It seems the former president of Mexico continues to speak with defamation about the border wall and who will pay for it.  Why?  He has no authority now that he is not the prez.  Is he making these comments to cause trouble since he is not living in Mexico but in the U.S.?

If anyone has visited Mexico – they know the bulk of the homes have walls around them.

So, why are some people so against the southern wall of the U.S.  Since Bush I we have been lax on the southern borders; but, it became even worse with Clinton, Bush II and Obama. In order to have a sovereign country we must protect our borders, especially with the current terrorist environment.

Anti-Trump Protestors Get Owned by Police—Finally!

The idea of a “peaceful protest” is almost no longer a thing. Just look at what happened a week ago on the campus of U.C. Berkley. Protestors did not like a conservative speaker, someone who was coming on campus to talk about freedom of speech, and their protests quickly turned into riots, with the smashing of storefronts and the burning of property.

Most citizens in the United States understand the importance of peaceful protests. Citizens have the right to voice their opinions, whatever the opinions may be. However, they don’t have the right to cause harm, to destroy public and private property and to assault others around them. This crosses a line in the sand. It is why President Donald Trump tweeted a question to the American public asking if he should pull federal funding from U.C. Berkley for the actions.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals’ absurd ruling against President Trump’s immigration and refugee executive order contains a bevy of legal problems. It’s not just a bad political ruling, though it is – it’s bad law. Here are five of the biggest problems with the ruling:

1. States Suffer “Concrete and Particularized Injury” If Aliens Can’t Come To University Classes. This is absolutely absurd. It would strike down virtually any immigration law. All immigration laws restrict classes of people from entering, numbers of people from entering. Some of those people would undoubtedly go to university, or teach there. Does this mean that states can now sue to overturn all immigration laws?
