It is slightly unfair to say this is a Biden issue, because the minefield of verifying employment eligibility has been a weaponized DOJ process since Eric Holder entered the picture as Attorney General. Both wings of the UniParty support the intentional conflict in employment law. The civil rights division of the DOJ now uses a Lawfare concept called “disparate impact” to target any employer who would require employment eligibility verification as a contingency for a job.
Essentially, if you have a work eligibility screening process that disproportionally hits any protected category of person (ie. race, color, national origin, etc.), then the practice creates a “disparate impact” and is therefore unlawful. Example: 100 people apply for a job; 50 of them are Latino. All of the applicants must provide work eligibility documents to process their I-9 form. If more than half the denied applicants are Latino, the demand for the documents creates a disparate impact and is therefore illegal.
Covenant Logistics and Transport Management Services LLC, “routinely discriminated against non-U.S. citizens by requiring lawful permanent residents to show their Permanent Resident Cards (known as green cards) and by requiring other non-U.S. citizens to show documents related to their immigration status,” according to the DOJ filing.
(via AP) – […] That violates a provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) which says employers must allow workers to present whatever acceptable documentation the workers choose and cannot reject valid documentation that reasonably appears to be genuine and to related to the worker. Not a lot of people understand the issue of “disparate impact” and the exact reason why the DOJ and Dept of Labor created the novel legal theory. The DC system, Republicans and Democrats, support illegal aliens holding jobs in the USA – Democrats for ideological reasons, Republicans for their corporate owners.
This issue has existed for 15 years and is the primary reason why illegal aliens find it so easy to work in the USA. Essentially, employers are in a no-win situation. If you hire illegal aliens, you are breaking the law. However, if you disqualify applicants based on their employment eligibility status -and a disparate impact issue exists- then, you are also breaking the law.
(AP) – Chattanooga-based Covenant Transport and an affiliate will pay the U.S. government $700,000 after investigators found the companies violated an anti-discrimination provision against workers who are not U.S. citizens.
The U.S. Department of Justice said in a release Monday that Covenant and its affiliate Transport Management Services LLC routinely discriminated against non-U.S. citizen workers when checking their permission to work in the United States.
That violates a provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) which says employers must allow workers to present whatever acceptable documentation the workers choose and cannot reject valid documentation that reasonably appears to be genuine and to relate to the worker.
Instead, federal investigators found that between January 2020 and at least August 2022 Covenant and Transport
..routinely discriminated against non-U.S. citizens by requiring lawful permanent residents to show their Permanent Resident Cards (known as green cards) and by requiring other non-U.S. citizens to show documents related to their immigration status.
Employers are required to let workers present whatever acceptable documentation the workers choose and cannot reject valid documentation that reasonably appears to be genuine and to relate to the worker.
Under the terms of the agreement, Covenant and Transport will pay $700,000 in civil penalties to the United States, train their employees on the INA’s anti-discrimination requirements, revise their employment policies and be subject to monitoring by the department.
Employers cannot discriminate against non-U.S. citizens by demanding specific or unnecessary documents from them to prove their permission to work,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “The Justice Department is committed to ensuring compliance with our federal civil rights laws so that non-U.S. citizens with permission to work can contribute their talents to our workforce. There are approximately 50 million illegal aliens working inside the USA.
Confronting this issue in the 2024 election will bring out all the aligned enemies, so it’s best for Trump to avoid it.
It took a few years for people to admit the truth – life in America has drastically downgraded under Biden. Inflation has surged to 40-year highs under Biden. The US trade deficit has increased by 24.6%. Public debt has increased 22.5% as most Americans rely on credit for basic necessities. Home prices have increased well over 30%, gas prices have doubled, and the CPI in general spiked 17.1% in Biden’s first 32 months in office. I do not believe the inflation statistics produced by government agencies for a moment. Simply look around and you can see that we pay more for absolutely everything.
A recent poll published by the Financial Times found that only 14% of Americans believe they are better off financially under Biden. Those people are likely on welfare. The poll also found that 70% of American voters feel Bidenomics have hurt the economy or had no impact, with 33% saying they “hurt the economy a lot.” These numbers are staggering, as no president in recent history has managed to catapult the country into such a dire situation.
Over half (52%) of respondents to the poll said they had no idea what the president even had planned to revive the economy. Now Biden, who is not campaigning, is touting he needs to “Finish the job!” All Americans are begging him not to finish the job, as that would include completely destroying America and passing it over to the globalists to Build Back Better.

Several people have questioned why the U.S. injuries were not reported at the time of the attack. The answer is simple, Joe Biden was sleeping on the beach at the time of the events. It wouldn’t look good, so the injuries were withheld until today.
(VIA NBC) -Two dozen American military personnel were wounded last week in a series of drone attacks at American bases in Iraq and Syria, U.S. Central Command told NBC News on Tuesday.
The Pentagon confirmed the attacks last week, but the number of U.S. casualties has not been previously disclosed.
Twenty American personnel sustained minor injuries on Oct. 18 when at least two one-way attack drones targeted al-Tanf military base in southern Syria, CENTCOM said.
One of the drones was shot down. All of the wounded personnel were returned to duty, CENTCOM said, and there was no damage to any military installations.
On that same day, another four American personnel suffered minor injuries during two separate drone attacks against U.S. and coalition forces stationed at al-Asad base in western Iraq, CENTCOM said. (read more)

The people behind Joe Biden have put together a single $106 billion request of financial support intended to force Congress to fund the priorities of the Obama/Biden U.S. foreign policy.
The supplemental appropriations request [SEE HERE] also includes funds to support the continued flow of illegal aliens at the southern border.
WASHINGTON – […] All told, the request includes $61.4 billion for Ukraine, including $44.4 billion to provide Department of Defense equipment for the country, to replenish weapons stocks and to continue providing other military support. The administration is also asking for $14.3 billion for Israel and $9.15 billion for the State Department to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, Israel and Gaza.
[…] In addition to the funds for the two wars, the White House is also asking Congress for $13.6 billion to address migration at the southern border. That includes $6.4 billion for border operations, such as holding facilities, $3.1 billion for additional border agents, $1.4 billion for migrant shelters and services and $1.2 billion to counter fentanyl. We have a MAJOR problem with this special counsel, Jack Smith. He sought a gag order to prevent Trump from criticizing President Biden. That had absolutely NOTHING to do with his criminal case. As Epoch Times has pointed out, Smith charged Trump and used grand juries from Washington because 60%+ have responded that they would find Trump guilty before hearing any evidence.
District of Columbia County, DC, is so LEFT that it would fail a drug driving test and be unable to walk a straight line. In the District of Columbia County, DC, 92.1% voted Democrat in the last presidential election, 5.4% voted for the Republican Party, and the remaining 2.5% voted Independent. There is absolutely no way anything Trump says would influence the jury pool in a city that is so un-American because it lives off the graft of Washington.
Asking for a gag order to stop Trump from criticizing Joe Biden directly proves that this guy belongs in prison and should be removed as Special Counsel. He has violated everyone’s civil rights, and a class action suit against him and the Justice Department should be filed instantly. This has NOTHING to do with January 6th but with the 2024 election. In New York, that prosecutor is unworthy of having any license to practice law whatsoever. She has moved to strip Trump of business licenses in New York. He should sell everything and get the hell out of the most corrupt state in the Union. That was selective prosecution, for anyone who borrows money will always list their assets at the top of valuation. Under her theory, you could shut down virtually every company with loans in New York. She looks the other way regarding the bankers who have disrupted the economy numerous times.
Under 18 USC 594, Smith is now guilty. Attempting to interfere is still a violation. He has conspired with others in Washington to interfere in the 2024 election. These people are insane. NOBODY will believe the 2024 election results. This will be the last nail in the coffin of the United States.
There is no possible way these Republics will survive. Already, Brazil and Argentina looked at what the US is doing to Trump and said that’s a good idea. They are using criminal law to stop political opponents.
2024 will be the catalyst that turns even those on the fence about the integrity of government. This is why they are bringing in digital IDs and will impose travel restrictions based on your political views. Governments have become so corrupt that instead of reform, they will knuckle down and try an authoritarian approach to sustain their power.
It gives me no pleasure to warn that our computer has been projecting chaos post-2024. All governments start out being benevolent. But because our Founding Fathers failed to impose term limits, we ended up with career politicians who spend their lives there, and thus, they no longer see themselves as part of We the People. Unfortunately, our children and grandchildren will never know how great it was growing up in the 1950s and 1960s. The world they will face is now obsessed with how you think and if you are LEFT v RIGHT.

On the issue of foreign policy influence, and on the issue of rebranding his political campaign Joe Biden’s trip to Israel was abject failure. Jordan, Egypt and even the Palestinian Authority refused to meet with him. The only thing left for the team in control of Joe Biden to do, was shift the purpose of the trip into a dynamic of magnanimous Joe wanting to fly around the world to provide moral support. Because Zoom and phone calls were not an option. lol
I’ll have more on this in a few minutes. In the interim here’s the officially prepared speech that Joe Biden read as prepared for him by the people in charge of foreign policy. WATCH:
[Transcript] – THE PRESIDENT: Good afternoon. Please have a seat. I come to Israel with a single message: You are not alone. You are not alone.
As long as the United States stands — and we will stand forever — we will not let you ever be alone.
Most importantly, the — I know the recent terrorist assault on the people of this nation has left a deep, deep wound.
More than 1,300 innocent Israelis killed, including at least 31 American citizens, by the terrorist group Hamas.
Hundreds — hundreds of young people at a music festival of — the festival was for peace — for peace — gunned down as they ran for their lives.
Scores of innocents — from infants to elderly grandparents, Israelis and Americans — taken hostage.
Children slaughtered. Babies slaughtered. Entire families massacred.
Rape, beheadings, bodies burned alive.
Hamas committed atrocities that recall the worst ravages of ISIS, unleashing pure unadulterated evil upon the world.
There is no rationalizing it, no excusing it. Period.
The brutality we saw would have cut deep anywhere in the world, but it cuts deeper here in Israel.
October 7th, which was a sacred to — a sacred Jewish holiday, became the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust. It has brought to the surface painful memories and scars left by a millennia of antisemitism and the genocide of the Jewish people.
The world watched then, it knew, and the world did nothing. We will not stand by and do nothing again. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever.
To those who are living in limbo waiting desperately to learn the fate of loved ones, especially to families of the hostages: You’re not alone.
We’re working with partners throughout the region, pursuing every avenue to bring home those who are being held captive by Hamas.
I can’t speak publicly about all the details, but let me assure you: For me as the American president, there is no higher priority than the release and safe return of all these hostages.
To those who are grieving a child, a parent, a spouse, a sibling, a friend, I know you feel like there’s that black hole in the middle of your chest. You feel like you’re being sucked into it.
The survivor’s remorse, the anger, the questions of faith in your soul.
Starting at — staring at that empty chair, sitting Shiva. The first Sabbath without them.
They are the everyday things — the small things that you miss the most.
The scent when you open the closet door. The morning coffee you shared together.
The bend in his smile, the perfect pitch of her laugh, the giggle of your little boy — the baby.
For those who have lost loved ones, this is what I know: They’ll never be truly gone. There’s something that’s never fully lost: your love for them and their love for you.
And I promise you, you’ll be walking along some days and say, “What would she or he want me to do?” You’ll smile when you pass a place that reminds you of them. That’s when you know — when a smile comes to your lips before a tear to your eye — that’s when you know you’re going to fully make it.
That’s what will give you the fortitude to find light in the darkest hours when terrorists believed they could bring down — bring you down, bend your will, break your resolve. But they never did, and they never will.
Instead, we saw incredible stories of heroism and courage of Israelis taking care of one another.
Neighbors forming watch groups to protect their kibbutz, opening their homes to shelter survivors.
Retired soldiers running into danger once again.
Civilian medics flying across rescue — flying rescue missions. And off-duty medics at the musical festival caring for the wounded before coming victim — before becoming a victim themselves.
Volunteers retrieving bodies of the dead so families could bury their loved ones in accordance with Jewish tradition.
Reservists leaving behind their families, their honeymoons, their studies abroad without hesitation.
And so much more.
The State of Israel was born to be a safe place for the Jewish people of the world. That’s why it was born. I have long said: If Israel didn’t exist, we would have to invent it.
And while it may not feel that way today, Israel must again be a safe place for the Jewish people. And I promise you: We’re going to do everything in our power to make sure that it will be.
Seventy-five years ago, just 11 minutes after its founding, President Harry S. Truman and the United States of America became the first nation to recognize Israel. We have stood by your side ever since, and we’re going to stand by your side now.
My administration has been in close touch with your leadership from the first moments of this attack, and we are going to make sure we have — you have what you need to protect your people, to defend your nation.
For decades, we’ve ensured Israel’s qualitative military edge. And later this week, I’m going to ask the United States Congress for an unprecedented support package for Israel’s defense.
We are going to keep Iron Dome fully supplied so it can continue standing sentinel over Israeli skies, saving Israeli lives.
We have moved U.S. military assets to the region, including positioning the USS Ford carrier strike group in the Eastern Mediterranean, with the USS Eisenhower on the way, to deter — to defer further aggression against Israel and to prevent this conflict from spreading.
The world will know that Israel is — Israel is stronger than ever.
And my message to any state or any other hostile actor thinking about attacking Israel remains the same as it was a week ago: Don’t. Don’t. Don’t.
Since this terrorist attack — terrorist attack took place, we have seen it described as Israel’s 9/11. But for a nation the size of Israel, it was like 15 9/11s. The scale may be different, but I’m sure those horrors have tapped into so- — some kind of primal feeling in Israel, just like it did and felt in the United States.
Shock, pain, rage — an all-consuming rage. I understand, and many Americans understand.
You can’t look at what has happened here to your mothers, your fathers, your grandparents, sons, daughters, children — even babies — and not scream out for justice. Justice must be done.
But I caution this: While you feel that rage, don’t be consumed by it.
After 9/11, we were enraged in the United States. And while we sought justice and got justice, we also made mistakes.
I’m the first U.S. president to visit Israel in time of war.
I’ve made wartime decisions. I know the choices are never clear or easy for the leadership. There’s always costs.
But it requires being deliberate. It requires asking very hard questions. It requires clarity about the objectives and an honest assessment about whether the path you are on will achieve those objectives.
The vast majority of Palestinians are not Hamas. Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people.
Hamas uses innocents — innocent families in Gaza as human shields, putting their command centers, their weapons, their communications tunnels in residential areas.
The Palestinian people are suffering greatly as well. We mourn the loss of innocent Palestinian lives. Like the entire world, I was outraged and saddened by the enormous loss of life yesterday in the hospital in Gaza.
Based on the information we’ve seen to date; it appears the result of an errant rocket fired by a terrorist group in Gaza.
The United States unequivocally stands for the protection of civilian life during conflict, and I grieve — I truly grieve for the families who were killed or wounded by this tragedy.
The people of Gaza need food, water, medicine, shelter.
Today, I asked the Israeli cabinet — who I met with for some time this morning — to agree to the delivery of lifesaving humanitarian assistance to civilians in Gaza. Based on the understanding that there will be inspections and that the aid should go to civilians, not to Hamas, Israel agreed that humanitarian assistance can begin to move from Egypt to Gaza.
Let me be clear: If Hamas diverts or steals the assistance, they will have demonstrated once again that they have no concern for the welfare of the Palestinian people and it will end. As a practical matter, it will — it will stop the international community from being able to provide this aid.
We’re working in close cooperation with the government of Egypt; the United Nations and its agencies, like the World Food Program; and other partners in the region to get trucks moving across the border as soon as possible.
Separately, I asked Israel that the global community demand that the International Red Cross be able to visit hostages. I just demanded that the United States fully — a just demand that the United States fully supports.
Today, I’m also announcing $100 million in new U.S. funding for humanitarian assistance in both Gaza and the West Bank. This money will support more than 1 million displaced and conflict-affected Palestinians, including emergency needs in Gaza.
You are a Jewish state. You are a Jewish state, but you’re also a democracy. And like the United States, you don’t live by the rules of terrorists. You live by the rule of law. And when conflicts flare, you live by the ru- — law of wars.
What sets us apart from the terrorists is we believe in the fundamental dignity of every human life — Israeli, Palestinian, Arab, Jew, Muslim, Christian — everyone.
You can’t give up what makes you who you are. If you give that up, then the terrorists win. And we can never let them win.
You know, Israel is a miracle — a triumph of faith and resolve and resilience over impossible pain and loss.
Think about October 7th — the Jewish holiday where you read about the death of Moses. A tragic story of a profound loss to an entire nation. A death that could have left he- — a helpless — hopelessness in the hearts of the entire — of an entire nation.
But though Moses died, his memory, his message, his lessons have lived on for generations of the Jewish people as well as many others — and just as the memory of your loved ones will live on as well.
After reading the story of Moses’s death, those who observe the holiday begin reading the Torah from the very beginning. The story of creation reminds us of two things. First, that when we get knocked down, we get back up again and we begin anew. And second, when we are faced with tragedy and loss, we must go back to the beginning and remember who we are.
We are all human beings created in the image of God with dignity, humanity, and purpose. In the darkness, to be the light unto the world is what we’re about.
You inspire hope and light for so many around the world. That’s what the terrorists seek to destroy. That’s what they seek to destroy but — because they live in darkness — but not you, not Israel.
Nations of conscience like the United States and Israel are not measured solely by the example of their power. We’re measured by the power of our example.
That’s why, as hard as it is, we must keep pursuing peace. We must keep pursuing a path so that Israel and the Palestinian people can both live safely, in security, in dignity, and in peace.
For me, that means a two-state solution.
We must keep working for Israel’s greater integration with its neighbors. These attacks have only strengthened my commitment and determination and my will to get that done.
I’m here to tell you that terrorists will not win. Freedom will win.
So, let me end where I began. Israel, you are not alone. The United States stands with you.
I told the story before and I’ll tell it again of my first meeting with an Israeli prime minister 50 years ago as a young senator. I was sitting across from Golda Meir at her desk in her office. And she had a guy named — a guy who later became prime minister sitting next to me, just before the 1973 Yom Kippur War.
And she flipped the maps up and down, te- — telling me how bad things were and how terrible they were. All of the sudden, she looked and me, and she said, “Would you like a photograph?”
And I looked at her — she got up from her desk and walked out into that hallway — I think it’s marble flooring — walked out in the hallway.
We walked out, and there were a bunch of photographers standing in front of us. We were standing shoulder to shoulder.
Without her looking at me, she said to me, knowing I’d hear her, “Why do you look so worried, Senator Biden?” And I said, “Worried?” Like, “Of course, I’m worried.” And she looked at me and — she didn’t look, she said, “We — don’t worry, Senator, we Israelis have a secret weapon: We have nowhere else to go.”
Well, today, I say to all of Israel: The United States isn’t going anywhere either. We’re going to stand with you. We’ll walk beside you in those dark days, and we’ll walk beside you in the good days to come. And they will come.
As you say in Hebrew, which I’m not going to attempt to do because I’m such a terrible linguist, I’ll say it in English, “The people of Israel live.” “The people of Israel live.”
Israel will be a safe, secure, Jewish, and Democratic state today, tomorrow, and forever.
May God protect all those who work for peace. God save those who are still in harm’s way.

In discussion of the Middle East, the current dynamic of Hamas attacking Israel, and the necessary, albeit perhaps painful response that will now be delivered by Israel, some have noted Obama’s fingerprints are all over this. It’s true, and it is worth remembering the history of this as it pertains to the U.S. triggering the Arab Spring as the first deployment of Obama’s foreign policy.
Obama didn’t travel to Cairo, Egypt for his first foreign policy trip accidentally; he did it with great intent and purpose.
The layers and layers of ideologues he and Hillary embedded in the institutions of the State Dept are as deep as the layers of ideologues Obama embedded in Main Justice and the intelligence community.
The time when Barry needed to give directions is long past. The embeds are self-aware, acting on purpose, and the outcomes we see today are simply manifestations of that activity.
It is also worth remembering there’s an entire new generation of people, who were in their 20’s and 30’s comfortably oblivious to what was taking place between 2009 and 2017, when the embeds were installed. That era of the American people is only now starting to have their own slow awakening to the damage as it surfaces.
When Obama aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood, only a small percentage of the American people actually saw the big picture and realized the potential for long term issues. Few people understood the nature of how political Islam would manifest with the extremist ideologues under their guide of the Brotherhood as an organization. Al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah et al, all fall under the extremist rubric of the Brotherhood, or what might be considered authentic Islam.
The zookeepers of the Middle East watched as the Obama network supported the opening of the big cat cages. The aftermath was predictable, and within that dynamic, those zookeepers who survived have had enough of the Obama/Biden crisis. That’s why you see people like Abdel Fattal al-Sisi (Egypt), King Abdullah II (Jordan), and Mohammed Bin Salman (Saudi Arabia), completely shunning Joe Biden. They’ve simply had enough.
President Donald Trump represented a new dynamic within this complex relationship, a new dynamic that was actually respected and appreciated for the lack of cultural demand and the simple honesty he presented. Yes, with Trump there are positive things that can be accomplished in common cause, but that’s not the Obama/Biden ideological approach.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping are only able to influence the Middle East because the leadership within the Middle East has tired of the American manipulative agenda under Obama/Biden. Egypt joining BRICS, and the expansion of the trade bloc, is one small geopolitical step in the diminishment of the overall American influence. Beneath the surface, all respect for the USA is gone, at least for the Obama/Biden approach, and we are seeing that play out in current events.
Yes, Barry’s fingerprints are all over this current dynamic; and yes, the leadership in the Middle East has tuned out their voices.
The zookeepers give cursory and polite responses, but under the surface there is no influence left.
Obama/Biden and the larger ideological West will chase windmills and solar nonsense; the rest of the world won’t have time for that. It’s a completely different geopolitical landscape now, despite the ideologues in the U.S. institutions pretending they have influence.
Barry is a pathetic narcissist who will never admit to his failure. However, the history books -just like his own autobiographical author- will reduce him down to a pathetic ego-driven small man of little character. Biden will be an asterisk.

Good grief, if the stakes of this issue were not so high, I probably would not have watched this. Alas, a review was necessary to judge the competency of policy. What follows is beyond sad.
I know many readers here will not like the thought of watching pudding brain mutter his way through a carefully edited and controlled interview by a corporate outlet intent on presenting Biden in the best possible light. However, you only really need to watch the introduction by CBS host, Scott Pelley.
Never before have I seen a more transparently pathetic political defense presented as the introduction to an interview of a U.S. president. Pelley was apologetic toward Biden in the extreme, leading the viewer into an interview with prescripted justification and excuses for the content that would follow. Watching Pelley set up this interview elicits a sense of embarrassment that such a set-up is needed. When he gets into the interview, Pelley actually constructs the talking points for Biden, with explanations and outlines that provide simple yes/no answers from Biden. This interview is so soft, it becomes pathetic to watch:
Breaking News Israel: US weapons left behind in Afghanistan used to attack Israel.
A high-ranking Israel Defense Forces (IDF) commander said US weapons left in Afghanistan by the Biden administration were found in the hands of Palestinian groups active in the Gaza Strip.
The $6 billion in aid to Iran provided on the 22nd anniversary of 9/11 was not enough for Joe Biden. Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have stated that Hamas is now using the weapons left behind amid the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. The Pentagon has even admitted that $7 billion in military equipment went directly into the hands of the Taliban. Were the weapons deliberately left behind?
This would not be the first time that America has provided its enemies with weapons AND training. The vocal minority who still support Joe Biden claimed he wanted to end the never-ending war in the Middle East. No one understood why the US suddenly pulled out of Afghanistan. Watch the ominous video below. Biden has always been a Neocon. In 2007, a fully mentally competent Joe Biden said he would pull out of Afghanistan as POTUS. “And you leave those billions of dollars of weapons behind I promise they’re going to be used against your grandchild and mine some day,” the Big Guy said while invading a woman’s personal space.
Buried 2007 video of Senator Joe Biden discussing troop removal from Afghanistan. It would be a shame if everyone saw this…
"And you leave those billions of dollars of weapons behind I promise they're going to be used against your grandchild and mine some day" – The Big Guy pic.twitter.com/gWzDoh5DtR
“[T]here is a risk these weapons could be captured if territory changes hands, as can happen in any war,” the Pentagon said regarding aid to Ukraine. The Pentagon routinely “misplaces” military equipment and money totaling trillions of dollars. WAKE UP PEOPLE – the Neocons are funding both sides of the war to burn it down and BUILD BACK BETTER!
