And Here Comes April/May 2024

The Supreme Court has set April 25th as the oral argument for the decision on whether Trump has immunity. I do not know why events will always show up with our cycle targets. I have come to believe that the PRESSURE in the system compels actions to take place on these cyclical targets. Our turning point in the Ukraine-Russia War is April 19/20th. Then we have May 7th for the ECM, which was calculated back in 1977, and it turns out to be the precise day the president of Russia will be sworn in.

ECM Ukraine 8.6 R

I cannot predict what the fundamentals will be during April—I can only make a human guess or speculate. What I find most curious is how events keep aligning with our cyclical model ascertained by Socrates as well as the Economic Confidence Model frequency.

1 ECM 2032 Pi Turning Point 1 Annotated

For those who constantly claim this is just a coincidence, this 51.65 wave began in 1985.65. For this turning point to be the inauguration day of the President of Russia after the March elections coming in as Mary 7th, 2024 (2024.35), I would remind you that at the start of this wave, I laid out that the 2016 election would be the FIRST time a third party president could win. That was Donald Trump since the RINOs were just as hateful of Trump as the Democrats. Why? Those in Marxville DO NOT LIKE outsiders.

Trump inaugeration 2017.05 sworn in

Trump was inaugurated on January 20th, 2017. That was also the PRECISE day from the start of this wave, 1985.65 + Pi—31.4 years.  Add that together, and you end up with 2017.05. Take 365 days x .05 and you get 20 days into the year – the precise day Trump was inaugerated.

1929 Wave Hitler on Pi
1998 911 Pi Target

The Pi target during the 1929.75 Wave was 1932.89 (Mov 20th/21st) – the precise day that Hitler was offered the Chancellorship of Germany. Even the 911 attack was precisely the same Pi target. I can go on and on; I will write a book on the ECM this year.

New Yorker Secret Cycle

The New Yorker called it the Secret Cycle. There is a hidden order to our very existence that is simply the rhythm that answers the question of everything. It is why no nation has ever endured, for they always crumble to dust, and empires, nations, and city-states have all been buried in a common grave for more than 6,000 years.

The ECM does NOT include the timing arrays that Socrates produces. The computer analyzes the time ENTIRELY on its own, and there is no human intervention. So when the Timing Arrays correlate with sowing 2032, I take that as a CONFIRMATION because it is NOT included in that Timing Array.

Someone put an array into Microsoft’s Copilot to see if it knew what it was. This was its response.

Then, Socrates does Pattern Recognition completely differently than anything out there. It catalogs patterns, and it has over 100,000 possibilities and counting. I have not yet released the analysis of when a specific pattern appears and what pattern comes next.

CHAOS DJ

I have separate Chaos Models that reveal that there is no such thing as a RANDOM WALK. That is the excuse used by people who only see the world in a linear, straight line. They cannot see the dynamic world around them or connect the dots. Unfortunately, this is the danger of politicians making decisions in the immediate self-interest and NEVER once considering the next step. Here is Tony Blair’s apology for the Iraq War – they were wrong.

Here is MacNamaria on Vietnam – also saying we were wrong.

the REALITY of human society. We are again heading into World War III and it appears they are completely STUPID and once more never considering what happens if Ukraine defeats Russia in Crimea? What is the next step? Or is this really a plot to reduce the world population by 50% because of CO2? I thank God I am not 18 years old. Humanity is its own worst enemy. We do not need aliens to invade the blanet to wipe out civilization. We are doing quite well on our own.

Texas AG Ken Paxton Pledges Revenge Against All Bush Republicans Who Targeted Him and Donald Trump

Posted originally on the CTH on March 6, 2024 | Sundance

NBC is clutching their pearls as Texas AG Ken Paxton celebrates dozens of victories for his endorsed state candidates who primaried Bush-supported Republicans.  Additionally, his endorsements and support for the challengers in Texas has led to an additional ten runoff elections, including the potential removal of Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan who led impeachment proceedings against him.

The media uses terms like “revenge” and “anger,” however, most of the MAGA coalition smile and think of Paxton as the leading candidate to be nominated by President Trump for U.S Attorney General next year.  Yeah, this article is buckets of awesome.

TEXAS – Out of the 70 candidates on the ballot yesterday that Texas GOP Attorney General Ken Paxton endorsed, 33 won their primaries outright, while 10 have advanced to a runoff.

Paxton helped defeat seven Republican state House members who voted to impeach him last year on corruption charges. He also boosted nine other GOP candidates for state House seats.

His endorsed candidates unseated three Republican judges on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, who had angered Paxton by keeping his office from prosecuting voter fraud, and a handful of other incumbents.

“Texans have spoken loud and clear,” Paxton wrote on X, the platform once known as Twitter. “The victory of Judges David Schenck, Gina Parker, and Lee Finley, endorsed by my office, marks a significant moment in our state’s legal history. It sends a powerful message that Texans demand judges who prioritize the Constitution and uphold the rule of law.”

Paxton isn’t letting off the gas, in no small part because his top target — Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan, who led impeachment proceedings — is heading to May runoff election.

Paxton, along with Trump, endorsed one of Phelan’s opponents, Republican activist David Covey.

“Today’s election results have revealed that the battle for the soul of Texas is far from over,” Paxton wrote in a post on X early Wednesday, addressing the outcome of Phelan’s race. “This runoff is not a defeat, but rather a call to arms for all who stand for the principles of the America First movement. Let this runoff be a rallying cry for all conservatives across Texas.”

The Texas runoff elections will occur on May 28, a little over a month after Paxton’s first court appearance on April 15 for charges of securities fraud. (LINK)

Machiavellian Mitch McConnell Strategically Endorses President Trump

Posted originally on the CTH on March 6, 2024 | Sundance

Those who understand the long history of Mitch McConnell as a Machiavellian-minded Senate Leader well understand how this is playing out.

John Thune’s prior endorsement of Donald Trump sets the stage.  Nikki Haley withdrawing from opposition to Donald Trump, on behalf of the financial and professional political class who underwrote her effort, was a transparent predicate.

Now comes the Machiavellian leverage move by Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, who falsely positions his support without conditions as a lull toward a duplicitous intent.

In the background, the DeceptiCon move will be to support something akin to California Democrat Senate candidate Adam Schiff as an installment move within the upper chamber.

Schumer/McConnell planning for Thune’s installation with an agreement to acquiesce appointment of Schiff to replace SSCI Chair Mark Warner as a background move to impede the threat that a successful Trump reelection represents.

That’s the type of senatorial ploy we should expect.

If MAGA has not learned these lessons by now, then nothing has been learned about the nature of opposition.  That is simply the way of the UniParty Senate.

(Via ABC News) – Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell, a longtime critic of Donald Trump and a frequent target, on Wednesday endorsed him in the 2024 presidential race.

“It is abundantly clear that former President Trump has earned the requisite support of Republican voters to be our nominee for President of the United States,” McConnell said in a statement Wednesday, just after Nikki Haley suspended her campaign.

“It should come as no surprise that as nominee, he will have my support,” McConnell added. “During his Presidency, we worked together to accomplish great things for the American people including tax reform that supercharged our economy and a generational change of our federal judiciary – most importantly, the Supreme Court.”

“I look forward to the opportunity of switching from playing defense against the terrible policies the Biden administration has pursued to a sustained offense geared towards making a real difference in improving the lives of the American people.”

Advisers close to Trump and McConnell had been in talks for six weeks over an endorsement, sources confirmed to ABC News, as well as an overall strategy to unite Republicans to win back the Senate in November.

The conversations between the two campaigns went through a single channel: Chris LaCivita, a top campaign adviser to Trump and Josh Holmes, a longtime political strategist to McConnell. (read more)

Break the cycle of abuse. Learn the dark arts of how our national abusers operate.

There is no intent on “uniting Republicans” in the general sense that is sold to a gullible and victimized public.

Our focused emphasis is always directed to the wrong syllable. This is not accidental.

EXAMPLE: Remind yourself when Republican Senator Lindsey Graham expressed outrage at the Christine Blasey Ford construct against SCOTUS nominee Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Graham pointed national attention inwardly toward the political construct. Never once did Graham identify Monica McLean (FBI), Michael Bromwich (DOJ), David Laufman (DOJ) and/or the Lawfare operation who controlled Blasey-Ford. {GO DEEP}

This type of intentional omission and deflection is purposeful.  This is simply how the Senate operates.

The Constitutional Crisis Coming for 2025

Alaska Supreme Court
Constitutional Crisis

QUESTION: Thank you so much for your in-depth analysis on the legal front. With your latest post, I assume that our vote may not count in the end. Congress will refuse to certify a Trump victory, calling him an insurrectionist because the Supreme Court held that only Congress can pass legislation to address that disqualification. That means that there would have to be turmoil for if Congress all flipped to the Democrats, they would have to pass legislation and then the president has to sign it. But they would take office the same day Trump does. Do you have any thoughts on this? I see the Constitutional Crisis you referred to.

I’m glad you did not become a lawyer. You help a lot more people this way.

Cheers.

SF

Vote Does it Count 2

ANSWER: It would have been nice if the Supreme Court ruled on the insurrection allegation. But if Colorado, Maine, Illinois, and any other Marxist state usurped jurisdiction they did not have, that ended the inquiry. If you read Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s separate opinion, she points out the problem with the Democratic-appointed Justices. True, they had to agree that Colorado had no jurisdiction even to decide the case, much less charge him. The majority wrote:

“We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency.”

This was correct, or a single state could interfere in a federal election that would violate the civil rights of everyone else in the country. There was absolutely nothing in the Constitution that delegated to the States any power to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment against federal officeholders and candidates. The three Democrat-appointed justices—Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson- wrote that the majority went too far. What Justice Barrett points out is that their rhetoric was inflammatory.

The Democratic dissenters are a forwarding of the Constitutional Crisis to come. They said the ruling “shuts the door on other potential means of federal enforcement” and that “we cannot join an opinion that decides momentous and difficult issues unnecessarily.” They even added, “Although we agree that Colorado cannot enforce Section 3, we protest the majority’s effort to use this case to define the limits of federal enforcement of that provision.”

Barrett Justice Amy

The dissenters are arguing that Section 3 is self-executing, in which case the Democrats will rally to their words and REFUSE to certify a Trump victory. The majority said Congress must pass legislation. So the Constitutional Crisis will erupt when the Democrats refuse to certify Trump leaving Biden in office, and then the whole thing goes back to the courts.

Justice Barret saw this crisis unfolding. She wrote: In my judgment, this is not the time to amplify disagreement with stridency, she said, adding that “particularly in this circumstance, writings on the Court should turn the national temperature down, not up.”  She also issued a warning. “For present purposes, our differences are far less important than our unanimity: All nine Justices agree on the outcome of this case. That is the message Americans should take home,” she wrote, referring to the dissenting minority.”

So many markets are starting to show Panic Cycles between September and November. This Constitutional Crisis will come in January 2025 over the certification of the vote. The country is so divided, and the Democrats have expended all their energy on hating Trump. This hatred is not so unlike the period encompassing the Social War of Rome, about 40 years before Caesar was forced to cross the Rubicon. When the Marius faction seized control, they simply executed all the supporters of their opposition – Sulla. The hatred of Trump is so intense it is reminiscent of the Social War period.

Today, the Democrats will reject the vote no matter what. They will claim that the 14th Amendment is self-executing and refuse to certify Trump without passing any legislation. They will point to the language of these three Democrats on the Court. That means the entire decision if January 6th was an insurrection or not will become the turning point.

CSP500 Y Array 3 5 24

When I look at the long-term timing arrays, we have back-to-back Yearly Directional Changes 2024/2025. If the Democrats pull that trick, they will clearly destroy the confidence in the United States, the rule of law, and the foundation of everything. Even when we turn to the US government 30-year bonds, 2024 is a Directional Change. Everything is poised for a major Constitutional Crisis, pretty much like Rome.

Supreme Court Unanimously Rejects Removing Trump from the Ballots

Trump v Colorado Decision

COMMENT: Marty, the Supreme Court bought your argument that there is no subject matter jurisdiction for the states to remove Trump from the ballot. Even the Democrats on the Court unanimously agreed that states do not have the authority to enforce Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. You were right.

“This case raises the question whether the States, in addition to Congress, may also enforce Section 3. We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency”

BP

REPLY: If this had not been political nonsense, it was a case that should have been dismissed as frivolous. A court is supposed FIRST to determine if it has the jurisdiction to hear the case. This was such a biased maneuver by those who brought the actions and the judges involved that it illustrates more than anything how BROKEN and MORALLY CORRUPT our legal system has become. It is no more trustworthy today than it was in Rome before the fall.

As I submitted to the Court, there cannot be such jurisdiction to allow one state to prejudice a national election for all. Under the precedents, those involved committed a crime because their motive was to interfere in the 2024 election. These people are only concerned on winning at all costs and to keep the prospect for war alive. They advocated the overthrow of the government, which is the very thing they have accused Trump of.

As I wrote to the Court, allowing a single state to interfere in a national election undermines the very structure of the Constitution. One rogue state cannot block everyone else in the country from voting. Elections are for the people to decide – not backroom deals and conspiracys of bureaucrats seeking to retain power.

Even the concurring opinion of Sotomayor agreed there is no state jurisdiction to enforce the 14th Amendment. She wrote:

“Allowing Colorado to do so would, we agree, create a chaotic state-by-state patchwork, at odds with our Nation’s federalism principles. That is enough to resolve this case.”

“The American people have the power to vote for and elect candidates for national office, and that is a great and glorious thing. “

NYC Mayor Begs to Relive City of Sanctuary Status

Posted Feb 29, 2024 By Martin Armstrong

Eric.Adams_.SanctuaryCity

New York City Mayor Eric Adams has changed his stance on the migrant crisis after an extreme uptick in unpunished crimes against American citizens and is not asking to repeal its sanctuary city status. I do not believe he understands the full scope of the disaster these new arrivals have created regarding the city budget. Still, he is now feeling the public backlash after countless migrants have committed crimes only to be released back into the city to repeat their offenses without consequence.

“The mere fact that we cannot share with ICE that this person has committed three robberies and this person is part of an organized gang crew; there mere fact we can’t say that and communicate, that is a problem for me,” Adams said, adding, “I don’t believe people who are violent in our city and commit repeated crimes should have the privilege of being in our city.” How is this controversial?

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/embedded-video/mmvo145662534002

Adams first welcomed the migrants bused from Texas with open arms. It was not an issue for non-border states, noting “New York is a city that shares Democratic values.” Diversity is its strength. Adams called any attempt to close the border “un-American” and praised NYC for its sanctuary status. “We are all in this together to deal with this influx of innocent people who are seeking asylum or fleeing wars, who are fleeing crises in their own country,” Adams said. “New York is one of the few states where you have right to shelter,” Adams said in August 2022.

Migrants.ObamavAdams

The message was heard loud and clear across the globe; people arrived in the city in droves. By September 2023, Adams cried that the new arrivals would “destroy New York City” but continued to blame Republicans for shipping migrants to the city he declared to be a safe haven for all. Shortly after, Adams began lightly criticizing the Biden Administration for failing to answer his call. He said he would continue to support Biden so long as the federal government kept the money flowing to his city money.

Fast forward to 2024 — New York City is unrecognizable. The shelters are overrun, and the budgets are as imaginary as the tooth fairy. The once great city has become a national embarrassment, with police beaten in broad daylight by attackers who recommitted violent crimes against security days later. New gangs are forming throughout the city. Women and children have been victims of sexual crimes. People are fleeing NYC as fast as they can and taking their tax dollars with them. Adams is still siding with the Democrats and their open border policies, but is asking for the ability to deport violent criminals. Again, this should not be controversial.

Yet the left is saying, “NO!” The city council told reporters that they will not remove or alter the sanctuary city laws. Some are citing the favorite excuse of separating families, despite single men committing the majority of these heinous crimes. It is far too late, Eric Adams. You created this crisis by standing idle as your city was overrun with unvetted criminals from across the world.

Big Ugly Shift – Koch Network Drops Haley Support, Retreats to Senate Decepticon Alamo

Posted originally on the CTH on February 26, 2024 | Sundance

It is imperative to overlay what the Charles Koch network, specifically Americans for Prosperity (AFP), really represents when considering their announcement to withdraw financial support for Nikki Haley.

Koch and AFP are part of the network of multinational/Wall Street entities who previously held all power in the Republican apparatus. All of the systems of the Republican Party apparatus were essentially controlled by a small group of big money influence makers and political interests.

The corporation known as the RNC was molded over a few generations to focus on the money part of political outcomes, not the policy or ideology – the money. Frustrated conservative voters had a difficult time understanding why their voting to put the Decepticon (GOPe Republicans) in power rarely generated a change in overall domestic policy.

Battered conservative syndrome is an outcome of the majority of those Republican voters misunderstanding that corporate desires of the Republican and Democrat club apparatus are essentially merged into one party. Give the Democrats control over policy, and they are happy. Give the Republicans (leadership mostly) money to acquiesce, and they too are happy. And so it goes.

Then came Donald Trump who turned that dynamic on its end. Suddenly, an America First agenda was being pushed by a Republican candidate, and it didn’t take long for the abused Republican and middle class voter to see their best interests were represented by Trump. A substantive conflict was immediately created between Trump and the corporate Republican apparatus. A battle for control began.

As a candidate, Nikki Haley has always represented the effort of the corporate Republican establishment. The corporate Republican network, who thrives on the status quo, have used Ron DeSantis and then Nikki Haley in their effort to rid themselves of the problem represented by Trump and the MAGA base of economically minded voters and supporters. However, both efforts have failed against the scale of the MAGA movement.

MAGA is the Republican Party now, and the corporate Republican world has been dragged to the inflection point. The corporatists still have control over many of the internal mechanisms of the professional Republican Party, but that control is slipping as more and more MAGA-minded people move into local, state and national political networks.

In the announcement that Charles Koch and AFP are withdrawing financial support for Nikki Haley, they are admitting the institutional Republican apparatus is now dropping back to control their Senate and Congressional power systems. In essence, if they cannot control the presidency, they will control all of the systems that stem from the office of the presidency and thereby block Trump from delivering on the America First agenda.

This is what President Trump first encountered in 2017 when the professional republican system recoiled at the change that Trump represented. The largest amount of aversion to the America First agenda comes from the Republican wing inside the Senate; this is the core of the Decepticon construct.

With Donald J. Trump shifting to become the “presumptive nominee,” an outcome of his support by the base voter, Charles Koch, AFP and to a larger extent all of the various professional Republican elements (corporate republicanism) are now creating their last line of defense. All of the institutions are again aligned to try and stop President Trump from fracturing the political control system within the USA political apparatus.

Trump is the weapon to destroy the long-created Republican ‘illusion of choice’. This is why people see masks dropping as the opposition to Trump becomes so transparent. Politicians and people within the political system, long thought to be Republicans who represented the alternative to leftism, are increasingly exposed as mere illusions of pushback. These revelations will continue as MAGA pushes deeper into the Republican political network.

The old Republican Party is consistently fighting a losing battle, losing power to the voters – the MAGA base and larger Trump coalition. The old guard has money, lots of money, and they are using it to fortify their defensive positions of power.

Nikki Haley has been rewarded for her efforts, but the Decepticons must retreat now to financially support Mitch McConnell, John Thune and the masters at the center of the illusion of choice. The institutions that will oppose Donald Trump must be fortified by the professional Republicans against the increased likelihood Trump will win the election.

Keep in mind, Koch Inc. alone had vowed last year to spend $70 million against President Trump and the Republican base voter. Politico is estimating they spent around $50 million so far.

(Via Politico) – Americans For Prosperity Action, the powerful conservative group supporting Nikki Haley in the Republican presidential primary, will no longer spend money on behalf of her campaign.

In an email to staff obtained by POLITICO, Americans For Prosperity CEO Emily Seidel said Sunday that the group’s political arm, AFP Action, had to “take stock” of its spending priorities after Haley’s loss in the South Carolina primary. The Koch-aligned group, Seidel said, will now focus its efforts on competitive Senate and House races.

“She has made it clear that she will continue to fight and we wholeheartedly support her in this effort,” Seidel wrote of Haley. “But given the challenges in the primary states ahead, we don’t believe any outside group can make a material difference to widen her path to victory.”

AFP Action’s decision is the latest blow to Haley’s longshot presidential bid, which has sustained losses in four early nominating states and the Virgin Islands, including on Saturday, when former President Donald Trump beat Haley in her home state by 20 points. Haley declared she will continue on in her primary fight, but has only committed to running through Super Tuesday on March 5.

AFP Action had funded advertisements and field operations for months last year that were designed to persuade Republican voters to back someone other than Trump in the presidential primary. But it wasn’t until late November that AFP Action tapped Haley as its desired Trump alternative. Since then, AFP has reached out to more than 3 million voters in early nominating and Super Tuesday states, as well as purchased millions of dollars worth of ads on Haley’s behalf. (read more)

A few remaining points of emphasis….  I am increasingly sure that Donald Trump will win the 2024 election.  The Lawfare effort against him is running into the reality of the problem, their fake constructs.   People see through the manipulative schemes more than ever, and the MAGA movement is now far larger, cuts across all political spectrums and is now much smarter and strategic.

As an outcome of the likelihood for Trump victory, it becomes even more important to prepare for it.  By “preparing”, I mean to have the systems in place to confront the professional Republican apparatus on day one.  The opposition from Democrats is transparent; however, our weakness in 2017 was not having the support system in place to confront the DeceptiCons immediately.  In 2025, this must be rectified.

The professional Republican apparatus, including the Koch network, AFP, Business Roundtable, US Chamber of Commerce, and the system of corporate republicanism will align to support Joe Biden or Gavin Newsom (DNC convention outcome), or any entity that will retain the status quo before they accept losing power.  This is the unfortunate reality that must be accepted.

It must be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to plan, more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to manage than a new system. For the initiator has the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institution and merely lukewarm defenders in those who gain by the new ones. ”
