Biden Threatens Direct U.S. Troop Fights Against Russia if Congress Doesn’t Fund Ukraine

Posted originally on the CTH on December 6, 2023 | Sundance

Earlier today Joe Biden threatened U.S. troop engagement with Russian troops if congress doesn’t provide further funding for Ukraine.  As the premise is pushed, a failure to fund the Ukraine war means Russia will move beyond Ukraine into a NATO country.  The premise is nonsense. WATCH:

White House – […] “Congress needs to pass supplemental funding for Ukraine before they break for the holiday recess.  It’s as simple as that.

Frankly, I think it’s stunning that we’ve gotten to this point in the first place.  While Congress — the Republicans in Congress is — are willing to give Putin the greatest gift he could hope for and abandon our global leadership not just to Ukraine, but beyond that.

[…] “I just did a meeting with the G7, which was one of the issues we discussed — all of the European leaders.  We are prepared to stay with us — stay with Ukraine, and our European friends are as well.

Who in the United States are prepared to walk away from that?  I tell you, I’m not prepared to walk away, and I don’t think the American people are either.

If Putin takes Ukraine, he won’t stop there.  It’s important to see the long run here.  He’s going to keep going.  He’s made that pretty clear.

If Putin attacks a NATO Ally — if he keeps going and then he attacks a NATO Ally — well, we’ve committed as a NATO member that we’d defend every inch of NATO territory.  Then we’ll have something that we don’t seek and that we don’t have today: American troops fighting Russian troops — American troops fighting Russian troops if he moves into other parts of NATO

Make no mistake: Today’s vote is going to be long remembered.  And history is going to judge harshly those who turn their back on freedom’s cause.

We can’t let Putin win.  I’ll say it again: We can’t let Putin win.  It’s in our overwhelming national interest and international interest of all our friends.

Any disruption in our ability to supply Ukraine clearly strengthens Putin’s position.  We’ve run out of money to be able to do that, in terms of authorization.

Extreme Republicans are playing chicken with our national security, holding Ukraine’s funding hostage to their extreme partisan border policies.” (link)

Tucker’s Not Wrong, But It’s Way Worse

Posted originally on the CTH on December 5, 2023 | Sundance

Tucker Carlson discussing the collective DC system (both parties) to fund the Ukraine proxy war against Russia.  For the sake of brevity, Tucker is not wrong – but the motive is way worse and far more nefariously connected to our domestic situation than he can outline. {Direct Rumble Link}

I can speak authoritatively about this because I have firsthand knowledge.  Additionally, in response to a prior comment, I shared my opinion the State Dept travel advisories over the past two years are not -generally speaking- about U.S. travel security; those advisories are to keep us as caged birds without information. WATCH:

I will be sharing more about my direct experience, but gathering information is not as complicated as most would think. You just have to use common sense, set up solid plans and contacts while being prudent about how you organize your research effort. Suffice to say, on this subject, almost everything we think we understand about the geopolitical issues shared through the prism of western media is purposefully wrong.

Tucker previously said he would never go there because it was entirely too dangerous. Perhaps I thought so too, but if no one ever goes then how do we know.

You see, it is entirely possible to build up fear in your mind.  Fear of something, simply because we have been trained to be fearful.

Thankfully, Tucker was wrong, it wasn’t dangerous at all.

Nothing is what it seems.

Dimon: Working Class Should Support Neocons

Posted originally on Dec 4, 2023 By Martin Armstrong

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon believes Americans should be upset about their economic status, and does not understand why there is not more outrage. The billionaire in charge of the nation’s largest bank believes that electing Donald Trump in 2024 would be the worst financial decision for the working class. Why? Well, Trump has made it clear that he would aim to end the wars in Ukraine and Palestine.

“You’re all wealthy and have money and stuff like that, but their average wages are $15 to $20 [an hour]. They’re the ones who lost their jobs in COVID,” he said at the New York Times DealBook Summit. “They’re dying five or six years younger than the rest of us. They’re the ones who don’t have medical insurance. They’re the ones where their schools don’t work. They’re the ones dealing with crime. What the hell have we done as a nation?” Dimon believes the “bottom third” should be “pissed off” at the system. All statements seem fair, but his proposed solution only benefits those at the top.

The Davos regular declared that everyone, even the most liberal of Democrats, should support Nikki Haley in her presidential bid. Now that Mike Pence is out of the race, Nikki Haley remains the top Neocon in the GOP. We already know about the Ukraine Reconstruction Bank backed by BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase. Haley promised to bring the country into World War III by encouraging war with China, Russia, and “finishing” Palestine.

BlackRock.JPMorgan.UKRAINE.Reconstruction.Fund_

When the interviewer asked Dimon if he believed in an “anyone but Trump” voting policy, he personally said he wouldn’t say it aloud in case Trump is elected president. He does not believe that Trump’s supporters are smart enough to cast a vote. “I think what they’re [Trump supporters] looking at is saying the economy [was] pretty good. Even the Black community had the lowest unemployment rate ever in his last year. He wasn’t wrong about China. He wasn’t wrong about NATO. He wasn’t wrong about the misuse of the military.” So now it seems like a good idea for other NATO nations to raise their contributions. Concerns over China only promote fearmongering to push us into yet another war.

Speaking of China, Dimon said JPMorgan Chase would readily leave China if ordered to do so by the US government. Remember that this man is an elite who participates in top-level discussions behind the curtain. He is already preparing for a war with Taiwan. He then went on to claim that India, Japan, and the Philippines, all of China’s neighbors, are also “remilitarizing” in preparation.

The people should certainly be pissed off about inflation, but WAR is by large the most significant contributor to rising inflation. The Build Back Better crowd wants to spark civil unrest among those at the bottom while feigning concern. The bottom third that he mentioned would be better off throwing their wallets into the nearest trash can than casting a vote for a Neocon intent on supporting the people who want to control them.

Servant of the People Leader Said NATO Forced Ukraine to Reject Russian Peace Treaty

2022_03_29_Russia_Ukraine peace talks

Davyd Arakhamiia, leader of the Servant of the People, released a damning piece of information that has been swept under the rug as it proves Moscow attempted to end this war long ago. This key information is important to keep in mind as the Neocons have infiltrated all upcoming elections. Davyd was present during the peace talks with Belarus, Russia, and Turkey in 2022, shortly after the war began. Putin allegedly came to the meeting with a drafted peace agreement that would end the war if Ukraine granted Russia neutrality.

The Permanent Neutrality of Ukraine and Security Guarantees contained 18 articles with “everything is spelled out, from military equipment to personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” Avoiding future NATO membership was part of the agreement, but Russia was willing to surrender and end the war then and there. Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson acting on behalf of NATO allegedly made a surprise visit to Kiev during this time and persuaded Ukrainian officials not to accept the peace treaty.

Hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved if not for the Neocons. The West orchestrated this entire war from the beginning in an attempt to weaken Russia by any means necessary. Those who claim Putin is a warmonger hellbent on reclaiming the USSR is not listening to the facts. The New York Times estimated that over half a million soldiers had been hurt or killed during the battle back in August. True death figures are never released during times of war. Zelensky does not realize that the Neocons in charge know he will lose. The motives for this type of death and destruction are beyond comprehension.

Pentagon Admits Mid-East Terrorists Located Within Houthi-controlled Yemen Targeting U.S. Navy Fleet

Posted originally on the CTH on December 3, 2023 | Sundance

Finally, almost two months later, CTH suspicions are confirmed {GO DEEP}.   You might remember when the USS Carney intercepted 15 drones and cruise missiles in the Red Sea in October, we said something was sketchy about the Western media reporting on it.  The political narrative (not from the Pentagon) was that the missiles were heading to Israel, but that didn’t pass the proverbial sniff test {GO DEEP ##2}.

Given the nature of the political climate at the time, and accepting the limited range of Yemeni cruise missiles, CTH surmised the actual target of the October 19th attack was the U.S. naval fleet, not Israel.   However, people poo-pooed our analysis and said, unlikely.  Well, today the Pentagon admits the U.S. naval fleet is being targeted.

This is a very big deal, because the reality of the U.S. being targeted changes the political calculation and risk metric.  The Biden administration would not want American citizens to think about our own military being involved in an expanded Israel-Hamas war directly, but that’s exactly what is happening.  THAT my friends was the motive for being obtuse in the first wave of attacks in October.

The AP is correct when they say, “the attack potentially marks a major escalation in a series of maritime attacks in the Mideast linked to the Israel-Hamas war.”  ‘Potentially’? Nonsense. It is a major escalation.  The other big revelation is that WE were the likely target two months ago.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Three commercial ships in the Red Sea were struck by ballistic missiles fired from Houthi-controlled Yemen on Sunday and a U.S. warship shot down three drones in self-defense during the hourslong assault, the U.S. military said. Responsibility for the attack was claimed by the Houthi rebels, who are backed by Iran.

The attacks marked an escalation in a series of maritime attacks in the Mideast linked to the Israel-Hamas war, as multiple vessels found themselves in the crosshairs of a single Houthi assault for the first time in the conflict.

In a statement, U.S. Central Command said the attacks “represent a direct threat to international commerce and maritime security. They have jeopardized the lives of international crews representing multiple countries around the world.” It said the three commercial ships and their crews are connected to 14 countries.

About 30 minutes later, the Unity Explorer was hit by a missile, and while responding to the distress call the Carney shot down another incoming drone. Central Command said the Unity Explorer reported minor damage from the missile.

Two other commercial ships, the Panamanian-flagged bulk carriers Number 9 and Sophie II, were both struck by missiles. The Number 9 reported some damage but no casualties, and the Sophie II reported no significant damage.

While sailing to assist the Sophie II, the Carney shot down another drone heading in its direction. The drones did no damage. (read more)

Sunday Talks – Chris Christie Does Baghdad Bob Impressions on Face The Nation

Posted originally on the CTH on December 3, 2023 | Sundance

This is kind of awesome in a pathetic and funny way.  Worse still, every time I write about him you guys make me hungry for donuts.  However, that said, and because laughing is a key ingredient to living our best life, if you can get past the Laura Ingraham lip treatment aspect, Chris Christie sounds desperate.

Appearing on Face the Nation, a newly lip enhanced Christie swears he still has a chance. WATCH:

Look, let’s be honest.  If the gastric band didn’t work, there’s only so much Sununu and the cosmetics can do.  The demons inside are beginning to manifest.

[Transcript] – MARGARET BRENNAN: We go now to the former Governor of New Jersey and 2024 Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie, good to have you back on the program. We know, sir, the RNC is supposed to announce tomorrow who will be on that December 6 debate stage. Has the RNC told you you’ve qualified to be there and if you haven’t, will you drop out?

2024 GOP PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE CHRIS CHRISTIE: I don’t think they’ve told anybody yet who all of us are going to be on the stage, but I’m confident, Margaret, that I will be there and that we have all the qualifications necessary to get there.

MARGARET BRENNAN: Because, you told CNN over Thanksgiving, you will stay in the race through the Convention, which would put you into the summer months. Does the field need to consolidate to beat Donald Trump, which you say is one of your prime motivations in running.

CHRISTIE: Look, this field has already consolidated more than any non-incumbent field in this century Margaret. Back this time, eight years ago, we had 13 candidates still in the race. At this time back, you know, in 2011, we had eight candidates in the race. At this time back in 2007, we had nine candidates in the race and so this field is consolidated significantly, and I suspect it will consolidate more after folks vote in Iowa and New Hampshire.

MARGARET BRENNAN: But, isn’t it a little bit different that you have the 45th President of the United states running, a known entity who has this automatic platform. It’s just a different model. It’s a different case.

CHRISTIE: Yeah, the other thing that makes it different, Margaret, is he’s got 91 counts of indictment against him. The day before Super Tuesday, he’s going to start a criminal trial, where his former chief of staff and one of the founders of the Freedom Caucus is going to testify that he committed crimes on his watch and was directed to commit crimes by Donald Trump. There’s a lot of things different about this and that’s why anybody tried to predict this is just shooting in the dark.

MARGARET BRENNAN: But why don’t- why hasn’t that turned off the GOP electorate? When you look at CBS polling, and others, he is leading, as you know. And then I mean, you’ve made clear when some of the other competitors are using really harsh rhetoric that you think that should disqualify them. Why hasn’t that extreme rhetoric turned the GOP off of these other candidates either?

CHRIS CHRISTIE: Well, look, I- first off, I don’t think you know exactly what’s going to happen at all until people vote. Look, if we listen to all the polling, Margaret, Hillary Clinton would be in her second term. So I don’t believe that polling is nearly as reliable as it used to be and I don’t believe that people tell the truth to pollsters. And so at the end of the day, everybody who’s trying to make these decisions now is just wrong. Let’s remember something, in this- in the Republican primary in ’07, do you know who was winning at this time in ’07? Mitt Romney. You know who was winning at this time in ’11? Newt Gingrich. And winning this time and ’15 was Ben Carson. I don’t remember any of those presidencies, Margaret. So you know, my view, we can’t worry about that kind of stuff. What we need to worry about is the direction this country is going in, and most people don’t agree with it. And if you don’t agree with the direction of the country, why would you vote for either Trump or Biden, who have put us in this direction?

MARGARET BRENNAN: Well, I have a lot more to talk to you about including on the issues and the things that we know from our own polling voters want to hear from candidates like you. So I’m going to ask you to stick with us because I do have to take a commercial break and we’ll have more questions on the other side of it.

[COMMERCIAL BREAK]

MARGARET BRENNAN: Welcome back to Face The Nation. We have more now from former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, candidate for the Republican nomination. Sir, I want to pick up where we left off. You know, we hear from political pundits all the time, oh, Americans just don’t care about national security when it comes to how they vote, but you are the only candidate who has gone to both Israel and Ukraine during this campaign, at least only one still standing. Why was it important for you to go?

CHRISTIE: So, I think if you want to be President of the United States, you have to see these things for yourself. You can’t count on reports from pundits or the press, or from other folks in public life. You’ve got to see it for yourself and I will tell you, when I went to Israel, Margaret, just a couple of weeks ago, the inhumanity I saw that Hamas rained upon the Jewish people in Israel, I went into one home of a 24-year-old couple recently married, both were murdered in their small three-room home. And there were 140 bullet holes in the walls to kill two people, Margaret, it’s not just the inhumanity that Hamas executes, it’s the joy they take in that inhumanity. And that’s why Israel has to do what they need to do to eliminate that military threat. And I think I would not have completely understood it, and couldn’t be an effective president if I didn’t see it for myself.

MARGARET BRENNAN: We’ll see if some of the other candidates go, one of the things that I also want to pick up on that we see voters responding to thus far is abortion. You know, it’s been a galvanizing issue in favor of Democrats. We’ve seen that a few times now. Are you concerned that in a head-to-head that that will help to buoy the President himself as he runs for reelection? And how does a Republican candidate like yourself, take the issue to the national stage when the message for decades has been it’s a state issue?

CHRISTIE: Look, Margaret, I’ve been consistent on this. I believe the conservative smart approach is to let the states make these decisions and that’s what I think they should do. And that’s why I said, I wouldn’t sign a six-week national abortion ban as Governor DeSantis and now just recently in Iowa, Governor Haley has said she would sign a six week ban. I don’t think you can say one thing in one place and something else in another, you need to be consistent. For 50 years, Republicans have argued that the Supreme Court took this decision away from the people. I think this belongs in the hands of the people of each individual state, we see a great democratic, small d, event going on right now across the country, in places like Michigan and Kansas, in Ohio, where people are voting, but let’s let the American people vote in their individual states, and decide what they want this policy to be.

MARGARET BRENNAN: So better for the party not to have a national policy, essentially, is what you’re saying.

CHRISTIE: I believe that’s- I believe that’s true. I believe that’s what the Constitution guides us to do. And that’s where we should stay and that’s where I’ve been. And I’m concerned, quite frankly, Margaret, that, you know, candidates in this race have been all over the block on this. And it’s not right, people deserve to have a straight answer from you and that’s my straight answer.

MARGARET BRENNAN: So, also, giving a fairly straight assessment is Liz Cheney, the former Congresswoman who just did an interview with my colleague, John Dickerson, and told him, ‘the United States is sleepwalking into a dictatorship.’ Bob Kagan, writer in the New York- in the Washington Post had an op ed saying, ‘after Super Tuesday in March, Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee and what happens there will be a swift and dramatic shift in the political power dynamic in his favor,’ saying all Republican critics, perhaps even yourself will fall silent out of self preservation. Is that how you see your party behaving after March?

CHRISTIE: Look, I can’t speak for everyone in my party, I can only speak for myself, Margaret. And anybody who knows me knows I will not be silent. I haven’t been silent since the day I got into this race. And in fact, unlike others, you know, Nikki Haley says he was the right president for the right time and that for some reason, you know, drama and chaos seem to follow him. The reason is that he acts like someone who doesn’t care about our democracy acts like someone who wants to be a dictator. He acts like someone who doesn’t care for the Constitution. In fact, he’s even said himself he’d be willing to suspend the Constitution if an election wasn’t going in his direction. Margaret, I was the only one on that stage going back to August, when I- when we were asked would you support someone who, you know, was convicted of a felony for President of the United States? Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy, they all raised their hands. I did not and I think I’ve made it very very clear how I feel about this and if folks want to return to some decency and civility why would you ever vote for Donald Trump.

MARGARET BRENNAN: All right, Chris Christie, we’ll watch. Thanks for your time, we’ll be right back.
