Biden & His Declassified Documents

Armstrong Economics Blog/Politics Re-Posted Jan 14, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

There is something really rotten in the real land of Oz – Washington DC, There is absolutely NO WAY suddenly Democrats would reveal that they have found classified documents in Biden’s various locations. They have manipulated the press to hide the Hunter Laptop and these documents all before the elections. They stormed Trump’s house as they have NEVER done in the history of this nation no matter how heated the politics have been.  It is even debatable if that would hold up at the Supreme Court level. But all of this is curious at best, but there is something far more sinister behind the curtain.

Revealing that Biden had classified documents and now the Attorney General had to appoint a special prosecutor, there is no way they can indict Trump on that theory without indicting Biden. But all of that seems to be just the misdirection. Biden’s mental capabilities are failing and to pull off World War III, they may be using this ploy that compels him to resign and at the same time tar & feather Trump for 2024. They need someone who is not the brightest bulb in the box but who will just read the prepared speeches on cue – i.e. Harris!

Something just DOES NOT SMELL right with this entire affair. With the Republicans now in charge of the House, that is where the investigations start. The computer had warned if you recall, that there was a risk that the president during this wave would not complete a term. It turned out that the precise day of 2022.966 was December 19th, the very day that the January 6th Committee recommended criminal charges for Trump. There are people in DC who respect our model. They know that indicting Trump will seriously divide the country and result in rising civil unrest. On top of that, with the Republicans now launching an investigation of the Democratic investigations, they need a diversion.

Harris sought the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination but withdrew from the race prior to the primaries. Joe Biden selected her as his running mate approved by Soros, and their ticket went on to defeat the incumbent president, Donald Trump, and his vice president, Mike Pence, in the 2020 election. Harris’ ECM chart interestingly lined up for 2020. But it also lines up with 2025 when the sky looks very dark geopolitically. They may be preparing to eat Biden for lunch to further knock Trump for 2024. But also because they seem to hope that removing him from the office will take the steam out of the Republicans to impeach Biden over Hunter’s Laptop etc., anyway! Use the declassified docs and kill two birds with one stone – Trump & Biden.

UPDATE – So, You Did Not Take the COVID-19 Shot, Why Not?

Posted originally on the CTH on January 14, 2023 | Sundance

I am bumping this post to the top of the page and updating because, well, I’ll explain.

First, thank you.  Sincere and genuine thankfulness for your fellowship.  Visitors to this site continue to prove that our nation is created by, and an assembly of, the most decent, honest, generous and kind-hearted people in the world.  The responses to the question of ‘why didn’t you take the covid-19 shot?’ are nothing short of remarkable.

In the bigger picture if you want to fill up your faith cup and recognize the scale of commonsense assembly in our nation, take the time to read through the 2,000+ responses.

The feedback you are providing is exceptional and trust me when I say that far more people are reading these responses than you could fathom.  Additionally, the responses have reasserted my belief in the scale of our national assembly.  There are far more of us, ordinary, hardworking, commonsense, pragmatic and smart people, than the self-described intellectual elites would ever admit.

In addition to the responses below, there have been hundreds of emails answering the question, which suddenly made me realize that no one has really ever asked this question before in a format that provides ordinary people with the ability to respond.

There is also a yearning to talk about this issue, publicly and with deliberation; massively so.  And I am hopeful (insert grin here) this small corner of the internet is about to push this conversation into a much larger national forum.  Our nation needs a big conversation about this.

If I had to pick a single phrase to encapsulate the myriad of phenomenal responses to the question I would use the phrase, “intellectual discernment”; which again provides buckets of faith that a large number of people are wide awake, albeit part of what I call a potato revolution growing safely underground.

Also, unbeknownst to front page readers I am stunned at the people in/around operation warp-speed, these are people in government directly attached to the issue, who have contacted CTH on the backside, stepped forward and said they also didn’t take the shot because, well, despite their belief in the purpose and principle at the time, things were just not adding up and ultimately seemed sketchy.   They couldn’t talk (so they felt), couldn’t even hint at their concern; but when it came to making the personal decision, they waited.

I also owe it to you to answer the question of my own status, which is a big heck no – I did not take the jab.

Why?  Because in the preceding years of all my research into the rapidly exposed corruption of our government, there was just no way in hell I was going to trust that same system.  A system that literally was working outside the constitution and legal framework of our nation to destroy a sitting U.S. President is going to suddenly care about my health.  Nope, it did not align.  I also looked at the datapoint of the U.S.S. Comfort delivered to New York City under the grandest of media proclamations about impending medical doom, only to see the ship sit empty and completely unused despite the scale of the narrative that surround its purpose.

Lastly, and more obliquely, the datapoint of one of my heroes Franklin Graham assembling a NY field hospital to serve over 20,000 patients; another massive endeavor that sat empty and without use.  However, prior to the hindsight, it was the in-real-time fight from officials in/around the area who tried to block Samaritans Purse from setting up the facility.  If the SARS-CoV-2 issue was as great a threat as declared, then why would anyone fight to keep out a field hospital that could provide such relief.   It just didn’t make sense.

Those issues, and others, formed the baseline of my inability to reconcile the key issue of ‘trust’ needed to believe in the vaccine.  Additionally, I am healthy and not within any of the risk factors.  However, I also feel strongly that each health decision is unique to the individual person, and everyone was making the best decisions for them based on the available information at the time; so, I carry no judgement for those who made a different choice.

As noted, I am bumping this to the top of the site so that our conversation can continue.  Normally I would start a new thread, but this one is different.  I don’t want to break the continuity and I want to provide everyone the ability to see they are not alone.

Love to all,

Sundance

Reader feedback request.

I was quite shocked to review a poll I took on the Twitter last month showing that 85% of the people who follow the CTH Twitter account [TLR2] did not take the COVID-19 jab.

Without any judgement implied or inferred I am genuinely curious, why not?

With the situation clearly in hindsight, and/or given all the pressure that may have been applied to each individual situation, I am genuinely curious what was it that made you choose not to take the COVID-19 vaccination.

If you are comfortable, and please understand that no pressure is intended in any way whatsoever, could you share why you didn’t take the vaccine and how do you feel about that decision in hindsight?

If you did take the vaccination, there is also no judgement in this question.  As I said back in 2021 each individual is unique, each situation is unique, and each person has to make the best decision about what is in their individual best interests.  So please, don’t let this issue divide our conversation.

I am genuinely curious as to the reason so many people would withstand the public and perhaps peer pressure to follow the ‘vaccination’ advice.  Also, how has that decision impacted your life?  Did you lose friends and family over your personal health decision?  Did those relationships heal over time?  Or anything else you might find pertinent to the general question.

Devin Nunes Discusses Twitter File Drop #14 – Congress Demanding Twitter Censor Information About the Nunes Memo

Posted originally on the CTH on January 14, 2023 | Sundance

Former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes appears on Fox News to discuss the release of Twitter File #14 which was centered around the legislative branch attempting to censor his “Nunes Memo.” {Direct Rumble Link Here}

The essence of Twitter File #14 was how the Senate Intelligence Committee, senators Feinstein (D-CA) and Warner (D-VA) along with House Intel Committee Adam Schiff (D-CA) pressured Twitter to remove content that supported the assertions of HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes.  WATCH:

Nunes: Russia Hoax was ‘beginning of the end’ for Big Tech

[Twitter File #14 HERE]

Essentially, as Taibbi is pointing out, various DC politicians were working feverishly in early 2018 to maintain the fraudulent narrative around the Trump-Russia investigation.

Why is this timeline important, because retention of the fraudulent Trump-Russia narrative was critical to support the predicate of the Robert Mueller (Andrew Weissmann) Special Counsel.  As Taibbi notes, “On January 18th, 2018, Republican Devin Nunes submitted a classified memo to the House Intel Committee detailing abuses by the FBI in obtaining FISA surveillance authority against Trump-connected figures, including the crucial role played by the infamous “Steele Dossier.”  The entire DC apparatus was going bananas about the Nunes memo because it undermined the predicate assumptions of the Trump-Russia probe.

The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) was the specific stakeholder institution intent on retaining the Trump-Russia fraud, because the SSCI was one of the institutions who helped construct it.  Again Taibbi, “On January 23rd, 2018, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA) published an open letter saying the hashtag [#ReleaseTheMemo] “gained the immediate attention and assistance of social media accounts linked to Russian influence operations.” The intelligence community politicians were furious that various Twitter accounts were tearing apart their precious, and false, story.

Into this mix comes the work of former Dianne Feinstein staffer Dan Jones who was funding various entities like “Hamilton 68” to push propaganda.  “Feinstein, Schiff, Blumenthal, and media members all pointed to the same source: the Hamilton 68 dashboard created by former FBI counterintelligence official Clint Watts, under the auspices of the Alliance for Securing Democracy (ASD)”.  The goal was to pressure Twitter to remove content that could eventually take apart the Trump-Russia narrative. Teh justification they were using was that Russian groups were behind the Twitter pushback.

SIDEBAR from CTH ARCHIVES – A fantastic catch by Twitter user “15poundstogo” previously highlighted a key phrase within the Senate Select Intelligence Committee (SSCI) Russia Report Volume-5, showing how the SSCI allowed those who created the Trump-Russia narrative to avoid questioning:

[SSCI Volume-5 Link, Page 23]

This is a very important detail to underpin previous reporting we shared about former Dianne Feinstein top staffer Dan Jones attempting to avoid a subpoena from U.S. Attorney John Durham.  [SEE BACKGROUND HERE]  This key highlight from the SSCI is evidence of how the attempted coup against President Trump was coordinated by people outside government and inside government.

Dan Jones left the SSCI prior to the 2016 election and went to work pushing the Trump-Russia narrative through his media contacts.  Jones took over funding Fusion-GPS and Chris Steele in 2017 at the same time Senator Mark Warner took over as SSCI vice-chairman. Dan Jones and Mark Warner coordinated the efforts outside and inside government on the same objective.  The Senate Intel Committee was part of the effort.

As a result of their alignment and common purpose the SSCI didn’t investigate the origin of the Trump-Russia narrative; and instead positioned themselves as a shield to block any investigative inquiry into what took place.

The attempt to remove President Trump from office encompassed all three branches of the U.S. government.

  • Executive Branch – FBI, DOJ-NSD, CIA, State Dept., and eventually the Special Counsel Office.
  • Legislative Branch – SSCI in 2017 and 2018 with an assist from House Intelligence Committee and House Judiciary in 2019 and 2020.
  • Judicial Branch – FISA Court 2015, 2016, 2017; Federal Judges (Sullivan, Walton, Howell, Berman-Jackson) in alignment with DC intents in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

How does the office of the United States president; and more importantly a constitutional republic itself; survive a coordinated coup effort that involves all three branches of government; while simultaneously those in charge of exposing the corruption fear the scale of the effort is too damaging for the U.S. government to reveal?

[EARLIER REPORT] – […] When President Trump won the November 2016 election all of those participants involved in the use of government offices and agencies for corrupt political intent had a real problem.  Immediately, a lot of strategic planning took place by a lot of desperate people.

One of the key needs of the corrupt intelligence apparatus was to find a way to stop the incoming administration from exposing their effort; that’s where the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) comes in.

Senator Dianne Feinstein was vice-chair of the SSCI in 2016.  Feinstein’s former chief of staff was Dan Jones.

The post-election plan to protect the intel community would involve using the SSCI institution to cover for prior Obama-era operations. Senator Feinstein was not a good fit for that role, so Feinstein abdicated her position in advance of the next congress in 2017.

In January 2017 Senator Mark Warner took over as SSCI vice-chair after Dan Jones left the SSCI to continue efforts as a freelance operative.   Warner was put into place to carry out the strategic objectives needed to protect the DOJ, NSD, CIA, FBI and ODNI operations against Donald Trump who was now the incoming president-elect.

Keep in mind with control of the SSCI the group inside the legislative branch could control who ran what intelligence agency because they held the power of confirmation; and they could control who would rise to be inspector general within the intelligence community, a position needed if a whistle-blower was to surface.  The SSCI would only allow Michael Atkinson to act as ICIG – That’s because Atkinson was part of the 2015/2016 crew.

Additionally, the SSCI would control intelligence information and assist the Weissmann/Mueller special counsel after appointment.   The SSCI could work as a sword and a shield as needed.  Which is exactly what happened.  That background, the motive of the SSCI, explains every point of conflict and corruption we have seen from the SSCI.

Meanwhile Dan Jones went freelance and in 2017 was given $50 million to fund an investigative outfit called the “Penn Quarter Group” and create a new organization called the Democracy Integrity Project.

“Jones told federal investigators that he had raised $50 million from “7 to 10 wealthy donors located primarily in New York and California.” (link)

Jones used both groups to continue selling and pushing the Trump-Russia narrative. Also, it was important for those at risk to find an alternate route to keep financing their defense without using Clinton’s legal team within Perkins Coie.

Essentially, in 2017 Dan Jones, through his Penn Quarter Group, took over funding for Fusion-GPS and Glenn Simpson and kept paying Christopher Steele.  The payments to these entities and Steele always looked more like a pay-off to keep their mouths shut. Jones was essentially the bagman for continued Trump-Russia operations outside government.  Jones’s second job was to keep pushing the Trump-Russia narrative in the media (read more).

Back to Taibbi today:

“NBC, Politico, AP, Times, Business Insider, and other media outlets who played up the “Russian bots” story – even Rolling Stone – all declined to comment for this story. The staffs of Feinstein, Schiff, and Blumenthal also declined comment.

Who did comment? Devin Nunes. “Schiff and the Democrats falsely claimed Russians were behind the Release the Memo hashtag, all my investigative work… By spreading the Russia collusion hoax, they instigated one of the greatest outbreaks of mass delusion in U.S. history.”

This #ReleaseTheMemo episode is just one of many in the #TwitterFiles. The Russiagate scandal was built on the craven dishonesty of politicians and reporters, who for years ignored the absence of data to fictional scare headlines.” (more)

Well, Lookie There, Another Batch of Biden Classified Documents Found and Announced Today

Posted originally on the CTH on January 14, 2023 | Sundance

Back in the Wilmington, Delaware, stash house where Hunter Biden used to bring his hookers and dope dealing friends; what is also described as the home of Joe Biden, where the alarm system was so dysfunctional the Secret Service apparently turned it off; according to the Biden lawyers today, they have found a fourth set of classified documents.

This brings the total in the Delaware stash house to three sets.  One batch in the garage, next to the corvette; another set in an adjacent room; and apparently in yet a third location in the same home where needles, bongs and useful heroine tools were customary tableware, they have found more.

Go figure.

Wall Street Journal – Additional pages marked as classified were found at President Biden’s Wilmington, Del., residence and have been given to the Justice Department, the White House counsel said Saturday, the latest revelation over the handling of classified information that has emerged this week.

The documents were discovered after Mr. Biden’s attorneys said earlier that some classified material, likely dating from his time as vice president, had been found in his garage at the residence in December.

One document marked as classified also was found at his residence earlier this week, the White House had said. In addition, documents marked as classified were found at his office at a Washington think tank in November.

In a statement Saturday, Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, said he accompanied Justice Department officials to Wilmington on Thursday to retrieve the initial document from the residence—and during that process “five additional pages with classification markings” were found among the material, bringing the total to six pages discovered this week.

All material was immediately taken into possession by the Justice Department, Mr. Sauber said. The Justice Department declined to comment Saturday. (read more)

It sure seems odd that the FBI were tasked with investigating everything back on November 9, 2022, according to AG Merrick Garland; yet here we are two months later, and it is not the FBI finding these documents, it’s Biden’s legal housekeeping crew.  Odd that.

[SOURCESDOJ Video Here – AG Garland Transcript Here – AG Press Release Here]

The timeline as described by AG Merrick Garland:

♦ Nov 4, 2022 – National Archives notifies DOJ of classified documents located at Penn-Biden Center
♦ Nov 9, 2022 – Garland instructs FBI to conduct assessment of classified documents and investigate
♦ Nov 14, 2022 – Garland instructs USAO Laush to conduct investigation of events and documents
♦ Dec 20, 2022 – Biden Lawyers tell USAO Laush of additional classified documents in Delaware
♦ Jan 5, 2023 – USAO Lausch briefs AG Garland and recommends a special counsel be appointed
♦ Jan 12, 2023 – Biden Lawyers inform Lausch/Garland additional documents found in Delaware
♦ Jan 12, 2023 – Garland appoints Special Counsel Robert Hur

If the FBI began investigating on November 9th, and USAO Lausch began investigating on November 14th, then why was it Joe Biden lawyers informing Laush of additional classified documents found in Delaware on December 20th and again on January 12th?   Why did the FBI and Lausch not find them?

Why are Joe Biden Lawyers informing the DOJ about the second, third and now fourth batch of classified documents?

Where the heck is the FBI?

Yeah, rhetorical, I know….

Republican Party of Kentucky, Home State of Mitch McConnell, Receives Generous $1 Million Donation from Pfizer

Posted originally on the CTH on January 14, 2023 | Sundance

As many have eloquently said before, politics is a circle of money.   The politicians provide taxpayer funds to selected private sector businesses, and those corporations fund the political efforts of the politicians. It’s a circle of interests disconnected from the American electorate.

In the latest example, the pharmaceutical corporation Pfizer, a multinational who received billions in taxpayer funds for their COVID-19 vaccination and other efforts, now gives a generous $1 million contribution to the Republican Party of Kentucky to expand a new building for the state party.   Kentucky is the home state of Senate Leader Mitch McConnell.

Nothing to see here, move along, move along folks….

KENTUCKY – In what may be the largest political contribution ever given to a political party in Kentucky, the drug maker Pfizer Inc. gave $1 million last month to the building fund of the Republican Party of Kentucky.

A report filed by Republican Party of Kentucky Building Fund last week with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance listed the $1 million from Pfizer along with five other big corporation contributions in the final quarter of 2022 totaling $1.65 million.

That is an extraordinarily large haul for the fund which had raised only $6,000 during the first three quarters of 2022. (READ MORE)

When You Find Yourself in Agreement with Russell Brand…

History Rhyming – Twitter Files Supplemental: House Intelligence Committee Instructing Twitter on Content to Control & Remove

Posted originally on the CTH on January 13, 2023 | Sundance

Comrades, history rhymes…

In his latest review of the Twitter Files, a supplemental to drive home the importance of what is visible – and what was kept hidden, Matt Taibbi focuses attention on the activity of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), and how they monitored public comments on Twitter and gave instructions to the platform on what content should be removed and/or controlled.

Pause for a moment and think about that.

[SEE TWITTER SUPPLEMENTAL HERE]

The House Intelligence Committee, that’s the government of the United States folks, assigning staff to monitor Twitter conversation and remove or control public commentary. Using the justification of “national security interests”, Adam Schiff was telling a social media platform what content should be permitted to exist and what content should be removed.

The ‘Stasi’ used to monitor phone calls and conduct targeting operations based on intercepted communication.   In the modern era, the Twitter Files clearly demonstrate, with an unequivocal amount of evidence, that the United States Government was/is monitoring social media content and then dispatching FBI officers based on intercepted public communication.

This is the House Intelligence Committee doing this.  This is our taxpayer money funding this.

I really don’t want to write anything further on the specifics of this one.  I would rather just like to let these facts simmer in our minds as we contemplate the ramifications of what is now being outlined within this very specific release.

The need for control is a reaction to fear.

What exactly is it the Adam Schiff’s and Intelligence Community of the United States Government is fearful of?

Apparently, there’s a House subcommittee about to begin under the auspices of looking at weaponized government against the people.

I hope the members of that committee are sitting quietly alone somewhere, thinking, evaluating and contemplating what this example is showing us.

I know what’s there.

You know what’s there.

None of us are pretending.

Hope is not a strategy.

Tucker Carlson Asks Why are Biden People Telling the DOJ About Biden Classified Documents?

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on January 13, 2023 | sundance

Fox News host Tucker Carlson asks the obvious question, why are Joe Biden people telling the DOJ about Biden having classified documents?  Under normal corrupt and easy to handle circumstances the documents would be destroyed, hidden and never revealed; yet here they are being exposed by people in the Biden orbit.

In corrupt DC circles, the Biden revelations show there is some entity and motive behind the discoveries.  Tucker Carlson ponders what that agenda is all about. WATCH:

DOJ Releases 2-Page Appointment Order Detailing Initial Scope of Robert Hur Special Counsel Authority

Posted originally on the CTH on January 12, 2023 | sundance

Unlike the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith, the appointment order for special counsel Robert Hur was not available at the time the press release of the special counsel appointment was made.   The appointment order was released tonight, a two-page pdf, which is essentially the initiating scope of authorization for the special counsel to follow. [Link to pdf]

The Robert Hur appointment order is interestingly worded to encompass the origination of the John Lausch “initial investigation”, we have not seen any documents associated with that initial appointment on November 14, 2022.

Additionally, the appointment order seems to limit the investigation to only records discovered in two locations, “the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement and the Wilmington, Delaware, private residence of President Joseph R Biden, Jr.”   The next part “any matters that arose from the initial investigation,” again puts the emphasis on the John Laush original investigative authority as given by AG Merrick Garland.

Twitter File #14 Release – DC Politicians Pushing Twitter to Remove Content That Exposed Fraud Behind Trump-Russia Claims

Posted originally on the CTH on January 12, 2023 | sundance

Just a quick post to draw attention to the latest Twitter File #14 drop by Matt Taibbi [REVIEW HERE].  Thankfully, Taibbi is using the Twitter files to provide historical context against events that were happening at the time the documents are now revealing in hindsight.  Cheers to Taibbi.

[Twitter File #14 HERE]
