This is good news.  Earlier this morning Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis announce a judge in 13th Circuit Court in Michigan, has allowed a forensic audit of the 22 Dominion ballot counting systems used in Antrim County.  [Media Report Here]

The forensic examination took place Sunday with Bailey, Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, county administrator Pete Garwood, county attorney Haider Kazim, three county commissioners, a county IT technician and a member of the Sheriff’s department, said county spokesman Jeremy Scott in a release.

Also present, according to Scott, were seven members of the Allied Security Operations Group, a group affiliated with Trump’s litigation team. In the court order, the evidence cited by Bailey comes from a report from the group. (full story)

Sketchy Business – Throughout Georgia 300 drop boxes were used to collect absentee ballots in the November 2020 general election. The rather unusual ballot collection system was authorized under Georgia Election Code Emergency which was passed in July 2020.

According to the legal requirements every absentee ballot drop box collection team “shall complete and sign a ballot transfer form upon removing the ballots from the drop box, which shall include the date, time, location and number of ballots.”

After election officials began being challenged on several aspects related to unusual behavior within the Georgia election, the Georgia Star sent record requests to key counties asking for copies of the legally required chain of custody, the ballot transfer forms, for the collection boxes.

Most responses were received in a timely manner; however, DeKalb county said they need more time, and appears to have broken the chain of custody requirement.

This is additionally interesting as DeKalb county was a specific target for funding from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg who sent $4.8 million to them in order to hire “additional staff, voting and mail ballot equipment.” When questioned by The Georgia Star a lawyer for the county responded with a rather unusual answer.

It strains credulity to suggest that the election director of DeKalb County cannot say whether or not the legally required ballot transfer forms exist in 30 seconds, not the 30 days the county says it needs to be able to answer that question. (read more)

On December 4th the Trump campaign filed an election contest in Georgia, alleging violations of state laws in the 2020 election. President Trump held a rally yesterday in Valdosta and stated widespread fraud likely occurred in the state.

A very interesting video interview where cofounder of VoteGA, Garland Favorito, drills  down into the more granular Georgia voting and ballot tabulating issues revealing some interesting evidence and data.

Ware County, Georgia, conducted a hand count of ballots after they were run through the tabulating machines containing Dominion software.  What they discovered was an actual difference between the ballots and the results from the tabulation machine.  37 votes moved from Trump to Biden creating a 0.26% shift in the total vote.

Garland Favorito explains how the errors are not attributable to any other process other than an algorithm built into the counting software tabulating the ballots.  When Favorito was scheduled to testify before the state legislature, the republican leader of the committee blocked his testimony.  Listen to this interview starting at 04:00  WATCH:

Keep in mind this .26% algorithmic shift can be modified to any percentage based on the targeted precinct or county.  Additionally, as Favorito notes, this empirical result has currently only been identified in Ware County because other counties did not track their own data and relied exclusively on the Dominion tabulation result.  There’s no telling how far this algorithmic issue would extend.

Trump campaign team lawyer Rudy Giuliani appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the status of several state lawsuits. Giuliani focuses his initial comments toward the state of Georgia where several serious issues have been shown within the peach state election.

Additionally, Giuliani notes the overall instructions had to be coordinated by a central plan because the exact same processes were carried out simultaneously across several regions in exactly the same way.  The former New York Mayor suspects that DC was the origination of the plan.  “They didn’t do it everywhere. They did it in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Milwaukee and Atlanta.”  “Places where there is a lot of corruption.”

There is an interesting article in Forbes today about a previously unknown FBI raid in Maricopa County, Arizona, where agents seized computers, hard drives, USB sticks and electronic devices in connection with a cyber intrusion into election systems.

The Maricopa County Registrars office reports more than 2.5 million registered voters are within the system that appears to have been the targeted office of the intrusion.

The FBI isn’t talking, and the story only surfaced as an outcome of one part, the search warrant, of a sealed court filing.  Forbes Story Here

Considering what the past several years have revealed about the FBI; and considering the recent evidence of the FBI purposefully burying information from within the Hunter Biden laptop for over a year; it seems entirely possible this Arizona FBI effort was more intended to hide the reality of election vulnerabilities and intrusions, as opposed to investigating them?

How sad is it that we carry such unfortunate perspectives in our mind?

The FBI now more closely resembles, essentially, what we previously called Soviet-era “state police”.   FUBAR.

DOJ Should AGAIN Use RICO Statute to Prosecute Democrat Party Swing-State Election Fraud

In processing our massive 2020 presidential election theft crisis, America does have another option. The DOJ’s RICO statute, created for organized crime has been used for e-vote election frauds. In 2009, a number of Clay County Kentucky election officials, including candidates, poll workers and judges were convicted for rigging elections, exactly like today. We MUST use this strategy again because this multi-state fraud is too large and detailed to treat fairly in a short period. Our Constitutional Republic will not survive this massive election fraud without quick Federal intervention.

RICO FRAUD PREDICATE: Enough fraud surfaced in Swing States to indicate a coordinated, interstate criminal undertaking exists for DOJ to declare a Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) investigation. Created October 15, 1970, to battle Mafia, RICO has been successfully used against many organizations, The claim is the Democrat Party has degenerated into a mafia-like organization, regularly breaking the law. Famously, on March 19, 2009, the DOJ announced: “Clay County KY Board of Election Officials Arrested and Indicted for Racketeering and Voter Fraud Conspiracy.” 

RICO PREREQUISITES: There must be “Racketeering” organized to break Fed or state law. “Defined as a “pattern of racketeering activity” if there is a violation of any two or more enumerated existing state or federal offenses.” DOJ states: “An “enterprise” is any individual, partnership, corp, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity. 18 U.S.C.A. §1961(4).” 

RICO OFFENSE: There must be RICO offenses included, including 35 separate crimes, including: Any act of bribery, counterfeiting, theft, embezzlement, fraud, obstruction of justice, etc. Those prosecuted with RICO include Hell’s Angels, Mike Milken, Catholic Church, Key West, FL Police Dept, Major League Baseball, LA Police Dept, and Clay County Board of Election Officials.

E-VOTE FRAUD: RICO & CLAY COUNTY ELECTION BOARD OFFICIALS PROSECUTION: After examining Democratic Party fraud (indictment), the DOJ press release stated: 

LEXINGTON—The United States Attorney’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation jointly announced today that five Manchester, Ky. officials, including the circuit court judge, the county clerk, and election officers were arrested pursuant to a federal indictment that accused them of using corrupt tactics to obtain political power and personal gain.

The 10-count indictment, unsealed today, accused the defendants of a conspiracy from March 2002, until November 2006, that violated the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). RICO is a federal statute that prosecutors use to combat organized crime. The defendants were also indicted for extortion, mail fraud, obstruction of justice, conspiracy to injure voters’ rights and conspiracy to commit voter fraud. 

According to the indictment, these alleged criminal actions affected the outcome of federal, local, and state primary and general elections in 2002, 2004, and 2006.The indictment accused the defendants of the following criminal actions. 

E-VOTE MACHINE TAMPERING: The prosecution described vote machine tampering: 

“Clay County Clerk, Freddy Thompson, 45, allegedly provided money to election officers to be distributed by the officers to buy votes and he also instructed officers how to change votes at the voting machine. The indictment also accused Thompson of false testimony before a grand jury in Lexington.”

WHY RICO NOW? In the 2020 presidential election, the sheer number of apparent crimes, their variety, the distant sites, the obvious coordination of vote fraud, and most of all the incredible time crunch means we need an emergency solution. That the countless acts of deception and theft all occurred the same time late on Nov. 3^rd 2020 proves coordination. The fraud is so ambitious, large and far flung, this crime demands RICO. When one realizes the incredible time crunch, we need the FBI & DOJ to sweep in and seize all related materials, interview tens of thousands of workers and witnesses. Therefore, speed is of the utmost importance. 

NEED FOR FORENSIC EXAMINATION: All involved machines must be given a forensic examination.  But first we need a national moratorium to freeze every part of this election in the 5 swing states. No one state or party should be allowed to decide this election by way of non-cooperation, destruction of evidence, or obfuscation. 

CALL & EMAIL LOCAL, STATE & DC: Call and email your legal representatives and demand a RICO inquiry. Time is of the essence. Immediately spread this message to everyone you know and help protect US elections from fraud & outside influence!

Here is some background information about why people are having trouble commenting and/or seeing comments.  Please, please, p.l.e.a.s.e, book mark this post and share it because some people do not read the site updates and just go into the comments when the solutions and/or explanations are being provided.

Many people are complaining about not being able to see the totality of comments. Others are complaining their comments are not refreshing with the page.  There appears to be a very simple explanation and easy solution for this issue.

CTH 2.0 does not have any tracking software initiated to recognize the user in the comment system.  THERE ARE NO COOKIES deployed to track you.  There is no system in place by CTH to monitor you or recognize you.  This is part of our current privacy position.

What that means is you must initiate a process where YOU request to be recognized in the community.  We are not asking your permission to recognize you (ie. cookies) as with 99 percent of websites; you must intentionally engage the commenting system to say you are expressly desiring of recognition.

How do you achieve this status?  When you fill out the comment box there is a place for your user name, email address and then it asks you if you wish the site to: “Save my name, email and website in this browser for the next time I comment.”  It is a checkbox.

If you check that box [√] you are, in essence, applying a cookie to yourself.  You will then be recognized by the commenting software system and see the totality of the commenting conversation.  You will see all comments.

If you do not check that box [ ] you are not requesting to be recognized again, and you are dropping an isolated comment into the system.  You likely will not see the totality of the comments.  You will see only comments attributed to your comment or reply.

Think of it like walking up to the conversation on a porch:

If you affirmatively check [“save my name, email and website in this browser for the next time I comment”] you are saying to the audience, I have something to say and I am sticking around to hear all the other voices.

If you do not affirmatively check [“save my name, email and website in this browser for the next time I comment”] you are saying to the audience, I have something to say, but I am not sticking around to join the conversation or hear other voices.

It appears the software is designed such that if you are not affirming intent, the commenting system doesn’t anticipate your engagement in all the other comments. Ergo other comments do not appear and/or they are not populated in your experience.

This is a privacy and tracking issue.  CTH 2.0, as an independent website, is currently not tracking or applying any host generated tracking data of the participants.

Most websites do apply some version of tracking via “cookies” to make your engagement part of an active tracking system (make user experience easier); and/or use those cookies to deliver you targeted advertising.  CTH 2.0 has no advertising and no need for a system of targeting.

Due to the scale of emails complaining about this specific issue (approximately 400 today alone), the tech team is recommending that I switch to Disqus for the commenting program.  However, if we do that: (A) the same company that targeted us, Automattic, owns Disqus; and (B) without a doubt Disqus tracks users for tracking and targeting.

Some people do not care if they are comment tracked; others don’t care if Disqus is used because they are familiar with it from other websites.   However, for me that is an option of last resort and I will not deploy the free version of Disqus because I don’t want to open another door where a third party can start monitoring the conversation.  Especially when Automattic has already used the targeting of the original CTH to shut down our voice.

So, with all of that said.  Keep this solution in mind.  If you want to see all the comments, then check the [box] that says: “save my name, email and website in this browser for the next time I comment”, and hopefully that will eliminate the frustration you are encountering.  Fingers crossed.

All other commenting solutions encompass some form of server/host recognition and tracking of the user in the comments section.  The current system allows you to make that active decision; any other comment system will make that decision without your input.

Lastly, on the email notifications.  Again, we explain that currently we do not have an active email notification system for new posts in place.  The reason for the delay is again a matter of privacy.  An email auto-notification system is done by a third-party provider.

[…] One of our priorities right now is establishing an email notification system where you can subscribe to automatic notifications of new posts etc.  As with almost all systems of this type (there are many) it involves the use of a third party email transmission process. Y’all are aware that privacy is a CTH priority, so we are being very careful about vetting the service and setting up this notification system to protect CTH users.

CTH does not compile user information, does not engage in the manufacture of processes that assemble lists of users or any user data. We are working to ensure we do not end up creating an external list of subscribers that would be vulnerable to exploitation.  Your privacy in all matters related to CTH engagement is my priority.  (read more)

President Trump gave Georgia senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue an opportunity to address the crowd at today’s Valdosta MAGA rally.  Senator Kelly Loeffler gave some wet noodle soundbites to a tepid audience response. However, when the ever-entitled Senator David Perdue attempted to address the crowd, well, the patriots were just done listening to the elitist duplicity and started chanting: “Fight For Trump!”  WATCH:
