop posted online and flagged them to the companies.
‘There were five drop boxes: two in the United States, one in New Zealand, two in the UK. All the same drop boxes in which they tell us child pornography is shared around the globe without any consequence because they can’t look at it.
‘These are all Five Eyes countries, English speaking countries in an intelligence sharing agreement. And they were all ripped down.
‘So this means that our intelligence services, who still have not even acknowledged that they have Hunter Biden’s laptop, were obviously diligently doing cache searches across the internet to find out if any of this stuff was being released. (read more)
In addition to the Five Eyes intelligence scrubbing files from internet databases, Maxey claims he gave the material to the United States Senate, yet they did nothing with it. Maxey claims he gave the same material to several news outlets, yet they also did nothing with it.
It was not until Maxey went to Switzerland, and involved authorities who would not participate in a global effort to hide corruption, that U.S. media and U.S. law enforcement began to admit the material was credible, factual and damaging to the Biden family.
In essence, if Maxey had not used the resources in Switzerland, the information from the laptop would still be kept away from discovery. Ironically, Maxey went to Switzerland in part because that was the location of the only drop box not removed, and in part because he was told his life was in danger if he remained in the United States.
♦ One last point tangentially related. While referencing this Biden laptop issue and the totality of how all government agencies work in synergy to protect the institutional interests of themselves and Joe Biden – think back to the position of CIA contractor Edward Snowden and his position as he needed to provide evidence to the public about the surveillance systems -against U.S. citizens- being constructed by the United States government.
Look at how far every branch of the United States government, executive, legislative and judicial, is willing to go in order to coverup this level of corruption, lawbreaking and depravity on an evil scale. Was there really any other option for a whistleblower like Snowden to take? Think about it.
Joe Biden is a colossal liar. It’s one of the reasons the ruling caste arranged his election. Yes, Pinocchio Joe is a puppet of the globalists—and he’s heavily influenced by the Chicoms.
He may not be a slick liar like Obama is, but he makes up for it in volume. Lunch bucket Joe claims to support the working man and the middle class, but he really carries water for the New World Order types—especially the big banks. After the Biden regime was installed he immediately canceled the Keystone Pipeline and eliminated thousands of blue collar jobs. Same thing with the coal industry. Biden hates oil and coal—he’s helping the Bolsheviks bring about the Green New Deal. Helping the working man? He tells them they should learn to code. As for the $15 minimum wage he promised them again and again on his campaign trail—well, not so fast. His masters don’t want it, so Joe won’t deliver.
To me, Sleepy Joe’s most offensive lie was when he said his wife and daughter were killed by a drunk driver. Not so. The accident was the fault of his wife, but Joe invented a more tragic version so he could milk sympathy for votes. Then he went out and stole a new wife away from one of his biggest supporters. That’s the kind of man he is.
When President Trump rightfully called out Joe for Hunters shady Ukraine deals as well as Joe’s quid pro quo arrangement. Joe said billions of dollars in aid from the US would be withheld until they fired their Hunter-investigating prosector. This statement spilled directly from Joe’s own lips but at the debate he told Trump, “That’s not true!” That was about the extent of Joe’s debating skills. No facts—just blanket denials.
Joe promised to unify the nation and instead immediately went on a Trump supporter witch hunt. Now the nation is more divided than ever—and this is just how the ruling elite want it. A divided nation is easier to control.
Joe knows he can lie and get away with it. He thinks voters are stupid. His voters are—they kept electing his mendacious self into office for decades.

The White House has released some details of the six executive actions the JoeBama team has put together for Joe Biden to sign.
(1) The Justice Department, within 30 days, will issue a proposed rule to help stop the proliferation of “ghost guns.” We are experiencing a growing problem: criminals are buying kits containing nearly all of the components and directions for finishing a firearm within as little as 30 minutes and using these firearms to commit crimes. When these firearms turn up at crime scenes, they often cannot be traced by law enforcement due to the lack of a serial number. The Justice Department will issue a proposed rule to help stop the proliferation of these firearms.
(2) The Justice Department, within 60 days, will issue a proposed rule to make clear when a device marketed as a stabilizing brace effectively turns a pistol into a short-barreled rifle subject to the requirements of the National Firearms Act. The alleged shooter in the Boulder tragedy last month appears to have used a pistol with an arm brace, which can make a firearm more stable and accurate while still being concealable.
(3) The Justice Department, within 60 days, will publish model “red flag” legislation for states. Red flag laws allow family members or law enforcement to petition for a court order temporarily barring people in crisis from accessing firearms if they present a danger to themselves or others. The President urges Congress to pass an appropriate national “red flag” law, as well as legislation incentivizing states to pass “red flag” laws of their own. In the interim, the Justice Department’s published model legislation will make it easier for states that want to adopt red flag laws to do so.
(4) The Administration is investing in evidence-based community violence interventions. Community violence interventions are proven strategies for reducing gun violence in urban communities through tools other than incarceration. Because cities across the country are experiencing a historic spike in homicides, the Biden-Harris Administration is taking a number of steps to prioritize investment in community violence interventions.
The American Jobs Plan proposes a $5 billion investment over eight years to support community violence intervention programs. A key part of community violence intervention strategies is to help connect individuals to job training and job opportunities.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is organizing a webinar and toolkit to educate states on how they can use Medicaid to reimburse certain community violence intervention programs, like Hospital-Based Violence Interventions.
Five federal agencies are making changes to 26 different programs to direct vital support to community violence intervention programs as quickly as possible. These changes mean we can start increasing investments in community violence interventions as we wait on Congress to appropriate additional funds. Read more about these agency actions here.
(5) The Justice Department will issue an annual report on firearms trafficking. In 2000, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) issued a report summarizing information regarding its investigations into firearms trafficking, which is one way firearms are diverted into the illegal market where they can easily end up in the hands of dangerous individuals. Since the report’s publication, states, local, and federal policymakers have relied on its data to better thwart the common channels of firearms trafficking. But there is good reason to believe that firearms trafficking channels have changed since 2000, for example due to the emergence of online sales and proliferation of “ghost guns.” The Justice Department will issue a new, comprehensive report on firearms trafficking and annual updates necessary to give policymakers the information they need to help address firearms trafficking today.
(6) The President will nominate David Chipman to serve as Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. ATF is the key agency enforcing our gun laws, and it needs a confirmed director in order to do the job to the best of its ability. But ATF has not had a confirmed director since 2015. Chipman served at ATF for 25 years and now works to advance commonsense gun safety laws. (White House Link)

There is no reasonable doubt illegal alien children are being transported across the southern border to engage in the illegal act of child sex trafficking. We saw the same issues in 2014 during the previous Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) influx. The massive surge of child trafficking in the past three months is directly the result of Joe Biden facilitating the transport of children by Mexican cartels. This is a big business.
In a replay of the same 2014 situation, we now hear of Joe Biden detention facilities where children are being raped and sexually assaulted while in the care and custody of Homeland Security officials. The children are then transported to custodial HHS “contractors” who, by the changed standards of the Biden administration, do not have to undergo FBI background checks.
Today Texas Governor Greg Abbott demanded Joe Biden close the Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio where 1,300 children are being housed, and numerous reports of sexual assault are ongoing. In addition Governor Abbott has instructed the Texas Rangers to immediately begin an investigation of the facility and the claims of child sexploitation amid the vulnerable minors. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) did not immediately respond to questions after Abbott’s announcement.

Reviewing FEC reports for Nikki Haley’s Political Action Committee (PAC), Stand For America, reflects the professional DeceptiCon is in the money gathering phase with no expenditures. [LINK] This is predictable in the extreme and CTH again issues a warning: Beware Nikki Haley folks.
After staying silent on critical issues until after the polling is complete, Nikki Haley now rises to give her opinion on all things currently political. Suddenly Haley is against the corporations that are boycotting Georgia; she is aghast at the border crisis created by Joe Biden, and she supports the efforts of President Trump to fight back against the leftist horde.
Funny that, because only a few weeks ago she said:
“I don’t think [Trump’s] going to be in the picture,” she said, matter-of-factly. “I don’t think he can. He’s fallen so far.” […] “We need to acknowledge he let us down,” she said. “He went down a path he shouldn’t have, and we shouldn’t have followed him, and we shouldn’t have listened to him. This is long overdue, and worthy of support. Most CTH readers are now aware what the Lawfare group is all about. Inside the Lawfare network the far-left political ideologues organize and launch attacks against anything they view as adverse to their interests. The Lawfare network is made up of Obama ideologues and former DOJ officials who manipulate the legal system for their political agenda.
Many, if not most, of the legal aspects connected to attacks against conservatives stem from inside this Lawfare network. They operate inside government and outside in the private sector and compliment each other in their unified agenda. An example was the attack against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh by both groups.
During her Senate testimony Kavanaugh accuser, Christine Blasey-Ford ,called the network her “beach friends” connecting the casual relationship they all carry. The Lawfare group operate inside the DOJ, inside the FBI, inside the State Department and inside the institutions of government. They connect ideologically to their allies in the private sector law firms and they share insider information to coordinate their attacks.
The Lawfare group also has a media strategy. If the inside government group needs to advance a narrative to advance their interests they will leak to media (ex. Lisa Page and Peter Strzok leaking to Devlin Barrett, WSJ); and/or leak to their middle-men outside in the private sector who will leak to media on their behalf (ex James Comey to Daniel Richman who then conveys to the New York Times).
Today, former Senior Advisor Stephen Miller announces his launch of a Lawfare group of his own; a counter force against the conniving leftist objectives. Miller is calling his MAGA legal network “America First Legal”.
WASHINGTON— Stephen Miller has come to admire the effectiveness—and aggressiveness—of the legal campaign Democrats and their supporters mounted against the Trump administration’s agenda.
Now, the former senior White House adviser during Donald Trump’s presidency hopes to return fire.
Mr. Miller, an architect of the last administration’s restrictive immigration policies and a leading backer of its socially conservative initiatives, is launching this week a new organization, America First Legal, to challenge Biden administration initiatives at odds with Trump-era priorities.
“Anything the president does that we believe to be illegal is fair game,” he said.
[…] The group, Mr. Miller said, would tap into the expertise of Trump administration lawyers, work with Republican state attorneys general and partner with lawyers around the country who need legal and financial resources for their cases.
The group also has broader ambitions, Mr. Miller said, to eventually get involved in litigation that goes beyond the Biden administration, including to support police officers, go after big tech companies and take on other business interests whose positions run counter to those he embraced in the White House.
The organization of a legal team to combat the political leftists legal team is long overdue. However, as with all things that skirt the DeceptiCon perimeter, the question becomes can Miller stop an organized infiltration by the DeceptiCon crew into this team.
The ‘Trojan Horse’ attack was ultimately what President Trump found to be the most difficult of the issues with combating the agenda against his administration.

This is very interesting… and it appears the professional Democrat machine is increasingly apoplectic at the Maricopa, Arizona, ballot audit approved by the state senate and affirmed by the state courts.
The Arizona legislature authorized a full and comprehensive audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election ballots.
The Maricopa County board of elections has thrown every roadblock against the state legislature trying to block the audit. However, a state judge agreed with the legislative intent and affirmed the authority of the audit. Then the county board held an emergency secret meeting and refused to allow the auditors to use their facilities. {Go Deep}
Part of the audit authorization (included in the state’s audit instructions) was for a limited canvassing of actual voters; meaning the auditors can go to the homes/locations of people/groups and verify they actually voted or submitted the ballots attributed to them. The Protect Democracy group uses Clinton’s infamous law firm Perkins Coie.
