Why Justice Can Never Exist for Long Under Centralized Governments

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, I really appreciate you are a student of law. I believe you should also write a book on the evolution of law for your understanding from the role of King Solomon on to our modern system deserves recognition. You seem to trace the fall of the rule of law and government is linked to the concentration of power into a centralized state. You have attributed the collapse of communism to that inability of a central power to adapt to the demanding conditions of the economic evolution of society. Would you care to comment on this development of centralized power and its critical role in the collapse of western society by 2032?

ANSWER: The evolution of the rule of law is fascinating. The biblical account of King Solomon presiding over two women in dispute over a child goes over the heads of most people. Solomon’s duty as king was the center of that account. The king’s role was to stand as impartial ruler between disputes. If you killed someone in ancient Greece, the family was to be the prosecutor — not the state. The only crimes that warranted a state trial were those against the gods or directly against the state as the victim. Hence, Socrates offended the state by corrupting the youth and stating his position that there was really just one god.

Many have disagreed with Benjamin Jowett (1817 – 1893), who was a professor at the University of Oxford who translated the complete works of Plato into English. They argue that Jowett was a prominent theologian and he translated the Greek words θεός (theós), meaning “a god” or “a deity,” and δαίμων (daímōn), meaning “divine being,” as “God” with a capital G whenever possible. The criticism of Jowett’s translation making Plato and Socrates into Proto-Christians is itself based upon prejudice.

The Greek gods were NEVER represented as pagan gods insofar as they were the creators of humankind or the universe. To the Greeks, in the beginning, there was only chaos. Then out of the void appeared Erebus, the unknowable place where death dwells, and Night. All else was empty, silent, endless, darkness. Then somehow Love was born and brought a start of order. From Love came Light and Day. Once there was Light and Day, Gaea, the earth appeared. Clearly, the criticism that Jowett interpreted the Greek in view of Christianity is not correct.

Socrates did not believe in the Greek gods as creators of anything because he believed in “the Good” nature of humans. Some argue that you can believe in “the Good” while still believing in the gods. This centers on the misinterpretation of the very role of the Greek gods. They were viewed more as super-beings which we could call saints insofar as each had a specific role. Poseidon was god of the sea, earthquakes, storms, and horses and is considered one of the worst tempered, moody, and greedy Olympian gods. He was known to be vengeful when insulted.

Socrates was accused at his trial of teaching people not to worship the gods of the state. That was considered a crime against the gods, which made it a state offense. In the Apology of Socrates, Plato relays that Socrates said in the opening remarks of his speech to the jury that his accusers “… have scarcely spoken a word of truth at all.” The rest of the Apology and all Plato’s other dialogues seem to support this statement. They were against Socrates for the Oracle of Delphi had said he was the smartest man in all of Greece and made many appear to be fools. By the end of Socrates’s speech in the Apology, Plato makes it very clear that Socrates is, in fact, a very pious man who honors the gods of the state, holds the god Apollo in high esteem, and who trusts the word of the Delphic Oracle. The charges were clearly made up to be against the gods for there were no other means to go against Socrates.

We only arrive at the corruption of the law with Magna Carts in England. The king was fining people as a revenue source and here we find the demand for a trial by jury rather than by the king. In order to keep the revenue stream flowing, this is where we see the development of the violation of “disturbing the peace” of the king. Suddenly, two people get into an argument and fight. The king interjects himself as a victim for these two people disturbed his peace. From there on, the rule of law becomes perverted as a means of raising revenue for the king. If you kill someone, it is no longer the family who is the victim, it becomes the king. The penalty becomes death and that conveniently means all your assets are forfeited to the king and your family is thrown out onto the streets.

One of the most notorious English judges of all time was Lord Chief Justice George Jeffreys, 1st Baron Jeffreys of Wem, (1645–1689), who was the man that inspired the English Bill of Rights in 1689 and the insertion of the Cruel and Unusual Punishment Clause that became the Eighth Amendment in the United States. He is best known for the “Bloody Assizes.” Jeffreys created judicial murder routinely and took pleasure in doing so. He issued harsh sentences to nearly all defendants and in a protest against taxation and abuse of government, he ordered about 300 to be executed, and between 800 and 900 he ordered to be transported to the West Indies as convict laborers. On September 18-19th, 1685, Jeffreys alone sentenced 144 people to death earning him the notorious nickname “the hanging judge.”

Charles Hibbert in his work, the Roots of Evil, quotes from one of the court transcripts, on Christmas Day no less, when Jeffreys ordered:

“Hangman, I charge you to pay particular attention to this lady. Scourge her soundly, man; scourge her till her blood runs down! It is Christmas, a cold time for madam to strip. See that you warm her shoulders thoroughly.”

The British legal system was so corrupt that the slightest offense, even stealing an apple, resulted in the arrest and being sold into indentured servitude, all to profit the government. As Hibbert reported the sentence imposed read:

“Because you have committed this offence, the sentence of the court is that you shall no longer be burdened with the support of your wife and family. You shall be immediately removed from a very bad climate and a country overburdened with people to one of the finest regions of the earth where demand for human labour is every hour increasing and where it is highly probable you may ultimately regain your character and improve your future.” (Roots of Evil, p145)

Ever since the rule of law has been so perverted that it has devolved into simply legal and political persecution. Whenever you allow the political state to move into a centralized power, that is when justice merely becomes the will of the government, regardless of the form of government. Socrates believed in “the Good” of the people and he paid with his life for that mistake. Plato recorded a debate between Socrates and Thrasymachus. It was Thrasymachus who argued correctly that it did not matter the form of government. Once you allow a government to become centralized and thus powerful, justice ceases to exist.

Edward Gibbon in his Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire wrote of the Roman Emperor Commodus and the collapse in the rule of law:

“Each distinction of every kind soon became criminal. The possession of wealth stimulated the diligence of the informers; rigid virtue implied a tacit censure of the irregularities of Commodus; important services implied a dangerous superiority of merit; and the friendship of the father always insured the aversion of the son. Suspicion was equivalent to proof; trial to condemnation. The execution of a considerable senator was attended with the death of all who might lament or revenge his fate; and when Commodus had once tasted human blood, he became incapable of pity or remorse”

(Book 1, Chapter 4).

Hence the saying: “Absolute power corrupts absolutely!”

The rule of law has collapsed in Western society. They say God created the 10 Commandments, which we have translated into a billion laws. The greater the regulation, the greater the injustice. The very purpose of civilization ceases to exist because it merely becomes a contest between two philosophies with the left always seeking to suppress the right who simply wants to be free. This is ultimately why all governments are buried in a common grave dug by history.

Jussie Smollett Indicted by Chicago Special Prosecutor Over Faked Hate Crime….

Breaking reporting out of Chicago indicates a special prosecutor in Chicago has indicted hate hoax actor Jussie Smollett.

The construct of the hate crime itself appeared to be connected to a DC scheme to advance the presidential ambitions of Kamala Harris who launched her bid for office simultaneously with the racially driven hoax.

CHICAGO – Former “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett was indicted Tuesday in Chicago by special prosecutor Dan Webb, stemming from the alleged racist and anti-gay attack on him that occurred in January of 2019, a source confirms to FOX 32 News.

The Democrat’s barnyard stinks. They have been pigs at a trough of corruption for too long.

We’ve learned that even John Bolton stuffed $115,000 into his pockets thanks to a Ukrainian steel oligarch. Is that why he became a turncoat?

We know a thoroughly unqualified cocaine addict, Hunter Biden, was appointed to the board of a leading Ukraine gas company and raked in millions of dollars. His father Joe threatened a prosecutor who wanted to investigate his son. Quid pro Joe! Same with Romney’s son. Is that why the Utah senator has backstabbed the president after pleading for his support?

Pelosi’s son Paul has also benefited from Ukraine in a deal similar to Hunter’s. He has also brokered sports deals in Ukraine while being associated with corrupt con artists.

The Democrats continue to use Saul Alinsky’s tactic of blaming opponents for what they are doing. They are determined to affix the Ukraine corruption label on the president, even if it wastes an enormous amount of time and at a cost of millions of dollars from taxpayers.

This corruption started with Farmer Obama, who ran the most scandalous administrations in history. Unfortunately he has sowed a bitter a bitter crop of corruption–not only with Ukraine, but also in our judicial system, security agencies, and of course, the mass media. Could you explain some Ukrainian History and in particular go into the modern history of the economic war with Russia and the US Deep state and explain how the Biden’s , Obama and the Clinton criminal machine along with the entire corrupt web of scum have and continue to infect Ukraine and how you and socrates see the future for Ukraine and our region, please .

So many of our people have been killed, murdered, mutilated, tutored . Very few Americans have even a faintest idea what life is like to just survive here . Suicides everyday.
I would love to somehow expose the Biden’s , Clinton crime family and all those criminal psychopaths.

ANSWER: I have personal friends in Ukraine. I heard back in 2013 that Ukraine would be an important country to watch and that has not changed as we can see with Trump’s impeachment. I was providing advice with respect to the revolution and explained that the key to success was to divide the government. Yanukovich was using Russians and East Ukrainian Russian thugs as riot police in Kyiv. I explained that they had to get the local police to turn against the imported police. Once they accomplished that, the revolution would see victory. I had personal friends there on the barricades and I knew others administering medical attention to the injured. Even my mother was concerned because she had come to know some of them as well.

I had personal friends who took pictures with Russian soldiers inside Ukraine before anyone knew they were even there. They asked if they were there to protect them, and they responded yes. They asked if they could take their photo with them and they said of course. I clipped the photo to protect my sources.

I believe the disinformation campaign began with the vast majority of pundits claiming the revolution was all orchestrated by the CIA. That was a cover-up so people would not look at the corruption of Obama/Biden and their effort to seize Ukraine. What was really taking place was the threats that if Obama’s/Biden’s handpicked successors were overthrown by the people again, that they would be on their own and the West would not protect them from the Russians.

I know it was not a CIA plot. They are not that good. This was a legitimate uprising for I was talking directly with my contacts in Kyiv.

The government that Obama/Biden stuffed into Ukraine was one that was simply willing to switch sides to the highest bidder. Many were simply the very same people who supported Yanukovich. Biden’s level of corruption is off the charts. It has directly infected Ukraine and has done far more damage by preventing the Ukrainian revolution from accomplishing its goal. Unfortunately, the politics in America is so divided that the Democrats will protect the Biden corruption machine, which is just a twin to that of the Clinton’s.

CNN will NEVER publish the truth about Ukraine or the Democrats. It is no longer a news operation, it has become a propaganda machine that AT&T should be embarrassed to support. One has to wonder why AT&T has become so subversive threatening the image of America internationally and fueling the deepening division in America that will undermine the entire country long-term.

Anyone who dares to try to speak out about Biden and Ukraine in America is immediately attacked. If the Justice Department investigated Biden and his family, the Democrats would call it interfering with the 2020 election.

I believe you will see another uprising in 2022 where perhaps, at last, you will be able to overthrow the corruption supported by the Obama/Biden oligarchy machine. I am sorry that the media in America has become part of the corruption that oppresses your country. In Ukraine, the Obama/Biden grip on corruption was a silent counter-revolution that prevented Ukraine from achieving its freedom.

Lopez-Obrador Under Globalist Fire For Blocking Central American Migrants…

Reuters is well known for promoting a globalist, open border, multicultural agenda.  So it doesn’t come as a surprise to see Reuters targeting Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez-Obrador (AMLO) for blocking central-American migrants; and rebuking AMLO for working with President Donald Trump to stop mass illegal migration.

It is too early to tell whether Mexico is genuine in their commitment to stop the highly organized and funded traveling caravans, which often contain thousands of marching border-crossers; however, the economic leverage, tariffs President Trump threatened for non compliance during 2019, was not simply an idle threat.  It appears AMLO has realized that President Trump doesn’t bluff.

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador faces growing criticism he is doing U.S. President Donald Trump’s bidding after erecting a “wall” of security forces who clashed with Central American migrants near the Guatemala border this week.

Mexico, under the threat of punitive U.S. tariffs, has bowed to Trump’s demands to contain mass movements of migrants traveling through the country toward the U.S. border.

Such concessions previously stirred little criticism from the Mexican public, due to Lopez Obrador’s reputation as a leftist willing to support the poor, including migrants from other countries.

But scenes of Mexico’s National Guard security force marching behind riot shields straight into a large group of Central Americans and using tear gas has triggered growing dissent, including condemnation from the United Nations.

UPDATE: Puerto Rico Governor Fires Two More Officials Over Hidden Emergency Relief Supplies…

Updating a story we shared last night; and the latest information only makes the situation seem much worse.   To say this story is infuriating would be an understatement.

As an individual with some personal knowledge of how the recovery process works, the actions by these government officials in Puerto Rico are beyond tragic.  There are people in desperate need, and these stupid claims by officials do nothing to ameliorate ongoing suffering.  This is disgusting and heartbreaking at the same time.

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Gov. Wanda Vázquez fired the heads of Puerto Rico’s housing and family departments Sunday in the latest fallout over the discovery of a warehouse filled with emergency supplies dating from Hurricane Maria.

The removal of Housing Secretary Fernando Gil and Department of Family Secretary Glorimar Andújar came a day after the governor fired the director of Puerto Rico’s emergency management agency.

[…]  Vázquez said she decided on the additional firings after meeting with leaders of her administration Sunday morning and officials were unable to provide information she requested about other collection and distribution centers.

“They weren’t able to personally tell me specifically where these centers were located, what they contained and whether an inventory was completed,” she said.

Vázquez did not elaborate on why Gil and Andújar were singled out, saying only that she had lost confidence in them. (more)

Inés Rivera, spokeswoman for the city of Ponce, told The Associated Press that the warehouse is owned by Puerto Rico´s Company of Commerce and Export. Officials with the company could not be reached for comment.  “The mayor of Ponce, María Meléndez, said he had not known about the warehouse and its contents.”

These are direct lies, demonstrable lies, and they only serve to make matters much worse.

[Hat Tip to Guyver1]  The discovered warehouse is owned by the government of Puerto Rico, through a govt. run ‘public corporation’ called the ‘Compañia de Comercio y Exportación de Puerto Rico’ (Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company), founded on December 23, 2003.

The Govt. owned ‘Compañia de Comercio y Exportación de Puerto Rico’ (Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company), is headquartered at the south end of the *SAME* warehouse parking lot.

As you can clearly see above, the government offices (above left) literally share a parking lot with the warehouse (above right) at the Port of Ponce. Any Puerto Rico government official, or Ponce local official, who attempts to deny they knew the location of these supplies and that warehouse is simply lying.

The blogger, Lorenzo Delgado, said he had received a tip about the warehouse but did not specify when. A group of people broke into the warehouse and began distributing supplies to those affected by the recent 6.4 magnitude quake that killed one person and caused damage across Puerto Rico’s southern region. More than 7,000 people remain in shelters as strong aftershocks continue.

Ponce Mayor María Meléndez said she was outraged, noting that she and other mayors were trying to find basic supplies since the quake.

“I spent several days requesting cots and water,” she said. “They sent me to Cabo Rojo for the cots and to San Juan for the water. If I had known that those supplies were there, I would have demanded that they be taken out immediately. ”

When asked how it was possible that she did not know about the existence of the warehouse, Vázquez replied, “That’s what the head of agencies are for … to inform the governor.”

My estimate as to the size of the warehouse was correct. It’s over 200,000 square feet.

The video shows thousands of pallets, double and triple stacked, of key and essential emergency supplies. Bottled water, shelf-stable food, diapers, baby formula, blankets, tarps, tents, propane grills, propane, emergency lights, 24hr candles, batteries, flashlights, emergency radios, portable charging stations, potable water cans, cots, mattresses, at least four industrial kitchens designed for mass feeding stations and much, much more.

To give you an idea of the scale, there’s at least 100 semi truck loads of supplies in this video, in this single warehouse.

Logistically each trailer would haul 22/24 single stack pallets, 44/48 doubles, or 66/72 triple stacked. With more than a dozen staged pallet jacks, this warehouse is holding serious money.

It is unfathomable these supplies were not distributed; and worse yet were likely being re-sold on the black market.

These emergency supplies and materials were delivered in 2017.  In January a magnitude 6.4 earthquake hit Puerto Rico and President Trump authorized an additional $8.2 billion in aid….  When inspecting the building for quake damage the hidden relief supplies were discovered.

I did a Twitter Thread [SEE HERE] with some more specific details of what is identified in that warehouse.   Also as a person who has invested a lot of my life in/around these relief efforts it is prudent to be very clear….

The people of Puerto Rico, the actual victims of these terrible disasters, are not to blame for the corruption by government officials.  When those in desperate need receive the basic supplies they need to reestablish their lives I have never witnessed anything except profound thankfulness, kindness and sincere appreciation.

That a government, any government, would intentionally withhold these urgent supplies is a representation of them, not the victims from whom those relief supplies are withheld. It breaks my heart to think of the countless families who have suffered at the hands of corrupt government officials.

There is a basic level of humanity and decency that connects all of us, regardless of our geography.  In the aftermath of natural disasters there is no class distinction.  I have witnessed the very best in people amid relief efforts and seen incredible acts of selflessness from those who -as a daily outlook- have the very least.

What has happened in this example in Puerto Rico does not represent the ordinary people who are doing the best they can each day to keep one foot in front of the other.

I pray those government officials will repent; however, in the meantime just get the supplies distributed…. and if there are more warehouses, get them open and emptied now; deal with the accountability issues later.

First things first – Get the darn help to those who need it.

Wow – Puerto Rico Governor Fires Emergency Response Director After Massive Warehouse of Unused Aid Discovered…

Folks, this is alarming.  An explosive video from Puerto Rico shows a massive warehouse of emergency hurricane relief supplies discovered highlighting emergency supplies delivered in the aftermath of hurricane Maria that were never distributed.

The warehouse was discovered after the recent earthquake, and the building suffering damage. After CTH initially saw the report, I had to go find the raw video to see just how much 2017 aid was being hidden in this warehouse; and the full video is simply stunning.  First, the report:

(VIA CBS) Puerto Rico Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced fired the island’s emergency management director on Saturday, after a video showing aid sitting unused in a warehouse went viral on social media. Some of the aid has allegedly been sitting in the warehouse since Hurricane Maria struck in 2017.

“There are thousands of people who have made sacrifices to help those in the south, and it is unforgivable that resources were kept in the warehouse,” Vázquez said in a statement.

Garced said in a statement that she has ordered Secretary of State Elmer Roman to conduct a “thorough investigation into the mishandling of emergency aid in a warehouse in Ponce,” CBS News correspondent David Begnaud reports.

“I have given 48 hours for this investigation. The investigation is to include this warehouse and any others which may exist,” her statement read. “In the same vein, I have decided to relieve Carlos Acevedo of his duties as the commissioner of the National Emergency Management and Disaster Relief Agency.”

Vázquez said she would nominate the current Puerto Rican National Guard chief for Senate consideration to replace Acevedo. (read more)

Many CTH readers know I am a CERT response leader for Hurricane relief; and in that capacity I have a pretty good idea of logistics, costs, and the scale of moving supplies into impact zones.   After initially reading the report on twitter, and seeing a portion of the video, I went in search of the raw video to see the size and scale of this ‘warehouse’.

What has been found here is a massive storage facility. I would estimate the size of the warehouse around 200,000 sq ft (minimum) based on video and exterior truck bays.

QUESTION: I heard that several coin dealers conspired with the government in hopes of getting all the coins you ever had. Is that also something the Supreme Court will rule on?

ANSWER: I am sure there are always people who would conspire against their own mother for a buck. I believe that one dealer bought stolen coins and then tried to sell then 20 years later. I would not say he conspired with the government, but against the government.

The government was ordered to reply by December 2nd. They asked for an extension and were granted until January 2nd. They then said they could not make that deadline and were given yet another 30 days. So they will have to respond by February 2nd, we get a reply, and then the decision to hear the case will be made in early March.

The way this works is that the government does not respond to petitions to the Supreme Court for they get thousands. They respond ONLY to cases the Supreme Court is interested in taking which the Court then orders them to respond. Central to the case is the fact that they used a civil parallel case filed after the first case and then used that to intervene and disrupt the parallel case. Judge Owen was notoriously biased. I doubt that many other judges would have done what he did.

The Supreme Court has ruled that before a single court, what they did to me, 240 employees, and my family would have been unconstitutional. So the question is really if a single court cannot act in this manner, then can the government use a parallel case to do what is illegal in a single court?

Then there are numerous Supreme Court cases they just ignored.

 

  1. Grupo Mexicano v. Alliance Bond Fund, Inc., 527 U.S. 308 (1999)

(holding that unsecured notes cannot be frozen)

2. Morrison v. National Australia Bank, 561 U.S. 247 (2010)

(held the SEC never had jurisdiction outside the USA)

3. Luis v. United States,  136 S.Ct. 1083 (2016)

(holding that if someone is denied the use of their funds to defend themselves, the judgment is automatically vacated because it is a structural error)

These are only three of the Supreme Court decisions that have been just ignored in my case because it became political. There are several others that were also ignored.

I understand there are people who point their finger at coin dealers, others at prosecutors, others at the CIA, and still others in Japan at their own government because I was not Japanese as they are doing to the head of Nissan. I do not believe it was the CIA. It was not instigated in the USA but on letters from the Japanese government that clients there believed were an intentional error claiming there was $10 billion outstanding when it was $1 which they then corrected only after everything began.

There is plenty of blame to go around. If the Supreme Court takes the case, it will be a watershed decision that will help so many people who are being abused by the SEC and CFTC. The Grupo decision clearly states that the equitable power of a federal court is confined to the known remedies as they stood in 1789 without statutory authority. The SEC never had any statutory authority to even create a receiver until 2010 when Congress finally granted that authority. So there was never any authority for a receiver either back in 1999.

If the Supreme Court takes the case, and they just affirm their prior decisions, the outcome will be very interesting. Even HSBC, who I believe conspired with the government to steal $400 million of profit in the notes, may find themselves liable for all the funds lost by 240 employees. Anyone else who conspired with the government may suddenly find themselves on the opposite side of the table which may include the receiver and his law firm.

Hillary off the Hook!


An investigation launched into Hillary Clinton in November of 2017 by the DOJ and US Attorney John Huber has ended with no charges.

Former AG Jeff Sessions appointed Huber to investigate the Clinton Foundation.

Huber did nothing.

He never interviewed key witnesses.

Evidence was sent to the Huber investigation three times because they kept “losing it”.

It is a two tier Justice system and the American people are tired of it.

Now the ball is in AG Barr and Durham’s court.

It will be up to Barr and Durham to finally end the two tier Justice system or our Republic is lost.

Will Barr’s DOJ finally do something?  Maybe when they are “hungry’ enough.

Is Hillary Clinton “off the Hook” and exonerated like the Washington Post claims?

Or does this mean that no one will talk to the Washington Post and they are making stuff up…as usual.

Whistleblower Provides Attkisson New Details to Name Rod Rosenstein and Shawn Henry (Crowdstrike) as Defendants in Lawsuit…

A very interesting development in the ongoing effort of former CBS investigative journalist, Sharyl Attkisson, to resolve the issue of who spied on her, planted spyware and infiltrated her computer systems for illegal surveillance.  [Attkisson website here]

According to a recent court filing [Source Here] a person who was engaged in the “wrongful activity” has come forward to provide Ms. Attkisson with details about the operation.  As a result of those whistle-blower revelations Attkisson is able to name specific individuals who were running the operation:

Former DOJ Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein is named as the person who was in charge of the operation; and the former head of the FBI DC field office, Shawn Henry is also outlined.

Mr. Henry is the head of Crowdstrike, a contractor for the government and a politically connected data security and forensic company.  Those who have followed the aspects related to the FBI use of the NSA database to illegally monitor U.S. persons; and those who followed the DNC cover story of Russia “hacking”; will be familiar with Crowdstrike.

According to the updated lawsuit (full pdf below) Rod Rosenstein, as the U.S. Attorney for Maryland, was in charge of the Obama 2011 and 2012 operation to monitor journalists specific to Ms. Attkissons reporting on Fast-n-Furious and Benghazi.

What I find additionally interesting is the overall timeline in the bigger picture.

In the April 2017 release from FISC Judge Rosemary Collyer outlining the abuses of the FISA-702 process by FBI “contractors”, where the NSA database was being use for unlawful surveillance of U.S. persons, Collyer specifically noted the findings of her review of the period from November ’16 to May ’17 (85% non compliant rate) was likely to have been happening since 2012. The “IRS Scandal” were the DOJ was creating a list of U.S. persons for political targeting, and requested CD ROM’s of tax filings, was the lead-up to the 2012 exploitation of the NSA database. [The Secret Research Project] So there’s a larger picture of government surveillance under the Obama administration that becomes more clear.

Political spying 1.0 was actually the weaponization of the IRS. This is where the term “Secret Research Project” originated as a description from the Obama team. It involved the U.S. Department of Justice under Eric Holder and the FBI under Robert Mueller. It never made sense why Eric Holder requested over 1 million tax records via CD ROM, until overlaying the timeline of the FISA abuse:

The IRS sent the FBI “21 disks constituting a 1.1 million page database of information from 501(c)(4) tax exempt organizations, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.” The transaction occurred in October 2010 (link)

Why disks? Why send a stack of DISKS to the DOJ and FBI when there’s a pre-existing financial crimes unit within the IRS. All of the evidence within this sketchy operation came directly to the surface in early spring 2012.

This is the same time-frame when DNI James Clapper falsely denied to congress about the U.S. government -through the NSA- collecting metadata on all U.S. electronic communication.  This is the same time-frame where CIA Director John Brennan was monitoring the computer networks of congressional intelligence oversight staff.

When you overlay the new information from the Attkisson lawsuit, what emerges is the picture of an intentional effort by the Obama administration to weaponize the ability to collect electronic information on domestic political opposition.  It’s one long continuum.

Within the lawsuit the DOJ inspector general is identified as adverse to the interests of the case.  Meaning DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz was engaged in behavior to help the institution cover-up what independent computer forensic technicians were able to discover.   Employees from the IG’s office also told Ms. Attkisson they had received instructions from the DC offices adverse to the interest of truthful discovery.

In addition to the institutional cover-up effort; it would be worth noting that current DOJ and FBI officials, who have been identified as holding corrupt motives, are still being positioned at key offices.  An example is FBI Supervisory Special Agent David Archey (Mueller Team) being promoted to head up the Virginia FBI field office.

Obviously the DC institutional swamp is very deep and very corrupt.  Current and former politicians and federal officials who have engaged in corrupt behavior, or who have facilitated corrupt -potentially unlawful- surveillance activity, are still working within the system to avoid exposure.

Another recent example is former Christine Blasey-Ford hoax facilitator and Andrew McCabe attorney, Michael Bromwich, being hired by corrupt Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx in an effort to protect herself from the outcome of the Jussie Smollett hoax in Chicago.  Why does a Cook County, Illinois, State Attorney need to hire a DC-based lawyer?

It was obvious early on the Jussie Smollett hoax was connected to several members of the Obama team and network.  Michael Bromwich is a former DOJ inspector general with ongoing direct contacts with corrupt DOJ and FBI officials inside the institutions.  Chicago State Attorney Foxx hiring Bromwich is yet another example of DC managing the cover.

Whether it’s the identified weaponization of NSA databases; or whether it’s corrupt FBI officials covering for each-other and the DOJ ‘declining to prosecute’; or whether it’s current AG Bill Barr covering for the transparently corrupt former DAG Rod Rosenstein; or whether it’s the institutional need to hide DOJ scope memos which initiated a false investigation of a sitting United States President; one thing remains brutally obvious….
