DOJ Drops Jack Smith Lawfare Cases, Using 2024 Election Outcome as Justification

In Florida, Judge Ailleen Cannon threw out the “classified documents case” against President Trump, citing in her opinion that Special Counsel Jack Smith had no constitutional authority to target and charge President Trump. Did you notice the missing DOJ appeal effort?

In the J6 case President Trump was accused of conspiring to illegally overturn the 2020 election. Charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction of an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights. However, the Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity, again threw a wrench into the Lawfare strategy.

President Trump wins a massive electoral and popular vote landslide election. Within 12-hours the DOJ announce that technical legal processes block them from targeting a president-elect and sitting president.

The non-pretending reality of the issue is that Jack Smith and the Lawfare attacks were always going to end up in appeal to the Supreme Court, and the high court had already put its opinion on record. The election result provides the DOJ an excuse, a plausible justification to save face.

(Via NBC) – Justice Department officials have been evaluating how to wind down the two federal criminal cases against President-elect Donald Trump before he takes office to comply with long-standing department policy that a sitting president can’t be prosecuted, two people familiar with the matter tell NBC News.

The latest discussions stand in contrast with the pre-election legal posture of special counsel Jack Smith, who in recent weeks took significant steps in the election interference case against Trump without regard to the electoral calendar.

But the sources say DOJ officials have come to grips with the fact that no trial is possible anytime soon in either the Jan. 6 case or the classified documents matter — both of which are mired in legal issues that would likely prompt an appeal all the way to the Supreme Court, even if Trump had lost the election.

Now that Trump will become president again, DOJ officials see no room to pursue either criminal case against him — and no point in continuing to litigate them in the weeks before he takes office, the people said. (read more)

In the New York City case, watch Judge Merchan defer any sentencing outcome pending the appeals to the higher state court.  Those appeals will likely be successful, and the entire issue sitting in front of Merchan becomes a moot point.

Violence Against Conservative Politicians – APL

I have met Anna Paulina Luna (APL) and have been impressed by her policies and tenacity. Anna is receiving an unprecedented amount of hate for her conservative views. Her campaign manager was recently assaulted, and I fear that we can expect more violence against conservatives in the weeks to come if Trump secures a victory.

People assume all of Florida is bright red, but that is simply not true. My county, in particular, is a mix, potentially leaning blue. There is a good mix of Trump and Harris flags and an uptick of pro-Harris-Walz protests, although there was a poor turnout when Harris attempted to campaign here.

Anna Paulina Luna has become a target for the violent left. A few weeks ago, far-left supporters doxed Anna and revealed her home address. The St. Petersburg Police Department confirmed that Luna’s office received death threats a few months ago. ““My office has received a very serious shooting threat,” she said. “This division and hate campaign against Republicans is going to get someone killed. I will not be threatened, intimidated, or bow down to those using violence as a means to push their agenda. We will win,” Luna wrote.

Luna, an Air Force veteran, has accused the radical left’s campaign of hate for the increase in violent threats. Most recently, her campaign manager was physically assaulted by one of her political rival’s supporters.

“A male Whitney Fox supporter shook hands with her father at the Clearwater early polling location before getting physical with my female campaign manager and her father,” said Rep. Anna Paulina Luna.

Instead of offering protection or asking their radicalized supporters to back down, the demonization of Luna has continued. Chairwoman Suzan DelBene has attacked Luna’s heritage, accusing her of lying about her father’s Jewish heritage and accusing her grandfather of fighting for the Nazis.

We are witnessing neighbors turn against one another. Luna’s own neighbor posted her personal information on Facebook with the message: “I know where she lives if anyone is interested in sending her a love letter or … something. She dwells right around the corner.”

I worry that these threats will turn into actual acts of violence. If Trump secures a victory, the left will not accept defeat. They have been told that his supporters are “deplorable,” “Nazis,” and “garbage” who want to ruin what is left of this great nation.

Unrestricted Abortions under Kamala is Improbable

For the one-issue voters honing in on abortion – do you know that the president does not have the power to overturn the Supreme Court ruling? Abortion is now in the hands of individual states. Kamala Harris has promised to codify Roe v Wade into the US Constitution, but it’s not possible at this time.

Harris would need the full support of both chambers of Congress. She knows that she could never secure enough votes which is why she would like to eliminate the Senate filibuster to allow legislation to pass with a majority of 51 votes instead of 60. There are people on both sides who do not agree with ending the filibuster for various reasons.

Harris would need to end the Hyde Amendment that restricts Medicaid coverage for abortions. Low-income individuals are more prone to seek out abortion services. She would likely need Congress to approve funding for abortion services, as the federal government already funds Planned Parenthood.

Abortion Protests

Restricting state-level bans would also need to happen. The Bible Belt will ensure that their states have separate legislation in their state Constitutions that Harris would need to override.

Then, whatever is passed is simply not enough. For example, on our local ballot in Florida, they would like minors to have access to abortions without parental authorization. Children are unable to undergo medical procedures without parental authorization, but the far-left believes they have the ability to choose whether it’s right to terminate a pregnancy or switch their gender. Roe technically applies to 22 to 24 weeks of pregnancy, but individual journalists have shown that countless agencies have no problem performing abortions well into the third trimester.

Kamala Harris pledges to implement unrestricted abortion within her first 100 days of office. There is absolutely no way she could accomplish all of the above within a few months. It is simply not possible to mobilize public support for such a polarizing measure.

The Biggest Loser and the Irony Behind it

If things go according to the current outlook, the biggest loser this week will not be Kamala, it will be Barack Obama. In specific terms his legacy is on the line.

Kamala Harris would not be in position without the moves Chicago Jesus made in 2020 together with James Clyburn. Obama/Clyburn picked Senator Harris.

Kamala would not be in 2024 position, were it not for the intervention of Chicago Jesus, Pelosi and the upper echelon of DNC control officers. Once again, Obama stepped in to support Kamala.  Barack Obama, together with Eric Holder, then selected Tim Walz.

This week, it’s not just the insufferable Kamala on the ballot, it’s Obama, and he knows it. That’s why he has enlisted his closest peers in media to support her, and by extension protect him. They are tied together.

Even with the media intention to present a “dead heat” contest and fraudulent Kamala “momentum”, which really isn’t about MAGA, they know that doesn’t work now; the effort to pull the goalie in the 3rd period, is more about giving the base some hope because they are worried the core has given up and won’t bother to turn up on Tuesday.

The left can see the same raw early vote data we can, but their pretending is necessary because they have a leader who desperately needs to stay relevant for their identity to survive beyond Tuesday.

Who are the Democrats without Obama?

They need morale. Yes, even in defeat, they need a morale message that can keep the movement alive. Because without it, the Obama era truly does end just as fast as it came in.

The need for control is a reaction to fear. It’s not losing the election they fear, it’s losing relevance within a political apparatus whose modern identity is built upon Chicago Jesus.

The same relevance motive and intent apply toward leftist media. There are lots of people desperate to cling to the last vestiges of something that is gone.

The era ends on Tuesday. Obama knows it, and the media know it. Kamala is clueless.

The most ironic aspect to this political dynamic will be missed by most.

President Obama rose to power in 2008 because the 18–25-year-old Millennials built him up and believed his BS.  In 2024 it is the 18–25-year-old Gen-Z who will take him down, because they don’t.

October Jobs Report: Private Sector Loses 28,000 Jobs, Government Gains 40,000 – August, Sept Revised Lower: 112,000 Fewer Jobs

The final Bureau of Labor & Statistics (BLS) jobs report before the election was released today.  The results are devastating to the Biden economic narrative, yet reflective of the statistical manipulation within prior data.  [BLS Report HERE]

Overall, 12,000 jobs were added.  However, the private sector lost another 28,000 jobs and government gained 40,000.

Additionally, “the change in total nonfarm payroll employment for August was revised down by 81,000, from +159,000 to +78,000, and the change for September was revised down by 31,000, from +254,000 to +223,000. With these revisions, employment in August and September combined is 112,000 lower than previously reported.”  [BLS Report, Table B-1]

Nationally the retail sector lost another 6,400 jobs, but state government increased employment.  The host is getting smaller, the parasites are enlarging.

I’m actually a little surprised to see the bureau publish openly damaging information to their aligned administration.  However, that may also indicate a certain amount of acceptance of the inevitable on behalf of the BLS data control officials.  At a certain point everyone has to admit the emperor has no clothes.

Many businesses are in a holding pattern, having survived the last several years.

Many individuals are one last breath away from drowning.
