Bombing Was ‘Not Act of Terrorism’ -Boston Marathon Victims Denied Insurance Reimbursement

Crooked politicians and attorneys, but then I repeat myself, always find ways to make us think one thing but really means something else. Like having insurance that doesn’t really cover anything because of the “fine” print.

Were you under the assumption that the Boston Marathon bombings were an act of terrorism? Maybe it was because just after the bombings, the President said this:

“Any time bombs are used to target innocent civilians it is an act of terror.”

Turns out, if you look into the details, he actually never said it was an act of terrorism. There was much discussion about the whys and wherefores after his statement, and the mincing of the difference between the words “terror” and “terrorism” went on for quite some time.

Now, the Treasury Department has given its imprint on the perspective as well. And they haven’t “certified” it as an “act of terrorism,” either.

The context is the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, which was passed just after the 9/11 attacks. It’s a federally-administered and underwritten insurance program for terrorism-caused damage, designed to be relatively inexpensive but to compensate policy owners…

President Obama’s Credibility Is In Short Supply

To listen to this administration, run by Obama, on ISIS or ISIL or al-Qadea or varsity or JV combatants is like arguing when I was killed by a .223 cal or 5.62 mm round. Its much to do about nothing this is a war being conducted by Islam against Western Civilization (Predominantly Christan but with significant Jewish roots) and as Sun Tzu’s states in his Art of War if you don’t understand the war you are in — you will lose!

20140801_pic_giant_073014_SM_ObamaImpeachmentGPresident Barack Obama has consistently deceived the American people when called out on statements that he’s made in the past, but the media have not consistently reported on these often farcical inconsistencies. However, the President’s recent “evolution” regarding the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), a Sunni militant group active in those countries that has been beheading kidnapped American journalists, has been so obvious that it could not fail to spark some media criticism. So, too, are the President’s contradictory comments on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. And much, much more.

Back in January of this year, President Obama referred to ISIS as the junior varsity team  and said, “I think there is a distinction between the capacity and reach of a bin Laden and a network that is actively planning major terrorist plots against the homeland versus jihadists who are engaged in various…

I’m a Rambling Man

Great write up … keep it up!

T Lee Humphrey's avatarPA Pundits International

TLeeHumphrey_AvatarIt’s been a hectic summer since I last wrote 2 articles about ISIS/L quickly moving into Iraq and the release of Bowe Bergdahl. I wrote those pieces during the first half of June. While the Bergdahl story has all but disappeared as we await the decision by military investigators on whether or not to court martial him the ISIS/L story has grown to a point that President Obama has had to make a prime time address to the nation about his decision to order a comprehensive and long term air campaign against the group in both Iraq and in Syria.

In June I wrote about his failed policy decision in 2010 and 2011 that led to the morphing of ISIS/L from a defeated entity in Iraq into a bi-country terrorist army occupying much of the Levant region so I won’t bore you with a rehash of my thoughts on how…

Kerry Goes To Cairo – Secretary John Kerry Visits Egypt To Round Up Support For The “Optical War” On NI-ISIS

Its sad to say but this is mostly true and by that I mean 99.9% true so get prepared we are going on a ride like none ever seen before! I just hope some of us live through it!

Where Did IS Come From?

Muslims are easy to radicalize into actual Jihadist activities since by so doing they are only doing what the founder Mohammad did so how can it be wrong?

Offshore Wind power: Even Germany Can’t get it Right

Since it never had a chance to actually work (expect in some alternative reality) why is there any surprise?

Secretary Kerry Trying to Assemble A “Coalition”… Today He Heads To Cairo, Egypt

If the Jihadists or ISIS or what ever they want to say they are to be defeated (Meaning they are eliminated) then there has to be infantry and/or armor on the ground to do that besides air power. The only power that has that capability is the United States ; but that will not be for much longer as the military is being significantly reduced by Obama.

Susan Rice: It’s Not a War Because We Don’t Have Combat Boots on the Ground

If Susan Rice had a brain she would move up to the status of idiot! Its like saying we are using kinetic military action instead of saying we are or were in a fire fight with the enemy. Sanitized words so you really don’t know what they are saying.

deacon303's avatarWhiskey Tango Foxtrot

“Is the United States at war right now with ISIS?” asked CNN’s Wolf Blitzer during an interview with Rice, adding that it “sounds like a war to me” and asking “Is it fair to call it a war?”

“Well Wolf, I don’t know whether you want to call it a war or a sustained counterterrorism campaign,” she said, reminding him that Obama had vowed not to put U.S. combat boots on the ground.

She explained that when Americans thought about war, it was clear that they would think about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

“We’ll not have American combat forces on the ground fighting as we did in Iraq and Afghanistan, which is what I think the American people think of when they think of a war, so I think this is very different from that.”

The Fallacy Of Congressional Ethics

The fox guarding the hen house or is this case the crooks guarding the vault — they all seem to leave the government very very wealthy!

What is the “Senate Select Committee On Ethics”?

Well, simply stated, it is a group of six Senators who advise the other 94 Senators and their staff on whether or not those other 94 Senators, as well as themselves, are acting ethically within their duties as Senators – according to the their own made-up “Senate Rules”.

From the Senate Ethics Committee official website we read:

“Members, officers, and certain employees of the United States Senate, related offices, and candidates for the Senate are required by Title I of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, as amended (the “Act,” 5 U.S.C. app., Section 101 et seq., also adopted as Senate Rule 34) and Senate Rule 41.1 to file Financial Disclosure Reports with the Secretary of the Senate, Office of Public Records.

The Act gives the Senate Select Committee on Ethics the authority to administer the law for the Senate

Ebola Outbreak Doubles In 3 Weeks, WHO Warns “Conventional Means Of Control Not Working”

Re-Post from ZEROHEDGE

The Ebola outbreak in West Africa has now killed 2,288 people (with 4,269 cases) according to the World Health Organization, but is accelerating dramatically. In a rather stunning admission, WHO warns, conventional means of controlling the outbreak are not working as the last 3 weeks have seen the number of cases and deaths double.

As The BBC reports,

The Ebola outbreak in West Africa has killed 2,288 people, with half of them dying in the last three weeks, the World Health Organization (WHO) says.

It said that 47% of the deaths and 49% of the total 4,269 cases had come in the 21 days leading up to 6 September.

The health agency warned that thousands more cases could occur in Liberia, which has had the most fatalities.

In Nigeria, eight people have died out of 21 cases, while one case of Ebola has been confirmed in Senegal, the WHO said in its latest update.

On Monday, the agency called on organisations combating the outbreak in Liberia to scale up efforts to control the outbreak “three-to-four fold”.

However, the WHO says conventional means of controlling the outbreak, which include avoiding close physical contact with those infected and wearing personal protective equipment, were not working well in Liberia.
