Supreme Court Term Limits?

Joe Biden declared that implementing term limits would be one of his last acts before vanishing from Washington. No, he is not demanding that Congress heed to term limits. Biden himself is a career politician who profited from a lifetime of rubbing elbows with the establishment at the expense of the people. He would not dare to implement laws that would hurt his remaining allies in Washington. The real reason that the establishment want justices to have term limits is because they fear a Trump majority SCOTUS.

The Supreme Court of the United States was created over 233 years ago in 1789 and there have been 116 serving Justices. Justices are appointed for life, with the average Justice serving for around 16 years. Cyclically, a new judge enters the SCOTUS every two to three years.

“The next president is likely to have two new Supreme Court nominees. Two more. He’s already appointed two that have been very negative in terms of rights of individuals,” Biden commented. Trump named three justices during his term – Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanagh and Amy Coney Barrett – cementing the conservative majority on the bench.”

The Democrats are using abortion, Roe v. Wade, as their reasoning behind abolishing the current structure of the highest court. These politicians do not care about human rights. They are angered that the SCOTUS has ruled against the establishment time and time again. The court denied the establishment the opportunity to force Trump off the ballot. Even the liberal Justices unanimously agreed that states do not have the authority to enforce Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.

The Supreme Court has overturned Chevron U.S.A. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, which permitted government agencies to implement the rule of law, bypassing the federal judicial system. Absolutely every facet of American life is partially controlled by unelected government agencies who need not abide by a uniform rule of law before implementing regulations. Revoking the Chevron doctrine took away tools of the deep state such as forcing the EPA to carry out climate imitative or permitting the FDA to advocate government-approved COVID-19 treatments. Even the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has lost power in controlling America’s financial markets as a result of this ruling.

There is no place for constitutional law in an increasingly tyrannical justice system.

Biden could only implement term limits through an amendment to the Constitution itself or pushing legislation through congress. A proposed constitutional amendment must receive two-thirds of support by state legislations. Thirty-eight of the 50 members must agree to ratification. This option would leave less room for interpretation or continued legal review.

The second method would be implementing legislation through Congress, and it would be of no surprise if a bill is currently being drafted. The House and Senate would need to agree on such term limits without overtly abandoning Article III of the Constitution that outlines the power of the judicial branch.

All politicians should have term limits to prevent careers that lead to corruption and tyranny. The American justice system was based upon the Roman Republic, which collapsed because of pervasive internal corruption by career politicians. A Roman dictator was a magistrate of the Roman Republic, to whom they entrusted the full authority of the state to deal with some emergency or to undertake a specific duty. Every other magistrate was subordinate to his rule. Even the right of the plebeian tribunes, which no one could touch and had the power to charge politicians, could not veto his actions, and any right to appeal was extremely limited. We see a similar aspect in the US Congress because each side will oppose the other to deprive them of any credit. However, at least a dictator could not be bribed.

A Roman dictation could never roam freely and charge people with crimes outside of his appointed purpose. We see special prosecutors like Mueller violate his authority in this manner. Additionally, a Roman dictator was obligated to resign his office once his appointed task had been completed.

If the SCOTUS faces term limits, then all public officials should be held to the same standard. We are watching the likes of Joe Biden preferring to waste away in office than to step down. We witness them profiting through insider trading, and even the “big man” in the highest office was coerced into bringing the entire nation into a war to protect his special interests. The power to indict must be taken away from the Department of Justice and that decision should be also presented to a panel of independent lawyers who make that decision, not a prosecutor. There should also be no prosecutorial immunity. America must be restored to a system that is FOR THE PEOPLE.

It All Tracks – Hersch Reports Barack Obama Threatened Biden with 25th Amendment Removal

In popular lingo young people simply say, “that tracks.”  It’s a quick way of saying, new information makes sense with pre-existing information.

Investigative journalist Seymour Hersch writes on his substack [SEE HERE], an article outlying how his sources in Washington DC and the White House have confirmed to him that former President Barack Obama was the impetus to push Joe Biden out of the 2024 presidential race.

Seymour Hersh says President Obama was “deeply involved” with the alleged coup and called Joe Biden after his “incident” in Las Vegas, which, from all outward appearances, looks like a major slip and fall – with a significant hit to the head.

“I went over [reports] this week with a senior official in Washington who helped me fashion an account of a White House in complete disarray,” Hersh said.

“Obama called Biden after breakfast [on July 20] and said, ‘Here’s the deal. We have Kamala’s approval to invoke the 25th Amendment,’” a senior Washington official told Hersh. Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Hakeem Jeffries were reportedly directly involved.

Obama’s plan was to not to immediately endorse Kamala, but it was clear that she would “get the nod.” “[Obama] had an agenda and he wanted to seek it through to the end, and he wanted to have control over who would be elected.” (Hersch article encapsulated)

Not only does this outline track with every datapoint known about events leading up to the Biden announcement, it also aligns with the entire background of the Obama team operating inside the Biden administration.  Team Obama have always been in control.  Heck, the Obamas never even left Washington DC after their term in office.

The bigger understanding is in the final quote cited.  “[Team Obama] had an agenda and he wanted to seek it through to the end, and he wanted to have control over who would be elected.”  This is the part where people forget the risk to Team Obama that has never gone away.

The Obama “fundamental change” was a construct of malicious intent.  Much of it fraught with unlawful activity only possible by weaponizing the various agencies and bureaus of the U.S. government.  Going all the way back to 2007 through 2017, that decade is filled with unlawful action by Barack Obama and the people behind him.  This is the core of their ongoing need for control, likely for a generation or more.

President Obama and his likeminded ideological foot-soldiers weaponized the federal system of government.  In every action from the moment he left office, Obama’s team have been working one long continuum of control in order to keep all of their prior activity hidden.  The need for Kamala ‘brat’ Harris is simply another step in this long process to hide the activity.

The NSA Database was weaponized to conduct political surveillance.

The Dept of Justice was weaponized to target their political opposition.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation was weaponized to act as the police investigative units for those targets.

The Dept of Homeland Security was weaponized to control the evidence and information about their political targeting and surveillance.

The IRS was weaponized against Obama’s political opposition.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence was weaponized to allow the targeting radar to sweep internally against American citizens under the guise of national security and domestic terror threats.

The Central Intelligence Agency was weaponized allowing and permitting their “foreign surveillance” mandate to merge with the DHS internal surveillance mandate, while simultaneously the CIA conducted overseas political operations against the interests of sovereign countries.  All of their activity in ideological alignment.

The Defense Department was purged of patriotism, intentionally weakened through diversity equity and inclusion, and then boiled down to a flag corps of general willing to go along with the policy of Obama.

Main Justice through the National Security Division used FARA violations to target anyone who was determined a threat to the fundamental change, and Main Justice began wholesale Lawfare operations against Donald Trump and any entity who would dare align with him.

Hundreds of millions, likely billions, were funneled through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, The Green New Deal, The Inflation Reduction Act, and various legislative expenditures to foreign governments; those funds went directly into the bank accounts of Democrat donors and political activist groups.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, the part the awakened American public can look into and see for themselves. Underneath the waterline, there’s tens of thousands of vested interests, inside and outside of Washington DC, operating to maintain the fundamental change that Obama created.  However, their defenses are weak and shallow, fraught with vulnerability and the endless need to avoid sunlight.

All of that scheming, rot, corruption and unlawful activity makes them vulnerable.  The need for control is a reaction to fear.  The ‘fundamental change’ group are fraught with fear.  That is why they consider the current political landscape as a zero-sum contest.

It tracks, it all tracks.

Whistleblower Report – Trust Lost: Local and State Law Enforcement Stop Cooperating and Sharing Information with Politicized FBI

Miranda Devine has an interesting op-ed today in the New York Post, sharing information gleaned from a group of law enforcement who are no longer cooperating with what they see as a highly politicized FBI.

The underlying issue is not a surprise to many of us, and the specific reasons for the distrust and lack of cooperation are, not surprisingly, exactly what we predicted long before their assembly came together.

NEW YORK POST – […] “They are not only reluctant to work with the FBI but reportedly have decided to no longer share actionable, substantive information on criminal and other intelligence-related activity with the FBI.” 

Most concerning is what the alliance of whistleblowers calls a “crisis of confidence” in FBI-led task forces where relationships with local cops have deteriorated to the point of “imploding” in some cases because of “poor management and ineffective leadership by the FBI.” 

Local cops said their precipitous loss of trust in the FBI was triggered by its excessive response to the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, followed by the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida. 

One source, a 25-year veteran sergeant in the Major Crimes Division of a large police force in a Western state, said they “cannot understand why the FBI is not going after [far-left militant group] Antifa, BLM and pro-Palestinian rioters with the same vigor the FBI brought to bear against” J6 participants. What the group describes about the FBI relationship with Antifa is exactly what we have previously discussed on these pages.  There is no way for Antifa to operate as a domestic extremist group, without the expressed support and willful blindness of the FBI.  Quite simply if the FBI wanted to stop the violent and extremist activity of Antifa, they could do that easily.

Remember, the objective of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was to resecure what they perceived as physical evidence President Trump controlled showing how the DOJ and FBI action in 2016 was targeting him using the power of their law enforcement and intelligence agencies.   In the background, the origination of all the DOJ/FBI/IC targeting goes back to the ’15/’16 FBI exploitation of the NSA database; this is not a contested discussion issue – it’s just continually forgotten.

The FBI was using their access to the NSA metadata of all Americans, to conduct surveillance on political candidates that might be a threat to the power structures that exploited the secrets within the electronic records of all Americans.  The FBI was, almost certainly still is, conducting domestic surveillance and tracking Americans just like the German Stasi or Soviet KGB.  It’s still happening, but we are not supposed to talk about it, or something.

The raid on Mar-a-Lago, just like the Robert Mueller investigation, was part of a long standing coverup operation.  The FBI was looking for what Trump took with him as evidence of the weaponized system that targeted him.  The FBI wanted that back.  The FBI was willing to use deadly force to get it back if that’s what it took.

The modern FBI is the police agency of a weaponized U.S government, with a direct and purposeful mandate to keep the American people under control through strict surveillance and a violent police state.

Understand and accept this with great seriousness, there are no honorable “rank and file” inside this organization.

Every member of the FBI is a participant in the weaponization of power and government. The members are jackboots recruited from ideological college campuses for exactly the purpose of supporting a Stasi-like police state.

Through the past several years, we have discovered how the FBI worked inside Twitter, Facebook and social media to control information, remove content and manipulate opinion on behalf of the U.S. government – all activity political.

We have also learned the FBI took active measures to suppress information about the Hunter Biden laptop and control any negative consequences for the Biden regime – again, political.  These are not disputed realities.

The U.S. Dept of Justice and FBI are now political institutions that have abandoned their originating mission in order to become the domestic equivalent of the Soviet-era FSB. Their joint targeting mechanisms have been redesigned to support the interests of corrupt DC politicians, specifically the interests of Democrats.

It was in June 2022, when Senator Chuck Grassley sent a letter [pdf HERE] to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Chris Wray, notifying them of whistleblower allegations from within the FBI that senior leadership in both Main Justice and FBI are involved in a coordinated effort to cover up criminal activity related to Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower allegations, in combination with the documented history of DOJ and FBI misconduct, culminate in Senator Grassley stating:

“If these allegations are true and accurate, the Justice Department and FBI are – and have been – institutionally corrupted to their very core to the point in which the United States Congress and the American people will have no confidence in the equal application of the law. Attorney General Garland and Director Wray, simply put, based on the allegations that I’ve received from numerous whistleblowers, you have systemic and existential problems within your agencies.” (LINK)

Grassley was admitting what has been visible for years.

Senator Grassley is telling the corrupt DOJ-FBI leadership that people in the organizations are outlining the detailed behavior of their corrupt leadership.  However, with zero oversight involved, and with Democrats in charge of all committees that would be responsible for such oversight, and with institutional media in alignment and agreement with the corrupt institutional intents of the DOJ/FBI, the frustrating question becomes, “and“?

I mean, who are we kidding?  If Republicans were in charge of the Senate Judiciary, Reform/Oversight, or Intelligence committees, do we really believe that anything would be different?   Before responding to that cynicism, remind yourself, they were for four years, January 2015 through January 2019, Republicans in charge of oversight.

It was exactly when Republicans were in charge of Main Justice and FBI oversight that Main Justice and FBI were targeting political candidate Donald Trump.

In July 2021, the DOJ OIG produced an absolutely damning Inspector General investigation of FBI conduct in the rape and sexual assault of U.S. Gymnasts, revealing how FBI agents facilitated Nassar’s sex crimes by taking no action despite numerous witness statements to them.

Worse yet, the FBI never reported the sexual assaults to local law enforcement… and to top it off, the rank and vile FBI agents lied during the investigation of their conduct, and the DOJ under AG Bill Barr, and now under AG Merrick Garland, refused to prosecute the FBI liars.

The entire IG report [Must Read pdf Here] reveals layer-upon-layer of FBI wrongdoing, misconduct and false statements in an effort to cover up their activity when the internal investigation of their conduct began.  This report is a total condemnation of the FBI rank and file.  It really is quite stunning.

BACKGROUND on FBI –  As we discovered in January of 2023, the FBI was fully aware of the terrorist who was planning to shoot the synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, and yet they did nothing.

The FBI knowledge of the shooter, Malik Faisal Akram, who was known as Faisal Akram, was confirmed by The Daily Mail. Akram ranted, prior to his travel to the U.S, that he wished he had died in the 9/11 terror attacks. He was a regular visitor to Pakistan, and reportedly a member of the Tablighi Jamaat group set up to ‘purify’ Islam. To say the U.S. intelligence system knew Faisal Akram would be an understatement.

The FBI was also fully aware of the Boston Marathon bombers, the Tsarnaev brothers, before they executed their plot.  The FBI took no action.  The Russian police twice warned the FBI that the Tsarnaev brothers were going to carry out a domestic terrorist attack on the USA, the FBI did nothing.

The FBI knew about the San Bernardino terrorists, specifically Tashfeen Malik, and were monitoring her phone calls and communications before her and Syed Farook executed their attack killing 14 people and leaving 22 others seriously injured.  The FBI took no action.

The FBI knew Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad Alissa before he executed his attack.  The FBI took no action.

The FBI knew in advance of the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Omar Mateen) and were tipped off by the local sheriff. The FBI knew in advance of the San Bernardino Terrorists (Tashfeen Malik). The FBI knew in advance of the Boston Marathon Bombers (the Tsarnaev brothers) tipped off by Russians.  The FBI knew in advance of the Parkland High School shooter (Nikolas Cruz). The FBI knew in advance of the Fort Hood shooter (Nidal Hasan), and the FBI knew in advance of Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa.  The FBI took no action.

The case of the first recorded ISIS attack on U.S. soil was in Garland, Texas in 2015.

The FBI not only knew the shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi) in advance, BUT the FBI ALSO took the shooters to the venue and were standing only a few yards away when Simpson and Soofi opened fire.  Yes, you read that correctly – the FBI took the terrorists to the event and then watched it unfold.  “An FBI trainer suggested in an interview with “60 Minutes” that, had the attack been bigger, the agency’s numerous ties to the shooter would have led to a congressional investigation.”

Remember, shortly before the 2018 mid-term election, when Ceasar Syoc – a man living in his van – was caught sending “energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction”, or what FBI Director Christopher Wray called “not hoax devices”?

Remember how sketchy everything about that was, including the child-like perpetrator telling a judge later that he was trying to walk back his guilty plea, because he was tricked into signing a confession for a crime he did not create.

Or more recently, the goofball plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer that involved 18 suspects, twelve of them actually working for the FBI as the plot was hatched?  And we cannot forget the January 6th. DC protest turned insurrection effort, which is clearly looking like an FBI inspired and coordinated effort; and unlike Syoc, despite the numerous CCTV cameras and resources in the area, they cannot find who placed the pipe-bombs?

Have we forgotten the Atlanta “Olympic Park Bombing”, and the FBI intentionally setting up transparently innocent, Richard Jewel?

What about the FBI failing to investigate the assassination of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens in Benghazi.  Did we forget when Robert Mueller’s FBI waited 19 days after the Benghazi attack before showing up at the compound?….  Journalists from the USA were walking around the compound after 48 hours, but it took the FBI another two weeks before the first investigator arrived…. All evidence long destroyed.

Then, there’s the entirety of the FBI conduct in “Spygate”, the demonstrably evident FBI operation to conduct political surveillance against Donald Trump using their investigative authorities; and the downstream consequences of a massive institutional effort to cover up one of the biggest justice department scandals in the history of our nation.   The original effort against Donald Trump used massive resources from the DOJ and FBI.  Heck, the coverup operation using the Mueller/Weissmann special counsel used more than 50 investigative FBI agents alone.

And of course, the FBI still had 13 extra agents available to rush to a NASCAR racetrack to investigate a garage door pull-down rope that might have been perceived as a noose; but the serial rape of hundreds of teenage girls, eh, not-so-much effort – even when they are standing in front of the FBI begging for help.

[At this point, I am increasingly convinced by evidence there are elements within the FBI that are enablers involved in sex trafficking, human smuggling, abduction, counterfeiting and money laundering as part of their operational mission.]

The FBI didn’t make a mistake or drop the proverbial ball in the Olympic gymnast case, they intentionally and specifically maintained the sexual exploitation of teenage girls by doing absolutely nothing with the complaints they received.   This is not misconduct, this is purposeful.

Then, as if to apply salt to the open wound of severe FBI politicization, what did the FBI do with the Hunter Biden laptop?

[Notice I’ve set the issue of the disappearing Huma Abedin/Anthony Weiner laptop –in the known custody of the FBI– over there in the corner, next to missing investigation of the Awan brothers.]

More recently, the FBI executed a search warrant on the home and office of Project Veritas and the founder James O’Keefe.  While the raid was taking place, a New York Times reporter called O’Keefe to ask him about his thoughts on getting raided. The same New York Times journalist, a few days later, then begins writing about the confidential attorney-client privileged information illegally retrieved then leaked by the FBI during their raid.

What the Federal Security Service (FSB) is to the internal security of the Russian state, so too is the FBI in performing the same function for the U.S. federal government.

The FBI is a U.S. version of the Russian “State Police”; and the FBI is deployed -almost exclusively- to attack domestic enemies of those who control government, while they protect the interests of the U.S. Fourth Branch of Government.  That is the clear and accurate domestic prism to contextualize their perceived mission: “domestic violent extremists pose the greatest threat” to their objective.

Put another way, “We The People”, who fight against government abuse and usurpation, are the FBI’s actual and literal enemy.

Let me be very clear with another brutally obvious example.  Antifa could not exist as an organization, capable to organize and carry out violent attacks against their targets, without the full support of the FBI.   If the FBI wanted to arrest members of Antifa, who are actually conducting violence, they could do it easily – with little effort.

It is the absence of any action, by the FBI toward Antifa, that tells us the FBI is enabling that violent extremist behavior to continue.  Once you accept that transparent point of truth, then you realize the FBI definition of domestic violent extremism is something else entirely.

The FBI is not a law enforcement or investigative division of the U.S. Department of Justice.  The FBI is a political weapon of a larger institution that is now focused almost entirely toward supporting a radical communist agenda to destroy civil society in the United States.

The FBI set up the operation in Michigan to give the illusion that domestic threats were attempting to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer, everything about the events were an FBI construct.   The same thing with the January 6th events in Washington DC and the pipe bombs.  These are domestic FBI operations.  Think about the precarious nature of what this type of activity indicates.

The current mission of the FBI appears to be preserving and protecting institutional power by protecting the administration of Joe Biden.

Anyone who continues to push this insufferable and fraudulent “honorable FBI rank and file talking point”, is, at this point in history, willfully and purposefully operating to deceive the American people on behalf of government interests who are intent on destroying us.

It is not a difference of opinion any longer.  Personally, I have lost the ability to sit comfortably or intellectually with anyone who pushes or accepts the ‘mistakes are made’ nonsense.  The FBI is not making mistakes, they are doing well what is important to them.

To me, it comes down to a simple matter of accepting what is continually staring us in the face.

Additionally, as we watched the outcome of the Michael Sussmann trial, we should never lose sight of the fact that 40 FBI agents were involved in the Mueller-Weissmann probe to investigate the fraudulent construct created by Hillary Clinton and crew.  40 agents? And, according to the outcome of the Sussmann trial, the FBI knew it was all a ruse.

This is why and how the Fourth Branch of U.S. Government is now the superseding apparatus above all other branches.  {GO DEEP} This is why and how Barack Obama, John Brennan and Eric Holder created it, cemented it, and made it impervious to any effort to remove it.

Remember when Henry Cuellar was critical of the Biden administration open border policies that were hurting his Texas district?  Less than a month after going public with his criticisms, the FBI raids on his home and office began.  The same FBI that raided the home of James O’Keefe while coordinating their search with the New York Times.

The Fourth Branch of Government is corrupt; heck, the J6 committee was defending the corrupt FBI, participating with the corrupt FBI, selling a joint J6 operation that involved the FBI.  The corrupt media have aligned with the corrupt FBI, and the justice institutions in/around this legal framework are self-aware and fully autonomous.

As the Twitter files show, the DOJ and FBI, through the authority of DHS, now have the ability to monitor every single aspect of every life that might seek to challenge or destroy the corrupt system.

In essence, Skynet -the ultimate end game of political surveillance and targeting outlined by Edward Snowden- has been activated.  We the People are the enemy of the state.

Jackboots are very real, and they are wearing FBI logos on their shirts.

Beyond Schoolhouse Rock – Understanding U.S. Government, 2024 Edition

Some people struggle to understand the relationships of the IC silo operation in Washington DC.  That struggle is completely understandable, because the modern functioning doesn’t come as an outcome of any constitutional or legislative framework.  The modern functioning was created by the Intelligence Community (IC).

To share an example and provide an accurate elevator speech, CTH assembles non-pretending metaphors.  Here’s the State Department and CIA joint silo operation. All of our foreign allies and enemies know and understand this metaphor.  I have discussed it with several and many smile in affirmation:

The U.S State Dept and CIA operation is like a restaurant.

The Dept of State is the front of the restaurant, with the Secretary as the Maitre D’.

The CIA is the back of the restaurant, the kitchen. The Director is the Chef.

The menus at the front, as well as the specific seating/tables available, are dependent on the status of each guest. Each table gets a different menu.

The Chef has the opportunity to kill the diner. The diners know this and those who understand the nature of the business model consider the Chef the most powerful person in the establishment.

The consulates are the wait staff. USAID are the food runners. The Dept of Defense are the bus boys.

Ukraine is a big tipper.

See the Signals Through the Noise

At the same time that Benjamin Netanyahu is in Washington DC to rally U.S. support for the ongoing Israeli conflict against Hamas in Gaza, FBI Director Chris Wray is informing congress of the potential for domestic Iranian interests to be involved in the assassination attempt against President Trump.

What does each narrative have in common?

When outgoing President Barack Obama had his final “transition” meeting with incoming President Donald Trump, he informed the incoming administration the biggest geopolitical threat to national security interests comes from North Korea. President-elect Trump asked President Obama if he had ever spoken to Chairman Kim Jong-un.  The response was that U.S. policy is not to reward aggressors with direct contact.  As the story is told, those types of discussions are perceived within the USG as rewarding our adversaries.

That was that.

Subsequently, and in a complete departure from national security norms and USG policy as created by those who run USG policy – ie. The Deep State, President Trump told his national security team to arrange contact with Chairman Kim.  I will not repeat the week-to-week events, but not surprisingly, things radically changed.

The intelligence community (IC), the true control elements of the deepest part of our USG Deep State, were not happy.  When President Trump spoke to Chairman Kim, he violated one of the governing sacraments constructing the walls around the compartmented Silos.

If a president is told it is raining outside while sitting in a room without windows, is it really raining?

….Back to the IC and Iran.

Today while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is warning about the great threat that Iran represents, Director Chris Wray is telling congress of the likelihood that domestic Iranian influences might, repeat – might, have been associated with contact toward Thomas Crooks, the Trump assassin.

Netanyahu is warning congress.  Wray is warning congress.  Both warnings seemingly identify the same “enemy.”

President Netanyahu is going to Mar-a-Lago to tell President Trump the same message.

Should we see a signal through the noise, or just brush it off?

Again, it is irrelevant for the purposes of this discussion whether it is true or untrue.  What matters is who is assembling the information that Chris Wray is telling congress?

Chris Wary maybe a willing salesperson, willfully blind, or just an idiot who speaks to the constructed analysis of those within the IC who relay information to his office.  Again, it matters not.

If the assassin had succeeded, at the end of a long and painful period of investigation, would the 1,500-page report on the assassination of Trump, the ‘mistakes were made dissertation’, eventually end with the 17-agency IC conclusion that Iran was a culprit?  Thankfully, we will never know.

I return to the originating example….

… Would President Donald Trump in 2025 ever be allowed to make contact with the leaders in Iran?  Would he try?  Are all of these current elements trying to ensure such a proposition never takes place.

We can easily predict that President Trump will stop the Russia -vs- Ukraine conflict very quickly, because the USA is essentially the unspoken source of that conflict.

A change in USA policy completely changes the dynamic in Ukraine.  However, the same domestic political voices that are beneficiaries of that Ukraine conflict are the same domestic voices who are beneficiaries of the Israel/Gaza conflict.  The difference is that we clearly see the former, the latter is only just starting to surface.

The IC most likely won’t be able to stop Trump from ending the Russia/Ukraine war, but they will try.  However, the IC might be able to stop Trump from ending the Iran/Israel war.

Is that what we are seeing.

FBI Director Chris Wray Testifies to House Judiciary Committee on Trump Assassination Effort – 10:00am Livestream

Today, FBI Director Christopher Wray will face questions about the FBI role in the attempted assassination of President Trump and their investigation in the aftermath.

To date, despite the significance of the event, no official press conference with the heads of Secret Service, Dept of Homeland Security or the FBI have taken place.  There have been ZERO official press conference where USSS, DHS or FBI would answer questions.  In the absence of this protocol, which is intentionally missing, congress has stepped into the role of the media and trying to get answers.  It’s all sketchy; all of it.

Director Wray appears before the House Judiciary Committee today at 10:00am. Unfortunately, given the long history of the FBI claiming they cannot speak due to never-ending ongoing investigations, I do not anticipate much substantive progress. We are all very frustrated. Livestream Links Below.

Who Really Controls Your Access to Politicians? The SWAMP!

QUESTION: Marty, I watched Rep. Anna Paulina Luna interrogating the questionable Secret Service Director Cheatle. Paulina accused her of perjury. She says that Garland probably told her to stonewall. Pailina is your representative. Why has she not asked the Inspector General to investigate your case with all the evidence you presented in the Plot to Seize Russia? It seems with Hillary sniffing around the presidency, if she is really gun-ho, she should be championing what you have uncovered.

ANSWER: Let me explain how Washington really works. The UNELECTED bureaucrats run the show – NOT your representative. They stand guard, and you will NEVER be beyond them if it is an issue that they do not want to raise. I doubt that Paulina is even aware of who I am, and I live in her district. I have been in contact with the bureaucrats who surround her, but that is as far as you ever get unless THEY approve of whatever issue is discussed – not the politician. So, without 10,000 letters stuffing her mailbox, the bureaucrats (SWAMP) guard the gates, and you will never get past them, for their real job is to defend the SWAMP!

I voted for Paulina. I think she is smart and has a fire in her belly, as they say. But the bureaucrats that form a ring around your access to any representative are there to DEFEND the SWAMP – not democracy as they claim. This is true for Democrats and Republicans. The UNELECTED bureaucrats are the ones who stuffed Trump’s cabinet with people like John Bolton. Our current political system will crash and burn from its internal corruption driven by protecting the SWAMP at all costs. Bolton did everything in his power to keep waging endless wars to overthrow Russia. You will never get to anyone in Washington unless the bureaucrat who guards them likes the issue. They are the ultimate filter in this corrupt political system.

The Secret Service clearly stood down, and Paulina was correct that it was Attorney General Merrick Garland, who is already in contempt of Congress, who told Director Cheatle not to answer questions. Garland had gone after Trump and had a conflict of interest with Victoria Nuland and Blinken. It is NOT that they are Jewish, but that they all claim that Russians persecuted their families. They use the antisemitism attack on anyone who dares to question what they are doing. I have plenty of Jewish friends. What are the odds of three people claiming Jewish heritage in the Ukraine region and their families being persecuted by Russians?

There have been plenty of Jewish high level people in Washington. None of them claimed personal injuries by Russians. Remember Henry Kissinger, America’s first Jewish Secretary of State, who advised Nixon on opening China.  There was James Schlesinger, who became America’s first Jewish Secretary of Defense. Then there was Arthur Burns, who was America’s second Jewish Chairman of the Federal Reserve and presided over the collapse of Bretton Woods. Herbert Stein was America’s second Jewish Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors. There was also  Casper Weinberger, who was OMB Director and Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare. Oscar Straus was the first Jew appointed as Secretary of Commerce by Theodore Roosevelt back in 1906. Herbert Hoover appointed Eugene Meyer as the first Jewish Chairman of the Federal Reserve in 1930. The mere fact that all three are Jewish is not the issue. They are raising the shield of antisemitism to prevent anyone from investigating their personal conflict of interest, and with Garland in contempt and instructing Director Cheatle to hide the truth, our country is on a serious rise because of these three individuals.

This is what I mean: The unelected bureaucrats control the country—NOT the people, not even our politicians. This is the REAL SWAMP that is by no means the people we elect. It is far more sinister than that, and it runs much deeper – hence the Deep State. These people are always there and remain regardless of the administration. Why is Garland in contempt of Congress? He knows only the DOJ can criminally charge him, and he controls that. He has directed all the prosecutions against Trump. Now, Garland is apparently telling Director Cheatle to stonewall and commit perjury. Only he can prosecute her. This is a giant conspiracy, and they still will never tell the truth about the SWAMP’s assassination of JFK more than 60 years ago.

This smells like JFK all over again!

Secret Service Tells President Trump to Stop Holding Outdoor Rallies – NBC Reports President Trump Has Agreed

According to multiple reports, the Secret Service told President Trump to stop holding outdoor MAGA rallies.

That part doesn’t come as a surprise, not because of any security risk, but because in the manufactured optics of the 2024 election Team Chicago cannot maintain the illusion of massive Kamala support. The contrast is against their interests.

Also, when you understand the game -especially the IC role within the game- the outlet pushing the story makes it even more obvious.

WASHINGTON POST – Secret Service officials encouraged Donald Trump’s campaign to stop scheduling large outdoor rallies and other outdoor events with big crowds after the assassination attempt on the former president in Butler, Pa., according to people familiar with the matter.

In the aftermath of the shooting, agents from the Secret Service communicated their concerns about large outdoor rallies going forward to Trump campaign advisers, three people familiar with the matter said.  The people familiar with the matter spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe private discussions. NBC, the cable PR firm for the Harris campaign, is now reporting that President Trump has agreed and acquiesced.

We will wait and see if this reporting is accurate.  However, don’t overlook the potential Alinsky factor in this type of Deep State shaping.  The IC sets the stage via USSS for a game of isolation, ridicule and marginalization.  Psychotics and Narcissists love playing these head games.
