Rule of Law & Prosecutors Are ALWAYS Above the Law

Anyone who thinks prosecutors are to be trusted is out of your mind. I have NEVER met one that had an ounce of honesty or ethics. It is extremely rare for any court actually to go after a prosecutor. Perhaps one in a billion. They are on the same team to uphold their 99% conviction rate. Back in 2017, a prosecutor was caught red-handed listening to conversations of a defendant and their lawyer. They do that all the time. Even the New York Times published “Rampant Prosecutorial Misconduct” which was a shock that they acknowledged anything.

In a mafia case, the defendant asked for his phone call recordings in prison. They sent him those of the rat who would testify against him. There, he was on the phone with the prosecutor who was asking him to testify against someone else. He told the prosecutor he didn’t know that guy. The prosecutor said no problem; after he preps him, he will know him like his brother. He then submitted the tapes to Judge Kaplan in New York, demanding an investigation. Kaplan said that was a violation for a different case and refused to allow the tapes to be heard by the jury.

There was a 23-year-old kid charged with a conspiracy for a drug murder, and his crime was someone asked where some guy was, and he pointed over there. He wanted to go to trial, and the prosecutor moved for the death penalty because they never got on in NYC. This list goes on and on.

Prosecutors abuse the system to win unjust convictions ALL THE TIME. There is the case of JOSEPH SALVATIwhere the Boston jury awarded $102 million because the prosecutors KNEW they were convicting the wrong person. Anyone working for the government who does this sort of thing should be imprisoned. After all, they violate the civil rights of an individual and remain immune from criminal prosecution.

There is the case of Jack McCullough sentenced to life in prison in 1957, who was finally released in 2016. One Judge, U.S. District Judge Leigh Martin May, ruled that the SEC courts established by Roosevelt were unconstitutional. The government just ignored the ruling.

Wilson Edwin Paul

Then there was Edwin Paul Wilson (1928 – 2012), a former CIA and U.S. Naval Intelligence officer who was convicted in 1983 of illegally selling weapons to Libya. When one agency caught him, the CIA denied he worked for them. He was tried and convicted. His daughter fought to get documents to prove he worked for the government, which they denied. What they did to Wilson should give anyone pause as to why they would work for the government.

You can tell Wilson was innocent because they kept him in solitary confinement – the ultimate torture. They did that to prevent him from having free communications outside the prison.

It was later proven that the United States Department of Justice and the CIA had covered up evidence in the case. Wilson’s convictions were overturned in 2003, and he was freed the following year.

Wilson filed a civil suit against seven former federal prosecutors, two of whom are now federal judges and a past executive director of the CIA. On March 29th, 2007, U.S. District Judge Lee Rosenthal dismissed his case on the grounds that all eight had immunity covering their actions.

Nobody will hold prosecutors accountable, and most judges are former prosecutors, so good luck with pleading your case. There is not a vein of morality in most of these people. Even an honest judge is just overruled by the corrupt courts of appeal. When you stare into the eyes of a prosecutor or most judges, all you see is the coldness of evil stripped of all human emotion. They lose all humanity in order to do the job.

The Supreme Court has unleashed the total destruction of the Constitution upon all of us, and there is a growing call to acknowledge and address an epidemic of prosecutorial misconduct in the United States, but nobody will listen. The case was Imbler v. Pachtman, and its perverse holding is uncivilized in any democratic state, for it is the decision of a totalitarian regime.

History repeats because those in power will always act in their own self-interest. Nothing has changed since Thrasymachus warned Socrates, whom they sentenced to death, and Palto fled Athens, saying he would not allow a second crime against Philosophy.

There can be no justice when prosecutors are beyond responsibility for their deliberate actions. That is because ONLY the government can bring a criminal action, and they will NEVER prosecute their own. They would take the stand and state they were told to deny the Constitution and that they were only following orders.

RNC Announces Debate Qualifications for Approved “Republican” Candidates, Including Loyalty Pledge

Posted originally on the CTH on June 2, 2023 | Sundance

Let us be clear and non-pretending.  The RNC, a private corporation run by U.S. multinational corporations, billionaires and donors who control it, is a private club – who construct the rules of affiliation according to the interests and demands of the benefactors.

The RNC club, the right side of the UniParty corporate structure, has zero consideration or interest in the opinion of voters forced to register in their affiliation.

The people who fund the RNC have established the rules for participation in the club debate.  The first club debate is scheduled for August 23, 2023, on Fox News with the approved process through the prism of Rupert Murdoch and Paul Ryan.  Those club rules include:

♦ A qualifying candidate must poll support at least 1% in three national polls, OR 1% in two national polls and 1% in one early state poll from two separate “carve out” states (Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, South Carolina) as conducted by polling recognized and approved by the RNC club.

This rule will elevate all the purposeful idiot club members the voters do not like onto the stage.  After all, what good is a plan to split the vote if the club cannot give the optics needed for the operation.  In essence, and in fact, in order for Chris Christie and Nikki Haley to attack Trump on behalf of DeSantis, they must be on the stage.

♦ Each candidate must meet this polling requirement no later than 48 hours prior to the first scheduled debate and must originate from polling conducted on or after July 1, 2023.

♦ The Candidate must have a minimum of 40,000 unique donors to candidate’s principal presidential campaign committee (or exploratory committee), with at least 200 unique donors per state or territory in 20+ states and/or territories. Evidence of this donor support must be presented to RNC club no later than 48 hours prior to the first scheduled debate.

The RNC club will then use this donor data to request more money for their club operations.

♦ Each candidate must have signed a pledge agreeing to support the eventual club nominee, in order to be considered an “approved republican.”

If the candidate does not support the club rules, the candidate is not approved.

Do you guys see how ridiculously screwed up our system of American party politics is?

If I were advising Donald Trump, or any candidate, I would tell them to put out an official statement that says:

“My loyalty is to the American people, not a private club or politically affiliated corporation. I will not be signing a loyalty pledge to anyone except the American people through my oath of office.  Additionally, my view of our nation does not include any division, subset or categorization of personage based on political affiliation.”

The first rule in the maintenance of a constitutional republic, with the end goal to eliminate corporatism in US politics, should be to outlaw the formation of any political party.

Get rid of political parties, and Bernie Sanders would have been the DNC club candidate in 2016.  Get rid of political parties, and Newt Gingrich would have been the RNC club candidate in 2012.  Get rid of political parties, and voters would see bold contrasts instead of UniParty pastels.

Counter argument – Oh, but if you get rid of political parties then billionaires will just select their guy for office.   My point – WTF do you think we have now?
Of course, Politico gets it exactly wrong – on purpose.

(Via Politico) – The Republican National Committee says it will consider adding a second night to the first GOP presidential primary debate this August in Milwaukee, according to new qualifying standards announced Friday.

The first debate will be Aug. 23 on Fox News Channel, with a possible second date of Aug. 24 if enough candidates meet polling and fundraising criteria — and also commit to supporting the eventual Republican nominee and pledge that they will not participate in any outside debates.

Candidates will have to garner donations from at least 40,000 national contributors and poll consistently above 1 percent in three national polls or two national polls and a state poll, according to the RNC’s announcement. Candidates must secure donations “with at least 200 unique donors per state or territory in 20+ states and/or territories.”

The candidates will have until Aug. 21 — 48 hours before the debate — to meet the criteria. Polls conducted prior to July 1 won’t count toward qualification.

The new standards appear designed to prevent the free-for-all, circus-like debates that occurred in the 2016 Republican primaries. Though it’s too soon to know which candidates will clear the thresholds, the criteria are likely to be difficult for at least some hopefuls to clear.

A smaller stage could benefit Ron DeSantis, who wants a one-on-one matchup with former President Donald Trump. The former president is welcoming a large field to splinter the opposition to him. (read more)

Government’s Rule #1 – There are no Rules in time of Need

Armstrong Eonomics Blog/Corruption Re-Posted May 2, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong; With Mexico pushing to nationalize mines claiming it is targeting lithium, many see this law as opening the door to seizing all mines. You have always warned that as we move closer and closer to 2032, governments will become more authoritarian because they feel that they are losing power. Do you see mines becoming a target when they cancel the paper money and force everyone into government digital currency since gold will be the obvious alternative?

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am sorry for what they did to you, but the positive outcome is first we now know you are not one of them, and secondly that we would never have had access to Socrates. You have your sweet revenge for you are now much more widely known than had you remained exclusive.

Keep that stiff upper lip, as they say.

ANSWER: Yes, I have heard that many times. I was shocked that just 3 months after my release I held a conference mainly because they wanted to shoot the movie The Forecaster. I was totally stunned when people were flying in from around the world. When I asked why they came, they said they wanted to make sure it was really me writing and not the government using my name. That was a surprise but it also shows how much people did not trust the government and that was 12 years ago.

RULE #1 – There are no rules in times of crisis. The government will do whatever they want and it is up to the people to challenge them in court.

In Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer, also known as The Steel Seizure Case, which made it to the Supreme Court where they ruled against President Truman by invalidating his seizure of the nation’s steel industry. In doing so, the Court limited the extent of the powers of the President of the United States under the Constitution. That was then. Biden has done some outrageous actions all with executive orders that defeat Congress and any democratic system.

Back in 1917, President Wilson nationalized the railroad industry to keep workers from striking during WWI. Truman could do something similar via Executive Order, but he had other options as well. In 1947 Congress passed the Taft-Hartley Act, which banned strategies to help workers organize unions and limited the president’s power to seize industries during times of labor unrest. This allowed Truman to force workers back to work for 80 days while negotiations continued between labor and management. In 1948, an amendment was added to the Selective Service Act, allowing the president to seize industry facilities that were unable to fill their government orders for wartime products. The steel industry was not defaulting on its order obligations; however, as commander-in-chief, the president could make all military decisions for the United States, including mobilization efforts.

The story of the Youngstown decision begins with war. In 1950, the United States became involved in the Korean War when North Korean forces invaded the Republic of Korea. President Truman, without a Congressional declaration of war, sent troops to South Korea. In doing so, President Truman became the first president to involve the United States in a major war without specific authorization from Congress.

We must understand that this is the precedent. Biden will pull the same thing and get us involved in World War III and will circumvent Congress if the Neocons think Congress will not declare an act of war. People will say but that is unconstitutional. We ended up in the Korean War with no declaration of war either.

Herbert Hoover launched an investigation into the Great Crash based on a phone call where someone alleged that people manipulated the market down to discredit his administration. His investigations launched the SEC. In his memoirs, he apologized admitting that something the government will burn down the barn to a single rat.

They can seize gold mines and do the same to cryptocurrencies. Anyone who thinks there is some rule of law that will protect them – good luck. This is why I recommend coins and NOT bars for precious metals. Just as in the EU, they have made it illegal for a hotel to accept cash, they will do the same to cryptocurrencies and probably gold bullion. Already in Europe, it is ILLEGAL to pay for anything in excess of €10,000 in cash.

Anyone who thinks that by some miracle cryptocurrency will run parallel to the government’s digital currencies when they eliminate cash probably smoked too much when they were in college. They will not tolerate any competition. As we approach 2032, they will become much more aggressive and destroy everything we thought was our basic human right. Just look at what Trudeau did in Canada not to the Truckers, but froze anyone’s account to even donated money to them.

We do NOT live in a free society nor in a democracy at all. Because of their fiscal mismanagement, they have killed the economy, and now to prevent an uprising when the people figure it all out, they will become increasingly more authoritarian.

Edward Gibbon wrote of Caracalla: Each

distinction of every kind soon became criminal. The possession of wealth stimulated the diligence of the informers; rigid virtue implied a tacit censure of the irregularities of Commodus; important services implied a dangerous superiority of merit; and the friendship of the father always insured the aversion of the son. Suspicion was equivalent to proof; trial to condemnation. The execution of a considerable senator was attended with the death of all who might lament or revenge his fate; and when Commodus had once tasted human blood, he became incapable of pity or remorse

(Book 1, Chapter 4).

On April 8th, 217AD, Caracalla was traveling to visit a temple near Carrhae in southern Turkey. On his journey, he stopped briefly to urinate. A soldier quietly approached Caracalla and stabbed him to death. Such is the fate of tyrants. When the military realizes that the enemy is within, they will eventually turn and defend the people. That is what history offers as an important lesson. They are going to do everything to stop Trump from becoming president because he is not a politician and now knows the game. He would fire all the Neocons and they will sooner assassinate him than relinquish the power they have seized under Biden. They have begun WWIII against Russia and China without a declaration of war as was the case against North Korea.
