Failed Vote Software Company: Dominion is associated with vote disasters, “Dominion “got into trouble” with several subsidiaries it used over alleged cases of fraud. One subsidiary is Smartmatic, a company “that has played a significant role in the U.S. market over the last decade,” according to a report published by UK-based AccessWire. Litigation over Smartmatic “glitches” alleges they impacted the 2010 and 2013 mid-term elections in the Philippines, raising questions of cheating and fraud. An independent review of the source codes used in the machines found multiple problems.”

Smartmatic & Dominion Failures: Bloomberg criticized computer voter machines and software as inherently flawed in 2019. CBS News reported in 2019, “The voting machine lobby, led by the biggest company, ES&S, believes they are above the law,” said Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore. They have not had anybody hold them accountable even on the most basic matters.” Another concern is foreign ownership, and passive investors – like possibly Soros. Smartmatic’s figures were manipulated by 1 million votes in its 2017 Venezuela vote. Dominion failed in 2018 GA, but was retained, and failed again in GA and switched 6,000 ballots in MI this election, while PA, NV, AZ, WI, MN all used this. In 2019, GA citizens petitioned to have Dominion Voting Systems removed, as it failed in 2018 NV.

CONCLUSION: E-Voting Companies Run by Foreign Sociopaths? What do we really know about our voting machines and software? Hardly anything. For example, if a voting program was designed to throw 3% of the ballots to the opponent, how could that be detected? Writes the UK Guardian: “The fact is that democracy in the United States is now largely a secretive and privately-run affair conducted out of the public eye with little oversight. The corporations that run every aspect of American elections, from voter registration to casting and counting votes by machine, are subject to limited state and federal regulation. The companies are privately-owned and closely held, making information about ownership and financial stability difficult to obtain. The software source code and hardware design of their systems are kept as trade secrets and therefore difficult to study or investigate.” Let’s go back to hand written ballots and use electronics as a backup. That’s the only safe way versus electronic records.

Which one is the President????

American citizens used to have a choice when it came to presidential elections, even though the candidates usually represented pretty much the same thing: globalism, war, and the destruction of traditional Christian-based American culture. There wasn’t much different between the Clintons and Bushes or Romney and Obama. When Trump arrived he was elected because people were tired of Tweedle D and Tweedle R. There wasn’t much of a choice before Trump.

That choice is now made for them by elite oligarchs and their goons. Trump represented nationalism, not open borders. He offered a good economy and jobs, not more war. The elite oligarchs hated Trump because he threatened to restore America. He wanted to make it great again. Trump needed to drain the swamp to make that happen, but little progress was made. Bill Barr, Durham and the DOJ were disappointments. Trump may have shuffled up the Deep State, but its players remained in charge and they all wanted a coup.

The seditious swamp turned out to be more vast and deep than many of us imagined. A pandemic was planned and rolled out right in time for the election. They wanted Trump’s economy in shambles. They wanted mail-in ballots for safety. How convenient. The  elite oligarchs made sure ballot fraud was committed to get China Joe and Commie Kamala elected. They succeeded, at least for now. The “I VOTED” stickers should now read “I WAS CHEATED.”

We now have Biden and his band of lying Democrat socialists poised to take over the White House. That should not happen in the face of such blatantly obvious cheating, but their media arms including even Fox News are busy conditioning us to accept our victimhood. I will never accept it.

Biden is not my president. Should Joe be removed from office due to his dementia, Kamala won’t be my president either.

They are already assembling lists of Trump Supporters which is about 50% of the population. During every Revolution, they have ALWAYS gone after the opponents and tried to kill them or sized everything they ever owned. Here is a Georgia note from 1778 which is backed by assets seized by those who supported the king during the American Revolution.

During the French Revolution, they confiscated all the property of aristocrats, beheaded them, and also confiscated the land owned by the Catholic Church. In fact, Pope Pius VII, was held prisoner at Savona near Genoa by Emperor Napoleon I beginning in 1809, and was eventually cruelly dragged over the Alps, in precarious health, to Fontainebleau in France in 1812. Napoleon demanded the surrender of all Papal States in Italy to France thereby confiscating the wealth of the Church as well.

The hatred already starting to surface from the Democrats is very serious. It shows that there is no way the country will EVER heal and ultimately there will be no choice but to watch the country fall into civil war.

The amount of money that has poured in from these billionaires trying to take over the country and hand all power to the United Nations is just unimaginable.  George Soros set up his son to funnel money into the Democrats to achieve his open society of a one-world government.

They think they have orchestrated a major coup, but still, the popular vote with all the shenanigans from dead people voting to the CIA/NSA Hammar interfering in the election reached only 50.5%. That is among the lowest in modern history and it is NOT a mandate to now go on a purge as AOC is advocating. This will be remembered for generations in the history books.

Amid all of the election ramifications and discussions, Donald Trump Jr. outlined a thought today that has likely been on the mind of many, myself included.

I have spent a great deal of time thinking about this since the media began their insufferable onslaught and “president-elect Biden” narrative.  The time has long past for President Trump to fully demand his executive cabinet members declassify the evidence outlining intrusive government surveillance upon not only himself, but all Americans.

CTH has a rather unique perspective on the declassification angle. This conversation has traveled with me for over two years as I have talked to people inside the machinery. Ultimately the discussion ends around something like this:

Is the DC political surveillance state, and all of the ramifications within that reality, so fundamentally corrupt and against our nation’s interests, that no entity dare expose the scope and depth of it?  And ultimately… is it the preservation of institutions that is causing so many disconnected outcomes from evidence intentionally downplayed?

If we assume the scale of unconstitutional conduct has become systemic, that likely answers the questions.  Personally, I believe this is the most likely scenario.

“Likely” meaning the entire apparatus, DOJ, FBI, Legislative Oversight and the Intelligence Community (IC), is now so enmeshed within this corrupt out-of-control state that no-one, even the good guys, is willing to expose it because the institutional collapse would be devastating.

This is what I would call the Biggest of the Big Ugly.

This catastrophic outcome, in combination with DC having made the system the primary source of their income, is what unites the Republicans and Democrats to stop anyone from exposing it.  Once any elected official goes inside this system, they end up serving it.

All of that said, I have previously outlined a pre-election process for President Trump to declassify information that would lay the system naked to We The People.  However, I don’t think post-election this will work, because the executive branch cabinet officers will refuse to support it.  The enemies inside the gate will protect DC.

[OCTOBER 2020] Understanding the ordinary process of declassifying documents is a request and authorization to the executive officers and stakeholders of classified information; and understanding the current authorization is is not ordinary because the intelligence community stakeholders are adverse to the interests of the office of the president; here is a process to cut through the chaff and countermeasures.

The background here is that any unilateral declassification request, demand or authorization by President Trump puts him opposition to a variety of corrupt interests.

As a direct result the executive office of the president will be facing legal action, likely from unified democrats and republicans in the legislative branch.  With that accepted, here is the most strategic approach.

In anticipation of litigation:

President Trump informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, that he wishes to have a full intelligence briefing on the following documents (more may be added), all documents are to be presented without a single redaction:

• All versions of the Carter Page FISA applications (DOJ) (FBI) (ODNI).
• All of the Bruce Ohr 302’s filled out by the FBI. (FBI) (ODNI)
• All of Bruce Ohr’s emails (FBI) (DOJ) (CIA) (ODNI)
• All relevant documents pertaining to the supportive material within the FISA application. (FBI) (DOJ-NSD ) (DoS) (CIA) (DNI) (NSA) (ODNI);
• All supportive documents and material provided by Bruce Ohr to the FBI. (FBI)
• All intelligence documents that were presented to the Gang of Eight in 2016 that pertain to the FISA application used against U.S. person Carter Page; including all intelligence documents that may not have been presented to the FISA Court. (CIA) (FBI) (DOJ) (ODNI) (DoS) (NSA)
• All unredacted text messages and email content between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok on all devices. (FBI) (DOJ) (DOJ-NSD) (ODNI)
• The originating CIA “EC” or two-page electronic communication from former FBI Agent Peter Strzok: and all communication between former CIA Director John Brennan and FBI Director James Comey that started Operation Crossfire Hurricane in July 2016. (CIA) (FBI) (ODNI)
• The full and unredacted April 2017 FISA court 99-page opinion written by Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer outlining the compliance audit conducted by the NSA in 2016. (NSA) (ODNI) (DOJ) (FBI) (DOJ-NSD)
• ADD TO THIS – Everything and Anything related to contracts, vendors, services and the intelligence apparatus connected to the 2020 United States election.

The President selects a date for this briefing and through direct orders to his chief of staff, Mark Meadows, informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, to advise and coordinate with all executive branch lead intelligence officials, who were/are stakeholders in the compartmented intelligence products as described above, of their request be present for the briefing.

The White House counsel’s office is not to be informed of the intent or purpose of the meeting; however the Presidents’ White House counsel is requested to attend. Further, all of the compartmented intelligence is to be collectively assembled by the ODNI (Ratcliffe) into one volume of a singular Presidential Daily Briefing (PDB). There are to be eighteen printed copies of the PDB assembled and secured for the briefing, post haste.

Additionally, the office of the president personally informs the ODNI (Ratcliffe) of the executives’ request to invite for the briefing each member of the legislative branch Intelligence Community oversight known as the Gang-of-Eight.

Immediately after the briefing by the executive level (cabinet) department officials, while remaining in a closed and classified session, the full and comprehensive content of this collective intelligence product will be discussed with the full assembly of the U.S. Legislative Branch Intelligence Oversight known as the Gang of Eight.

Therefore, National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien is instructed to coordinate with the ODNI (Ratcliffe) for the attendance of the Gang of Eight: Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Minority leader Kevin McCarthy, HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff, HPSCI Ranking Member Devin Nunes, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, SSCI Chairman Richard Burr and SSCI Vice-Chair Mark Warner. [Topic “TBD”]

In order to facilitate the briefing. Each member of the participating group will be provided with one full printed copy of the material assembled by the ODNI during the briefing.

[Each of the participants carries the prerequisite clearances, legal and constitutional authority to engage with the classified document according to their position and status. Only the executive can assemble the product for Go8 review and feedback]

At the conclusion of the briefing; and after hearing from, and engagement with, each of the participating members of the executive intelligence offices and duly authorized legislative oversight representatives; and after listening to their opinion as to the subject material discussed; the president announces to the fully assembled leadership of both the Executive branch (cabinet) and Legislative branch (Go8), it is his opinion the National Interests of the United States can best be served with the American people having a full, transparent and honest review of the material assembled and discussed.

The President, no-one else, only the President, then collects the printed portfolios as they were distributed to the participants, exits the briefing, and walks directly into the James Brady press briefing room within the White House; handing each of the awaiting twelve members of the national media a copy of the briefing material to be published on behalf of the American people.

At exactly the same time as President Trump enters the briefing room, one copy of the assembled portfolio is hand delivered, by President Trump only, to White House communications director Alyssa Farah with instructions to scan and release the content to the public through the White House website.

Done.

The American people are aware…

The system will now turn immediately to destroy Donald J Trump….

…..while we show up en-masse to support him.

Sidney Powell appears on Fox News to discuss what she knows about the manipulated and stolen 2020 election result.    Ms. Powell walks through a series of issues and highlights some of the fraudulent processes identified in the preliminary ballot review.  The statistical improbabilities are the most transparently obvious evidence, but will a court allow that evidence to be heard…. or will more be needed.

In addition to ballot issues Powell discusses the Dominiom software “glitches” that flipped votes from candidate Donald Trump to candidate Joe Biden.  If what Powell outlines is accurate, and several people have outlined similar issues, there hopefully is a solid way to expose fraud on this scale.

The Trump Campaign makes the following announcement:

President Donald J. Trump’s campaign today announced that Rep. Doug Collins (GA-9) will lead the campaign’s recount team in Georgia, where a recount will begin as soon as the canvassing has concluded.

“We are concerned about the lack of transparency in the tabulation process, especially given the reports of irregularities and improper ballot harvesting in Georgia,” said Matt Morgan, Trump 2020 general counsel. “In order for Americans to have full faith and confidence in our elections, every legal vote must be counted and every illegal or fraudulent vote must be excluded. We look forward to guaranteeing that our elections are safe and secure, just as we look forward to President Trump winning Georgia.”

“Republicans stand by the ideal that every eligible voter should be able to vote legally and have it be counted,” said Rep. Collins. “During the coming recount, we are confident we will find evidence of improperly harvested ballots and other irregularities that will prove that President Trump won Georgia fairly again on his way to re-election as President. In Georgia, both U.S. Senate races will head to a runoff election in early January since no candidate surpassed 50% of the votes cast. Republican Sen. David Perdue and Democratic challenger Jon Ossoff will no go into a runoff that could flip the Senate to the Democrats.

The other race, a special Senate election called for a runoff days earlier, will feature Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler defending her seat against Democratic challenger Raphael Warnock.

If the Democrats get control of the Senate, we might as well turn out the lights. They are vowing to stack the Supreme Court and effectively strip it of jurisdiction to even hear various cases. You will see your jobs elaborate as they created this new Great Reset. Like real Marxists, they will do their best to shut down not just Thanksgiving, but Christmas and most holidays. They are trying to strip us of our culture as they always do throughout history.

REPLY: This entire mail-in ballot was orchestrated using a fake pandemic, to begin with. This was a very strategic plot and it has been carried out with masterful execution. You voted for Biden thinking this was just a normal election. I dare to say, you will get what you deserve.

The Supreme Court recently noted, “[e]xtending the date by which ballots may be cast by voters [until] after the scheduled election day fundamentally alters the nature of the election.” Republican Nat’l Comm. v. Democratic Nat’l Comm., 140 S. Ct. 1205, 1207 (2020).

If you count the legal votes, Trump won. If you count the illegal and late votes, you boy Biden wins.

I have studied corrupt elections throughout history. The reason we have the Julian Calendar and not the calendar based on the Moon, was because during the Roman Republic the decision to insert the leap days to adjust the Moon Calendar to that of the Sun Calendar was the discretion of the high priest. Whenever there were controversy and the politicians did not want to confront it, the high priest was bribed to insert extra days and even months. It got to the point that what was summer became winter. Julius Caesar took the office of Pontiff Maximus (high priest) so he could end the corruption and created a calendar to end the corruption. It was Caesar who created standardized leap years.

The 2020 American election will rank in history as the MOST corrupt election in modern history. The ramifications will ripple through in time for decades to come. This is a battle of Communism over Freedom. Thank God I am not 18. If you voted for Biden, you voted to put your children and grandchildren into economic slavery. Mainstream media is naturally proclaiming Biden won. They may think they now run the country, but they do not declar5e the President – that’s the Electoral College. Trump has not conceded and with all the fraud with a razor-thin victory for Biden, he should not. Just in May 2020, a Judge confessed that he took bribes to stuff the ballot for Democrats in Philadelphia which is one of the most corrupt cities in the USA. Electoral College electors in each state don’t vote until Dec. 14. The electors’ votes typically align with the popular vote in each state – nut they do not have to in most states. Indeed, not all states require the votes cast by electors to mirror the popular vote. Some states can still vote for Trump regardless of the corrupt elections.

Certificates recording the electoral vote results in each state must be received by the president of the Senate and the archivist no later than Dec. 23. The media does not call the election no matter what they think. They take “grants” from Gates anyhow. Back in 2016, there were 7  faithless electors who did not vote according to who they were supposed to vote for. Five voted against Hillary and two voted against Trump. Yet Trump had 36 votes in surplus so their actions did not change the national vote.

What a lot of people may be ignoring is that the Supreme Court ruled UNANIMOUSLY in July 2020 unanimously that Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution accords states broad power over their electors. Justice Kagan wrote in the opinion for eight justices:

“Article II, section 1’s appointments power gives the States far-reaching authority over presidential electors, absent some other constitutional constraint. As [the Constitution says], each State may appoint electors ‘in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.’ … This Court has described that clause as ‘conveying the broadest power of determination’ over who becomes an elector.”

The opinion continues on:

“The Constitution is barebones about electors. Article II includes only the instruction to each State to appoint, in whatever way it likes, [its presidential electors]. The Twelfth Amendment then tells electors to meet in their States, to vote for President and Vice President separately, and to transmit lists of all their votes to the President of the United States Senate for counting. … That is all.”

Justice Thomas reached the same conclusion as the other justices, but he (and Justice Gorsuch) said that the 10th Amendment provided a basis for the decision. Thomas wrote that the “powers related to electors reside with States to the extent that the Constitution does not remove or restrict that power. Thus, to invalidate a state law, there must be ‘something in the Federal Constitution that deprives the [States of] the power to enact such a measure.’”

While this is a very clear reaffirmation of the power of states to appoint their electoral votes “in whatever way it likes” under Article II, section 1, in two states, electoral votes are NOT ‘winner-take-all‘. Maine and Nebraska allocate electors using the ‘congressional district method’ whereby these states allocate two electoral votes to the state popular vote winner, and then one electoral vote to the popular vote winner in each Congressional district (2 in Maine, 3 in Nebraska). According to AP, California which has 55 electoral votes they give 100% to Biden, the popular vote looks like:

Donald Trump: 3,899,436 – 32.9%

Joe Biden: 7,722,795 – 65.2%

That means whatever Republicans there are in California, their vote never means anything. If the electoral votes were cast according to the popular vote that the left always screams about, then Trump should have gotten 18 votes from California instead of Biden taking it all at 55. So much for every vote counts, which is the slogan in this election by the left media.

In the 18 states currently without faithless elector laws, the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact would operate in a manner identical to the system used by most states currently. In these states which use the state-by-state winner-take-all method of awarding electoral votes, the presidential electors are chosen by the political party whose presidential candidate receives the most popular votes inside the state, and there are no additional requirements placed upon the elector.

In reality, if the Republican States decide to split their votes as Maine and Nebraska, the Supreme Court has held that is solely their discretion. That presents a very interesting twist. They could even order electors to vote for Trump and argue that the vote is not certain being too close. They probably would not, but anything actually goes.

I want to point out something very interesting. Aside from the fact that our computer projected a 50/50 split on the popular vote and never showed Biden ahead by 12% or 24% as the pollsters were trying to sell, our forecast array pinpoints the Panic cycle the week of 10/26 which was spot on. It showed the week of the 9th more so than that of the 2nd. But the main target is the week of the 23rd.

Since that first Array generated back in September, we have the updated array from November into January. Note that the week of the 23rd is still the big target. So we could get perhaps a Supreme Court decision by then. But look at when the Electoral College starts to vote by December 14. We have a Panic Cycle the week of the 21st with rising volatility into January and the next inauguration.
