Florida Governor Ron DeSantis Takes His “Not Campaigning, Campaigning Tour” to New York, Illinois and Beyond to Promote Law Enforcement

Keeping up the coy and deliberately managed strategy of not running for 2024 while running for 2024, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will embark on a multi-state promotional effort to showcase his pro law enforcement outlook.

DeSantis starts Monday in Staten Island, New York, and the managers are counting on being able to do the ’24 run for office without angering the base Republican voters who see duplicity and deception in the construct.

As George Soros said of DeSantis personality, he’s “shrewd, ruthless, and ambitious,” the perfect blend of characteristics to operate as a pliable vessel operating on behalf of his Machiavellian management team.

NEW YORK – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis will visit New York City Monday for a pro-law enforcement rally at a catering hall in Staten Island – a holiday incursion into one of former President Trump’s most loyal strongholds.

The 7:30 a.m. President’s Day speech at Privé will be the governor’s first stop on a multi-city tour to showcase his pro-cop bona fides as he gears up for an expected 2024 White House campaign, insiders said.

“On Staten Island, we are proud to support our law enforcement,” said Assemblyman Mike Tannousis, the Staten Island GOP chairman. “I’m happy that our law enforcement community will get some recognition and support.”

The city’s reddest borough is packed with Trump backers, who gave him 57% of the island’s vote in 2020 – making Monday’s foray a crucial test of DeSantis’s chances among the former president’s remaining devotees. (read more)

Ron DeSantis Wins the Coveted George Soros Endorsement – Describing DeSantis as “Shrewd, Ruthless and Ambitious”…

Saying that DeSantis “is shrewd, ruthless, and ambitious”, George Soros delivers an endorsement of the Florida governor adding, “He is likely to be the Republican candidate.”

When billionaire leftist and creepy globalist George Soros is complimenting your personality attributes, you just might be doing the whole Republican presidential candidate thing wrong. Just sayin’.

WASHINGTON DC – In a wide-ranging speech, Soros ripped Trump’s presidency and complemented elements of DeSantis’s style.  “DeSantis is shrewd, ruthless, and ambitious,” said Soros, adding, “He is likely to be the Republican candidate.”

Trump, on the other hand, “has turned into a pitiful figure continually bemoaning his loss in 2020. Big Republican donors are abandoning him in droves,” he said.

Soros, an international financier and philanthropist, typically dumps millions of dollars into political races and committees. He heads a global liberal network of groups pushing climate change, financial reform, and changes to the criminal system.  He recently teamed with Charles Koch and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund to revive the Iran nuclear deal, according to reports. This might be problematic.  In addition to DeSantis supporters needing to defend the unlimited Ukraine grift, and the value of eating bugs as a conservative lifestyle, now they have to spin an endorsement of ruthless ambition by Darth Soros.  Eh, sucks to be them.

George Soros never complimented Donald Trump.

Bizarre – DeSantis Campaign Official Denies Organizing Social Media Influencer Support for Boss, Despite Overwhelming Evidence

Posted originally on the CTH on January 25, 2023 | Sundance

If you have followed the management and branding efforts of the team around Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, the protestations today by campaign official and registered foreign agent Christina Pushaw are quite bizarre.

The Daily Beast wrote an article [SEE HERE] about how Ms. Pushaw organized an astroturf campaign of support for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, which included the recruitment of several conservative influencers.  The substance of the article is generally well known.

In late 2021, early 2022, Ms. Pushaw invited a group of “influencers” to spend time with Governor DeSantis.  It’s not a debatable event. Factually, the collective group took gleeful pictures of their first visit on January 6, 2022, and continued to post frequent pictures on their social media of events throughout last year.  The group went to the reelection celebration and inauguration of DeSantis earlier this month.

However, for some odd reason, likely more concerned about people realizing the ‘organized‘ nature of the creation, in a bizarre turn of events, Ms Christina Pushaw is now denying she ever organized the assembly and stating that without any documentary evidence, saying she organized the group is just a conspiracy theory. [Tweet Link]

If Ms. Pushaw is to be believed, the random group of Florida conservative “influencers” just happened to show up at the Governor’s office on January 6, 2022, without any invitation, organization or coordination on her part.

Even lacking the invitation details, hanging your defense on the absence of a paper trail under these circumstances, seems like a very odd position to take.

Why does the DeSantis team fear sunlight on the origin of how this outreach and subsequent meetings took place?  Very odd.

I sincerely doubt this group just randomly showed up at Ron DeSantis office on January 6, 2022, without an invitation or organizing.

The same group then continued meeting throughout the year….

.

Nothing about their recruitment, continued meet-ups and aggressive promotion of Ron DeSantis for the GOP nomination in 2024 would be that interesting or even noteworthy if Ms. Christina Pushaw didn’t paint them all into a box by denying she ever organized their first assembly.

And there’s the rub…  Why is Christina Pushaw denying that she first organized them on behalf of the political aspirations of her boss, Ron DeSantis?

The only logical reason to make such an outlandish and transparently false claim, is if that original assembly was intended as seed material to use the “influencers” for another purpose, like a 2024 presidential bid.  Yet, Ron DeSantis hasn’t announced a 2024 presidential bid…. so that issue is a nonstarter, unless that announcement is eventually going to come forth.

If Ron DeSantis is going to announce his candidacy for the GOP nomination, then suddenly all these background moves look like proactive steps on behalf of the management team.  The January 6, 2022, meeting would then infer the presidential aspirations as far back as December 2021.

In combination with the $200+ million in Wall Street money assembled by DeSantis, perhaps that 2024 plan is the risk necessitating the absurd denial.

[Daily Beast Article Here]

.

They all just randomly showed up to hang out with DeSantis.  Yep, that’s the story and Pushaw is sticking to it.

For those interested, central planning and organization is the difference between “organic” support and “astroturf.”

Slava Ukraine!

Video – Governor Ron DeSantis Advocates for Politicians to Be Owned by Billionaires, Laments Campaign Finance Limits

Posted originally on the CTH on December 17, 2022 | Sundance

As soon as this information gets mainstream, watch for an entire tribe of ‘conservative’ pundits to suddenly find advocacy for the benefit of billionaires controlling politicians. Indeed, there will likely be a benefit to bookmarking this post.

Against the backdrop of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis receiving 94% of his campaign support from multinational corporations, billionaires and Wall Street tycoons, there has been a debate about whether DeSantis would be a purchased GOP nominee for the presidency in 2024.

Based on current available evidence, the announcement of a 2024 presidential bid is a mere formality, likely to surface later in 2023, as all the background datapoints reflect the strategic and financial team behind Ron DeSantis have been positioning an announcement since late 2021.   One visible datapoint has been his campaign office, specifically his then spokesperson Christina Pushaw, reaching out to a group of Florida influencers and organizing a meeting on January 6, 2022.

By the late spring of 2022 the branding and management of the pending Ron DeSantis presidential bid was strongly underway, and by early August 2022, not coincidentally timed with the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, after an unusual five days in a bunker, a new national campaign team was announced and launched.  Everything from that national image launch has been carefully managed, organized and constructed.

With the Florida legislature set to change the law permitting DeSantis to run and remain as governor; and with the intentionally elevated profile and controlled national branding in place; the office of the Florida governor has transformed from a state executive focus to a launch vehicle for higher office.  State policies and office advocacy now run through the priority prism of national politics, as the announcement of the DeSantis book launch is simultaneously positioned.

All of the datapoints flow in one direction, Desantis seeking the 2024 GOP nomination.  None of the carefully managed policy points are contradictory to a national intention. However, the original question about who is controlling Ron DeSantis remains unanswered.   It is with this specific outlook in mind that we can now find Governor Ron DeSantis’s perspective on donor money influencing politics by looking at how he answered this exact question in March 2014.

In March 2014 a young man asked exactly this question.  During a Q&A session at Embry-Riddle University, then U.S.Congressman Ron DeSantis, representing Florida’s 6th District, was asked about money influencing politics.   Within his answer we can gain an understanding of why 94% of Ron DeSantis donations are coming from the billionaire influence class.

Video prompted to 00:49:11 of the session, where Ron DeSantis says he feels limited campaign contributions are a problem.  Congressman DeSantis says that billionaires should be permitted to fully fund political candidates, without limits, as long as the donations are fully transparent.

Beyond the view of billionaires being permitted to fund candidates for office, pay particular attention to the example that DeSantis uses regarding online sales taxes and his opposition to it.   Within that specific answer you are about to see a major contradiction, that tells us something significant.  WATCH:

.

The K-Street lobbyists and campaign donors DeSantis is describing in the online tax example, are the Club for Growth types who wanted states to deliver national equality on the issue of state collection of online sales taxes.

Apparently, in 2014 Congressman DeSantis was willing to take the C4G donor money and yet not support the online sales tax that would hurt Florida consumers.

However, very quietly in April of 2021, Florida Governor DeSantis signed a law requiring all online businesses outside Florida to charge Florida sales taxes on products ordered by Florida residents.  The online tax for Florida residents was projected to net an additional $1 billion in revenue for the state.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis very quietly and without much fanfare signed a new online sales tax bill into law Monday, requiring out-of-state retailers to collect and remit sales taxes.

[…] Under the law, “marketplace providers” that aren’t located in Florida will be required to remit sales taxes “when delivering tangible personal property” to consumers. (read more)

As you can see from the bigger picture issue of billionaires purchasing politicians, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis felt massive wealthy interests should be permitted to fund politicians.  This is in line with his 2022 position of massive donations from billionaires, hedge fund managers, multinational corporations and Wall Street flowing into his campaign and Political Action Committee coffers.

Simultaneous with this 2022 increase in billionaire funding, DeSantis reversed his 2014 position on online sales tax collection for Florida residents, putting himself in direct alignment with Club 4 Growth and other K-Street lobbying groups he said would not influence his policy.  DeSantis received $2,000,000.00 from Club 4 Growth.

Add in the endorsement of Paul Ryan (link), and Jeb Bush (link), and the Wall Street republicanism reemerges as the DeSantis platform.

Trump -vs- DeSantis, a Shiny Thing to Set Aside

Posted originally on the conservative tree house November 13, 2022 | Sundance

The old axiom where someone yells, “look over there folks, shiny things“… as a process of distraction, is entirely apropos of how corporations that are running our current election systems are using the Trump -v- DeSantis discussion; with the backdrop of the 2022 midterm election as context.

So, before moving forward to the heart of what we are being distracted from, check out this article from David Solwayhe’s correct.  Unless and until the critical issue of “votes” -vs- “ballots” is corrected, pushing DeSantis into the war against the administrative state is akin to throwing a decent general into a lost war.

[…] “In a rigged electoral system, no Republican candidate, not even DeSantis, can be expected to win a national election. DeSantis cruised to victory in Florida because, as governor of the state, he had the means and the authority to ensure a clean election. But he would be helpless against a massive crime organization, aka the Democrat Party, which effectively controls the electoral infrastructure, the physical apparatus, the paid loyalty of election workers, and the federal agencies that oversee the process. If the system is not repaired and made answerable to the people, there will never be a Republican president again.” (READ MORE)

The presumption within the article is that DeSantis is not a participating member of the corporate control system, which, despite the eloquence of the article word assembly, I am not quite willing to accept; especially, with our long history of research into how the administrative state operates proactively to control the levers of power.

However, that said…. let us assume that Deep State operatives from the U.S. State Dept and coordinated globalist operations, in combination with multinational corporations and Wall Street financing, are just accidental to the political orbit of the Florida Governor… and if the assumption of altruistic intent is the guiding naiveté I am requested to accept, then the framework of the author’s prediction is entirely accurate.

Either way, until we address the 800lb gorilla in the room of intentional mass distribution of state and federal election ballots, to low agency or non-existent recipients, for early gathering, trying to amass enough ‘votes’ to defeat a large scale and industrial ‘ballot’ gathering operation is futile.

“The main issue is ballot harvesting [legal gathering] and no-excuse universal mail in ballots. Republicans need to spend big cultivating harvesting operations in key districts across the country where it’s legal until they have enough power to outlaw it, along with no-excuse mail ins.”

[…] Remember, a ballot isn’t the same as a vote and the Democrats GOTV machine know this much better than Republicans seem to. Not saying it’s right, but it’s reality and we can’t live in fantasy land. [Tweet Thread]

DeSantis Wins Historic Vote

Armstrong Economics Blog/Politics Re-Posted Nov 8, 2022 by Martin Armstrong

DeSantis’ victory was really in the bag. However, the migration fleeing Wokeness outside Florida has changed the political map entirely. Miami Dade County has NEVER voted Republican in history. It voted for DeSantis. I moved to Florida 6 years ago. I did so when Socrates pinpointed that Florida would be the #1 state in the USA. My family was not so pleased, but I said I had to follow Socrates. The traffic here has doubled, which was not something I Cherish. Hedge Funds have been moving to Florida as well as the hidden secret – much of Wall Street moved to Florida.

This vote for DeSantis is remarkable in how the map has changed – not simply that he won by about 60%. I am glad I put my faith in Socrates. We have a diverse climate for those who think Florida is hot. The North gets cold in winter and it has even had snow on occasion. But by Tampa, you will still need a jacket in winter, and on some occasions, I have even had to turn the heat on.

This vote is historic for flipping Miami, but it is also important from the perspective of the flight from the Woke states. I have met people who fled up north because during COVID their children became so depressed and boys with dreams of sports careers even became suicidal. Others moved for freedom and the whole COVID scam destroyed people’s lives, small businesses, and careers. People who fled to Florida did so for a variety of reasons. Yet what I found astonishing was that Florida became the beacon of light around the world.

Those who would assume I would support DeSantis for President are wrong. They will eat him for lunch in DC. He is far more in control right here.

DeSantis Megadonor, Billionaire Head of Citadel Investments Ken Griffin, Explains Why He Purchased Ron DeSantis for 2024 and What He Expects from His Investment

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on November 6, 2022 | Sundance

When politicians in Mexico and South America take financial payments from corporations and billionaires, we call it “corruption.”  When politicians in the United States take financial payments from corporations and billionaires, we call it “lobbying.”  The process is identical.

Billionaire Citadel Investment hedge fund CEO Ken Griffin (pictured above, center) is one of the top purchasers of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for a 2024 presidential bid.  In a recent article for Politico, Mr. Griffin openly explains what he expects from his investment in DeSantis:

WASHINGTON DC – […] He has given nearly $60 million to federal Republican candidates and campaigns this election cycle. That puts Griffin behind just liberal billionaire George Soros, who’s given more than $128 million to Democrats, and Richard Uihlein, who aligns himself with far-right candidates and organizations, at about $62 million.

[…] While he’s supporting one of this cycle’s biggest culture warriors in DeSantis, Griffin said most hot-button issues — abortion rights, battles over sex education and LGBTQ rights — don’t define his interests. He wants to improve the diversity of the GOP and blunt the vein of populism that has complicated the party’s relationship with the corporate world — two things he’s consulted with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy about. (read more)

(1) Stop the populist movement and (2) get the republican party back in alignment with the multinational “corporate world.”

Pretty blunt, but hey, he’s rich enough to be honest.  So, there you have it…. This is what Griffin expects Ron DeSantis to do for him.  Any questions?

“DeSanctimonious” is Not About the Florida Governor

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on November 6, 2022 | Sundance

In December of 2009 the results of the most consequential special election of the decade were transmitted from a rebellious bunch of misfits who shook the political elite to Washington DC.  Republican Scott Brown was elected to take the “Kennedy Seat” in Massachusetts in an epic battle that surprised both the Democrat and Republican establishment.

The DC political class (both parties) were shook, triggered, jaw-dropped & aghast…  A revolt was visible.

It wasn’t just the Democrats who reacted, organized and responded with the urgency of a 2012 counter-offensive.  The rebellious threat from the working class was as much abhorred by the Republican political class, the Bushes, McCains and McConnells who saw the Tea Party uprising as toxic to their control.

The working-class uprising, the originating assembly of what is now the MAGA movement represented in that Massachusetts winter special election had to be destroyed, and that was why the Tea Party movement had to be co-opted and destroyed by the Republican party.  From their professionally Republican perspective, including the billionaire and Wall Street donors who try to influence the club platform, there are no limits to what they will do to retain control, nothing is out-of-bounds.

That’s why we saw the GOPe primary ‘splitter strategy‘ first deployed to scale in 2012.  Romney was installed as the nominee, and gleefully the GOPe watched as he was defeated by Obama’s reelection bid in November.  The status-quo was achieved.  The DC UniParty was repaired, and all things were back under club control.  Two wings of the same UniParty once again giving the illusion of choice.

For those of us who fully understood what was done, and by that time our 2013 ranks were more significant, it became crystal clear the ‘first-things-first’ approach would require the Republican political elite to be removed and confronted first – before the communists in the left wing of the UniParty could be attacked.  We needed a weapon against them….

…..ENTER Donald John Trump.

Donald John Trump wasn’t just our MAGA candidate in 2015, he was our murder weapon and the professional GOPe elite, the party system within the Republican club, was our intended victim.

The 2016 Republican club counter-offensive to a reenergized movement now carrying the MAGA banner, was led by the ‘Never Trumpers’.   Most of you will easily remember how the professional political class, the Jeb Bush wing within the Republican club, responded.  However, this time in 2016 we had the previous experience, the lessons and a map of their playbook in hand.

The MAGA movement knew what the GOPe club were trying to do, and we defeated them because our candidate was big, snarky, strong and impervious to the professional Republican club throwing everything including the kitchen sink at him.  We The People were not going to retreat.  We held the line, moved forward and won. However, our 2016 victory made the Republican inside club even more furious.

The Bushes, McConnells et al were unwilling to relinquish control of the club and would do anything, say anything and use every institutional lever within their control to remain in power.  The inside DC Republican club used every deceptive resource available to undermine our President and kneecap him from disrupting the system.

It wasn’t just the Democrats trying to impeach President Trump, the Republican wing of the UniParty was more than willing to provide background support, they just couldn’t be visible when doing it.

This is the battle for control of the Republican Party.  It’s not about voters or candidates per se’, the battle is for the control of a private club – the RNC.  President Trump has loosened the grip, but it is up to We The People of the MAGA movement to pry their fingers from the mechanisms of control.

What I am describing above is what the background battle, within the state of Florida, around Ron DeSantis, is all about.

The Bush clan have wrapped their arms around Governor Ron DeSantis as a 2024 weapon to counteract the MAGA movement. They have poured hundreds of millions into the “acceptable Republican” effort and are in full control of the DeSantis campaign management.

The Mitt Romney’s, Mitch McConnell’s, Paul Ryan’s, Kevin McCarthy’s etc are trying to leverage the club dynamic over Ron DeSantis and provide enticements to maintain the alliance with their internal battle plan to retain full control over the Republican Party.

The Never Trumpers, financed by donors, the professional party system and club officials, are all part of the internecine battle.

When President Trump labels the former congressman, now Florida Governor as “Ron DeSanctimonious,” that background reality is the who, what, when and why.

This battle is about Republican Party control and the use of Ron DeSantis by the club members who refuse to let go of power.

As noted by a comment from Rick Stans:

Watching heads explode over Trump’s “DeSantimonious” comment is exactly what the RINO elite relishes! Sundance has spelled out Ron’s position very clearly over the past weeks and anyone with half a brain could see it! Ron is a tool being forged as the splitter to weaken Trump in his bid to win in ‘24.

Moreso, the “god” man is what the RINO elite like Ryan and McCarthy hope will destroy the MAGA movement and restore the order of Kings & Queens in D.C. verses the serfs in fly-over country! The Coastals are becoming a bit uneasy hearing about Red Waves and MAGA movements! Time to crush these peasants once and for all!

Enter “god” man! Smiling, snarky Ron the Trump slayer! The Rip Van Winkle of Mar-a-Lago post raid! Trump’s friendly shot across the bow is a wake-up call!

No Ron, we won’t sit back and let you be another fraud, a fallen acorn from the dead Bush Oak that was fertilized with our hard-earned tax dollars for decades!

Either we’re all in for MAGA (despite what Trump does) or we’ll all be learning how to say “can I trade my dollars for yuan” in Mandarin one day! Wake up foolish Ron supporters who have become offended by Trump! Haven’t you learned from your parents that “sticks and stones may break my bones…..”

Trump is a gamer and his words were just a precursor to let Ron know that all the money and notoriety he will be promised for distancing himself from MAGA to “Save” America, is really nothing but fools gold in the end if MAGA goes the way of the Tea Party!

The Republican Club would rather lose elections and retain power than win and be held accountable to deliver on their false promises.

Hitch Yer’ Wagon – The Club Branding of Ron DeSantis Continues, and The Transparency is a Little Funny

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on November 5, 2022 | Sundance

Tomorrow, Sunday November 6th, President Trump will be holding a rally in Miami-Dade, Florida, for the slate of republican candidates.  All of the main republican candidates, including both Florida senators, who rely on the diverse America-First MAGA movement for election victories will be there…. Except Ron DeSantis.

Now, I get it. I mean, I understand why the people managing Florida Governor Ron DeSantis cannot have their principle appearing at a MAGA rally to receive the endorsement of President Trump, an almost certain 2024 candidate they are planning to challenge a few months later.  However, I get it because I see the roadmap they’ve laid in front of him; a roadmap he is following.

But again, it takes a level of intellectual honesty to accept the basic point that if Ron DeSantis was not planning to run for higher office, or at least leave that option available, there is nothing to lose for DeSantis to appear with Trump.  The only downside to attending the Miami MAGA rally is if DeSantis would want to challenge President Trump a few months later.  Honesty is the cornerstone of accepting things as they are, not as we would wish them to be.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will not be at the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition Center, because the team managing Ron DeSantis national branding campaign don’t want him there.

Since July/Aug {Go Deep} the new management in charge of DeSantis have been positioning him as the Trump alternative, the more acceptable republican candidate, ie. the club candidate

Instead, the republican club and Wall Street financed “Friends of Ron DeSantis” superPAC ($150+ million) have organized another optical event in the much deeper red, Southwest Florida (advertisement left) [LINK HERE].

Notice who is paying for the DeSantis event.  Parker Yancey McCollum is an American Americana and country singer-songwriter based in Texas, and if you follow the granular details of the GOPe branding effort, you might notice the DeSantis management team have deployed the strategy of hitching the governor’s wagon to popular music stars [Luke Bryan example].

This specific branding approach is familiar to professional political consultants and those who follow the deep weeds around ‘imaging’ in political campaigns.  The objective is to use the popularity of the Hollywood or music star as a draw for the crowd.  The managed politician benefits from the optical illusion of a large crowd gathered to support the candidate.

The image and branding approach is useful in avoiding a campaign event at a venue where the crowd doesn’t show up, which looks horrible for the candidate.

While President Donald Trump rallies the MAGA movement in Miami-Dade, specifically going to the formerly deep blue region to drive the proverbial stake through the heart of the left-wing political machine in Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis will hold court within deep red southwest Florida, using Parker McCollum to hopefully offset the optics of DeSantis absence at the MAGA rally.

Rising country music star Parker McCollum was not scheduled to perform in SWFL [Schedule Here] and the DeSantis event is advertised, promoted and financed by the GOPe SuperPac ‘Friends of Ron DeSantis’.   The motives and intents being the DeSantis branding and management team remain clear to those with eyes to see.

To emphasize… Governor Ron DeSantis is a good governor, a good manager, well liked and should be well supported by the Florida voting base.   There are several large issues for Florida that voters are counting on Governor DeSantis and the Florida legislature to tackle quickly in 2023.

Florida has a major housing crisis combined with a serious issue of unaffordable insurance rates crushing the finances of Florida residents.   For many Floridians their homeowner’s insurance costs, now the highest in the nation, are equal to -or higher than- their mortgage payments, and it’s getting worse.  Energy costs have skyrocketed and that is making overall inflation that much more impactful.

The costs to live in Florida are putting an even more severe burden on those with a fixed income.  All of the working-class residents and retirees in Florida are feeling the issue, and there are things the state can do to help.

Charlie Crist would be an absolute nightmare scenario for Florida, but thankfully his hopes of election victory next week are virtually nil.  That is a good thing.

Florida needs Governor DeSantis to focus on Florida.

We are at a very critical juncture in the state and there are some major decisions that need to be made about the future of the state.

The national GOPe club looking to leverage Governor Ron DeSantis as the more acceptable alternative to Donald Trump’s America-First economic platform in 2024, are in a general sense selfish billionaire Wall Street and multinational types [Example].

That said, if in midyear 2023 the professional financial and political class leverage their donations to Ron DeSantis to abandon his post in order to help them nationally combat the MAGA agenda…. DeSantis will not only lose the contest for the republican presidential nomination, but he will also destroy his political career in an instant.

I know the DeSantis national management and branding team read here, so be forewarned.  Step out of your cocktail class donor bubble for a few weeks and listen to the people who matter.  If you push the principal to repay the $200+ million in donations by attempting to combat the MAGA agenda – you, your candidate, and his tenuously constructed reputation will be destroyed.

Wisdom would dictate that Governor Ron DeSantis work on the critical economic issues for Florida that will have ramifications and impacts for many years forward.  Prove himself skilled at large economic problem solving, and then position your principal to receive the support and appreciation of the hometown MAGA base for 2028….

….But step into the national arena for 2024 and DeSantis will be destroyed by angered MAGA like a feather in a hurricane.

Watching…

WASHINGTON DC – […] Save America PAC raised a total of $24.7 million during the third quarter— a 38% increase from the second quarter. A source familiar with the fundraising told Fox News that 98.8% of those donations totaled less than $200 each.

Trump raised $10.2 million in August after the FBI’s unprecedented raid on his private residence at Mar-a-Lago—the most Save America PAC had raised in a month since Trump was in office. (link)
