The Government is afraid of its citizens and so it must try to take the guns: the issue is will the citizens give them up knowing what is coming? Given the number of guns that there are its unlikely and could trigger a civil war which is exactly what Obama wants. The military could stop all this if they wanted to and it would be legal! I know what I would do if I had stayed in and made general, but them I’m old school and we are a dying breed.

Afterburner with Bill Whittle: ‘2016: Into the Fog’
Bill Whittle is out with his newest Afterburner video entitled “2016: Into the Fog.” In this video Mr. Whittle declines to make predictions about the new year because it is just too foggy out there, however he does have several questions. My favorite part is when he states America is no longer a nation of laws because if it were, Hillary Clinton would not be running for office but instead running for Mexico. He also has questions about Donald Trump, I don’t but Whittle is good at what he does; and does end on a positive note however.

Department of Justice
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced that it’s suspending a hugely controversial program that allows local police departments to keep a large portion of assets seized from citizens under federal law and funnel it into their own coffers. This program has been converting police agencies into criminal organizations by seizing people’s money without any connection to a crime.
The DOJ has announced that it is not ending civil asset forfeiture; it is simply ending the “equitable-sharing” program, which has given the police the option of prosecuting asset forfeiture cases under federal law instead of state. Typically, federal law has far less rights than most states. Federal forfeiture policies are, therefore, far more permissive and they do not really have to show any evidence of a connection to a crime. Allowing police to keep up to 80 percent of assets they seize is outrageous. They have actually seized more money than all crimes in 2014 and 2015 combined. The police have become the risk rather than criminals.
The police have become the people you avoid and never ask for help. Any contact with the police whatsoever will result in an immediate search of their database for anything on you. I have one friend who had a name that was on the no-fly terrorist list. What a nightmare he went through to prove it was not him.

State Lawmakers Prep Gun Control Policies For 2016
Well the assault on the 2nd amendment begins and has it builds we will end up in a civil war; I hope that that wasn’t what they wanted.
State lawmakers are scheduled to consider stricter firearms policies when they return to their respective capitol buildings in January.
In Illinois, a bill introduced by a Democratic state lawmaker in late December would revoke a citizen’s firearms owner ID card and result in the seizure of the individual’s firearms, if the person’s name is added to the FBI terror watch list.
A Nevada Democratic state senator announced a similar bill on Dec. 14 that would “prohibit those on the Federal No-Fly List from purchasing firearms in Nevada.” The bill echoes legislation that recently failed to pass Congress.
Former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s operatives are also pushing to get an initiative on the 2016 Nevada ballot that would criminalize private transfers of firearms. Bloomberg-funded groups are heading to other states like Maine and Arizona to propose similar gun control initiatives.
