NOAA and NASA say that Earth is the hottest on record, yet the amount of sea ice on Earth is the highest since 1996, and the sixth highest on record. Polar amplification is a fundamental tenet of global warming theory, which means the people putting out this propaganda are defrauding the public.

The other fundamental tenet of global warming theory is that the mid-troposphere will warm faster than the surface. Satellites show that the lower to mid-troposphere was much warmer during other years, so once again another smoking gun of fraud at NOAA/NASA.

The Illinois State Climatologist says July was the coldest on record
The state climatologist says last month’s relative chilly temperatures tied the record for the coolest July in recorded Illinois history. And as data are revised he says it’s likely this July will break the record.

NCDC’s actual thermometer data shows that the state climatologist is correct, and that Illinois summers have been cooling since the 19th century.
This puts NCDC in a very bad position, because they are massively altering Illinois July temperatures, to hide the cooling trend. How will they handle it?

We recently discussed the controversy surrounding a confrontation between Thrin Short, 16, and her sister Joan, 21, and Feminist Studies Associate Professor Mireille Miller-Young. Miller-Young was then charged with criminal conduct including Theft of Person; Battery; and Vandalism. While initially pleading not guilty, Miller-Young has now entered a no contest plea to charges to the three misdemeanors. Despite the videotape of the incident and violation of both criminal law and presumably university regulations, Miller-Young remains employed at the university.

Democratic Commissioner Suggests Need For Greater Speech Limitations On College Campuses
This is as bad as it gets the First Amendment is all but gone! When we are afraid to talk and express our self’s the Republic in gone — what will arise from the ashes is yet to be determined — but its unlikely to be any good!
There is a disturbing story how this week concerning the U.S. Civil Rights Commission and specifically Commission, Michael Yaki, a Democratic appointee who was a former senior adviser to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. Yaki spoke on sexual harassment law in education, a subject on which I have previously written to express my concerns over the loss of due process rights for accused students. Yaki’s comments however seem to threaten core free speech principles as he laid out his view of the need to curtail harmful speech. Yaki spoke of the need to outlaw unpopular or what he considers degrading speech because college students are too impressionable.
