Vice President Vance Cancels 911 Appearances to Travel to Salt Lake City and Escort Body of Charlie Kirk Back to Arizona Aboard Air Force Two

Charlie Kirk was a significant factor in getting the conservative momentum behind JD Vance as the vice presidential nominee on the Trump ticket for 2024.  Without Kirk exerting his influence throughout the conservative movement, JD Vance may not be the current Vice President.

Vice President JD Vance and Charlie Kirk were strong friends and often talked.  JD Vance penned a tribute to Charlie Kirk on his X-Account.

Today, Vice President Vance has cancelled his appearance in New York City for the 911 memorial, and will instead travel to Salt Lake City, Utah, to escort the body of Charlie Kirk back to Arizona.

(VIA POLITICO) – Vice President JD Vance plans to escort Charlie Kirk’s body and his wife Erika, some of their family members and close friends aboard Air Force Two to Arizona on Thursday, according to a person familiar with the arrangements.

Vance and his wife Usha traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah, on Thursday to pay their respects and will continue to where Kirk lived in Phoenix. The Vances had been scheduled to attend a ceremony at Ground Zero in New York City commemorating the 24th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks.

[…] Kirk had been one of the first people the vice president called when he considered running for Senate in 2021, JD Vance wrote, adding that Kirk had introduced him to donors, some of the people who ran his eventual campaign, and Donald Trump Jr., who has remained a member of the vice president’s inner circle.

Kirk was also a major force behind the president’s decision to name Vance as his running mate. In his post to social media, the vice president said Kirk had “advocated for” him “both in public and private.” Once JD Vance became Trump’s running mate, he wrote, “Charlie was constantly calling and texting, checking on our family and offering guidance and prayers. Utah Dept of Public Safety and FBI officials provided an update to the events overnight following the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

DPS: ♦Two detained individuals were identified not to be suspects in the shooting.  The investigation is ongoing.  ♦The movements of the shooter were tracked via CCTV review.  ♦”We do have good video footage of this individual that we are not going to release to the public at this time.”  ♦Utah DPS feels confident they will be able to identify the individual as a result of the video. ♦”Suspect blended in well with a college institution.” ♦”The individual appears to be of college age.”

FBI: ♦Agents working around the clock.  ♦Weapon has been recovered. A high-power bolt-action rifle, discovered in the woods where the shooter fled.  ♦Footprints also identified. “The community is not at risk.”

(VIA DAILY MAIL) – The bullet used to kill conservative activist Charlie Kirk was engraved with transgender and anti-fascist ideology, according to a law bulletin.

The notice sent to ATF agents, reported by The Wall Street Journal, said that bullets found inside the rifle, a .30 caliber hunting rifle, contained messaging on them.

The 31-year-old MAGA figurehead was gunned down on Wednesday while speaking at his own university event in Orem, Utah.

Sources told the outlet that the weapon was wrapped up in a towel, with a spent cartridge in the chamber.  Another three unspent rounds were discovered in the magazine, all of which contained wording on them. (SOURCE)

The Incredible Articulation of Charles James Kirk

Sadly, I had not seen this video until after he was assassinated and it was shared on social media.  That said, the intellectual capacity, the gift of articulation carried within the vessel Charlie Kirk represented, is evident in this video segment.

This is a remarkable exhibition of a skillset that will be exceptionally difficult to replace.  WATCH:

Charlie Kirk 1993 – 2025

His young life’s work will be fulfilled in his legacy.

This is indeed a Turning Point for the USA.

Dear God, we lack the words.  As the Father of all that is good and pure, wrap Your embrace around this family at this intense time of sadness and grief.  You see this family who is suffering unbearable pain right now because of the loss of their beloved.  We pray for You to comfort and carry these precious people in their pain, loss, and sadness. Blanket them with Your love and peace. Their hearts are broken and their life in strongest turmoil, so humbly we pray that You can provide them peace and strength within their hearts.  We offer this prayer as they only now begin to navigate life without Charlie.  Let them find serenity in You, knowing Charlie is at peace in Your arms. We pray for the blanket of comfort to overwhelm them knowing Charlie is with You, in a place of eternal peace. In Your most Holy name, we join and pray. ~ Amen.

“In honor of Charlie Kirk, a truly Great American Patriot, I am ordering all American Flags throughout the United States lowered to Half Mast until Sunday evening at 6 P.M.” ~ President Donald Trump

BREAKING.  Conservative pundit and leading voice of Turning Point USA Charlie Kirk was about 20 minutes into a presentation when he was shot, a spokesperson for Utah Valley University told NBC News.

The spokesperson said, to the best of the university’s knowledge, Kirk was hit and taken with his security team away from the premises, and the courtyard was cleared.

Kirk was sat in a tent with the “American Comeback Tour” logo when a shot is heard and Kirk physically recoils, slumping down in his seat. Blood is seen flowing down from his neck and the crowd audibly panics and begins to run.

“Art Must Always Tell The Truth”

Popular artist Banksy created a graffiti mural in London depicting the current state of the UK censorship system using the courts to trample the rights of British citizens:

It did not take long for the authorities to cover the mural and eventually attempt to remove it.

However, what remained of the artwork was the essential core of the truth.

I particularly like the fact the govt turned the CCTV camera, so they can monitor who might visit the scene of the criminal dissent.

Apparently, the British government doesn’t quite see the irony.
