Is the #MeToo Movement Creating a Concrete Ceiling for Women not Glass?

The number one talk behind the curtain going around is the #MeToo movement after the Christine Blasey Ford confrontation against Brett Kavanaugh. The outright slander and lies that were hurled at Kavanaugh have done far more damage to women as a whole than mainstream media cares to talk about. The advice coming down for professional men is to distance themselves as much as possible from women for their own safety be it in politics or business. Nobody wants to talk about that hot potato.

The recommendations being talked about are to avoid any dinners with female colleagues on a one-to-one basis. Team dinners are acceptable in groups but not personal and you cannot sit next to a female. They are even advising men to NEVER sit next to a woman when traveling on business. Always book a different row entirely on any business flights. They are going as far as to recommend that staying in hotels the man should stay on a different floor or preferably a different hotel. The concern is not that something will happen, but someone can claim something happened and it boils down to one person’s word against another. They are not talking about rape, but allegations as took place in the Kavanaugh hearings absent physical proof.

The #MeToo movement in the wake of Kavanaugh hearings is altering the corporate policy that is only converting the glass ceiling to a concrete one. Many men feel that they need a background check before hiring a woman and any prior claims against an employer is a huge red flag which categorizes her as a major unknown risk factor. What this seems to be boiling down to are any previous allegations that involved formal charges are distinguishable from just allegations with no charges as was the case with Ford v Kavanaugh. The matter of Judy Munro-Leighton, who claimed Kavanaugh slapped her and forced her to perform oral sex on him when it turned out she had had never been in California or even met Kavanaugh. She excused herself false allegations claiming it was just a “ploy” to “get attention” and had never met Justice Kavanaugh. These types of allegations are leading to recommendations to just avoid women at all costs. It appears they have done far more harm to women as a whole than any other event.
While the #MeToo movement was about exploitation and justice, the outrageous proceedings in the Kavanaugh hearings have not merely made many view women as a whole new risk factor that is unquantifiable, from outside the country, they made the United States look absolutely stupid. Even the labels people hurl at Trump calling him a racist when neither Mexican nor Muslim is a race any more the being an American is a race or Christian only expose their ignorance. What is really taking place is a tremendous divide. The #MeToo movement just may have the opposite effect and creating a huge divide between men and women in a professional setting.
Office romances are not uncommon. Indeed, nearly One-Third of Workers who have had Office Romances Married Their Co-Worker. Many people do fall in love at the office because you often spend more time with someone you work with than anyone else. The crazy thing is that 35% of people have dated someone they work with. So the #MeToo movement may have a farreaching implication for relationships in general. Has the Harvey Weinstein type ruined it for all men?
Meanwhile, younger women, particularly under 30, are in their own way rebelling against the feminists. They do not want to be treated equally to the extent they are drafted into the military. Even the polls show that Trump’s support among white women is less about gender than the feminist movements would like to portray. The generally accepted split was that 54% of women voted for Hillary and 41% for Trump. CNN contributor Kirsten Powers said white women who voted for Trump are “racist” so add that to Hillary’s comment anyone who voted for Trump was a “deplorable” creates a really revolting description of 41% of the voting women in the United States.

Will the 2020 Presidential Election be the Most Violent in American History?

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong; Thanks to you I am paying closer attention to what people are saying in politics these days. It seems to be that this was not a Blue Wave they were waging but a Blue War. It is very disturbing to see the hatred is still brewing against anyone who just wants to be left alone. Is this the foundation for the rising civil unrest that turns to a civil war?

ANSWER: Unfortunately, YES! It is really very bad. The CNN political analyst Kirsten Powers actually said that all white women who voted for Donald Trump are racist! She then added that there were those who felt they had to select Trump because Hillary Clinton was simply a terrible candidate whom they could never support. We have three girls all under thirty in the office and they do not identify with Hillary’s ’60s Bra-Burning attitude. The one thing they did not like was Hillary said women were equal and should be drafted into the army as well.

The Clintons have been touring Canada with their usual exploitation to raise a never-ending pot of money. The attendance has been at best 50%. They are drawing fewer and fewer audiences.

It will only get much worse over the next two years and by the time we get to 2020, it is not going to look very civil out there. We have crossed the line. Violence and hate speech is not the norma. There is no tolerance for people to accept an opposing view.

U.S. Supreme Court decided on March 6th, 1857 (1857.178), ruled (7–2) that a slave (Dred Scott) who had resided in a free state and territory (where slavery was prohibited) was not thereby entitled to his freedom because African Americans were not and could never be citizens of the United States. It is interesting that 8.6 years from that decision (1865,353) was nearly the surrender of the final Confederate ship to the British, Shenandoah, on November 6th, 1865.

If we look at the timing from Dred Scott decision, the war began when the Confederates bombarded Union soldiers at Fort Sumter, South Carolina on April 12, 1861, which was 4.1 years or almost the half-cycle point of 4.3 years. The war ended officially in the Spring of 1865. Robert E. Lee surrendered the last major Confederate army to Ulysses S. Grant at Appomattox Courthouse on April 9th, 1865. However, it was the Shenandoah surrender on November 6th, 1865 that marked the final military activity.

Therefore, if look at that timing, it would appear that 4.3 years from Trump swearing in on January 20th, 2017 brings us to 2021.354. If we throw in all the economic problems we see coming with pensions and a monetary crisis on top of all of that, I would not count of 2020 being a normal presidential election. It may be the most violent event in American political history

All the hype over Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who was elected and waiting to take office come January is interesting insofar as the Democrats saw her as the future of the Party, they really have to take a closer look. She compared the caravan from Central America to the Jews fleeing Germany. Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina had some words of advice for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. “I recommend she take a tour of the Holocaust Museum in DC,” Graham tweeted. “Might help her better understand the differences between the Holocaust and the caravan in Tijuana.”

It looks like we are going to have some interesting crazy dialog coming out for the next two years.

The Business Cycle & the Suicide Rate

The press is all abuzz about the suicide rate is up 33% in 20 years and they blame the lack of funding as if this alone will cure the problem. They never seem to simply correlate this with economics. Now we have more than 47,000 Americans committed suicide in 2017, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They also said that this is contributing to an overall decline in U.S. life expectancy rate. Even in Japan, there is a place known as the Suicide Cliffs. People jump from the cliffs in Japan cyclically. They jump during financial crises more than during any other period. They also will commit suicide when winter ends and the sun returns. People then see the requirement of returning to a routine they view as their torment and misery.  In Japan, the intense pressure of Japanese schools has also been seen as a major contributing factor.

As the largest continent in the World, Asia accounts for about 60% of World suicides with China, India, and Japan accounting for about 40% of the World’s suicides. On an international basis, there are about 1 million suicides that take place every year. The difference in the suicide methods between the Western and Asian countries is rather significant. While in financial centers jumping from buildings also took place in New York and Chicago during the Great Depression, there were also jumpers in Japan from the Panic of 1990. The use of firearms is the favored suicide method in many Western countries, but not in Asia perhaps due to the lack of access. Asian suicides often take the form of pesticide ingestion, charcoal burning, and self-immolation. Hanging seems to be also a leading suicide method both in the East and the West, as well as in prisons. Prison suicides will also take the form of deliberately trying to create a lethal confrontation with someone to get killed as they are compelled to engage in self-defense.

Suicides correlate to economic hardship which can be personal or imposed upon by society and the business cycle. The higher the tax rate and the lower the standard of living is also a key factor for people will be driven to commit suicide facing economic failure. As the world economy continues to decline in real growth, it is not surprising that the suicide rate has increased by 33% since 1999 in the United States alone. This trend is part of the cycle. When people face that decision of whether to stay or to go into the light seeking relief and peace, sometimes they will take their entire family with them because the pain is so great yet they have responsibilities they also cannot leave behind. They will take their family in their mind relieving them of the same pain.

My last article, “The Manchurian Counterfeit”, was an obvious thought provoker, given all the places it went and the comments it garnered in response. And again I will come back and beat the drum about the profound effect that liberal network television and now liberal ‘network’ Internet are having on the thinking of my countrymen. People, please, listen up.

If you have some extra time, be sure to read how and why I threw out cable tv, thirty years ago, and literally saved the brains of my precious family. But please just bear with me. I will now briefly recall a conversation I had some months ago with a surgeon friend of mine. He is a conservative’s conservative as well as a brilliant doctor. We were talking about the great improvements that have been made in our nation’s functioning on so many levels.

And that forced us into discussing the accompanying controversy surrounding the President irrefutably responsible for all those positive changes. My friend, who stays unbelievably busy doing the impossible, finds little time for breaks other than occasional sleep and his well-deserved, annual ‘power vacation’. When he can in the evenings, right before bed, he will catch a little bit of tv for diversion. Usually it includes a newscast.

In our conversation he conceded that a lot of economic challenges he had seen as unsolvable during the Obama administration were suddenly really starting to be met and beaten. He even told me that his liberal-slanted patients were telling him that they were putting in more profitable time at work because of increased orders. One even admitted that customer-manufacturers that had been suffering during the Obama administration were suddenly coming to life again, and it was undeniably because of Trump’s incentives and tax restructuring.

I was delighted to hear that! And I told my doctor friend that I was going to be voting to put that same economy-fixing hero back in office in 2020. I said to him, “And I’m sure you will be voting for him, too, my friend.” He looked at me and shrugged. “Probably – but I sure wish we didn’t have to have all the other unpleasant embarrassment that comes with him.” I screwed up my face and responded, “Unpleasant embarrassment? What do you mean, Doc?” And without batting an eye, he said, “Well, I mean, come on, Dave! He’s Donald Trump!”

I don’t hesitate to tell you that my friend is every bit as intelligent and perceptive as any of my good readers. But I will also just as confidently say that his opinions have been predictably and severely skewed by the steady diet of lies liberal media are telling to the gullible and trusting public who aren’t taking the time (or, like my doctor friend, don’t have the time) to make sure of anything for themselves. I asked him to give me hard examples of serious personality or leadership problems that Trump had (not embellishments of a vengeful press) that were any worse than any of his predecessors’. Try as he might, even he was shocked that he couldn’t..

Infected, by the droning lies of liberal media’s concerted dissemination of misinformation

In finishing our conversation I told him, “Doc, if you’ll take a break from CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS – all of the big machinery that is so blatantly about making ‘Trump-Hate’ an art form – I will bet you money that in just a few weeks you will begin to lose a lot of your groundless criticism for our president. I’ve proven this with other friends. Further, if you need some time to decide whether to try that, listen carefully to their newscasts, programming and sitcoms, etc. You will quickly detect the inordinately determined vitriol with which they are attacking our president – both directly and in dizzying subtlety. Let me tell you, buddy … they have a vested interest in destroying him. And they know that they can completely shape people’s opinions by warping the truths they claim to be bringing us.”

And that brings us, my good readers, back to the ‘Manchurian Counterfeit’ we had begun discussing the other day. While you read my words, remember that the little scrap of paper we call our Constitution is the only thing that stands between us and the omnipotent and invincible tyranny of absolute government – socialism/communism.

Let me begin by saying that I am amazed at the level of mind control that has been achieved over our nation! Okay, okay … I realize this may sound real paranoid to some. But, as my hyper-smart wife would say, “Is it paranoia? Or is it perception?” We have to ask ourselves that question when we stop to consider how far our enemies will go to enslave us. Our nation’s welfare, our very lives and the lives of our loved ones depend upon our being ever vigilant – what Thomas Jefferson knew the survival of our Republic rested upon – our remaining ‘an informed society’.

The ‘very real devil’ I am always talking about is absolutely using today’s big-money media to keep us from receiving vital truth which allows us to make safe and sound decisions. Just as (forgive me, here we go again) Adolf Hitler used the press/radio to fully capture the love, fear and support of all of Germany, the lying left and its handmaiden, the lying news, are today making the world safe for themselves by controlling what we must lean upon as fact and reality. If the well’s water is tainted, everyone drinking there will be showing the same symptoms. Right now our nation is uniformly sick as a result of years of fake news. Even we conservatives have become jaundiced, infected, by the droning lies of liberal media’s concerted dissemination of misinformation.

The Manchurian Counterfeit: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

Most recently, I am flabbergasted to see that many of my most admired Conservative commentators have fallen for the LIE that our new, ‘baby-Congresswoman’, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, is actually as lightheaded as she is playacting. For those of you who haven’t seen it, by all means take the time to read the Canada Free Press exclusive (by yours truly) entitled “The Manchurian Counterfeit”.  Read and discover for yourself that she is no dummy. Nevertheless she is being casually dismissed as ‘nothing to worry about’, by some of the most powerful conservative commentators who have been taken in by her deception. But be warned, she is the newly unveiled pinnacle of failsafe keys that will unlock the gushing support and voting power of 21st century leftist ‘liberalism’ – 90% of which is comprised of spoiled, stupid tv-mesmerized kids and their dumb parents.

And especially to that bunch of whining, abysmally ignorant and inexperienced ‘awesome dudes’ and ‘dudettes’, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez is their representative voice in fuddy-duddy old Washington DC. And that is why some of the sleaziest, leftist democrats can’t say enough good things about her – because she is accomplishing everything that wizened and brilliant political figures could never touch: If you want to attract flies, my good readers, you don’t argue with them or even invite them in. Instead, you must discover their very favorite flavor and odor of excrement – and pile it high. And that is exactly what Ms. Ocasio-Cortez is about.

Nevertheless, even conservative commentators have joined in the chorus making light of how this “dummy”: doesn’t know about the three branches of our government, or how she intends to take down the Supreme Court, and that she is the “democratic party’s worst enemy”, etc. etc. In a state of shock, I sincerely can’t believe that more people’s jaws are not agape at the fact that so many have been taken in by the charade of this little, female wrecking crew. Can you imagine satan (is he known to be real stupid?) running around promoting anything that is going to interfere with his unwavering determination to deceive and destroy the creation of God? So in that same line of reasoning, why in the world would a silver-tongued devil like Barack Obama be out banging the drum and stumping for anything or anyone that might wreck his opportunity to become an untouchable, One-World oligarch? Forget about it.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the prototype of America’s worst nightmare on the move. She is the new and improved Hillary Clinton!

The other day I saw a lot of conservative commentary making fun of her advocating ‘fresh blood’ running for office and pushing out incumbent democrat fogeys. That’s right, she said, big as life, to every swarming street urchin/activist under the sound of her voice: “… I need you to run for office,” … “We all need to run at all levels of government, but I really hope that many of you join me here in Congress.” This was the same ‘silly’ little woman who announced that she was out to destroy ‘grandma’s democratic party’. And the brilliant conservative comeback to that? That she is the democrats’ biggest enemy? Did you not hear what she said? People, she is cleaning house for the new left! She is heralding the true advent of the grand debut of the shadow government that Barack Obama spent his eight years in planting and nurturing!

And some of the most lucid and mentally acute conservative writers and commentators, many of them my heroes, are treating her as though she’s an idiot! My friends, she is the prototype of America’s worst nightmare on the move. She is the new and improved Hillary Clinton! She is the doe-eyed, hovering basilisk currently hypnotizing millions of infantile minds who see her as the bubbling personage of the revolutionary, paradigm shift. She is the new, ‘innocent’ cheerleader that the triumphantly emerging ‘One World America’ has been yearning for. And the victims of her narcotic deception are as prepared for her fatal spell as a nursery full of babies. Trust me, folks, Barack knew precisely why he was campaigning for her. And he is, as we speak, delighted that so many are dismissing her as a ditz.

The Manchurian Counterfeit

I have written several articles harping on the roles of television and the Internet in training up programmed humanoids that I call (the older of whom) ‘silver ponytails’ and (the younger that most all conservatives refer to as) ‘snowflakes’. We are today surrounded by a whole new ‘America’ that the lamestream media has been carefully nurturing, like a bonsai tree, for the past fifty years. I quote myself here (something I love to do), because I honestly can’t find too many other people talking about this 21st century phenomenon of the busted hope of America. In a previous article I identified millennials and their offspring as, “… a raw resource (the Left sees only fit) to be exploited, mined and kept in numbing and compliant conformity. Liberal media/entertainment has groomed them to buy and vote for anything that is in the trend they’ve built – politically correct just as mother tv has instructed.”

And this dilemma is right where conservatives have really missed the boat – especially after George Bush Senior, in all of his vain confidence, decided to phone in his part when campaigning against Clinton in 1992. The Democrats learned to speak “street” starting with Bill Clinton and George Stephanopoulos. And that was thoroughly perfected by the time streetwise Barack Obama took the torch in 2008. I remember when Obama orchestrated his online virtual ‘train tours’ through the US during his first term. Obama quickly learned that ‘cool’ conquers ‘comprehension’ when it comes to dealing with their dialed-in constituency, the tv-trained millennials and their dimbulb generations to follow (and in many instances their parents and grandparents are just as lightheaded). Encapsulating the point I am trying to make here (THAT WE HAVE GENERALLY RAISED IMPRESSIONABLE MORONS FOR OUR CITIZENRY) is the sad fact that only 40% of law grads managed to pass the California Bar exam this year. No doubt, given the trend at hand they, and maybe other states, will dumb down future exams. Or perhaps all the dumb grads will just be given law licenses for having participated in attending law school.

Obama conducted an online “whistle-stop” conversation with America early on in his first term. I had to applaud his ingenuity in maintaining a relationship of sorts with his constituency. The streaming program lasted for about an hour or so, starting on the West Coast and worked its way East. The first kid Barack spoke with was in San Francisco. Everybody had computer cams on, so you could see the bedrooms of every youngster who had voted him into office. The first thing out of Barack’s mouth was simply, “Wow, that’s a really cool Bob Marley poster you’ve got on your wall there!” Obama was hip. And it was through that savvy – which had nothing to do with winning debates – that he won the Oval Office. The GOP, after Reagan and up until the time of Donald Trump, never got past “I LIKE IKE!”, in its stabs at reaching people. That always worked for me because I have a brain and I understood what they were talking about. But then, I am just another member of the choir.

‘Being cool’ in politics nowadays is just plain good-sense marketing. That’s because most of the people who will today bother to make it to the polls are primarily young and naïve folks. They will respond to the romancing, shucking and jiving of the weirdos who today make up the DNC. Conservatives still have this lingering notion that the best argument will win the day. But, sadly, that just isn’t so anymore. When Jesse Jackson introduced the Rainbow Coalition, you have to hand it to him for knowing that common sense was beginning its holiday, he and his protégés knew that future voters would be the hapless progeny of sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll.

And those people would have no time for sound doctrine, let alone great statesmen or genius apologists who couldn’t speak a word of their new language. We conservatives never caught on. You can imagine my shock when the best the GOP could come up with against Obama in 2012 were the stunt-doubles for the 1967 version of Batman and Robin. Eight years of a silver tongued devil like Obama – and all the racist and cultic hell he could raise – still haven’t taught us much at all regarding the mindset that today rallies behind what we consider nut-jobs like Clinton, Pelosi, Waters, Schumer, Booker, and the rest of them. It absolutely has nothing to do with logic.

Now an even greater danger has come to the fore. And she is even more clever and slippery than a love child of Barack and Hillary on steroids. She is cool, she is cute as a button, and acts like she is only “three-and-a-half years old!” Her name is Alexandria Ocasio – Cortez. She says stupid things like, “Gosh! Until I take over the job, I don’t even think I’ll have enough money for an apartment in Washington DC!” And she does stupid-looking things like take part in a sit-in outside of Nancy Pelosi’s Washington office. But trust me, folks, she is anything but stupid. If she hadn’t been groomed and plugged in as a desperation toss by the DNC, she would certainly now be occupying a corner office and bringing home a couple million bucks a year at a top ad agency on Madison Avenue.

Don’t let anyone tell you that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is another dumbbell added to the roster of liberal morons

FYI, she was a double major – economics and international relations – at the ‘no dummies allowed’, top dollar, Boston University, a A 70K/year school that accepts only about 30% of its applicants. She went on to work for the Prince of freaking Darkness himself, Ted Kennedy. And Teddy was not notorious for surrounding himself with halfwits. Barack Obama went out of his way to stump for her, even though she is caucasian (and yes, folks, latinos are caucasians) because he knew the magic she would bring to progressive socialists looking for a shoe-in with the high school children destined to take over and literally overpower what is left of thinking America. And in an air of real triumph, the very liberal and leftist ‘Young Turks’ commentators were just yesterday celebrating what they noted as Fox News freaking out over Cortez because, as they implied, of the refreshing change she was bringing to an old world America.

If you take nothing else away from my story this week, it is this: Don’t let anyone tell you that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is another dumbbell added to the roster of liberal morons. Because neither assessment is accurate. Cortez and the people she is in league with are as dumb as the devil who runs that political party. And they are all crazy like the foxes about to be minding the henhouse we used to call ” … the land of the free and the home of the brave”.

Sometimes I will write an article, and I will pat myself on the back for the profound points I made in getting my message across. I can listen for hours to the brilliance of a Ben Shapiro, Dennis Prager or my old favorite, Thomas Sowell. But I so often forget that the most powerful tyrants of history and their oppressive regimes didn’t build any of their evil empires on a foundation of power points, sagacity and godliness. To the man, they all accomplished their horrible legacies working through the inflamed passions of mobs consumed by ignorance and desperation – exactly the constituency comprising today’s leftist America – and the swarms of offscouring and vagabonds now marching toward our southern border.

She is as serious as a heart attack about her socialist, one-world agenda

Christian conservative Americans should have long ago realized the true danger and nature of the treachery arching itself against the informed mind that Thomas Jefferson had prayed would steward our Republic long after he’d died. But, instead, for the past 50 years at least, we have mostly just been kept distracted by word games thrown at us by the very real devil while we’ve been hauling in Trojan horses like the Clintons, the Obamas, and now a beautiful young witch who has raised ‘playing stupid’ into a paralyzing new art form. For a moment, like everybody else, I wanted to think this young woman was just another democrat dumbbell. I really wanted to believe that, because my mind needed the rest that thought afforded me.

I thought naïvely that maybe we could let our guard down and just let her shoot herself in the foot. But she not at all stupid. No! She and all that comes with her constitute an unprecedented level of danger to an America that is, as we watch, slipping into unconsciousness. There is nothing sweet or innocent about her. She should be handled like a pit viper. In a recent post-victory interview she said, ““We were very clear about our message, very clear about our priorities and very clear about the fact that even if you’ve never voted before we are talking to you.” And she wasn’t kidding a bit. She has made herself as ‘clear’ as mud to a crowd of people who are blinded by the circuses of the democratic party in conjunction with a lying liberal media. But she is as serious as a heart attack about her socialist, one-world agenda. And we should keep our vigil and response just as sober and serious. Our lives and the lives of those about whom we so deeply care depend upon it.
