Smith and Garland are trying to indict Trump on Drug Charges, alleging he drugged Biden to win the Debate. They are desperately trying to find a statue they can twist to fit the crime.
America needs a strong leader to restore law and order in our society. Our leadership has chosen to create division and cause neighbors to turn on neighbors. We are facing the highest national debt in US history, lower purchasing power, inflation that will not wane, a sharp wave in crime, a housing crisis, two proxy wars with a third on the way, and no one has taken a stand to calm the fear of uncertainty that has caused the people to lose all trust in government.
Where is the POTUS, the commander-in-chief? Not only do the American people need the president, but all of Washington needs a centralized authority figure to connect each branch and cabinet. One of the president’s primary roles is to ensure that all of Washington is working collectively, but our current president is nowhere to be found.
Joe Biden has addressed the public on fewer occasions than any other president in the past four decades. The Times wrote, “For anyone who understands the role of the free press in a democracy, it should be troubling that President Biden has so actively and effectively avoided questions from independent journalists during his term.”
The Times even endorsed Joe Biden during the 2020 US Presidential election, but now they are forced to admit that the president is a failure. “That systematically avoiding interviews and questions from major news organizations doesn’t just undermine an important norm, it also establishes a dangerous precedent that future presidents can use to avoid scrutiny and accountability. That is why [publisher A.G.] Sulzberger has repeatedly urged the White House to have the president sit down with The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNN and other major independent news organizations that millions of Americans rely on to understand their government.”
The press secretary refuses to answer questions on behalf of the president. He has been seen with note cards that dictate which reporters he may call upon during Q&A sessions, and those reporters are equipped with pre-approved easy questions. All of this is a deliberate attempt to hide Joe Biden’s failing mental health, as he always misspeaks when not reading directly off of a teleprompter. And people want another four more years of this mess?
I reported in December that Biden had spent at least 40% of his entire presidency on vacation. The man with arguably the most important job in the world has set the record for taking more time off than any other president, collectively absent for over a year of his first and hopefully last term. He has only held four events before 10 AM and around a dozen past 6 PM. His former Press Secretary, Jen Psaki, once said that he does nothing prior to 9 AM, but it is closer to 10 AM if you look at any of his public schedules.
How will Biden physically manage an additional four years when he is not fit enough to currently hold office? He has refused to take a mental health examination, but we simply do not need one at this point. A company would crumble if the person in charge was absent, avoidant, or dismissive of any real responsibilities. But we accept this level of incompetency for the person in charge of a nation?
The events that occurred on January 6, 2021, were likely facilitated by the federal government to draw the public’s eye away from the election fraud that took place. It was a success as they painted Trump supporters as domestic terrorists and continue to demonize the “MAGA extremists.” Countless reports have surfaced about a man by the name of Ray Epps who is believed to be installed by the Deep State to instigate the entire Capitol breech. “I’m probably gonna go to jail for this. Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol,” Epps can be heard on video saying on January 5.
Epps was listed as one of the top 20 rioters on the FBI’s list, but only temporarily, as his name was scrubbed from their website. On January 8, the FBI released pictures of the men removing the barricade and asking for any information leading to their arrests. Yet, the same image was later posted with Epps photoshopped out of the picture. Ray Epps became synonymous with MAGA extremists, Qanon conspiracy theorists, and no one was allowed to question his involvement. Epps even sued Tucker Carlson when he was still affiliated with Fox for defamation. This came on the heels of Fox losing its lawsuit to Dominion for rigging election machines, making Epps’ claim even more viable.
Yet, the evidence is there that FBI agents were on the ground. In the video above, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) questioned Jill Sanborn, Executive Assistant Director, National Security Branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. “I can’t answer that,” Sanborn replied to every question. Sanborn refused to say whether Epps was an FBI agent. Her silence should tell us all we need to know. This is why the public has lost all trust in the government.
Was Epps charged with instigating the riot? No. He was simply charged with one count of disorderly conduct. The FBI already knew he was present, and they have spent the past three years arresting absolutely everyone involved. So why, three years later, would the FBI slap one of the most vocal proponents for entering the Capitol with a misdemeanor? It seems information is going to come to light and the FBI is covering its tracks now. They admit he was there but will they admit he was acting on behalf of the Democrats and the Deep State?
Representative Victoria Spartz (R-IN) is Ukranian by heritage, and understandably she is a full supporter of Ukraine (and NATO) in the battle against Russia. That said, what Ms Spartz notes in her comments and questioning of Attorney General Merrick Garland is very accurate.
Representative Spartz puts the context of the citizen fear of the soviet era KGB into the context of American fear of the weaponized DOJ. “People are scared of our government,” she outlines. The comparison is accurate in context and history. However, as Spartz goes on to share, the end result is horrible for Ukraine, as the constituents in her community will no longer trust the word of the American government. WATCH:
The Biden Administration has been a major constitutional threat to the very existence of the United States. The Department of Justice (DOJ) informed the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday night that it would not cooperate with subpoenas for two FBI agents involved in the department’s investigation of Hunter Biden because of the committee’s stipulations for their depositions. Never in my entire life have I ever witnessed the total collapse of the rule of law. The DOJ will indict Trump, but not any Democrat. This is the final straw. The entire purpose of the rule of law is the alternative to force. When the Supreme Court ruled that blacks had no rights, the only solution was the Civil War. We are rapidly approaching this critical turning point.
COMMENT: Marty, I just wanted to thank you for opening my eyes. The logic that the market commentators make no sense. Bloomberg wrote, “Bets on a rate hike in 2023 fell after worse-than-expected economic numbers bolstered hopes the Fed can pause in September.” So you are right. They are cheering worse economic numbers because interest rates will decline. You are correct. Rising interest rates show demand for money and an expanding economy. But rates decline with economic declines, and stocks typically drop. I feel stupid that I never saw that for myself. It seems people are losing confidence in the government with this persecution of Trump and hiding the corruption of the Bidens. Everyone you talk to is just fed up with politicians.
No wonder the mainstream press will never quote you because you make sense.

REPLY: I understand what you are saying. I realized that the analysis changed after 1929 because we became socialists when I wrote The Great Bull Market in History in 1986. What did the Fed want us to do? How high should we jump? The economy is preparing to turn down with the ECM by May 2024. Consumer Confidence among Americans dropped the most in two years. Many of my clients overseas now see the fate of America much more clearly than domestic Americans. They view that once the Democrats have used the law to persecute Trump legally while the evidence about corruption with the Bidens goes unanswered, the confidence in government is collapsing.
I fear they will rush this whole CBDC agenda and move toward a much more Totalitarian State because they can feel their power slipping through their fingers. This abuse of the law is one of the critical issues that precede the decline and fall of a nation.
There is clear evidence that supports an impeachment trial is not a criminal prosecution of Biden and his son. Documents have surfaced that show that Joe Biden was NOT acting in line with U.S. policy as VP when he threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine until Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired! That was personal and not the policy of the US government. The prosecutor Shokin was investigating the precise corruption at Burisma Holdings, which paid Hunter Biden over $1,000,000. Shokin says that the Biden’s were bribed to terminate his investigation. While the Democrats want to imprison Trump, they refuse to discuss any of these documents because they knowingly used these exact lies as the pretense of impeaching President Trump.
There is now an October 2015 memo that summarizes the recommendation of the Interagency Policy Committee. That task force was created to advise the Obama White House on the notorious corruption in Ukraine and whether they were trying to clean it up. That was necessary for more aid. These documents show that U.S. policy did not call for a threat to withhold funding unless this prosecutor investigating corruption was fired.
Biden made the threat in December 2015, two months after the memo was published, and no other documents show the U.S. policy called for Shokin to be fired. On top of that, even the IMF in FEBRUARY 2016 threatened to cut off funding for Ukraine unless they showed progress in reforming corruption.
By November 2016, Biden is telling Poroshenko not to ask for any more money for Trump may start to investigate. I know Ukraine. I was asked to take them on as a client, and the first words were we can pay you offshore so you do not have to pay taxes. I said thank you very much, but I declined. You cannot imagine the level of corruption in Ukraine. It is the MOST corrupt government perhaps ever to have existed anywhere in the world, no matter what decade or century.
Prosecuting Trump and all of these prosecutors coordinating these attacks while the Justice Department does NOTHING with the Bidens is indeed collapsing the confidence in government. This is all part of the decline and fall of Republics, which is what 2032 is all about. I have a lot on my table right now. Oh, there will be voices who will proclaim this is the beginning of the end for Joe and Hunter, but that’s nonsense. We don’t do pretending on these pages. What happened today was an agreement between USAO David Weiss and US Attorney General Merrick Garland to fortify a silo of protection around the Biden family.
The shift in David Weiss from an investigative US Attorney to an officially appointed Special Counsel [SEE pdf HERE], is nothing more than loading the new color spray paint into the cannister. Pesky House Oversight Committee inquiry now hits the block of an “ongoing investigation,” a purposeful deployment of a DC replay we have seen repeatedly in the last several years. The cancer of corruption is institutionally metastatic.
We know the specific motives of USAO David Weiss as a result of the conflict between his public statements, letters to congress and the private statements he gave in meetings with IRS investigators. Toward the public, Weiss said he had full autonomy and power to investigate Hunter Biden; however, in private he told four investigators the decision-making was not his. The public statements were refuted and affirmed by two investigators who were witness to his private statements and gave testimony under oath.
As a result, the intent and institutional alignment of David Weiss is clear. This is the cold hard truth of the matter, and it will not change regardless of how much disingenuous concrete they pour around the walls of the silo Main Justice has built. Ignore any voice who would demand us to pretend the reality is not self-evident.

Dept of Justice – “Attorney General Merrick B. Garland announced today the appointment of U.S. Attorney David Weiss to serve as Special Counsel for the ongoing investigation and prosecutions referenced and described in United States v. Robert Hunter Biden, as well as for any other matters that arose or may arise from that investigation. Mr. Weiss was nominated by the former president in 2017 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2018. In 2021, he was asked to remain as U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware, where he led this ongoing investigation. On Tuesday, Aug. 8, Mr. Weiss requested to be appointed as Special Counsel, and today the Attorney General made that appointment.
“On Tuesday of this week, Mr. Weiss advised me that in his judgment, his investigation has reached a stage at which he should continue his work as a Special Counsel, and he asked to be so appointed,” said Attorney General Garland. “Upon considering his request, as well as the extraordinary circumstances relating to this matter, I have concluded it is in the public interest to appoint him as Special Counsel. This appointment confirms my commitment to provide Mr. Weiss all the resources he requests. It also reaffirms that Mr. Weiss has the authority he needs to conduct a thorough investigation and to continue to take the steps he deems appropriate independently, based only on the facts and the law.”
The Attorney General also said, “As Special Counsel, he will continue to have the authority and responsibility that he has exercised previously to oversee the investigation and decide where, when, and whether to file charges. The Special Counsel will not be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any official of the Department, but he must comply with the regulations, procedures, and policies of the Department … Today’s announcement affords the prosecutors, agents, and analysts working on this matter the ability to proceed with their work expeditiously, and to make decisions indisputably guided only by the facts and the law … I am confident that Mr. Weiss will carry out his responsibility in an even-handed and urgent matter, and in accordance with the highest traditions of this Department.” (more)
The four alleged criminal counts are: (1) Conspiracy to defraud the U.S Government; (2) Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding; (3) Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding; and (4) Conspiracy against Rights.
Interestingly, nowhere in the indictment is anything criminally alleged relating to the January 6, 2021, events at the U.S. Capitol building in Washington DC. However, you will notice in the Lawfare delivery of the remarks, Special Counsel Jack Smith factually speaks almost exclusively of the January 6th events.
The absence of a criminal charge (ie. seditious conspiracy or insurrection) when contrast against the extreme verbal emphasis of the event as outlined by Smith in the presser, will be missed by most. Speaking of the non-criminal event as the context for a fabricated/stretched criminal allegation, is Lawfare in action. Why emphasize but not charge? Because the DOJ/FBI does not want the risk of litigated discovery and evidence of coordinated government activity therein, that’s why.

The brighter the sunlight falling upon government corruption and weaponization, the more those who perpetrate corruption and weaponization will have to shield against it.
At this point in history these attacks against President Donald Trump are Lawfare members sticking fingers and toes into the cracks of a justice dam that is increasingly unstable and about to collapse. The pressure on the other side is the dam is the collective anger of We The People, and when that dam breaks no pre-positioned scuba gear is going to protect them.

This is the man who will tear the United States apart at the seams – Special Counsel Jack Smith who has filed a superseding indictment against Donald J. Trump (see above). This is not a big deal. It is simply more charges on the same theories to interfere with the 2024 election. Smith is actually violating the civil rights of everyone in the country by trying to prevent Trump from running for office.
No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to …
Even this aside, the real purpose of this superseding indictment is not more charges. That is just to make the headlines and hide the real purpose. He has indicted a new defendant: Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira. They cannot win a case without a co-defendant. They need someone to take the stand and perjure themselves as the prosecutor, then will rehearse them on what to say in return for no time. This is how they win CONSPIRACY cases. They desperately need a co-defendant. They threaten them with 20 years to life unless they testify for the government. They need that to prove “intent,” for otherwise, they can just infer from something. The co-defendant will get on the stand and say Trump told him x, y, z, and the jury would have to find him guilty.
For virtually every crime in this country, you are charged with CONSPIRACY, and then they threaten someone to testify against you. This is the law of tyrants. They always go for the conspiracy charge if they cannot prove a direct crime.
By doing this to Trump while ignoring everything done by Biden and his son, it is a slap in the face to all Americans, proving that there is no rule of law. It is as Thrasymacus warned Socrates who they sentenced to death – there is no justice – it is always the self-interest of those in power. Nothing has ever changed in 6,000 years.

Evidence in public shows the sitting president of the United States took payments from foreign business interests in a scheme to use the power of the U.S. government to influence foreign government policy and protect/enhance the business interests of the people who paid him.

The Republicans in the House of Representatives have thousands of Joe and Hunter Biden bank records, hundreds of trace records for wire transfer statements and payments, hundreds of reported U.S. Treasury suspicious activity reports, thousands of emails and subpoenaed text messages, audio and video recordings, thousands of photographs, access to the laptop of Hunter Biden and all the content therein, documented witnesses to the activity, testimony under oath corroborating how the Bidens collected tens of millions from foreign nations as unregistered foreign agents which was subsequently laundered through 20 shell companies.
The House committee also has FBI witness reports (FD-1023) from verified and reliable Confidential Human Sources who documented the intent and purpose of the transactions, along with US government attorneys in Philadelphia who investigated and confirmed the substance of the confidential human source allegations therein. Additionally, the Republicans in Congress have sworn affidavits and testimony from two IRS whistleblowers who testified the US attorney in Delaware was working with the U.S. Dept of Justice in Washington DC to bury the results of the investigation.
Lastly, and most recently, the Republicans have a transparently corrupt federal plea agreement rejected as presented by U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika, because the intent of the construct was to protect the son of the President of the United States from legal exposure within the business that provided the material wealth for himself and the family of the President, providing immunity for their Foreign Agent Registration Act violations…
All of this,…. ALL OF THIS…. while the former Republican president and current 2024 election front-runner is being railroaded by the same Dept of Justice the Speaker refuses to confront.
