Following up on the Magnitsky Affair, you might be in a position to answer a question which has always puzzled me : Has Edmond Safra been murdered by the Russians instead of having died accidentally in his burning flat in Monaco?

ANSWER: I knew Dominick Dunne who wrote the story Death in Monaco for Vanity Fair. He told me he was in a restaurant in Paris and someone came up to him and said – be careful the questions you are asking. They tried to blame Safra’s male nurse for setting the fire. After a fake trial, he was sentenced to prison. He was later released by the high court stating that the prosecutor and judge conspired to deny him a fair trial and he was just released and send home to the States. That was the end of the case. Nobody else was ever charged and Dominick told me that bullets were found in Safra’s body. So do I “think” that Safra was murder? ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was killed on December 3rd and they began the contempt on me to stop any trial and take all the lawyers away within 3 days.

Yeltsin had previously announced that he would not run in 2000 during March 1998. His heir apparent at that was expected to be Prime Minister Viktor S. Chernomyrdin. Then he shocked the world on March 23rd, 1998 firing Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin, and the entire government. It was then a major shift as Yeltsin changed his mind and announced on March 29th, 1998 that he WOULD run for office in 2000. I was solicited to invest $10 billion into Hermitage Capital at Republic National Bank. I refused. I was flat outright told that Boris Yeltsin would step down as President and they would have an inside track to the resources of Russia. I was not told of his successor, just that the fix was in so invest $10 billion. I even sent emails concerning this solicitation which took place in April/May 1999.

The Bank of New York money-laundering case begins in August 1999. It was Edmond Safra’s Republic National Bank that ran to the Department of Justice and reported its rival Bank of New York was engaged in a money-laundering case of $7 billion. This is when everything begins to go crazy. The letter from the FSA claiming to be verifying I had $10 billion on deposit at Republic is dated August 18th, 1999. It was corrected on August 31st, 1999 to $1 billion, but Republic had already stolen the money.

On August 27th, that is when I was told that the head of the bank in New York, George Wendler, was “just the messenger” and that to me meant this theft I believed was directed from Edmond. I told them to tell Edmond I would be on a plane in the morning to Geneva the next day, which was a Saturday. I was then told that Edmond left Geneva and went to Monaco “for security reasons” which they did not explain.

There was $7 billion that was wired through Bank of New York which involved money stolen from the IMF loans to Russia. The attempt to takeover Russia by blackmail was set in motion. As soon as that wire was done, that is when Republic National Bank ran to the Department of Justice to say it was money-laundering. I believe this started the crisis and Yeltsin was blackmailed to step down and appoint Boris A. Berezovsky as the head of Russia.

Clearly, Republic National Bank was involved with the US government for they were sending also skids of $100 bills to Russia. It was written up and called the Money Plane. Yeltsin then turned to Putin realizing that he had been set up. This is how Putin became the First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia on August 9th, 1999 until August 16th, 1999 when he became the 33rd Prime Minister and heir apparent of Yeltsin. Yeltsin resigned on January 1st, 2000. By the end of September 1999, Russian prosecutors began their own criminal investigation into the allegations of money-laundering through the Bank of New York and Lucy Edwards:

Here is what CNN Money wrote on September 1st, 1999 12 days before my case began:

The saga that’s brought money laundering issues to the fore this summer allegedly began back in 1994, when Russia’s International Monetary Fund representative, Konstantin Kagalovsky, left the organization to join Menatep Bank in Moscow.
Over the next three years, it’s alleged, Kagalovsky arranged to funnel billions of IMF money meant to help transfer Russia’s communist economy into a capitalist one through a private company called Benex Worldwide Ltd. Eventually, the money went into and back out of Bank of New York (BK) and Republic National Bank, a unit of Republic Bancorp (RBNC), as well as several institutions in Europe, including the Union Bank of Switzerland AG and Deutsche Bank AG and its Bankers Trust Unit.

The very person that I suspected would become the head of Russia was Boris A. Berezovsky, who I knew was a friend of Safa. Interestingly, Berezovsky was tied into the Bank of New York case when the money-laundering climbed to the highest levels. Interestingly enough, Bill Browder actually got his start under the patronage of Robert Maxwell who mysteriously died falling off his yacht on November 5th, 1991. The pension funds of his company were being used in schemes it was alleged to manipulate markets and Russia. I believe that Maxwell was killed to protect the “club” which was involved in manipulating a lot of markets.

After Maxwell’s death, Browder then joined with Safra. Edmond Safra provided Browder with working capital for his investment fund Hermitage Capital. HSBC, which bought Safa’s Republic National Bank, ended up as the claimed independent manager and custodian of Hermitage Capital.

The Hermitage Fund became an HSBC-backed vehicle that invested in Russia and became embroiled in a diplomatic war with the Kremlin. It was once the largest portfolio investor in Russia with $4bn of assets under management at its peak in 2005. Browder’s visa was revoked by Russia in 2005. The Financial Times reported that “insiders” said that the fund collapsed to at best having at most $60m in assets. They reported in 2013 that HSBC Holdings, which is both manager and trustee of the fund, has been locked in a dispute with investors. The investors wanted to withdraw their money but said that they could because they say that HSBC would not tell them how much a share is worth. Then in 2015, an insider exposed that HSBC was deeply engaged in money-laundering helping “warlords, arms traffickers, drug dealers, dictators and a host of politicians past and present.”

 

 

There have been films produced which tie Browder, Safra, Magnitsky, and Berezovksy all together and there have been critics of as well. Keep in mind that the Magnitsky Act is outrageous. It condemns people, denies them the right to any hearing, and they cannot come to the United States to even defend themselves. So why would John McCain and Congress defend Bill Browder who resigned his American citizenship or care about an accountant who is Russian and dies in a Russian prison? To me, it seems that the Magnitsky Act was not to protect Browder or get his money back when he was NOT even a citizen anymore but to protect something much deepe

CNN Confirmed Money Was Stolen from IMF

In the movie The Forecaster, I explained that they got Yeltsin to take money from the IMF loans and then they steered that wire through the Bank of New York. As soon as that wire hit, Republic National Bank and Edmond Safra, who was the MAJORITY shareholder of Hermitage Capital at that time, ran to the government and reported that Bank of New York just did a $7 billion money laundering. Then Yeltsin was blackmailed to step down and they were looking to install their puppet and control all the commodities of Russia.

That is when Yeltsin turned to Putin for help and this is how he became the head of Russia. Many people have tried to claim that I just made up the story and nobody ever reported IMF money was stolen.

Besides the fact that I would NEVER make up such a story, CNN reported the guts of this BEFORE my case began. Afterward, the story of funds being stolen from the IMF vanished and was replaced in the Bank of New York case with a ransom for a businessman and the judge taking the plea NEVER asked who.

Here are the two CNN Stories. I strongly urge you to print them out before they vanish from the web. This PROVES what I said in the movie and it PROVES what Putin is talking about asking to question Americans in return.

Trial Games: Prosecutor Asonye Tells Judge Ellis Key Witness May Not Testify in Manafort Case…

Corrupt Robert Mueller’s ‘Clinton alliance team‘ of corrupt federal prosecutors begin playing corrupt trial and jury games they are famous for.

Corrupt federal prosecutor Uso Asonye was using corrupt FBI agent Mathew Mikuska (a member of the federal no-knock-team who raided Manafort’s condo), as a witness to introduce financial records against Manafort when Judge Ellis interjected about the purpose of the FBI agent as a witness on the issue given the pending testimony of key government witness Rick Gates, Manafort’s business partner.

Corrupt Mr. Asonye then informed the court Rick Gates might not be testifying.

Judge Ellis was not amused.

(Via Washington Times) In a shocking admission Wednesday morning, federal prosecutors said Rick Gates may not testify in the trial of his former business partner Paul Manafort.

Mr. Gates, who oversaw some of the financial dealings of Mr. Manafort’s consulting business, was expected to be a key witness for the government.

But prosecutor Uso Asonye said jurors may not hear from Mr. Gates after all.

“He may testify, he may not,” Mr. Asonye told Judge T.S. Ellis III.

The revelation sent journalists and others out of the courtroom to report the disclosure.

“That’s news to me and about 25 others who scurried out of here like rats on a sinking ship,” Judge Ellis shot back.

Mr. Asonye attempted to backtrack, telling Judge Ellis that the evidence presented will determine if Mr. Gates‘ testifies.

That drew a sharp rebuke from Judge Ellis.

“You know who you are going to call,” He said. “If you are going to call him then this is a waste of time.” (more)

VFN-CNN Uses Leak(s) of Podesta Referral To Defend Integrity of Mueller Investigation…

Social media lit up upon seeing a carefully crafted CNN article outlining that sometime in “the spring” of 2018 team Mueller referred democrat lobbyist Tony Podesta, former Minnesota Republican Rep. Vin Weber, and former Obama White House counsel Greg Craig to the Southern District of New York. A cursory review indicates many people are looking at this story with an eye toward a possible prosecution…. But not so fast.

In the aggregate CNN supports the political objectives of the Mueller team; and CNN has invested millions in selling the anti-Trump ‘Russian Conspiracy’ narrative.

When you read the article closely, with eyes wide open, a more reasonable takeaway -based on the historic pattern- is that CNN is attempting to protect Robert Mueller and frame his highly-political legal team as bi-partisan in their investigative endeavors.

President Trump has focused a great deal of sunlight on the one-sided approach of Team Mueller; and a majority portion of the U.S. electorate now see the Mueller investigation for what it is, a political ‘witchhunt’.

Against the backdrop of a trial against Paul Manafort beginning; which is an in-your-face contrast to how his business partner Tony Podesta has been handled; only amplifies the one-sided-nature of the Mueller team’s collective intention.

Enter CNN, for a necessary assist.

Notice the singular and obscure author Erica Orden. Notice the anonymous sourcing of the article. Notice the framework of the internal narrative as presented/engineered:

…”Mueller has come under scrutiny from Trump and others for what they perceive as the special counsel’s examination of matters beyond the scope of possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election cycle, and Mueller’s referral of cases that aren’t closely linked to that central matter could be a way of insulating the special counsel probe from such backlash, people familiar with the situation said.”

Notice the front-loading of the narrative that appears immediately after the initial *shiny thing* (the referral):

…”None of the entities involved have been charged with wrongdoing, and there is no indication the SDNY inquiry will result in criminal charges.”

Notice the emphasis on presenting the Podesta defense position:

…”The Podesta Group has said it was fully cooperating with the special counsel’s office and said it didn’t register as a foreign agent for its ECFMU work because that group had misrepresented itself. The Podesta Group said it registered its work for ECFMU instead with Congress, based on what it said was faulty information the non-profit had provided and an outside legal opinion on the matter. The ECFMU had given the firm a statement attesting that it wasn’t an arm of a foreign government, the Podesta Group said. The Podesta Group said previously that it retroactively filed a disclosure after discussions with the Department of Justice.”

Overlay the obvious motive of CNN to protect their “muh Russia” investment; add-in CNN’s ideological alignment with the Mueller team; mix-in a little convenient timing, and odd referral drop-off venue selection; and top it all off with a baked-in  time-line that indicates nothing will come of this old “referral”:

…”Since the spring, Mueller has referred matters to SDNY involving”…

…And what you walk away with is CNN presenting a story convenient for Mueller’s current need; without any actual substance that would even remotely infer any prosecution of the aforementioned individuals will actually be taking place.

That’s not cynicism of the media; that perspective is just simply accepting how they have been engineering a one-way narrative for almost two years.

Suffice to say – one doesn’t have to be Nostradamus to predict any breaking news running counter to their interest will not be seen first on VFN-CNN.  Just sayin’.

President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani sits down for a comprehensive discussion with lead television ‘muh Russia’ propagandist, the insufferable Alisyn Camerota.  However, despite being in the lair of the enemy, Giuliani is muchly enjoying himself.

There has been a notable shift in President Trump’s approach toward the corrupt ‘Small Group’ insurance policy team headed by Robert Mueller.  The 15:45(ish) point is stunning.  Did he say Cohen recorded “media executives“?   [The entire point from 14:00 forward is quite stunning, in a deliciously stunning way.]

House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told Maria Bartiromo today that the American public will be “shocked” when/if we see the remaining blacked out portions of the FBI’s FISA Title-1 Surveillance Application against Carter Page.

The House Intelligence, Judiciary and Oversight committees have requested that President Trump declassify 21 additional pages from the FISA application. Additionally, Chairman Nunes states congress will be conducting depositions during the August recess:
