I never made general but its not hard to see these these two general’s have it right and as an officer (which I was) it is our sworn duty to protect the Constitution — not the president and not the federal government but the constitution. Unlike politicians most military officers take their oath seriously!
I agree 100% there are no “moderate” Muslims — if there were they would condemn the be-heading’s and so since they don’t then they ALL must have no problem with that act!
The Arabic adage says that the ‘enemy of my enemy is my friend’, which goes to explain the unholy alliance between Radical Islam and Radical Secular Leftists. They hate the affluent West and especially the Great and little Satan that represent the affluent Democracies that showcase the failure of Islam as a benevolent religion on the planet.
We have heard endlessly from the Praetorian Media that most of the billions of Muslims on the planet are ‘moderate’ and Jihadists who cut off heads of bound but alive Westerners with steak knives is simply a small fraction of ‘radicals’. That of course is a lie because like Global Warming, ‘Moderate Islam’ is a fairy tale construct of the Left. Daniel Greenfield explains it perfectly.

One would think, if one were a reasonable man, that Obama’s does have a strategy — its just that his strategy is actually the support of the ISIS since hew uses the ISIL which is basically the old Ottoman empire before WWI. Remember gun running by the CIA from Libya through Benghazi through Turkey into Syria and the yet to be born ISIS was what Obama was doing and since he didn’t want that known he and Hillary let ambassador Stevens be killed.
No argument with these men, and further more history has proved them right beyond any reasonable doubt!

I posted this peculiarity last week. It has become increasingly conspicuous, annoying even, that while the rest of the world refers to the cockroaches beheading innocent people, including children, across Syria and Iraq, as ISIS, or IS, King Hussein, and the rest of his administration insist on referring to the lice-ridden scumbags as ISIL.
“Tomaytoes/tomahtoes?” Hmmmmmm, I don’t think so. If you look closely at the literal, geographical difference between the two acronyms, it appears that there is much more to the story.
ISIS is an acronym for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, which includes only territory within the clear borders of those two sovereign countries. ISIL is an acronym for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
The “Levant” includes Israel.

The media will not let the general public know that the core problem with Obama’s “Arab spring” is Islam itself. Islam IS NOT AND CAN NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH WESTERN CIVILIZATION. Anyone that doesn’t believe this is either ignorant of the facts or an utter fool!
There is no way to get around this FACT and that is why Muslim’s are so sensitive over the issue. Its made worse since they believe that their Qur’an is literately the word of their Allah and can not be changed. That is also different than other religions which believe that their founding documents are “man’s” interpretation of Gods will.
