Socrates has been projecting political upheaval which began with the 2016 election where Trump took the presidency against all odds. The press was always covering Trump and ignored the other Republican candidates because they were trying to manipulate the election back then. They assumed Trump was a joke so they covered him all the time. When he won, the Democrats blasted them when Trump won. That is why the media then turned against Trump aggressively because they believed they made him trying to reverse everything.

Thie wave began 1985.65 and 31.4 years into it we warned that was when for the first time a 3rd party could win. That was Trump albeit under the guise of the Republican banner. But when he won, the Republicans hated him. He was an outsider never a politician sot o them it was like a revolution.

The political establishment worldwide was frightened. They saw Trump as leading the charge by the people – POPULISM they called it. But isn’t Democracy supposed to be about the people voting?

Populism became a dirty word among politicians. How dare the people try to overthrow the establishment! Just who the hell do people really think they are? The established political class rules – not “We the People” which they did away with a long time ago.

Now we will witness the self-destruction of the Republican Party. The majority of Republicans are against Trump. They are already telling the minority to shut up and let this go. They want Trump out! They succeeded in surrounding him with their own ME TOO movement of the seasoned political elite. AG Barr declined to appoint a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden because a special counsel cannot be dismissed by Biden or his AG. This way any investigation of Hunter will be covered-up.

What the Republicans think is they will get back to NORMAL. They will cut their corrupt deals with the Democrats and it will be a return to business as usual. They think the people are stupid and they will just shut up and still vote Republican.

Our model shows that both the Democrats and the Republicans have made a VERY SERIOUS mistake. There will be no return to NORMAL. We are looking at a 3rd Party rising and this will become much more dominant in 2022. Their own corruption was shown in the relief package. $600 for American, more for illegal aliens, and endless overseas bailouts. It was a joke. $600 would not pay one month’s rent in many places no less food. It was the government that deliberately used lockdowns to create unemployment.

There is so much evidence of fraud it is off the charts. But the left press and BigTech keep saying there was none. That is a lie since there is always fraud in every election. Some are starting to say ok, it was not enough fraud without allowing the evidence to even be published. The question is simply was there enough to change the outcome, which they will not address. This has been set in motion since 2016. It was not even about Biden being better than Trump. This is Agenda 2030 which is coming from the World Economic Forum in league with the United Nations.

The politicians think they can put this all back together with the way it was and ensure the swamp is expanded. We are facing a major political revolution and the Republicans who are trying to stop any objection on January 6th, fail to realize that they are on the wrong side. This is no longer about Trump. Dinesh D’Souza points out: “the GOP establishment must recognize there is no way forward without the Trump voters, and the Trump voters demand a challenge of the election results.”  I would slightly disagree with the party linguistics, but essentially D’Souza has a point.  Unfortunately, the GOPe doesn’t care.

Also unfortunately the un-discussed aspect is the unity pact between both wings of the UniParty bird.  The GOPe wants elimination of “Trump” supporters in exactly the same way the GOP wanted, and orchestrated, the elimination of the Tea Party.

If America-First or “MAGA” ideology is the Republican brand, that means the elimination (ie. lots of republicans being primaried) of tenured GOPe politicians.  As an outcome, “Trumpism” is a risk to their structural power.  The charge against the Tea Party was led by Republicans.  The same charge against Trump is led by Republicans.

Now that the Deep State has successfully carried out their coup to remove Trump ensuring even the Supreme Court has buckled under to the Deep State and abandoned the Constitution. Every Justice takes an oath to defend the Constitution yet they are able to ignore it claiming “discretion” to decide to defend it or not! They have violated the Constitution and 74 million Americans who have been denied their civil right interest in the election while assisting the launch of Communism 3.0. The IRS is already planning to boost audits by 50%, not of the BigTechs, but small businesses.

So here we go – expect the government to turn against anyone at the top of the tax brackets as well. The hatred of the “rich” will be attacked while they champion the select super-rich. We will see 2021 into 2022 as the worst we have ever seen in class warfare. After a year that has targeted small business and a Congress which has ignored the small businesses as if they are the anti-Christ of Capitalism while cheering that BigTech firms and allowing them to go into banking using lockdowns to force commerce into online, one must wonder how Congress is representing the people anymore.

About 70% of employment was provided by small businesses. No longer will there be higher-paying sales jobs – just warehouse workers to fill online orders and even they are being replaced by cheaper robots. The sheer hatred of small businesses in Washington cannot be expressed enough and mainstream media will never report the truth. It is the big businesses that but the tax exemptions so to fulfill their class warfare promises, they will attack the small businesses. They imprison small company officers under the pretense of security fraud yet NEVER prosecute even one banker – ever! MF Global stole their client’s money and Federal Bankruptcy Judge Martin Glenn refused to comply with the bankruptcy law to protect the bankers.

Small Business has become the enemy of the Democrats because the Agenda is indeed 2030. California will become the most anti-business state in the nation. Most Democrats are clueless even in political circles. There are people who know what is really taking place and are very upset even within the Democratic Party which has been hijacked by the new Triumvirate. Soros has been working overtime with his son to seize the Democratic Party and direct it into his dream state – the open society which does not tolerate independent business.

Today, Amazon has more than 200,000 mobile robots working inside its warehouse network, alongside hundreds of thousands of human workers. This robot army has helped the company fulfill its ever-increasing promises of speedy deliveries to Amazon Prime customers. Then they will eliminate truck drivers as well. In other words, wipe out small businesses, make people dependent upon welfare checks they now call Guaranteed Basic Income and restrict population growth to reduce the population to match the new communist state.

I have warned that the Democrats intentionally manipulated the black community by appearing to support their “Defund the Police” movement. Now that the Democrats returned control of the House, they suddenly rejected the “Defund the Police” movement. This is what I am talking about with respect to why Republics are so corrupt and worse than even a dictatorship or monarchy. The other forms of government do not pretend to care; they just exist. Republics are historically the most corrupt form of government, for they lie about everything to win seats and then do as they like, assuming the people are too stupid to remember the last time.

In 2015 and 2016 candidate Donald J Trump was able to break through the controls of the Republican party apparatus by gathering overwhelming grassroots support and then not backing down from the internal fight with the elites.  The Trump movement is based on a non-special interest, color-blind and large coalition of middle-class workers and American patriots who want to see the best interests of our nation supersede all other issues.

Despite a similar populist style, albeit clouded with larger government intervention, what Donald Trump did with the RNC candidate Bernie Sanders refused to do with the DNC.

Yesterday a recent poll of GOP voters was released by Rasmussen.  The results show 72% of republican voters want the Republican party to remain focused on the America-First MAGA message that lies at the heart of the movement.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 72% of Likely Republican Voters think their party should be more like Trump than like the average GOP member of Congress. Twenty-four percent (24%) see the average Republican in Congress as a better model.  (more)

Earlier today Missouri Senator Josh Hawley announced his intent to challenge the January 6th congressional certification of the electors.  A group of approximately 30 House representatives, led by Mo Brooks,  will be challenging from the lower chamber.

This sets up a dynamic where formal electoral challenges from both chambers of congress will be taking place based on evidence of election fraud in several key states.  The objection will initiate a debate and roll-call vote to certify electors within both the House and Senate.  Vice-President Mike Pence will preside over the debate in the Senate.

A combination of The Guarantee Clause (constitution) and the Electoral Count Act of 1887 (law), establishes the framework for some to argue a fraudulent 2020 election result can successfully be challenged during congressional certification on January 6, 2021. Thus five state legislatures -under Republican control- have sent dual-sets of electors to congress: Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania.

[Article IV – Sec.4] The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

“The Guarantee Clause” – “At its core, the Guarantee Clause provides for majority rule. A republican government is one in which the people govern through elections. This is the constant refrain of the Federalist Papers. Alexander Hamilton, for example, put it this way in The Federalist No. 57: “The elective mode of obtaining rulers is the characteristic policy of republican government.” [citation]  “The Clause requires the United States to prevent any state from imposing rule by monarchy, dictatorship, aristocracy, or permanent military rule, even through majority vote. Instead, governing by electoral processes is constitutionally required.”

Let us be clear… There is little framework for this type of constitutional issue. This is  uncharted territory, and consequently there is no body of law or case study upon which to apply a historic reference.   However, that said, the issue of Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, producing a report about foreign election interference could be a fulcrum issue upon which “The Guarantee Clause” of the constitution may apply.

Here’s where it gets interesting….  The Guarantee Clause puts the jurisdiction in the hands of the political bodies, executive branch and legislative branch, to decide the merit of any state vulnerability in their election outcome.   There is little, if any, place for the judicial branch to play a role.

In Luther v. Borden (1849), the Supreme Court held questions involving the Guarantee Clause nonjusticiable, meaning that any remedy for a violation would lie with Congress or the President, not the federal judiciary. Nearly one hundred years later, the Court sweepingly declared that the guarantee of a republican form of government cannot be challenged in court. Colegrove v. Green (1946). (citation)

The federal government, not the state government, ultimately holds the responsibility to protect the entire United States from foreign interference within the Guarantee Clause. This would seem to apply to foreign election interference.  “[B]ecause protection against invasion or domestic violence is normally available only from Congress and the President, the structure of this section suggests that the political branches have at least the primary duty to carry out its obligations.”

If DNI Ratcliffe produces a report (prior to January 6th) that outlines foreign interference in the election; and if the argument can be made the states with the contested (dual sets) of electors were subjects/targets of that interference; then a foundation to nullify the electors from the contested states is laid in congress.

In this approach the electoral nullification argument would appear to rest on The Guarantee Clause; where the state election outcome was not valid – as it is not representative of a republican form of government, and the majority vote requirement was manipulated.

If this type of legislative challenge was to take place, there is little precedent for the judicial branch to be involved except to qualify what role The Guarantee Clause would/could play and to what extent the nullification arguments are constitutionally valid.

Again, this is all uncharted territory.  However, there are people claiming this process could work to keep President Trump in office.   The disqualification of the contested state electors under this argument would ultimately fall upon Vice President Mike Pence who is also President of the Senate and in charge of the January 6th electoral vote certification.

There is a lot of “if-this-then” etc within this framework, and all of it ultimately is predicated on congress challenging the election (now appears likely); and VP Mike Pence then deciding which electors would be certified or nullified (long-shot); but that seems to be the argument some are making.

Immediately after Senator Hawley made his announcement, incredibly the multinational retail corporation Wal Mart responded via twitter with a snarky reply.

Good grief, it is stunning that Walmart would allow such a response.   I will never step foot in their store ever again.
