It is insane to create a military that is not violent and deadly for that is the purpose of the military to kill your enemies and destroy their ability to harm you. Rules of Engagement are be definition insane! I was a Captain in the US Military (Army Green Beret) when it had not yet been neutered.

The US military is on death’s door. For eight years the Obama administration and its willing leftist executioners have used the military as a giant social experiment to implement the most lunatic and destructive policies that have left the armed forces on life support.
