Prior to departing the airport in Washington DC, President Trump paused to deliver brief remarks to the assembled media following his persecution on behalf of a corrupt regime. WATCH:
Always reserved to honor. Always deliberate in brutal honesty. Always professional, even in pragmatic approach!
Inasmuch as it is infuriating to see our great constitutional republic being shredded by the leftists, Marxists and overt communists that have infiltrated the institutions of political power, I must say there is just something incredibly inspiring about how one man, Donald John Trump, is willing to face down this entire system on our behalf.
I do not meter these words lightly. This is an era of incredible consequence in the history of our nation, and one man is standing in the gap to persevere against almost insurmountable odds. None of us alone could face the severity of this opposition and yet retain this level of internal fortitude. There is something much larger than us protecting, guiding and providing this inspiration.
President Trump is facing down much more than a well-fortified corrupt political enterprise; he is standing in front of us against a collective force of intent that would crush any other person. We bear witness to the most remarkable and inspiring act of internal strength, transferred through a vessel, into something far greater than the ordinary perseverance of men could accomplish.
Let there be no doubt, all of the lesser men attempting to play their various roles in republican opposition to candidate Trump – are small. There should be a collective shame upon those who cannot set aside their need for affluence and unite behind Donald Trump. No man is a monolith unto himself, but in this era – against this enemy, those who claim to stand for righteousness and yet challenge the one true warrior in our national arena, reduce themselves to insignificant gnats in the annals of history.
I am damn proud of Donald John Trump.
I am proud to support President Trump.
I am inspired by what President Trump is willing to do on behalf of our nation.
Deserving his effort on our behalf will remain my focus.
There is no value in the ‘might-haves’ of the past. We have one mission now….

An Axios article is delivered to present the contrast between Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis around small donor contributions to highlight the scale of grassroot support for Trump over DeSantis. However, there’s a buried lead in there.
According to the article, “82% of the total raised from individual contributions by Trump’s campaign since the start of the year came from small-dollar donors — amounting to more than $44 million, according to FEC data.” A few paragraphs later, “Biden’s re-election campaign raised roughly $10 million during the second quarter from donors giving less than $200.” Put another way, President Trump has four times as many small donors than Biden.
CTH has previously pointed out the strength of support within the MAGA working and middle class for President Trump. Indeed, it was when former RNC Chairman Reince Priebus first saw the scale of the Donald Trump campaign data in June 2016, when all professional party opposition to his campaign disappeared. It wasn’t just the amount of money that stunned Chairman Priebus, it was the number of donors. The largest number of donors to a Republican political campaign ever recorded.
The data shows what most people now have started to accept. The voting base supports Donald Trump (82% small donors, 18% big donors). The Wall Street and multinational corporations support Ron DeSantis (17% small donors, 83% big donors).
Trump’s Main Street supporters are the inverse of DeSantis’ Wall Street supporters. There’s the distinction.
(Via Axios) – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is lagging far behind former President Trump on a crucial metric for the longevity of a presidential campaign: small-dollar donations.
Why it matters: Donations of $200 or less are one of the clearest signals of grassroots enthusiasm behind a candidate. These donors are able to give more than once, while wealthy donors often max out on their contributions early in the campaign.
While the full picture of Trump’s campaign finances isn’t clear, his filings so far signal strong grassroots support. The broader political world is grappling with a decline in the small donor dollars that drove recent cycles, Politico reports.
By the numbers: 82% of the total raised from individual contributions by Trump’s campaign since the start of the year came from small-dollar donors — amounting to more than $44 million, according to FEC data.
DeSantis has brought in just 17% from small-dollar donors — while 71% has come from people donating $2,000 or more. (read more)

There are buckets and buckets of legal contingencies in the fabricated case created by Special Counsel Jack Smith, acting on behalf of Andrew Weissmann, Barry Berke, Norm Eisen and Mary McCord, and the DOJ case against Donald J. Trump.
So many contingencies, there is almost no reason to look at any procedural process with any inclination the date will have consequence. However, that said, Judge Aileen Cannon has smartly delayed the trial portion of the case until May 20, 2024. [Full Legal Outline pdf]
I say smartly, because by Mid-May 2024, President Trump will likely have wrapped up the GOP nomination, and that structural reality itself will punt the rest of the gibberish into a time ever more distant. Smart base-covering and no room for appeal move by Judge Cannon.
Some may see this as a loss or a gain for either side. Personally, I view this as a structural and procedural win for President Trump, a wrongly targeted American citizen within a process weaponized by a comprehensively corrupt government.
Judge Cannon is no dummy. She knows the stakes, sees the transparency of the effort, and is not an ideologue. Her earlier rulings, in the document side of the FBI raid, reflected her awareness the system was being manipulated by agents of Lawfare intent. May 20th, which will never happen, is a good target all things considered.
(Via politico) – […] U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon appeared to split the difference between prosecutors’ request for a December 2023 trial date and Trump’s request to postpone the trial until after the November 2024 election.
[…] While Cannon earned a reputation as being deferential to Trump due to her rulings in a civil case challenging the FBI’s search of Mar-a-Lago last year, her early rulings in the criminal case appear designed to chart a middle course between Trump and the government. She has so far avoided tipping her hand on most of the explosive legal issues likely to arise during the pretrial proceedings. (more)

NBC is out with a new national poll {Article Here} – {Poll pdf Here} showing that President Trump’s lead in the Republican 2024 primary has grown even bigger since the fraudulent and politically motivated indictment by the DOJ.
(via NBC News) – Former President Donald Trump has expanded his lead over Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and the rest of the Republican presidential field since Trump’s latest indictment on federal criminal charges, according to a new national NBC News poll.
We all know what the tag-team duos are doing in the 2024 race. The goal of both election control corporations, the DNC and RNC, is to keep Donald Trump from destroying the system they have carefully created. The billionaire donors are desperate to maintain the illusion of choice.
♦ In Iowa, the SEA ISLAND DeSantis crew have funded and planted Asa Hutchinson and Mike Pence to camp out. They are supported by Governor Kim Reynolds. The goal is to use the Jeff Roe Cruz Crew, and roughly 1,000 paid Never Back Down (NBD) conscripts to do the Astroturf.
♦In New Hampshire, they have funded Chris Sununu Inc. (his state machine) along with Chris Christie, and the pair will camp out similar to Asa and Mike in Iowa. Another roughly 500 to 1,000 NBD conscripts.
♦In South Carolina, they do not have the Governor (McMaster), but they have funded Nikki Haley and Tim Scott. Yes, they are doing pairs this time because the singles didn’t work in 2016. The NBD conscripts will shift from Iowa to South Carolina along with the calendar. Not as much state party purchase, so look for Haley and Scott to do something like endorse DeSantis during the SC debate. The Bush machinery is thick in SC.
♦ In Nevada, team DeSantis is following the RGA plan and will be going there soon to spend quite a bit of time and make the necessary funding and political promises. Watch who endorses from there; it’s a caucus system, so the RGA will drive the buss. The NBD conscripts will come in as supportive filler to do the groundwork.
♦In Florida, the SEA ISLAND crews are funding and deploying Francis Suarez along with never-Trump Jeanette Nuñez partnered with Team Jeb and the party apparatus. However, the legislative assembly is in a little bit of a flux, as many of the members are not happy with being forced to do the legislative roadmap in order to get project funding. The Florida House and Senate were not happy with the pressure, and RdS has abandoned them now, so that might be problematic.
♦ Overall, Never Back Down will have around 2,500 paid operatives in the early primary states. The RGA will be the pressure point for State Gov endorsements, which should be locked up very soon. The RGA will also play a key role in financing the state party rule changes to keep everything proportional, thereby extending DeSantis longevity. The RNC will support this very key part of the plan. The goal is to bleed Trump dry of funds by forcing a lengthy primary. The SEA ISLAND group has more money than Trump and the small donors.
The dropout sequence to endorse Ron DeSantis should generally follow the calendar as each of the primary contests is fought. Rolling out of Iowa, Pence and Hutchinson will try to be the boosters for DeSantis rolling into New Hampshire to greet Sununu and Christie. However, Christie will stay in at least through Florida to belittle Donald Trump.
Depending on the SC outcome, exiting Florida it should be a two-person race, as Trump is sequentially battered by external DC Lawfare and simultaneous 10 against 1 attacks while campaigning. Murdoch, Bezos and Musk will work together to support the effort, while DC Lawfare will try to keep Trump from campaigning. This will take place simultaneous to the NBD Pac and RGA going full negative with campaign ads.
That is the basic outline. I’ll get more specific as the data points assemble and the very granular tripwires become more predictable.
RELATED – By my calculations last month, and based entirely on released information about income and burn rates combined with public statements about the financial position from Elon Musk himself, Twitter was/is in desperate financial position. Losing around $200 million/month, Twitter was on a path to insolvency by October of this year.
However, it looks to me like Rupert Murdoch is positioned to backstop Musk, contingent upon the platform manipulating content to the benefit of Ron DeSantis. Keep watching this aspect of public-opinion politics, while keeping a close eye on the RGA (Republican Governors Association).

Today, for the first time, the broader American public met the face of the four-year investigation into the origin of the Trump-Russia hoax. Special Counsel John Durham testified before the House Judiciary Committee.
What a larger audience is now recognizing is what people on these pages have been discussing for quite some time. John Durham was/is the institutional preservation officer hired by Bill Barr to carefully navigate the corruption of the DOJ and FBI without actually holding anyone accountable for the corruption within the DOJ and FBI. Put succinctly, Bill Barr was the Bondo application and John Durham was the spray paint.
The rotting and corrupt carcass of our justice system is what remains hidden underneath the efforts of Mr. Barr and Mr. Durham. This is their legacy. Congressman Tom McClintock asks high-brow questions of John Durham, WATCH:

Good news, bad news and granular news..
First, the good news. The judge assigned to the Trump documents case is U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon. She is the same judge who handled the lawsuit last year after the FBI raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. Judge Cannon was the judge who appointed the “special master” to review the documents the DOJ was claiming were classified, but Team Trump was contending that definition.
Now the bad news. The DOJ is no longer legally arguing that Donald Trump held any classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. The DOJ is arguing that President Trump held documents vital to U.S. defense security. It’s a farce but that’s their position. The classification status of documents is moot, nonexistent, except to create the predicate for the proverbial FBI nose under the tent.
The DOJ-NSD (that’s Lisa Monaco) got a warrant to look for classified documents, but never intended to use classified documents as a case cornerstone because President Trump had full declassification authority. The DOJ got a search warrant by convincing a judge they were looking for something that wasn’t even a violation of law. That’s why the DOJ would not reveal the probable cause affidavit. The search was built upon a fraudulent pretense. “Classified” is a snipe hunt.
You will notice Jack Smith never discussed “classified documents” in his remarks, and the issue of classified documents appears nowhere except in the indictment as a purposeful lawfare description of documents. The DOJ is not legally charging anything relating to the classification status of the documents. That’s the Lawfare and media banter to create a talking point. The term “classified” is all over the indictment, but as a lawfare adjective only; it’s like using the word “stash”.
The special counsel legal framework is centered around documents the DOJ define as vital to “the defense security” of the United States. EVERYTHING is predicated on 31 counts of an 18 U.S. Code § 793(e) violation. The DOJ defines what is considered a defense document, and that intentionally has nothing to do with classification.
The granular news. You might have heard that two of Trump’s lawyers, Jim Trusty and John Rowley, quit today. The media wants to use their exit as a point to indicate Trump is in legal jeopardy; however, that’s not the case.
As soon as Trusty and Rowley saw their forced testimony was used in the indictment, they had no option except to exit the case. Despite the lawyers providing no damaging information against Trump, the DOJ used language in the indictment to turn Trump’s lawyers into material witnesses. Weissmann’s Lawfare tactic create a conflict, forcing the two Trump lawyers to depart.
WASHINGTON DC – Two of Donald Trump’s top lawyers abruptly resigned from his defense team on Friday, just hours after news broke that he and a close aide were indicted on charges related to their handling of classified documents.
Jim Trusty and John Rowley, who helmed Trump’s Washington, D.C.-based legal team for months and were seen frequently at the federal courthouse, indicated they would no longer represent Trump in matters being investigated and prosecuted by special counsel Jack Smith, who is probing both the documents matter and efforts by Trump to subvert the 2020 election.
The resignations were shortly followed by an announcement from Trump himself confirming that a close aide, Walt Nauta, had also been indicted by federal prosecutors. Nauta, a Navy veteran, had served as the former president’s personal aide and was a ubiquitous presence during his post White House days.
In their place, Trump indicated that Todd Blanche — an attorney he recently retained to help fight unrelated felony charges brought by Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg in April — would lead his legal team, along with a firm to be named later. Trump and his team have liked Blanche, who is expected to play a more elevated, central role. (more)
Weissmann, Eisen and Smith are using lawfare in the indictment to put the interests of Trump and his aide Walt Nauta against each other. Obviously, Nauta would not turn on Trump, so the prosecution made Nauta a target for a federal 1001 charge of lying to investigators and will pressure him throughout the case to take a plea in exchange for testimony against Trump. Nauta is the baseline of the “Conspiracy Elements” which require two or more people. Again, pure Lawfare.
Obviously, Jim Trusty was unaware last night that his forced testimony would be used in the indictment. WATCH:
