Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley will be officially launching her 2024 run for the U.S. presidential race on Wednesday February 15th. This has been a long-planned objective by Mrs. Haley in her quest to retain political relevance and influence. Running for office in ’24 was the background for her exit from the Trump administration all the way back in 2019 after two years as U.N. ambassador.
Mrs. Haley will be financed by coastal Republican and Wall Street donors who are ultimately attempting to avoid another America First term of economic nationalism – the policy of President Donald Trump.
Following the arc of the Wall Street campaign design, at a particular point later in ’23 or early ’24, Mrs. Haley will drop out and endorse Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Haley is betting her political capital on this plan.
Following the announcement next week, Mrs. Haley will travel to New Hampshire and Iowa for campaign efforts coordinating with the “Stand for America” political action committee and political consultants that are designing and steering the larger objectives.

Approximately a week after Mrs. Haley begins her campaign travels, Ron DeSantis will release his book “The Courage to be Free”, and while Haley travels the key primary states, DeSantis will be traveling to Texas, California and Alabama campaigning under the cover of a national book tour. The currently visible outlook reflects the purpose of Mrs. Haley to be the managed lead attack against President Donald Trump, while the DeSantis managers extend the plausible deniability for his entry into the contest as long as possible.
Once you see the strings on the marionettes, you can never return to that moment in the performance when you did not notice them.

On Thursday the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Government, held its first hearing. I have not yet had time to listen to the full testimony of all witnesses, but it looks like the subcommittee is working to narrow the focus of their investigation and oversight by identifying the most critical issues.
In an unusual twist Senator Chuck Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson gave testimony to the House subcommittee to include their own experience with investigations of how the DOJ and FBI have weaponized their institutions against the American people and even against congressional oversight. I am hopeful this subcommittee will deliver sunlight through the testimony and deposition of key witnesses. However, knowing how most congressional oversight committees tend to wander, miss and omit the key issue(s), we need to identify the motive of this specific committee through the action we can document and cite. I hope to complete watching the entire testimony by the end of the day today.

Word first broke on the Twitter last night about a board coup inside the Project Veritas organization led by Matt Tyrmand, a rabid advocate for Ron DeSantis and part of the 2024 influence operation. [TWITTER Source]
According to the leaked information, Matt Tyrmand organized a six-hour confrontation session against Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe, culminating in a decision to put O’Keefe on leave.
“The board held a six-and-a-half-hour struggle session vs James where they subjected him to constant derision and insults. At the insistence of Tyrmand, O’Hara, and Hinckley; “about ten employees aired their grievances about James, which essentially boiled down to him being a tough boss to work for. At the end of this six-hour struggle session, Tyrmand and fellow board member John Garvey put him on leave and stripped him of all authority.” (source)

James O’Keefe, the founder and chairman of Project Veritas, has taken a paid leave from the conservative nonprofit media organization as its board considers whether to remove him from his leadership position, according to current and former employees of the organization.
An internal message sent to Project Veritas employees by the organization’s executive director, Daniel Strack, said that O’Keefe would be taking “a few weeks of well-deserved PTO.” An image of the message was shared by a source familiar with the organization’s internal operations, and its authenticity was confirmed by a current employee. When reached for comment on his personal cell phone, O’Keefe said nothing in response and did not respond to follow-up calls and text messages. (source)
Considering the recent explosive undercover work against Pfizer, it is not out of the question, heck, it might be likely – that the Big Republican Club is at work against O’Keefe.
Remember, big corporate donors like the Koch Donor Trust are attached to Project Veritas and simultaneously attached to Ron DeSantis. This could be where DeSantis operative Matt Tyrmand connects the issues between Big donors (Koch), Big Pharma (Pfizer) and Big Club (DeSantis) motives.
However, Occam’s Razor could also apply in that an untrustworthy, backstabbing dirtbag and ankle biter like Matt Tyrmand just happens to find a natural ideological alignment with Team DeSantis.
Money at this scale, with the political overlay and stakes high, is a powerfully corrupting combination. However, if the board at Project Veritas thinks they can oust James O’Keefe and still remain viable, they are sadly mistaken. There is no Project Veritas without James O’Keefe.

“Controlled opposition” is a term that is thrown around quite loosely by anyone who ends up disagreeing with an outlook of conservative punditry. However, as it has become increasingly obvious, the GBNews organization is the very definition of ‘controlled opposition.’
GBNews pundit Mark Steyn refused to adhere to the new compliance rules of the organization, and also refused to indemnify the outlet against any lawsuits filed as a result of Mark Steyn’s commentary [Background Here]. Against the backdrop of Steyn’s public explanation for his departure, conservative pundit Katie Hopkins decides it is time for the truth about the GBNews outlet to be openly discussed. WATCH:
Within Britain, all media speech is monitored by the Office of Communications (OfComm), where official government censors track commentary according to regulatory and compliance rules established by the government.
As noted by Steyn in the contract he rejected: “To the extent that the presenter and/or the US producers do not incorporate Ofcom regulatory input into an edition of the program, this shall be considered a material breach of this agreement, and the Mark Steyn Company shall indemnify GB News for any and all direct loss, liability, costs, including reasonable legal costs, damages, or expenses that it suffers as a result of any regulatory breach.”
GBNews acquiesced to the thought police, and Mark Steyn is rightly leaving. Good for him.

If you start from the baseline that everything in federal U.S. politics is a construct to be managed by the financial stakeholders who ultimately control all policy, then things make more sense. Through this prism you can spot the proactive moves, positions and predictable patterns organized by those in control – what has previously been labeled as “The Big Club.”

There are obviously trillions at stake, and people are now more awake to how that matters in the bigger picture of controlled corporate politics. Remember, the RNC and DNC are private corporations, essentially private clubs, who operate to the benefit of the major donor membership.
The major club donors are those who have vested interests in domestic or multinational political policy; therefore, the controlling elements of each private corporation are the primary stakeholders in the outcome of the policy the political clubs create through selected candidates. The Wall St billionaires, hedge funds, multinational corporations etc, essentially make investments by trying to control outcomes.
At its core, the financial outcomes of policy are the motives of the donor investments. This simple truth needs constant reminders, because it’s not a conspiracy to see the planning, organization and manipulation that goes into club politics. In this reference, the GOP club.
Just as Big Tech is in the targeting business to remove users and rebellious voices adverse to their ideological interests, so too does the Big Republican Club carry the same motive and intent. The financial people associated with Republican politics are ruthless, and their tentacles are everywhere. In the 2016 election they were caught off-guard, negatively impacted by the America First policies of Donald Trump, and now in 2024 taking additional steps, aggressive steps, to ensure a tighter control system.
Big Con is just as destructive as Big Tech, as both are motivated by the same dynamic. In 2024,we are going to see a far more violent, in the desperate sense of the word, response from Big Con. When the people inside the GOPe club have their money threatened, they get extremely brutal. No one attacks the Republican base voter with more vitriol than the Republicans who control the club system.
Not enough people understand this dynamic, and too few MAGA ‘America First’ voices realize the scale of how severely the Republican Club hates them.
The Republican Club organizes their plan, and they will seek to destroy anyone and anything that gets in their way. There are trillions at stake, and multiple billions inside those trillions are directly in the controlling bank accounts of the Republican Club operators.
When you find yourself facing a revelation and saying, ‘they would never do that,’ pause for a moment and recognize how severe the control issue is from their side of the dynamic. Yes, they would do that. They would do anything and everything.
This acceptance, albeit challenging to comprehend in scope and scale, is the accurate backdrop to review all of the groundwork and money, the Republican Big Club operators put into pre-planning and Machiavellian schemes. Their #1 goal is control.
The scale of their intent is also the accurate backdrop to view moves they have previously made, moves they are making, and moves they have yet to make. It is through this prism that you can see the scale of proactive effort the Republican Club operators have put into their Ron DeSantis operation.
Going all the way back to December 2021, when DeSantis handler Christina Pushaw set about the first steps of inviting conservative influencers into the DeSantis orbit in Florida, a meeting that took place on January 6, 2022, nothing from that moment to this was organic or unplanned.
Moving Florida Governor Ron DeSantis into position for 2024 with careful branding and management, is one large Republican Club operation done with forethought and intent. Everything is managed, scripted and executed according to a long-term plan.
The DeSantis management and branding team even created a private digital media operation called Florida’s Voice, specifically to promote Ron DeSantis in the state [SEE HERE]. They push out daily pro-DeSantis media articles to feed the conscripted influencers. If you notice, there is a DeSantis communication strategy similar to what we see coming through the State Dept and Ukraine, it’s not accidental. That’s what Pushaw was hired to do.
Through the Florida Voice outlet a promotional announcement is made on behalf of Ron DeSantis. The DeSantis team is releasing the promotional book on February 28th, and the principle will travel to Texas, California, Alabama and several other states as part of the “book tour” which is really the campaign for 2024 without having to admit it’s the campaign for 2024. You see, the problem the DeSantis people have in the long-term planning, is the need to hide how long they have planned this out.
Once people become aware the DeSantis in ’24 operation has been planned since 2021, all of the ‘grassroots’ organic patina disappears, and people will recognize it’s astroturf.
You know who the Republican Club and Big Con hate more than me?…. Donald Trump.

CTH has never pretended or played the game of pretending, but several people have discussed the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing today on the Twitter censorship issue… and thus, some reminders and clarifications of inside DC politics are needed.
The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, hereafter called the House Oversight Committee or HOC, has a very specific function in DC circles that apparently too few understand. Once again, let us be clear while trying to explain decades of false information founded upon arcane legislative outlooks.
This article is specific only to the House Oversight Committee.
Within Washington DC, the HOC has a very specific and unique function. What Fox News is to corporate conservative punditry, so too is the HOC to the same DC system of pretending. The House Oversight Committee is the “Chaff and Countermeasures” committee. The HOC operates for both parties with the same mission.
The House Oversight Committee was/is created by the House legislative leadership to make money for the party in control of the Chair. When the House Speaker is notified of a DC corruption issue, inside his/her office they will often be heard saying, “give it to oversight.” The intent of that instruction is to give the issue to the HOC, so they can hold hearings, create soundbites and fundraise from the issue.
Making money for the party in control of the Chair is the primary function of the House Oversight Committee. The HOC does not exist to create accountability or oversight; the HOC exists to exploit the issue for fundraising and satiate the base voters of the party in control of the Chair. The HOC presents the illusion of accountability by constructing soundbites and member performances which are then broadcast on television for appearances to the voting audience. It is essentially theater.
The HOC is a “general oversight’ committee, not a committee of “specific jurisdiction.” Thus, the HOC is the vehicle where Democrats and Republicans publicly display their political initiatives, frame their narratives and then broadcast them on MSNBC, CNN (Democrats) or FOX NEWS (Republicans).
Depending on the issues at hand, the HOC committee members are generally those performance actors best known to the audience of both parties. This is not accidental; this is by design. Again, for emphasis, I am only talking about the HOC, a “generalized oversight” committee. Only this specific committee has this specific mission.
A hot button topic enters the committee ecosphere. Specifically trained staffers and performance artists, uniquely qualified to put on theatrical productions (both parties), are then deployed to assist the representatives in creating the soundbites that hopefully will go viral and assist them with fundraising and opportunities to say, “here’s what we are doing.” Outlining this construct is not an exhibition in cynicism; this is the reality of what the HOC is designed and created to do.
When you see the HOC performing at their best, you will see lots of soundbites created.
The Chair of the HOC is always part of the House Speaker’s close inner circle. From that association you will discover by training, by habit, and by consequence, the HOC framework is developed to sustain the process itself as an end result. The questioning is the sum total of all accountabilities. The performance is the interview; the conversation is the point; the smoke is the fire.
Oversight, in the HOC framework of narrative creation, has evolved into reveling in the endless process (a fundraising proposition) and, as a consequence, it completely ignores the end point, misses the bottom line, doesn’t actually SEE the subject matter, and never actually applies accountability toward what might be discovered. This is why you end up with high blood pressure, frustrated with the questions not asked, and throwing bricks at the screen or monitors when viewing.
The point of HOC hearings is to create what are now described as “viral moments” that can be used to generate money. The second, and lesser objective, is to give the illusion of accountability while not actually ever holding anyone or anything accountable. See prior HOC reference points like Fast and Furious, IRS targeting, Benghazi which outline the latest intent with the Twitter censorship issue.
If you watch the HOC Twitter hearing through the prism of expecting some form of accountability for the violations of the First Amendment, you will be frustrated and disappointed. However, if you watch the HOC Twitter hearing through the prism of how well the panelists will do at raising money from their performances, then you can evaluate the effectiveness; the proverbial winning and losing.
The HOC is designed by House leadership to perform the same basic function for both Democrats and Republicans. The HOC committee assignments are selected based on the theatrical skills of each representative. This is not to say the motives of the members are sullied or impure, it is simply to point out the motive of the committee itself is to generate fundraising from the skillsets of the members on the committee.
Once you fully grasp what the intent of the House Oversight Committee is about, and once you drop the expectation that any accountability in oversight is the intent, then you can watch the performances through the entertainment prism of partisan politics and genuinely enjoy them. There are, after all, some exceptional soundbites and moments created by the hearings themselves.
The HOC is called the “Chaff and Countermeasures” Committee, because that’s essentially what the committee does. It gives the appearance of targeting, steering the target to a controlled destination, and then distracting the audience from the outcome of accountability.
If sunlight is achieved, meaning the Mainstream Media cannot ignore the issue as presented and questioned, and if the general public become more familiar with the controversial subject matter or topic at hand, and if the party of the Chair can fundraise from the issue, then the committee has succeeded. However, if you are looking for something to change as an outcome of any HOC hearing, you will be disappointed.
All of the insiders in Washington DC know this to be true; but, when discussing the HOC specifically, the insiders cannot violate the DC code and make this reality a part of the public consciousness. To make this operational mission widely understood is to diminish the financial value of it.

One of the things about big lies is the sheer weight they create, and the effort needed to maintain them. Everyone of reasonably intelligent disposition knew the Russians did not blow up their own Nord Stream gas pipeline last year; they had no motive to do so. All indications were always that the U.S. government conducted the operation and then obfuscated blame toward Russia.
Investigative journalist Mr. Seymour Hersh now writes a comprehensive outline showcasing just how the Biden operation to destroy Nord Stream was conducted. [SEE HERE]
[Seymour Hersh] […] “In December of 2021, two months before the first Russian tanks rolled into Ukraine, Jake Sullivan convened a meeting of a newly formed task force—men and women from the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the CIA, and the State and Treasury Departments—and asked for recommendations about how to respond to Putin’s impending invasion.
It would be the first of a series of top-secret meetings, in a secure room on a top floor of the Old Executive Office Building, adjacent to the White House, that was also the home of the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board (PFIAB). There was the usual back and forth chatter that eventually led to a crucial preliminary question: Would the recommendation forwarded by the group to the President be reversible—such as another layer of sanctions and currency restrictions—or irreversible—that is, kinetic actions, which could not be undone?

As the article notes, initially in the planning stage, Joe Biden and his administration were all in for the operation, assuming of course the resulting action -essentially a declaration of war- came with plausible deniability.
What is unclear, despite all the details revealed, is whether in the final decision-making Joe Biden actually had anything to do with it; or whether the dark handlers running his covert administration from the Intel and State Dept., felt they had enough prior approval to just carry out the order without him.
As a reminder, in late September 2022, Joe Biden denied the U.S. involvement…. He lied.

“It was a deliberate act of sabotage and the Russians are pumping out disinformation and lies,” Biden said.

For the U.S. to deliberately attack the Nord Stream gas pipeline, that is a direct act of war against a sovereign country, Russia.
The coverup of this story is going to make the coverup of all prior Obama/Biden stories pale in comparison.

Amid this era of insufferable pretending, our dear and rebellious non-pretending CTH friend, the Great Lou Dobbs, is a voice to cherish – he gets it. There is a wisdom that comes with age and experience battling against the Machiavellian schemes of the professional political class; it also can make you quick-tempered, and that’s ok. Hell, it’s to be expected.
In this brief video segment {Direct Rumble Link}, Lou Dobbs cuts to the chase when analyzing the Republican party rebuttal to the Joe Biden state of the union speech. Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee-Sanders delivered the remarks, they were poignant deliberate and accurate; however, they were also party managed, and party approved.
Just as Lou Dobbs has accurately and presciently called the Wall Street play-by-play for decades, amid the multinational schemes of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce & Business Roundtable, Mr Dobbs accurately notes the Republican Governor’s Association (RGA) as the originating approvers for the prepared rebuttal. The approved GOPe script, a construct of multinational financial influence and background motive, was/is intended to write President Donald Trump out of the Republican political framework. Governor Huckabee-Sanders went along with the plan. She, along with all of the non-pretenders, knows this, as all of them do. It is a sad acceptance to realize just how metastasized the political cancer has become, and how few can hold firm against the power of the corrupt political apparatus.
As I said last night, Huckabee-Sanders points about the damage from the Biden administration were accurate and well delivered.
That said, her acquiescence to the machinery of the professional republican system is both disheartening and pathetic.
Oh sure, she will backtrack sometime soon, filled with artificial pearl-clutching prose and promises of mistaken intent…. that’s the way it rolls. But once you see the strings attached to the marionettes you can never unsee them. Authenticity, trust and integrity are lost in sunlight moments when decisions are made.
CTH noted several weeks ago that based on the background moves in advance of Ron DeSantis’s reelection efforts, it became increasingly clear the Republican Governor’s Association (RGA) was going to play a bigger role in 2024 in full alignment with the GOP establishment.
In some ways the leveraging of the RGA is the difference between the Big Club’s 2016 (Jeb!) effort, and the 2024 (Ron!) effort. It was obvious in 2022 with the amount of money the RGA poured into the FL governor’s coffers, a reelection race with a consistent double point lead, the RGA was not doing it for the 2022 reelection – they were building the DeSantis war chest for 2024.
The DeSantis management and branding group are in alignment with, and in close coordination with, the RGA.
At CTH we accept things as they are, not as we would wish them to be.
The Big Club is fooling many, but not here, not now and not today – or ever.

There are far more of us than them, and once people realize the scale of the duplicity and professional Republican corruption, the backlash against this Big Club branding and management team -together with their “influencers” and willing conscripts- is going to leave a lot of “conservative pundits” very isolated, alone and irrelevant.
