New York Jury Finds Trump Not Guilty of Rape, But Guilty of Defaming His Accuser by Denying It

The nature of our politically corrupt justice system takes on new clarity today as a jury in New York City decided President Trump did not rape E. Jean Carroll, the crazy moonbat funded by political operatives, but President Trump did defame her in his denial of the accusation.  Thus, the jury awards damages to the false accuser, while finding the accused not guilty.

Presumably the position of the jury was that something ‘may have happened‘ because this was not a criminal trial outcome which would be based on “beyond a reasonable doubt” as the standard.  Instead, this verdict was based on the possibility that something ‘may have happened,’ albeit not proven, and President Donald Trump was defamatory toward the accuser in his strong denials of the accusation.

The jury awarded $2million in compensatory damages and $20,000 in punitive damages for the battery allegation. The jury awarded $1 million in compensatory damages for the defamation and $1.7million for the repair of her reputation. They awarded another $280,000 in punitive damages for the defamation. Keep in mind that New York wrote a new law specifically to provide E Jean Carroll a pathway to file a lawsuit over the allegation that something might have happened sometime in the past, though the accuser could not identify what year President Trump assaulted her.  The accuser, a woman of notoriously odd behavior and remarkably unstable mindset, was funded by billionaire LinkedIn founder and very vocal Trump critic, Reid Hoffman.

New York created the new law for Ms. Carroll, Reid Hoffman paid for the legal costs, and Ms. Carroll made her sketchy accusations of something, from sometime, that wasn’t certain to have happened.  There were no witnesses to the claimed events, there was no evidence the event took place, there was nothing to indicate Ms. Carroll or Mr. Trump were even in the same place at the same time.

However, the judge in the case permitted the presentation of possibility, then blocked President Trump from speaking about the case, and then instructed the jury to consider that Ms Carroll’s claims may have indeed taken place, at some point – although no evidence exists and no one knows when, not even Ms Carroll.

In any other situation this case would have been thrown out of court for being ridiculous. However, in the modern era where justice is metered by regional public opinion that is based on Lawfare and political motivation, we get this situation.   President Trump responded below:

Richard Barris Breaks Down Latest Political Polling

Richard Barris from People’s Pundit appears with Steve Bannon to discuss the latest polling data and political data from around the polling world. {Direct Rumble Link Here}

Barris notes some key points in the MAGA movement, the scale of the “only Trump” vote now hovering around 20% in the base of the republican party.  The working-class coalition inside the GOP is exclusively a MAGA phenomenon.   The cocktail class republicans are aligned with DeSantis and Trump, but the biggest portion of the working-class inside the republican party is only with Donald Trump.

Additionally, and in alignment with the larger MAGA economic coalition, the working-class democrats who stand beside us do not align with Ron DeSantis at all.  Without Donald Trump as the republican nominee, a big portion of working-class democrats no longer will vote with the republican party.  WATCH:

Richard Baris: DeSantis Drops Even Farther Behind President Trump In Latest Polls

2024 is MAGA burning the ships behind us.  This one is for all the marbles. This is not a place where tepid half-measures and gentlemanly pastels will suffice.  Get right with God, put on the armor, accept that you’re fighting like the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s ark, and get comfy being uncomfy.  When your sword is short, step forward.

Our ally is anyone who stands beside us. Our enemy is anyone who doesn’t.  The new sons and daughters of the revolution are going to look completely different.

Latest Polling Shows Commanding Trump GOP Primary Lead and Defeating Biden in ’24, Team Trump Organizing Ballot Harvesting Operation and Delegate Affirmations

Posted originally on the May 8, 2023 | Sundance

Several recent stories give an updated status on the current political dynamic.   Despite the continued onslaught of media, lawfare and professional political institutions trying to tear down Donald Trump and the American restoration insurgency he represents, the large poll data shows President Trump gaining strength [ABC POLL]

In a head-to-head matchup against Biden, Trump now leads 44% to 38%, and the shift in the polling continues favoring Donald Trump.

Why?

Two main factors. First, people are seeing the lies and manipulations created by aligned systems against Trump. Second, perhaps more importantly, because peace, stability and economic prosperity were already demonstrated by President Trump’s policies.

There is a factual reference to Trump outcomes that eliminates the guesswork.

The corporate media are still trying to weaponize any issue in their attempt to remove support for Donald Trump, but their efforts are not working.  Now, you are beginning to see reports of President Trump putting systems into place.

The Washington Times has a story about President Trump organizing ballot harvesting operations [SEE HERE], and Politico notes Team Trump is making background moves with key delegate contacts [See Here].

Most of the pearl-clutching about possible Trump legal issues are stimulated by people, media and donors who are supporting Ron DeSantis.  The motive for the effort is transparent.  Yes, the United States Government, DOJ and FBI are conducting weaponized operations against Donald Trump in order to remove the financial threat he represents to the owners of the institutions.   However, as with the leftist arguments, most of the lawfare constructs are weak and built on fraud.

There is also a growing acceptance amid the DC chattering class that Donald Trump is not only going to win reelection, but he’s also going to come back to Washington DC with a double-sided battle axe to rip out the heart of the administrative/bureaucratic state.  You see this increasing sensibility via endorsements from political operatives that are deeply enmeshed in the apparatus.

WASHINGTON DC – […] During that time, the former president has picked several prominent endorsements in Congress, including the support of National Republican Senatorial Committee Chairman Steve Daines (R-Mont.).

Republican senators and GOP strategists say Daines’s endorsement is a sign that Trump is viewed as the favorite to win the party’s presidential nomination in 2024.

They say the leader of the Senate Republican campaign arm wants to have a good working relationship with him to maximize the chances of winning back control of the Senate.

“I just think that his nomination is inevitable. I really do. He’s going to be the nominee. I’d be stunned if he’s not,” said one Republican senator who requested anonymity to discuss the primary and hasn’t yet endorsed a candidate.

“You’ve seen the numbers. I’ve talked to voters. People are beginning to recognize that. Steve Daines’s endorsement reflects that reality. He’s going to be the nominee, we want him to work with us,” the senator added. (read more)

There are None-So-Blind as Those Who Refuse to See

[BACKGROUND HERE]

To author: I think you are on point here with general thrust of argument.

But what informs you that Trump is ONLY “national economic policy” candidate? Have you, from your key conservative position/visible profile, reached out to exchange such views with Governor DeSantis?

We agree, I’d assume, that winning the White House AND Senate are CRITICAL to maintaining a free America. To SAVE our America. […] If DeSantis can align with you on NEP, is he not a more likely general election winner?

Thanks for your comments,

RESPONSE: Ron DeSantis voted for Trans-Pacific Partnership and [fast track] Trade Promotion Authority in congress. DeSantis was funded in this advocacy by Club 4 Growth, who continue to fund and organize for presidential candidate Ron DeSantis, including a February 2023 donor retreat in Miami exclusively for the multinational funders who support the C4G policy.

The C4G policy is specifically anti-America First. And represents a very specific National Economic Policy.

I do not need to ask Ron DeSantis for his National Economic Policy (NEP), because he is already meeting with, accepting donations from, and working with the C4G group that has assembled the National Economic Policy that is anti-America First.

Ron DeSantis cannot hold a NEP, against the interests of the NEP advocates that are leading the effort to install him.  Think about it. It is all common sense.

Warmest best,

RNC Worried President Trump May Not Provide Fox News Opportunity to Attack Him During August GOP Debate

Posted originally on the CTH on May 3, 2023 | Sundance

It’s still a little too early to predict the attack angle that Fox News Corp is constructing against Donald Trump for their announced control over the August 2023 presidential debate; however, the one thing we are certain of is the attack itself.

You might not remember how CTH accurately predicted the attack by Megyn Kelly and the specific angle of using sexism during the August 2015 debate.  That accurate prediction was an assembly of datapoints including Kelly’s lead in television appearances; the fact that FOX’s vice-president of political content, Bill Sammon, was in charge of the debate format; the fact that Rupert Murdoch was promoting Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio; and the fact that Bill Sammon’s daughter, Brooke Sammon, was the communications director for the Rubio campaign.   The prediction was accurate, and Megyn Kelly did exactly what Rupert Murdoch paid her to do.

By the time the second Fox News debate came around in Feb 2016, candidate Trump just ignored it and held a rally instead.  This is the context for another round of Republican presidential debates, and the intent of Fox News and the RNC to support it, once again.   Fox and the RNC have once again agreed to an August 2023 debate – President Trump leading by 30 to 40 points in the polls, has not.  [SEE VIDEO] WATCH:

The second debate is scheduled for the Ronald Reagan Library, an ideological opposition group to the interests of MAGA.   As noted by the New York Times, “The chairman of the library’s board of trustees, Frederick J. Ryan Jr., also serves as the publisher and chief executive officer of The Washington Post, a fact that Mr. Trump regularly brings up.”

The Ronald Reagan library venue is as establishment Republican as it gets.  The America First agenda would find more support at the George W. Bush ranch in Texas.  The board members of the Ron Reagan library hate Donald Trump and have never invited him there to speak.  For President Trump, that venue is a non-starter.

We all know what both GOPe institutions holding and broadcasting Republican debates are going to attempt against President Trump.  Which explains why President Trump has agreed to a CNN townhall event.   Even with the pre-planted audience questions and attendees designed to undermine Donald Trump, at least facing the enemy on their turf he knows what to expect.

[New York Times] […] For Mr. Trump, denying his low-polling rivals access to a massive television audience is part of his calculations in potentially skipping the debates, according to the people who have discussed the matter with him. In 2015, Fox News drew an audience of 24 million for the first primary debate of the 2016 campaign. It was, at the time, the biggest viewership for a nonsports event in cable television history.

“In his mind there’s not enough candidates who are polling close enough to him,” said a person familiar with Mr. Trump’s thinking, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations with the former president. “And that if he does a debate this early with candidates who are polling in the single digits, there’s no upside for him.”

Another motivation for Mr. Trump is revenge: The former president has a history with the two institutions hosting the first two Republican candidate debates.

Mr. Trump has told advisers that the second debate is a nonstarter for him because it will be held at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. The chairman of the library’s board of trustees, Frederick J. Ryan Jr., also serves as the publisher and chief executive officer of The Washington Post, a fact that Mr. Trump regularly brings up.

Mr. Trump is also sour that the Reagan library has invited numerous other leading Republicans to speak at its events over the past two years, including his presidential rival Mr. DeSantis, but has never extended an invitation to Mr. Trump, according to two people familiar with his thinking.

The library started a speakers series in 2021 called “Time for Choosing,” and invitees have included Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina; Nikki Haley, the former South Carolina governor and United Nations ambassador; and, more recently, Mr. DeSantis. A spokesperson for the library said no former president has been included in the series.

One reason Mr. Trump may skip the first debate is its timing — he believes it’s too early, and has told aides he does not want to debate in August. Another reason is the host, Fox News. (read more)

Whether he does or whether he doesn’t, the big picture remains clear.

The Republican Party apparatus will attempt to use their leverage within the GOPe debates to weaken Donald Trump and enhance Ron DeSantis.

Why Now? Florida Republican Legislature Sealing Ron DeSantis Travel Records from Public Review

Posted originally on the CTH on May 2, 2023 | Sundance

The easiest way to cut through the pretending nonsense is to ask the obvious question, ‘Why now?

The Florida Republican Legislature is changing the Sunshine Laws in Florida to block people from reviewing the travel records of the Florida Governor. [HB1495 Link]

The claimed justification is security, to protect the governor and high-ranking state officials.  However, the obvious timing of Ron DeSantis pending run for the White House, in combination with his administration refusing to give details on who/how the funding for his private charter flights have been taking place during the “book tour,” makes the new law much more suspicious as constructed.

As noted within a Politico article on this subject: […] flight tracking records show that a private chartered jet last week flew from Austin, Texas, to Japan to South Korea to Israel to London and then, over the weekend, stopped in Boston before finally winding up in Tallahassee. Those stops coincide with the governor’s movements for the past week.

No reply at all — It has been previously stated that this trip is being paid by private donations to Enterprise Florida, the public-private economic development agency that is about to be dismantled by the Legislature. But a spokesperson for Enterprise Florida has not responded to questions as to why a chartered jet — which is likely to be tremendously expensive — was used for DeSantis’ trip. The agency was also asked about how much this will ultimately cost.  (read more)

If we stop playing this silly game of pretending, we will accept the billionaire donors who are funding the ‘STOP TRUMP’ operation are likely the same donors who are funding the ‘BOOK TOUR’; who are the same donors who funded the new branding and consulting group in 2022; who are the same donors funding the apparatus of the DeSantis stealth campaign.  More succinctly, his control handlers.

The need for control is a reaction to fear.

The professional Republican apparatus in Florida needs to control what is visible about the construct of Ron DeSantis 2024.  If you ask my opinion, I will tell you from all appearances this fear is connected to a reality that Ron DeSantis ’24 was planned long, long ago.  Likely before the 2020 presidential election year.

As a result of decades of grassroots activist work in the state of Florida, much of it led by the patriotic Tea Party movement, the sunshine state has/had some of the most transparent public information laws in the country.  Florida is/was well known for the ability of citizens and media to keep government officials in check through public records requests.  I have personally used them and will attest to the sunlight process that was always available.

Ever since the people behind Governor Ron DeSantis began conducting a stealth presidential campaign based on fraud, deception, brand imagery and pretense, those same Florida Sunlight Laws are viewed as a risk.   The arc of this DeSantis legacy, including the legislative changes he champions as good for the state, does not end in a good place.

If you follow the process to its natural conclusion, what’s predictable is a voter swing in the other direction. Then Democrats will have a lot of powerful tools they can weaponize against their opposition.  Tools, currently created by DeSantis, will be used by a host of carpetbagging non and new-Floridians who are putting the state on a path for future misery.

You only need to look at what took place on the floor of the Florida House of Representatives today to get a sense of the legislative crisis they are gleefully creating.  This is what DeSantis leadership in the state looks like right now:
