Many people are now becoming aware of a shift in the political effort to shut down speech. The Conservative Treehouse has been notified our “content” is not permissible, and after ten years we are kicked-out of WordPress/Automatic hosting services. Some people asked if we would inquire about the specific ‘terms of service‘ that we violated, so I did.
Here is the direct response from WordPress/Automattic (rec’d 6:48pm ET this evening):

I have no idea how “violation against prohibition on calls to violence” pertains to our content. You can read CTH for yourself and see if you can identify anywhere where we have promoted a “call to violence”, it doesn’t exist.
For the sake of fairness, that’s their entire reasoning as provided. That’s their reasoning; you can make up your own mind if it makes sense.
We are working on relocation now. However, many people are rightly alarmed by this move by WordPress/Automattic because over the course of ten years there has never been any previous contact about any violation of any terms. Nor is any specific violation noted in the reply.
Tomorrow we will find a new host.

The problem we will face if Biden wins is that the Democrats are hell-bent on not just raising taxes, but demonetizing the dollar to end hoarding of cash, which is what other countries are demanding behind closed doors. Wall Street backed Biden, not Trump, as they did with Hillary. This was the most expensive election in history costs $6.6 billion compared to $2.4 billion in 2016. Black Rock’s Flint is tipped to be Biden’s Secretary of Treasury – but he has no idea what he is stepping into.
My biggest concern is the move to end democracy and what Buttigieg is suggesting is the very structure of Europe where the head of states DOES NOT stand for election but is selected by political leaders. We are the great unwashed, and the real driving force is to strip us of our freedom and our right to even vote. I have been warning that Socrates has been pointing to the end of elections. This is becoming a very serious trend. We are just too stupid to be trusted with any right to vote.
This begs the question, how will capital flows deal with this nightmare? Normally, we have witnessed a capital flight from one region to another. World Wars I and II sent capital fleeing to the dollar, thrusting it up to the reserve currency of the world at Bretton Woods since the USA then held 76% of the official world gold reserves. This time, we face a problem. If the Democrats join this Schwab-Gates-Soros conspiracy of the Great Reset, as Trudeau has on behalf of Canada, the dollar itself may simply be replaced by dollar-based assets. It may also begin to flee to Asia.
Digitizing the dollar and canceling the paper currency around the world is indeed going to change everything. But Schwab says you will own nothing and be happy by 2030. That is his and Thomas Piketty’s dream — Communism 3.0. In that case, they simply confiscate everything. But canceling the dollar which is the only hedge many have against hoarding their own currencies which are routinely canceled will severely disrupt the world economy. This single act will send capital to private assets, then we need to be worried about Schwab’s 2030 agenda. Wall Street’s greed just may find they funded their own demise.
This reminds me of more of the Roman Emperor Maximinus (235-238 AD) who simply declared that all private wealth belonged to the state. That did not end well for him. It is highly questionable what is going to unfold. It is probably up to the Supreme Court once again, but will they uphold the fake election or do what is right and call a fraud a fraud. Those who just voted for Biden because they did not like Trump are about to see what “representative” government is all about – tyranny! Ms. Powell highlights several areas of ongoing investigation from software designed to manipulate ballot results to payments from vote counting companies to local/state officials.
Ms. Powell also notes the CIA has a relationship with Dominion and Smartmatic software providers who have used their election counting products in foreign countries. The subjects within the conversation are very alarming and includes statements about identified algorithms used to manipulate the counting. Ms. Powell states the evidence is so overwhelming there is likely going to be another election. MUST WATCH:
Earlier this morning Trump campaign lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, appeared with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the current status of the evidence gathered into the ballot fraud in multiple regional jurisdictions.
Mr. Giuliani outlines a series of very serious allegations which includes ballot tallying fraud within the Dominion ballot counting software and Smartmatic machines. In each of the regional jurisdictions noted by Giuliani there are multiple witnesses and physical evidence. Philadelphia, PA; Milwaukee, WI; Wayne County, Mich; Fulton County, GA; Phoenix, AZ; and Pittsburgh, PA.
There is a patriotic resolve that cuts through the chaff and countermeasures of the Machiavellian political elite and their media conscripts. At least 73 million American patriots voted for President Trump; we voted for freedom. We will never relent.

One week after the 2020 presidential election, The Conservative Treehouse received the following notification:
…”given the incompatibility between your site’s content and our terms, you need to find a new hosting provider and must migrate the site by Wednesday, December 2nd.
What does this mean? It means CTH is being kicked-off the WordPress website hosting platform because the content of our research and discussion does not align with the ideology of those who define what is acceptable speech and what is not.
What was our violation? After ten years of brutally honest discussion, opinion, deep research and crowdsourcing work -with undeniable citations on the events we outline- there is no cited violation of any term of service because CTH has never violated one.
The WordPress company is not explaining the reason for deplatforming because there is no justifiable reason for it. At the same time, they are bold in their position. Perhaps this is the most alarming part; and everyone should pay attention. They don’t care.
Truthful assembly is now the risk. CTH is now too big; with a site reach of 500,000 to a million unique readers each day; and with well over 200,000 subscribers; our assembly is too large, too influential, and presents a risk… we guard the flickering flame.
Ten years of work assembling a library of factual citations and explanations of those discoveries, positions CTH to be a leading force in the rebel alliance push-back. [Heck, that’s why this place was started… that was our purpose: “The Truth Has No Agenda.”] However, that also makes us a target; hence the deplatforming.
Accepting -at its core- this move is all about politics, this is yet another reference point in the tenuous nature of where we stand. There’s no hate-speech on this website; there’s no graphic, violent, foul or abusive speech here. The ‘content‘ of the Treehouse is the same discussion that happens around your kitchen table or back porch discussion with friends. We would never cheapen or insult that conversation with vulgarity because that’s not who we are… because that’s not who our nation is. So consider this next part very carefully…
The ‘content’ is not compatible with WordPress, the world’s largest website and blog hosting service. The content within the largest blog on that global platform is what has become troublesome. “The content”.
The content on these pages is simply an ongoing discussion about freedom with criticism against any political party or entity that diminishes it. Apparently, immediately after the 2020 election, that discussion became problematic. After writing about the COVID-19 agenda,…the notification: the website will be removed.
Let that settle in…. friends and adversaries alike. Think very hard about what exactly is being represented by these actions. That’s the bad news.
So what are we going to do?
First three priorities: #1 is the security of the site content and research files with over a decade of work; #2) ensuring the ability of our assembly to remain; #3) continue the mission.
In the past several days I have begun contacting people to inform and gather counsel on what is the best course of action. On a very positive note, the Rebel Alliance is stronger than ever and no amount of effort by Big Tech is going to be able to weaken the resolve or block the message.
We will take this challenge head-on and we will use this attack against our freedom as fuel to launch CTH 2.0, a new version of The Conservative Treehouse.
I have no idea yet what it will look like… hopefully not too dissimilar to what we are already comfortable with. However, a lot has changed in the technological world since 2010/2011. There are many new and innovative ways to develop, build and create proprietary platforms.
I don’t like anything about having to be forced to do this. Readers here know I prefer comfortable quality that lasts a long time; but there is no alternative. We are being kicked-off WordPress and will have to assemble on a platform that allows free expression, free thought and free ideas to be shared, valued and appreciated.
Additionally, as I look at preliminary options for Treehouse 2.0, one guiding element is priority: I will continue to work earnestly to be deserving of your support and fellowship.

However each of us got here, it’s probably a fact that we have the turmoil of those storms in common, perhaps some unease that we could share and always, we also find fresh ground to cover from day to day. We’re developing valuable relationships as we trust one another in our community in the woods. The chatting in the branches encourages, strengthens and equips for some serious walking.
We think the Treehouse is a good armory for those who doing long distance walking for the sake of our nation. We hope you’ll think so, too. Find yourself a good branch….or just pull up a rock to the campfire.

We have shared laughs. We have lost friends. We have lost family together. We have comforted each-other. We have prayed together… and we have sat still together. I have been somewhat quiet lately as I try to figure out what exactly is the next thing to do. Much like our nation, there is trepidation all around us. It is likely that CTH will look different and we may have to engage and learn some new stuff. But it will be OK.

Former President Barack Obama is back in the public eye after spending the last several years in the shadows. During the Trump presidency, Obama has not been in the spotlight, preferring to make high paid speeches and enjoy the lifestyle of the rich and famous.
In recent weeks, the former President turned his attention to politics again, starting with his prime-time speech at the Democratic National Convention. Since then, he has been very vocal in his support of former Vice President Joe Biden, his running mate in two national elections.
Interestingly, the former President made a rather late endorsement of Biden after the nomination contest was already completed. If he were genuinely excited about Biden becoming President, Obama would have given him an early and enthusiastic endorsement.
Clearly, Obama was not the only one who was not excited about Biden. In the campaign, he did not generate any euphoric support because he is a politician with a lackluster 50-year history of loathsome deal making and repeated plagiarism. He only won the nomination because Democrats chose him to prevent a socialist takeover of their party by U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
It was not Obama who delivered the so-called election victory to Biden. In the general election against President Donald Trump, Biden received every type of advantage from a huge fundraising edge to a press willing to overlook his scandals and continue their negative coverage of President Trump. Biden was also given tremendous favors from the “Masters of the Universe” who control social media and censored President Trump’s message.
One of the many unfortunate consequences that will occur if Biden is eventually inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States is that Americans will see much more of Barack Obama. He will be heavily involved in shaping a Biden administration. Since Biden is obviously dealing with diminished mental capabilities and is compromised by many scandals, such as those revealed on his son’s laptop, he will be easily manipulated. Therefore, Obama will play a very prominent role in advising and guiding his former Vice President.
In recent days, the former President has suddenly become more accessible to the media. In an interview with Gayle King on CBS News, Obama said it was “disappointing” for Republicans to call for an investigation into the 2020 election. Not surprisingly, he said there was “no legal basis” for the lawsuits challenging the election results in numerous states.
Obama hates Trump and wants him to exit the White House at the end of this term, if not sooner. While Obama might not view the lawsuits as credible, the proof of election fraud is growing each day. From questionable election software to affidavits of voting irregularities to state officials not allowing GOP observers to watch the ballots being counted, Trump lawyers have assembled a massive amount of evidence. It is unknown whether it will be enough to award President Trump another four years in the White House; however, at the very least, it should lead to a bi-partisan groundswell of support for substantial election reform in the next session of Congress.
Neither Obama nor Biden will support any type of election reform legislation, as the current systems are rigged to benefit Democrats. Instead, if Biden becomes President, Americans will see higher taxes, open borders, horrible trade deals, more overseas military engagements, an assault on our fossil fuel industry, and the embrace of the most radical legislation in American history, the Green New Deal.
Supporting Biden on the journey toward socialism will be Barack Obama, who is excited about the prospective new administration. Under a prospective Biden administration, Obama will have tremendous influence on policy, appointments and in setting a very progressive agenda.
In his CBS interview, Obama reminded Americans of his great ability to lie. He said that the President and his supporters, “didn’t think there was any fraud going on because they didn’t say anything about it for the first two days.” What a blatant falsehood uttered by a man awfully familiar with deception.
The truth is that President Trump warned Americans for months about the potential abuses with unsolicited mail-in ballots. On July 30, 2020 President Trump tweeted, “With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history. It will be a great embarrassment to the USA. Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???”
President Trump knew that the system in place for this election would be a disaster. He was right, this election has been a total mess. Ideally, Americans should vote in person on Election Day with photo identification. Instead, in this election, voting started earlier and ended later than in any election in United States history. The problems that resulted were infuriating, but utterly predictable.
Democrats used the Covid-19 pandemic to force this election monstrosity. It may result in President Trump losing, but, at this point, he has every right to pursue all his legal options and investigate the validity of these votes.
Barack Obama is trying to close the books on this election before the massive amount of voter fraud can be authenticated. In his CBS interview, he said that “We’re not above the rules, we’re not above the law, that’s the essence of our democracy.”
Sorry, President Obama, you are being disingenuous once again. America does not have a democracy; we are a constitutional republic. However, he is correct, the rules should apply for everyone, including Democrats.
President Trump and his legal team need to uncover if any election laws were broken. It is imperative for President Trump to pursue this type of investigation because if Joe Biden becomes President, all these investigations will end, and our country will return to politics as usual once again.
Frankly, it is President Trump’s call to make on what to do about the 2020 election – not the Supreme Court’s, nor anybody else’s.
The Deep State and treacherous Left of this nation have put the president through a veritable hell these last four years. The Trump campaign was spied upon and he was made to endure the Russia/impeachment hoax. The Democrats never recognized his presidency, and now he absolutely does not need to “concede” anything if he does not believe that he lost.
Everything written and broadcast in the Fake News mainstream media is simply bull, a complete false narrative that there is a “president-elect” Joe Biden. The media does not get to decide who is president; that is the way it was before Trump, which is part of the reason he was elected in 2016.
Under the “unitary executive theory,” of the Constitution, scholars recognize the president of the United States having broad executive powers. If it comes down to a choice between Trump or Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts on what must be done, considering the latter’s record of obstruction and judicial folly, it must be Trump.
The country has heard enough about “let all the votes be counted,” and there is “no evidence of voter fraud,” and “this has been the most secure election ever,” and other nonsense. Americans know what they see and feel, which is that President Trump would have won a landslide had normal election protocols been followed.
Was November 2020 a free and fair election, conducted under the rule of law, and does it pass the Constitutional smell test? It does not. Dead people voted, doubts about “glitchy” voting machines, and, of course, “mail-in ballots,” which are not even a thing. Absentee ballots, which are “mailed out,” and not “mailed in,” need to be requested by individual voters and not returned in mass by the supposed electorate. “Mail-in ballots,” which circumvented state election laws are unconstitutional and fraudulent, no matter what the Supreme Court said in interfering with the election in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. The high court ruled erroneously, because “mail-out” ballots are against state law and were not necessary now that “early voting” in person proved to be effective where implemented in response to Covid-19 fears, which are ridiculous in their own right.
So, here we are, almost two months from the January 20 Inauguration Day, and a threatened Democrat Party national mask mandate and economic lockdown catastrophe. Whatever the election “recounts” and “audits” find, which probably will be zilch, there is a pending emergency on the horizon, and only President Trump can decide how to respond for the country. In a Nov. 6 statement, Trump assured the American people, “that I will never stop fighting for you and our nation.”
There are signed affidavits of voter fraud that are not being investigated by U.S. and state district attorneys. According to surveys, an estimated 70 percent of the 71 million people who voted for President Trump believe the election was stolen from him.
But there is more, and that involves Joe Biden, who has never been thoroughly investigated for the serious allegation that his family used his political influence to benefit financially from the Chinese Communist Party, which runs China.
Why does everything have to be so “neat and tidy,” at this point in American history. The British burned Washington, DC, to the ground in the war of 1812, yet the country endured. Democrat President Andrew Jackson ordered the slaughter of many tens of thousands of American Indians. At Gettysburg in 1863, an incredible 51,000 soldiers were killed or wounded in three days of fighting during the crucial battle of the Civil War. The election of 1876 was won by one electoral vote when the Republicans agreed to end military occupation of the South during Reconstruction in exchange for the presidency of Rutherford B. Hayes. Democrat President Franklin Roosevelt broke precedent and ran for a third term.
This disputed election and the prospect of a Joe Biden presidency is enough for all patriots to say a collective, “Whoa,” and to realize that nobody besides President Trump is as well situated as him to decide what to do about this mess. Perhaps the 2020 contest will be “thrown into” the Congress as per the 12th Amendment to the Constitution, where the Republicans could vote to give re-election to President Trump. That certainly has some level of plausibility if not even likelihood.
Hilary Clinton told Joe Biden before the election never to concede, and now Trump can follow her advice as well. Trump is a president who received 71 million votes without one being in doubt of legitimacy. He has 87 million Twitter followers. The American people love Trump; nobody “loves” Biden. Trump will continue to be harassed and persecuted were he to leave office, and therefore, has no incentive to acquiesce to a “peaceful transition.” All President Trump need do is clearly state why he is not conceding and seeking new elections, and at least 50 million Americans will unflinchingly snap to attention. The “unitary executive theory” means that the president is a veritable monarch if he believes the Constitution and the American Experiment is in jeopardy.
Trump reveres the U.S. military and in return servicemen and women everywhere love him in return. Trump unabashedly supports the police forces of this country and the policemen and women back him without reservation. Three in 10 Americans say they own a firearm, and nearly all of them likely voted for President Trump. There is no army to defy him or law enforcement who would arrest him, and tens of millions of Americans would come to his immediate aid. It is Trump’s call to make and it can be messy. Of course, if he walks away, that is his call too. He has earned it, either way.
