Bill Whittle is out with his newest Afterburner video entitled “2016: Into the Fog.” In this video Mr. Whittle declines to make predictions about the new year because it is just too foggy out there, however he does have several questions. My favorite part is when he states America is no longer a nation of laws because if it were, Hillary Clinton would not be running for office but instead running for Mexico. He also has questions about Donald Trump, I don’t but Whittle is good at what he does; and does end on a positive note however.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced that it’s suspending a hugely controversial program that allows local police departments to keep a large portion of assets seized from citizens under federal law and funnel it into their own coffers. This program has been converting police agencies into criminal organizations by seizing people’s money without any connection to a crime.
The DOJ has announced that it is not ending civil asset forfeiture; it is simply ending the “equitable-sharing” program, which has given the police the option of prosecuting asset forfeiture cases under federal law instead of state. Typically, federal law has far less rights than most states. Federal forfeiture policies are, therefore, far more permissive and they do not really have to show any evidence of a connection to a crime. Allowing police to keep up to 80 percent of assets they seize is outrageous. They have actually seized more money than all crimes in 2014 and 2015 combined. The police have become the risk rather than criminals.
The police have become the people you avoid and never ask for help. Any contact with the police whatsoever will result in an immediate search of their database for anything on you. I have one friend who had a name that was on the no-fly terrorist list. What a nightmare he went through to prove it was not him.

State Lawmakers Prep Gun Control Policies For 2016
Well the assault on the 2nd amendment begins and has it builds we will end up in a civil war; I hope that that wasn’t what they wanted.
State lawmakers are scheduled to consider stricter firearms policies when they return to their respective capitol buildings in January.
In Illinois, a bill introduced by a Democratic state lawmaker in late December would revoke a citizen’s firearms owner ID card and result in the seizure of the individual’s firearms, if the person’s name is added to the FBI terror watch list.
A Nevada Democratic state senator announced a similar bill on Dec. 14 that would “prohibit those on the Federal No-Fly List from purchasing firearms in Nevada.” The bill echoes legislation that recently failed to pass Congress.
Former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s operatives are also pushing to get an initiative on the 2016 Nevada ballot that would criminalize private transfers of firearms. Bloomberg-funded groups are heading to other states like Maine and Arizona to propose similar gun control initiatives.

Why Won’t the Press Reveal What Hillary Has Done to Students & Families?
QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, we saved for years to pay for our children to have an education. But tuition has exploded in price making the average student now dependent on student loans. Why are politicians have no heart? They seem to be just pure greedy evil people. Thank you for reporting it was Hillary who ruined our future and that of our children.
ANSWER: I fully understand what you mean. I use to try to help on Capitol Hill, but honestly, I gave up. It is just way too corrupt. I am convinced that we have lost everything due to career politicians, whom should be against the law. There is nobody on our side. The audacity of Hillary Clinton to claim she stands for the lower class when she did more than anyone in history for the bankers. There is a tuition study showing that the average cost for education rose in proportion to student loans, thanks to Hillary who has no remorse.
I believe Hillary is going to be remembered by history with the same notoriety of the wife of Aristobulus, Salome, who asked Herod Antipas for the head of John the Baptist in return for her risqué dance for the king. In this case, the bankers asked for the head of students on a plate and Hillary delivered. The mere fact that no mainstream media will highlight the Clintons’ role in cutting the chains that bound the bankers demonstrates how corrupt the press is as well. They demonize Trump and Carson, but never Hillary who walks on water.
Chinese State Media Demands US Citizens Be Disarmed
One of the reasons that the Japanese did not invade the US was they were afraid of the armed citizens. So why would the Chinese half way across the world be concerned about out weapons? Are they planning an invasion?

The past six months have seen enough shooting rampages in the United States. Just three days ago, three people were shot dead at a shopping mall in Oregon. Two weeks ago, a football player shot his girlfriend dead and then committed suicide. Five months ago, 12 people were killed and 58 wounded in a shooting spree at a midnight screening of a Batman film in Colorado.
The government went on to express a strong dislike of the National Rifle Association while also attacking the Republican Party as somehow complicit in the violence. Conversely, the article heaps praise on the Democratic Party:

The Real Victims of Victimhood
Back in the day we had problems to solve and people were expected to do the best that they could. Today every one is a victim of something and that removes personal responsibility for our actions. If no one is responsibly that you create a mind set that you can do anything you want and society collapses into anarchy.
“Victimhood culture” has now been identified as a widening phenomenon by mainstream sociologists. And it is impossible to miss the obvious examples all around us. We can laugh off some of them, for example, the argument that the design of a Starbucks cup is evidence of a secularist war on Christmas. Others, however, are more ominous.
On campuses, activists interpret ordinary interactions as “microaggressions” and set up “safe spaces” to protect students from certain forms of speech. And presidential candidates on both the left and the right routinely motivate supporters by declaring that they are under attack by immigrants or wealthy people.
