COMMENT #1: I am about your age. 35 years ago my niece died 10 days after receiving the MMR vaccine at 18 months old. 2 years prior her sister nearly died 10 days after receiving the MMR vaccine, still with a disability. I asked many Doctors was it the vaccine they all said no. I found a Doctor in New Jersey and paid for a consultation and he said, of course, it was the vaccine, but he would not put in writing. My children never received the MMR vaccine and they both had measles. The Documentary Vaxxed documented the CDC Scientist, Williams Thompson covered up the risk to the MMR vaccine. Keep talking about this important subject.

The vaccine issue is complex and multi-faceted. As an RN I concur that the pharmaceutical lobby has a powerful grip on most medical providers in terms of incentives and kickbacks which in itself is corrupt. Big Pharma spends a lot of money to sway Congress to adopt laws that benefit their industry. It always comes down to money.

The other aspect which plays into the mix is illegal immigration. These children are entering the US with NO VACCINE/HEALTH RECORDS…so we do not know their history or what diseases they have had or are immune to. They may be harboring previously eradicated illnesses that have not been seen in first world countries for decades and/or illnesses that are not native to the US.

The government is well aware of that risk, and their answer is to vaccinate ALL CHILDREN. The vaccine issue and the illegal immigration issue go hand in hand. Until one issue is solved the other issue will persist. Corruption is rampant and nobody wants to deal with it honestly.

Btw, I signed up for Socrates and may be moving to your neck of the woods in 2020. Trying to escape NYC which is another can of worms!

Years ago, when our older children were toddlers, my wife did a ton of vaccine research, and we discussed her findings. We decided that we would opt out of Pertussis or Send hooping Cough (since the risk of severe side effects was sufficient for the government to have set up a relief fund for children adversely affected by the vaccine) and opt for the dead Polio vaccine since the live Polio vaccine runs a “slight” risk of Polio infection.

We changed pediatricians when we broached the subject with her because she was so adamant against it. We have heard horror stories about doctors bringing Child Protective Services in against parents on medical matters where doctors’ “livelihoods” are at stake, so we decided to part ways before things got nasty.

Even at other pediatricians, we had to special order the dead Polio vaccine because all that was typically carried was the live vaccine. Nurses looked at us like we were from another planet (we were–the non-socialist one). Anyway, we stuck to our guns.

In 1994, there was an outbreak of Pertussis in our church. Many children (including our only two children at the time) and several adults got it. Pertussis is a nuisance, but not very dangerous except for infants and the elderly. The strange thing is that the outbreak began with a girl right after she was immunized, and the pastor’s daughter, who was “immunized”, also came down with it.

Later, we discovered that the live Polio vaccine had been discontinued in favor of the dead vaccine. Apparently enough other parents saw the “slight” risk of infection as unacceptable.

Our next two children had very mild cases of Pertussis at 4 and 2. When one of our other children turned four, we decided that we would rather not risk another case with her. When we asked our pediatrician (yet another one, for we had moved) about the vaccine, she got up, closed the door, turned, and asked us, “Why are you vaccinating this child against Pertussis?” She proceeded to tell us what we already knew from my wife’s research years before. We smiled and knew we had found the right pediatrician.

She became a missionary to Australians in the bush.

P.S., when the Chicken Pox vaccine came out, a friend of mine had their daughter immunized. This child was developmentally normal in every way. That night she became largely unresponsive. She did eventually get some interaction back but is largely Autistic to this day. She lives in her own little world, although is occasionally extremely affectionate even toward strangers. She had to be watched constantly because she doesn’t understand the dangers of life. It is very sad.

COMMENT #4: I have a small business near DC and one of my repeat clients came in to buy something for the holidays. He is a no-nonsense guy from Montana. As we were talking, I asked him what he did for a living. He said he was a lawyer and when I asked which area he specialized in, he said “vaccine cases.” I was surprised having only heard in the press about the rebellious backward-thinking folks that are stupid enough to refuse vaccines.

His whole career, it turns out, is representing the terribly sad stories of children adversely affected by reactions to vaccines. We talked a while and he explained the immunity granted to the vaccine companies. He said “Congress is well aware there are serious problems with vaccines. That is why they set up a fund in the 1980s specifically to pay off vaccine lawsuits.” Yikes! Really?!

Seeing my interest, he added that his second-largest client base in recent years is representing those who have reactions to flu shots and the various levels of paralysis and persistent pain that folks experience from improperly administered flu shots. Many poorly trained folks at the neighborhood drugstore, supermarket, or wherever, give improperly administered flu shots that end up penetrating the bursa layer of the shoulder and the resulting pain, in the form of chronic bursitis, often lasts without relief for years. Some folks have nerve issues, some can’t raise or use their arm. The pain is often intense and never-ending.

I had no idea! He said a flue shot properly administered by a professional would not likely have issues, but after all the things he’s seen, he wasn’t a big believer that the strain of flu the flu shot protected you from was likely to be the one you’d come in contact with and catch anyway. As it is now, without them knowing a year ahead which strain to make the vaccine for, it is not worth the risk he said. They had so many flu shot cases in his office they referred to a new one as “another Walgreen’s case.” Just thought you might want to mention to your loyal readers- if they are getting a flu shot, to get it from an actual doctor or nurse.

COMMENT #5: Martin, you are on the right track on vaccines. Perhaps one of your researchers could look into this. I think you will find it interesting. One thing about people is their different genetics and due to genetic differences, some are not able to detox as well as others. A doctor in Virginia found this applied to molds. Some people have a really hard time and are sick in moldy houses while others are not. He found the sick ones had differences in genes from those that were okay with mold. He concluded the sick ones were prevented by their genetic structure from detoxing the mold toxins.

How does this relate to vaccines? The ones affected may not be able to detox well due to genetics. While genetics can be tested for, nobody is doing it in relation to detoxing and vaccines (I am not in the field so maybe they are, I wouldn’t really know for sure.) In the 1990s, at least in Canada, the government and vaccine companies took the mercury out of children’s vaccines. It was done quietly with no announcements.

My belief on this is that they found out the mercury in the vaccines was actually responsible for the increased autism in children and maybe other illnesses as well. The reason? Some children can detox the mercury and others can’t, and when they can’t it builds up and causes all kinds of problems including autism symptoms or maybe even autism itself.

Again, I am just a layperson and can’t prove any of this. But why did they take the mercury out for children’s vaccines? They were giving so many vaccinations to children in the 1990s compared to before which is caused by a flurry of health problems in children. Why did they allow mercury in the vaccines in the first place? It is called thimerosal. Well, it is because they then can have multiple doses in one vial and it costs less to have multiple doses in one vial instead of one vial per dose.

Governments are approving all this. In Canada, thimerosal is still in the flu vaccine and governments are okay because it costs less and flu vaccines are paid for by the government. But one can still get the non-mercury flu vaccine through some doctors but it costs extra for the patient.

I personally have no problem with vaccines including those with mercury. I detox well. But some people including in my family don’t detox well. For the parents of children now, how can they find out if their children detox well before giving them the vaccines?

Is anyone really talking about this? I appreciate your blog and hope you can find some help in exploring this subject and blowing it wide open. You have the resources to do this, which I don’t have. I’d do it if I could. Children are being sacrificed unnecessarily. We have the medical technology to do the testing but it is not being done.

Will genetic testing and screening help? I can’t prove it but there is enough information and work done to suggest it should be investigated.

REPLY: This vaccine crisis is worldwide. Most vaccines carry a risk where you can contract the very disease that the vaccine seeks to prevent, albeit this happens in a small percentage of cases. But there are numerous cases on a worldwide basis. There should be more studies, for even in economics and physics there is the superposition principle where two cyclical waves exactly opposite of each other can cancel each other out. However, when two waves in the same direction join, that is when you get the rogue wave. These are basic principles in physics that apply to disease as well.

Any medicine often has instructions not to mix with other medicines. That seems to be missing from vaccines. Their 100% immunity from legal action is WRONG for it prevents them from finding out the solution.

Those who try to paint parents who do not trust vaccines as crazy people will usually point to the medical, pharmaceutical establishments, and mainstream media, are all in unison in their message that there are no real dangers with vaccines. We all know that the press can be bought and the pharmaceutical industry would not need absolute immunity if there was nothing to worry about. As for the medical industry, there are doctors who speak out behind the curtain and will warn you that the pharmaceutical industry is so powerful they can shut you down and even remove licenses. We all know how honest the bankers are and how banks that blew up the entire world economy 2007-2010 are also exempt from any prosecution.

I am well aware of the problem of allowing illegal aliens. Prosecutors are only interested in their careers. To prosecute someone, all other safeguards are eliminated. While in contempt of court, I contracted a parasite that went into my left eye. When I explained it to the doctor, she said I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about. Such things, she said, only existed in South America. Well, the vision in my left eye to this day is damaged. I was denied all medical attention by the government. When I got out, I saw a specialist in imported diseases. He just looked at my blood work and said you have a parasite. It took maybe three minutes. Allowing people from South America to come in has been importing diseases that were eradicated here decades ago.

There has to be some middle ground. The number of people writing in with horror stories is really mind-blowing. The doctors do not want to put it in writing because they are afraid of getting sued. This vaccine conspiracy is the same as global warming. They try to demonize anyone who opposes them.

The Democrats have demonized Trump as a racist over these illegal aliens. To cover up the crises of importing diseases, they then mandated vaccines. Once again, this comes back to politicians opposing Trump, and hiding the risk of importing diseases as a result.

I strongly suggest that everyone write to Trump. The reason the establishment hates Trump is that he cannot be bought. That is where to begin. It could become a campaign issue in 2020 if enough people write to the White House.

Resist Gun Confiscation!

Virginia Governor Ralph Northam has a plan to confiscate guns in his state. He uses the usual friendly catchwords such as “common sense” gun control and “gun safety” and the “enough is enough” argument.

In order to ‘help’ people, the authoritarians insist on trampling on our Constitution, which they consider an antique standing in the way of their power. They bypass our Bill of Rights by enacting their own laws. Laws limiting free speech. Laws that steal your hard-earned money. Laws that take away your ability to defend yourself and your family. Laws that prevent you from resisting government tyranny.

In order to take away freedom, the Virginia governor and his Democrat-controlled legislature plan on banning on ‘assault’ weapons as well as limiting handgun purchases.

This should come as no surprise—especially considering that Northam is aligned with the billionaire Michael Bloomberg.

For decade the left have conducted gun control in seemingly small and ‘reasonable’ steps. This kind of incrementalism will lead to a total gun ban and an end to our Second Amendment. This is what the globalists, the UN, and Democrats want. Once we’re disarmed, it will be over and our slavery will become complete.

It is the duty of all citizens to defend our rights. When tyrants want to trample on our rights with their ‘laws’ (that cannot usurp our Constitution) then it’s our duty to speak out loudly against such laws and actively disobey them. I commend the patriots in Virginia who are declaring their counties to be ‘sanctuaries’ for the Second Amendment.

Our Fourth Amendment is already gone. They want to limit our free speech with their damnable ‘hate speech’ laws. They want control over our health with their damnable mandatory vaccination laws. They want our guns. Our weapons are our last defense against a capriciously insane government that tramples on our freedom.

The gun grab in Virginia is a trial balloon, a test of America’s resolve to protect our second amendment.

It’s time to rebel against the tyrants.

My concern about this vaccine movement is straight-forward – NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW! Why do Pharmaceutical Companies need absolute immunity if the vaccines they are forcing on children are safe? There should be testing of the children who have died to determine what combination of vaccines and in what order they might become lethal weapons to certain children.

When you go to a doctor, they ask you right away are you allergic to any medicine or anything in particular. They do NOT do that with children starting to vaccinate them at birth. There is a lower safety standard when it comes to vaccines and children. You should not find out if your child is allergic to something because it killed them.

Vaccines should not be mandated. Kids come home from school and are always bringing various colds they then share with the parents. Vaccines do not create a perfect world. End the absolute immunity and then perhaps the Pharmaceutical Companies just might actually do what they are supposed to do – ensure their vaccines are safe. Why pay for that research if they can never be sued?

Most states do allow families to claim religious exemptions to mandated vaccinations, but that is changing and the Pharmaceutical Companies have been bribing politicians around the country to end even the freedom of religious exemptions. New Jersey would have joined New York, California, Maine, Mississippi, and West Virginia as states requiring that all children enrolled in school be vaccinated unless they have a valid medical reason. These are the states that demonstrate how corrupt governments are within those states. Three of the most tax abusive states are included; California, New York, and New Jersey. If you have small children, and you will NEVER be able to retire in these states, it is time to starting looking for alternatives.

The New Jersey Legislature, at the last minute, postponed the vote on what would be one of the strictest vaccine laws in the nation. New Jersey postponed a final vote on a bill that would have ended religious exemptions to vaccine requirements for students enrolled in any school or college, public or private.

California, which claims it is liberal, is actually very authoritarian. It is one of only a few states that does not allow parents to opt-out of vaccines due to their religious beliefs. California actually rejects the First Amendment and the freedom of religion. This is really strange for a state that protects illegal aliens and is anti-Trump but not children. If we follow the money from Pharmaceutical Companies, it demonstrates that California will flip if you pay-off the politicians.

Interestingly enough, I had not really paid much attention to the Church of Scientology. I knew it began in Southern California. One night I went to a high-end steak restaurant in Tampa named Berns, which is rather famous. I discovered that even Tom Cruise moved from California to Clearwater, Florida a few miles from where I live. I had found out only because we had the same sports car and people thought I was Cruise when I pulled into a restaurant (the disappointment on their faces when I got out was overwhelming). Nonetheless, Scientology’s largest headquarters and religious retreat was created in Clearwater, Florida which is the largest Church of Scientology in the world. They escaped the vaccines and the taxes of California, which I found interesting.

Besides chasing out a lot of famous people, California has also set a new record. As of the end of June the school year, there were 6,741 home-schooled kindergartners without their vaccine shots in California, compared with 1,880 in the 2016-17 school year, according to state data. The loop-hole people are moving toward is home-schooling.

It just seems like the first step with the Pharmaceutical Companies is to REPEAL their absolute immunity and REPEAL absolute vaccine requirements. The standard vaccines that have been around for decades are one thing. As I said, I was vaccinated as were my children. But there were no way 70+ vaccines back then. Perhaps less is better. They should provide the statistics on each vaccine and let the parent decide. Major life-threatening diseases are one thing. All of these other vaccines may be just too much.

If Vaccines are Safe Why Did Congress Eliminate Your Right to Sue Pharmaceutical Companies?

COMMENT #1: Thank you so much for your blog on “Pharmaceutical Companies & Buying Immunity”. We are dealing with the same laws trying to be passed in Oregon. There is so much hatred towards those that don’t fully vaccinate in our society. My brother-in-law (who is a MD) and his family will not visit us anymore because we have administered either none or very few vaccines on our three kids. It really feels like we are the Jewish people during WWII.

I was wondering if you could comment further on the topic of vaccines. I’m personally very concerned about the way Democrats seem to purposely conflate the anti-vaccination movement with people who are simply against giving the state the power to enforce mandatory vaccinations. I am not against vaccines, I’m just against the PERVERSE INCENTIVES that come along with government mandated mass vaccination programs. Do you think they consciously lie when they group anti-vaxxers and anti-government types together, or are they just so stupid or ideologically blind that they can’t even tell the difference anymore?
From my understand the scientific rationale for mandatory vaccination is the theory of “herd immunity”, which argues that as many people as possible need to be vaccinated in order to protect those who can not be vaccinated for medical reasons. I have read criticisms of this theory that argue long term herd immunity can not be artificially induced through vaccinations, but rather only through natural exposure to infectious diseases. I don’t know what to believe, but I do know that it is easy to be skeptical of the scientific justifications for government overreach these days, considering the absurdly transparent motives and biases behind the so-called “science” of anthropocentric climate catastrophism.
It seems to me that the relationship between human immune system and infectious diseases is just as much of a non-linear dynamic system as other aspects of nature, and that the theory of artificially induced herd immunity may be based on a simplistic linear model of that relationship.

When the Democrats try to switch the debate and call these people anti-government, they are deliberately attacking the messenger because they do not want to address the crisis since all you have to do is follow the money. They are putting children at risk ONLY because the Pharmaceutical Companies have a huge lobby. The press will not defend the people. They should ask any politician who makes statements against the anti-vaccine movement if they accept money from any drug-related company or lobby.

The entire design of Socrates is based upon the realization that there are so many variables and combinations that attempting to reduce the economic prospects for the future to a single cause and effect is absolutely impossible. The same is true when you have this many vaccines. I was vaccinated and I had my children vaccinated. But I do not recall it being more than 10 basic shots like polio for example. There was no vaccine for the measles back then.

There are way too many combinations when you have 70+ vaccines and that creates a complete unknown that no drug company bothers to investigate. The drug companies have been relieved of ALL liability thanks to Congress. They can even deliberately kill people and never be charged or sued. That is UN-AMERICAN!!!!!

I drink probably 8 to 10 cups of coffee a day and will even have one by my bed at night. Caffeine has never had an effect on me but I have friends who get jitters on just a half-cup. We are all different and it is ABSURD to subject children to this without testing the combination of vaccines and what they may do to a particular child. Children have died and others have been seriously injured. Nobody is testing to see whether certain combinations of vaccines become lethal to some children.

If your brother-in-law is being such a brain dead person who refuses to listen, then don’t worry. You should not associate with that type of person anyhow. He obviously believes whatever the pharmaceutical companies tell him because he probably gets some sort of kick-back for making particular recommendations. There are plenty of economists who preach the standard nonsense and are never right.

It is very simple. If this was all nonsense, then there would be no need to run to Congress to get absolute immunity from lawsuits. That removes any responsibility for a product that does not apply to any other business. This like saying the bank can just take your money and you have no right to sue them. I doubt people would keep their money in a bank if that was the law

British Elections are a Warning to Democrats

I have been warning that our computer has been projecting the decline and fall of socialism. Moreover, we have pointing out that the Democrats are actually in a long-term protracted bear market and ever since the first6 election of FDR in the Great Depression, they have been making lower highs and deeper lows. That in market terms is the definition of a bear market. This does not speak well for the Democrats come 2020.

Here is the chart showing the Labour Party’s devastation. They have been sent back to the Great Depression levels of the 1930s. Britain’s election has been a confirmation of our computer’s forecasts and as you can see the Labour Party made new lows. The Democrats are also facing the same potential dangers for they have been moving too far to the left of what is very clear, the major of people are far more moderate bases. The Democrats are cheered only by the fringe and this is what misled Britain’s Labour Party because they heard the cheers while failing to hear the dead silence of the majority.

We have entered a period politically where the longer-term threats to progressive parties are rising both culturally and politically. Indeed, there is a lot of truth to what Oscar II said that everyone is a socialist before 25 because they think with their hearts. Then they graduate and get their first paycheck. If they are still socialists after that, he said they have no head.

Indeed, 57% of Democrats and 51% of young people have a positive view of socialism, according to Gallup polls.  That’s has been frightening to many who see this as a class war that will only end in blood in the streets. They never look at how this economic theory has been responsible for more than wars and religion combined. They ignore the record of countries who have tried this economic theory, from the Soviet Union and Mao Zedong’s China to today’s Venezuela. What broke the economies was the collapse in economic growth, rise in hunger, and the rise of authoritarian government to try to force this theory to somehow work.

The most significant warning for Democrats from Jeremy Corbyn’s shocking political disaster in the British election is that when a political party is consumed with Marxism, its own ideological debate ceases to exist and opponents are often suppressed. They historically risk losing sight of the majority of the population who are drowned out by the cheers of their declining own base. While the press is fake and it is so desperate to want to join the Euro in Britain and the impeach Trump in America, they too add to the confusion by making people think the majority are leftists who are out to rob them of their assets and future.

Conservative Party won seats across Labour strongholds showing that Labour had moved too far left. The Conservatives won the support of the opposition party’s traditional blue-collar base for the first time. Even the unionized industrial workers voted conservative. The Conservative victory was up there with the 2016 Trump Revolution.

The 2020 election will be marked by violence. Already in Britain, the youth have been rioting using the same nonsense chanting “Not My Prime Minister.” We are witnessing the death of Democracy. Either they win, or they refuse to accept the results of an election. The same will be taking place in the United States on a grand scale. If you really want to protect your children, look at the college before you send them. Any such institution engaged in brainwashing your children just refuse to fund or allow your children to apply for a student loan.

FBI, Comey & Hillary – The Model Couple of Integrity

James Comey is now trying to “cover his ass” after being confronted by the Inspector General Michael Horowitz who found that the FBI’s handling of FISA applications for warrants against a former Trump campaign official was sloppy, to put it mildly. Comey had to admit: “He’s right, I was wrong” on “Fox News Sunday.” He tried to shift the blame from himself saying: “I was over-confident in the procedures that the FBI and Justice had built over 20 years. I thought they were robust enough.” In other words, he never checked anything, yet he had the audacity to testify against Trump and tried to argue he should be removed from office.

He also deliberately never recorded the interview with Hillary when EVER such an interview is recorded for possible purgery charges. He protected Hillary at all costs and now Hillary is contemplating running for President perhaps in January. Most Democrats seem to want a rematch with Hillary on the ticket.

The Steel report, funded by Hillary, justified the wiretap of Trump’s campaign based entirely on an anonymous tip.  The Justice Department’s investigation of what was done to Trump while running for election far outweighs anything the Democrats are claiming justifies his impeachment. This is just showing how politics has completely collapsed into political corruption.

Pharmaceutical Companies & Buying Immunity

Most people are unaware of the EXTREME DANGER posed by the Pharmaceutical Industry and their effort to force vaccines on the entire population by law and at the same time to exempt themselves from any liability. In 1987, Democrat William Herbert Gray sponsored H.R.3545 – Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987. Stuffed in this act was the amendment to exempt the Pharmaceutical Industry from all liability for killing children with even untested vaccines. This is the way corruption flourishes in Washington. It is a major reform we desperately need. They can stick in a bill something that has absolutely nothing to do with the purpose of the bill and the law is thereby changed and it is bought and paid for against the people.

Now in New Jersey, the Pharmaceutical Industry has bought the Democrats again bribing the politicians, and they have removed those who have opposed the Pharmaceutical Industry from any position on the committee. The Pharmaceutical Industry has launched an all-out effort to deny both human rights and parental rights with respect to their children. New Jersey is considering that all children must receive a battery of vaccines all at once if they do not have them before children can go to school. Parents are to be denied any right under penalty of law to object. The Pharmaceutical Industry poses a MAJOR THREAT to society because they have bribed Congress to EXEMPT them from all liability for even killing children who would not respond to a vaccine. Vaccines are by no means 100% safe. Perhaps the majority will have no adverse reaction, but giving them complete immunity for failing to even test to see which children would be at great risk of a vaccine is unthinkable for any politician.

My parents had me vaccinated and there was no problem. I took my children and they were vaccinated without an issue. That does not mean there are no risks and when I or my children were vaccinated, nobody ever said anything about the risk of death. Plus I do not recall more than 10 vaccines – not over 50. On top of that, they are presented as “free” because the government pays 100%. Even if you are on Medicare, they cover the annual flu shot. The Pharmaceutical Industry has a subsidized guaranteed income thanks to government and then they can’t be sued.

I will normally take the flu vaccine, although the benefit of getting the flu was the last time I lost ten pounds and caught up on much-needed sleep. That personal experience aside, the troubling part of this debate lies in buying politicians proving that corruption has to stop. We live in a Republic, not a Democracy, which means these politicians do as they are told by party leaders and are up for sale to the highest bidder. When the money is too overwhelming to ignore, then corruption flourishes. The Congress in Washington actually made law:

No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death…

Our wonderful Congress has ensured that they have placed the lives of our children at risk and that they have denied our basic human rights. They passed a law that the Pharmaceutical Industry CAN NEVER be sued for any damages or even the death of a child. That means they have NO incentive to test or ensure that a vaccine even works. Why should they take any steps to make sure a vaccine is safe when they have total immunity?

There are children who have died from vaccines. Instead of conducting studies to determine which children should NOT be vaccinated, they bribed our politicians for complete immunity and then are moving state by state to COMPEL parents to get vaccines or to authorize schools to vaccinate children without parental consent. Those in New Jersey can write to the governor if you don’t want to get out of a state that is spiraling nowhere but down

This is WRONG on so many levels and it violated every principle that stood behind the Constitution. ANY politician who votes to compel parents to vaccinate and to deny any liability of the Pharmaceutical Industry should be removed from office and denied all benefits they vote for themselves for life. It is this type of corruption of putting children at risk for money that exposes the vilest level of corruption possible. There have been no deaths from measles, but more than 100 children have died from the vaccine.

New Jersey has been bought and paid for by the Pharmaceutical Industry. They will vote tomorrow that will allow schools to forcibly vaccinate all children. My strongest recommendation – get the HELL out of New Jersey, and the last American to leave, take the flag that once represented the Constitution with you!

The ONLY way to reduce this level of corruption is TERM LIMITS!!!!!! One-Time in and Out. Any politician should be PROHIBITED from voting on anything where he has received any money whatsoever or his family. Enough is enough!

I strongly suggest that parents look at their own states. The Pharmaceutical Industry is in an all-out war to increase their business no different than Forced Loans that broke the back of Germany in 1923. You cannot treat people like this and allow this level of corruption. The Democrats argue Trump should not be above the law, yet they sponsor that position for the Pharmaceutical Industry just as the Clintons sanctioned the attempt to blackmail Yeltsin and interfered in the Russian election of 2000 and then they denied students the right to declare bankruptcy on fraudulent degrees that are worthless. What the Democrats did to students, they are systemically doing to children with full immunity to the Pharmaceutical Industry as they have granted the bankers who New York will defend until the last quarter of the American public.

42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22.Standards of responsibility
(a)General rule
Except as provided in subsections (b), (c), and (e) State law shall apply to a civil action brought for damages for a vaccine-related injury or death.

(b)Unavoidable adverse side effects; warnings
(1)No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.
(2)For purposes of paragraph (1), a vaccine shall be presumed to be accompanied by proper directions and warnings if the vaccine manufacturer shows that it complied in all material respects with all requirements under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act [21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.] and section 262 of this title (including regulations issued under such provisions) applicable to the vaccine and related to vaccine-related injury or death for which the civil action was brought unless the plaintiff shows—
(A)that the manufacturer engaged in the conduct set forth in subparagraph (A) or (B) of section 300aa–23(d)(2) of this title, or
(B)by clear and convincing evidence that the manufacturer failed to exercise due care notwithstanding its compliance with such Act and section (and regulations issued under such provisions).
(c)Direct warnings
No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, solely due to the manufacturer’s failure to provide direct warnings to the injured party (or the injured party’s legal representative) of the potential dangers resulting from the administration of the vaccine manufactured by the manufacturer.

(d)Construction
The standards of responsibility prescribed by this section are not to be construed as authorizing a person who brought a civil action for damages against a vaccine manufacturer for a vaccine-related injury or death in which damages were denied or which was dismissed with prejudice to bring a new civil action against such manufacturer for such injury or death.

(e)Preemption
No State may establish or enforce a law which prohibits an individual from bringing a civil action against a vaccine manufacturer for damages for a vaccine-related injury or death if such civil action is not barred by this part.

“Comey Doesn’t Realize What Just Hit Him”

James Comey now claims he is vindicated by the newly released Inspector General’s Report.

I wasn’t surprised, because Michael Horowitz is part of the Deep State. He did deliver a few punches that landed on Comey, but then he recommend against prosecution.

Nothing was political according to the Inspector General.

Nothing is political yet everything is political with the left.

Comey simply made a bunch of mistakes such as leaking classified material, but pay no mind to that…he’s only human. We all make mistakes.

Roger Stone made a human mistake. It’s called a slip of memory. He was surrounded early in the morning by an FBI swat team. Now the Deep State wants to send him to jail for life. Even though it was for a case that proved no Russia Collusion whatsoever. Yet Hillary and the Deep State want Stone in prison. Does that sound like equal justice?

The left-leaning fake news mass media were all claiming victory after the release of the IG Report. They think they won the fight even though it did deliver a few black eyes to the FBI.

Taxpayers had to pay nearly $50 million for Mueller’s investigation, which proved a colossal waste of time and money. Many in the FBI lied to the FISA court judges in order to give legs to the Russia collusion farce. Hillary paid for the Steele Dossier; a pack of lies made up by Russian ‘sources.’

Hillary colluded with Russia to thwart a lawfully elected president. They also lied to make sure the Trump campaign was spied upon. All roads lead to Obama on that one.

William Barr and John Durham both disagree with Horowitz’s conclusions and that’s encouraging.

Contrary to what the Inspector General determined, the Russia Investigation was NOT justified. It’s time for Barr and Durham to go after the criminals behind the attempted coup. Let’s start draining that swamp!

USMCA Gains Bipartisan Support in House – Senate Leader Mitch Jinping Says Not-so-Fast, Impeachment First…

It’s funny to watch this transparently predictable stuff play out in real time.

After Pelosi gives the nod for USMCA ratification in the House, Senate Leader Mitch McConnell declares he will not allow Senate support until he extracts his impeachment indulgency fees.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said on Tuesday the U.S. Senate would not take up the USMCA trade deal next week before congressional recess.

The Republican leader said that trade deal likely will come up in the Senate after the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump. McConnell said the Senate does hope to tackle the defense and spending bills next week. (link)

Too funny…. and way too predictable.

Now, if you are wondering what the heck is going on, it might be worthwhile to remember the question CTH presented about this dynamic last week:

“So what will the White House need to give McConnell… or what will McConnell’s ask be, in order to protect the office of the president?  Here’s where you have to remember Tom Donohue and the Wall St priorities.

McConnell (subtext Donohue) would prefer the confrontation with China be eliminated and the tariffs dropped.  Is that too big an “ask”?  Would the White House sell/trade McConnell a China deal for better impeachment terms?

All of these are questions worth pondering now, because there’s no doubt they are being discussed amid those in DC sitting on the comfy Corinthian wing-backs and gleefully rubbing their hands around a well polished mahogany table” (read more)

Majority Leader McConnell is not about to lose the opportunity to gain his traditional indulgence fees for his legislative work.  Passing the USMCA before the Senate trail of President Trump would be giving up leverage.  It would be akin to working for free.

Both China and Wall Street have been pouring money into K-Street lobbyists.  There’s a boatload of extraction available before any Senator should be forced to take a final position. Slow down there cowboy, the check-writers are lined up at the doors.

First, delaying USMCA benefits China.  Beijing has invested heavily in Mitch McConnell and that level of alignment needs to be carefully navigated.

Second, passage of the USMCA hurts the Wall Street multinationals.  Those multinational corporations have paid the legislative brokers, K-Street lobbyists, to defend their interests. The multinationals who were ignoring President Trump’s multiple warnings, likely need more time to reposition their assets.

Third, the Wall Street hedgefunds have also paid K-Street.  If USMCA assists the decoupling from China (it does), those hedgefunds need time to extract their financial position from the Stock Market.   **nudge/nudge, wink/wink** We’re talking “folding money” here. Trillions at stake.  If you’re in the market… position yourself accordingly.

All of these trade opportunities are tied together.  The impeachment effort is the Alamo for a global financial network.   Imagine how much money McConnell can make from each of these issues?  (1) Impeachment is worth billions. (2) USMCA is worth billions.  (3)U.S-China is worth billions.  McConnell cannot move quickly without giving up some major financial opportunities. Slowing it all down makes it easier to indulge.

Each of the three issues above is worth some major cash; each must be taken individually.

….You give me the impeachment rules, and you can take the budget and trade checks, deal?….

Full Interview – AG Bill Barr Discusses IG Report and FBI Institutional Issues With Political Corruption…

U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr has sent the totality of the U.S. media into spasmodic fits of apoplexy today as he discusses the findings of the DOJ inspector general review of a highly corrupted FISA process.

The Attorney General talks about how the FBI weaponized their official duty in an effort to carry out what seems to be a political agenda.  Mr. Barr goes into detail with his thoughts on the current criminal review assigned to U.S. Attorney John Durham; and the unfortunate issues with a group at the top of the organization who politicized the FBI as an investigative agency and used an alliance of media assets to achieve political goals.

Many people are writing and asking for my personal opinion of AG Bill Barr. I shall provide that below.

Thoughts: Leading up to the trial of George Zimmerman he had two attorneys: Mark O’Mara and Don West. Don West was the deliberate and angered attorney who was rightly furious over how a completely false case was assembled against his client. The entire CTH community agreed on the value of Don West.

However, Don West wasn’t the lead attorney… there was another, Mark O’Mara.

Mr. O’Mara gave the intentional impression of being above it all, elevated above the politics, and affable to the groups who wanted to hang Zimmerman in the town square and also understandable toward the defenders of Zimmerman who recognized the rail-roading.

O’Mara became a Rosetta stone. Some Zimmerman supporters saw O’Mara as self-serving, duplicitous, cunning (not in a good way) and essentially deceiving his client by not trying to be assertive in defense. Others saw O’Mara as smart, prudent and staying above the fray to be more influential toward the benefit of his client amid circles of media opposition.

The strong differences of opinion over O’Mara were fought on the pages of CTH for over a year. Pro-O’Mara and Anti-O’Mara we both good groups of people; excellent and passionate people; but each saw Mark O’Mara in a different way.

Personally I did not see Mark O’Mara in a good light. I predicted his positioning was to gain a lucrative media gig at the conclusion of a fraudulent trial. [He took a CNN contract within three weeks of trial ending]  But more important than that recognition of selfish sensibility was the evidence.

The evidence was overwhelming (at least to CTH in 2012) that Witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, was an imposter.

The anonymous Witness #8 was the only reason the State of Florida could get an arrest. Witness #8 was also manufactured by the corrupt Scheme Team of Trayvon’s family.

Completely made up.

Incredibly the corrupt State of FL prosecution team consisting of SAO Angela Corey and Bernie De La Rionda went along with a criminally corrupt prosecution using evidence they knew was manufactured.

If we knew the manufacturing of evidence to be true… demonstrably and provably true.. well, Don West and Mark O’Mara certainly knew it to be true.

Yet Mark O’Mara did nothing about it… EVER. O’Mara knew the state had manufactured evidence. O’Mara Explicitly knew his client was being railroaded by a criminal enterprise carried out by the State of Florida and Trayvon Martin Family. And Mark O’Mara never brought it up before, during, or even after the trial… Not once.

Attorney Mark O’Mara won the case because the case itself was a fraud. However, the “case” never should have gone to trial. In my passionately frustrated opinion O’Mara should have called out the fraud and defended his client by avoiding the ridiculous trial.

[NOTE: Seven years later, with Witness #8 admitting to the fraud, George Zimmerman is rightly suing all of those who participated.]

Why do I bring up this example?

Because in my opinion, having watched nine months of his professional effort, right now the metaphor is: Bill Barr is Mark O’Mara, the U.S. Constitution is George Zimmerman, and we’re about to go to trial again.
