Fani Willis’ Boyfriend on the Run – U.S. Marshalls Hunting Nathan Wade

It’s likely Fani told Nathan she was going to say, “she dindunuffin’,” and he better disappear.   Apparently, the U.S. Marshals are looking for Nathan Wade after he has refused to accept a subpoena for testimony.

ATLANTA — The U.S. House Judiciary Committee has now tapped the U.S. Marshals to help obtain testimony from former Fulton County special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

They’ve taken the step after Wade failed to appear for an earlier scheduled hearing, according to a copy of a letter accompanying a subpoena obtained by 11Alive. Now, a committee spokesman said they’ve asked the Marshals service to serve Wade with a subpoena to testify.

[…] “Nathan Wade’s evasion of service is extremely unusual and will require the Committee to spend U.S. tax dollars to locate him.”

The subpoena, signed September 20, requests Wade’s testimony at a September 26 hearing in Washington, DC.  Nathan Wade did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Former Georgia Governor Roy Barnes, now a private attorney representing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in a different legal matter, argued the Judiciary Committee’s decision was politically motivated.  “This seems to be nothing but political grandstanding right here before the election,” said Barnes.

[…] Barnes said he anticipated Wade would be asked detailed questions about the ongoing Fulton County prosecution of former President Trump and sent a letter requesting that he be allowed to be present during the interview so he could “make objections if they got into issue that were privileged.” (read more)

The absurd decision that Fani Willis is not disqualified after meeting with the Vice President and having her lover appointed the prosecutor over Trump, who was also meeting with the Department of Justice, demonstrates that the legal system is just a political charade. A judge is supposed to be recused when a reasonable person might question their impartiality. This is all political, and the entire world knows it. The emails I get from overseas have been thoroughly disgusted at how the Biden Administration has weaponized the legal system to ensure its policies influenced by the Soros Conspiracy have waged war on the people of the United States.

The United States has lost any credibility in the eyes of the world. It is no longer the land of the free and home of the brave. The new interpretation is that the government is free to do as it likes and intimidate private enterprises to censor free speech, which they are prohibited from doing by the Constitution directly. There is no longer any question. The United States will be unable to survive this as a union. Political corruption has stopped to a new low, and when any nation has gone that far down the slope of corruption, it cannot stand.

Lucilla AE As RIC 1752

Historians agree on one point. The reign of Commodus (180-192AD), who followed his father, Marcus Aurelius, is where the line is drawn for the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. He abused the law just as the Biden Administration is doing currently. Commodus ordered his sister Lucilla’s execution after a failed assassination and coup attempt when she was about 33 years old. Commodus was eventually assassinated.

What followed Commodus’s death was another Civil War. The Praetorian Guard proclaimed Pertinax emperor, the son of a freed slave. He attempted to root out corruption by restoring discipline among the Praetorian Guard. They did not accept his attempt to drain the swamp, so Pertinax was assassinated by the Guard. After that, the Praetorian Guard actually auctioned off the throne to the highest bidder. Two rival bidders presented themselves – Titus Flavius Sulpicianus (father-in-law of Pertinax) and Marcus Didius JulianusDidius’ bid was 25,000 sestertii per man, which was the highest bid, and he was duly declared Emperor.

Roman Legions At War Pencil

The Year of the Five Emperors was 193AD, during which five men claimed the title of Roman emperor. Rome was plunged into civil war again after the death of Nero in 68 BC, the assassination of Caesar in 44 BC, and Caesar’s crossing of the Rubicon to drain the swamp in the Roman Senate in 49 BC.

Recusal 28 USC 455

The standard for RECUSAL is if their actions of “impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” There is not a single case against Trump where it cannot be “reasonably” questioned as to what is going on. These people are so corrupt, they will NEVER recuse themselves and this is how nations collapse. Once the Rule of Law no longer functions, then the very basis of any civilization no longer makes sense.

Soros US must fall

These people think they can change the morals and culture of the United States, and we will simply surrender all our rights and integrity. That assumption has preexisted in virtually every government before it collapsed. These people have no idea what they are tearing apart. What do they think they will rule over? Ashes of what once was? We have been invaded and nobody seems to be willing.

Georgia Judge Orders DA Fani Willis to Respond to Allegations of Impropriety by Feb 2nd

In a court filing two weeks ago [SEE pdf HERE], one of the co-defendants in the Fulton County election case against President Trump presented very specific details of an intimate relationship between District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.  Among the allegations are claims Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade had extravagant vacations together as a result of payments made for legal services.

Nathan Wade was a lawyer specializing in family matters prior to being appointed by Willis.  Mr. Wade never prosecuted a single felony case in his legal career.  Additionally, Mr. Wade is currently in divorce proceedings and making matters more complicated for DA Willis, Mr Wade’s wife is seeking to unseal the details of their current divorce battle and force a deposition from Ms Willis.

Judge Scott McAfee ordered District Attorney Fani Willis to file a written response by Feb. 2. He said he will hold a hearing on the allegations on Feb. 15.

Additionally, according to White House visitor logs, Mr Wade visited White House lawyers prior to indictment of President Trump.  Also, DA Willis met with staff (Mary McCord) from the January 6 Committee prior to the indictment.

The Georgia prosecutor meeting with Biden lawyers prior to the indictment against Biden’s political opposition is a big issue that has yet to surface in front of Judge McAfee.

Things are getting very interesting.

This is actually a good segment for context of the issues:

Georgia Court Filing Alleges DA Fani Willis Appointed and Paid Her Lover, Nathan Wade, $654,000 to Prosecute Donald Trump

Posted originally on the CTH on January 8, 2024 | Sundance

Well, well, well… isn’t this interesting.  In a court filing today [SEE pdf HERE], one of the co-defendants in the Fulton County election case against President Trump is presenting very specific details of an intimate relationship between District Attorney Fani Willis and the Special Prosecutor she hired, Nathan Wade.

At first review, if the allegations are true, DA Willis had a financial motivation to initiate the case against Trump, as her boyfriend was the primary financial beneficiary.  The filing documents how Fani Willis and Nathan Wade took several extravagant vacations and indulged in an exclusive lifestyle as the result of payments Willis’s office made to Wade.

If investigated as accurate, this could be very legally problematic for the Fulton County District Attorney and her case against President Trump.  The conflict of interest is very bright under this spotlight.  [Also, lolol ]

ATLANTA – District Attorney Fani Willis improperly hired an alleged romantic partner to prosecute Donald Trump and financially benefited from their relationship, according to a court motion filed Monday which argued the criminal charges in the case were unconstitutional.

The bombshell public filing alleged that special prosecutor Nathan Wade, a private attorney, paid for lavish vacations he took with Willis using the Fulton County funds his law firm received. County records show that Wade, who has played a prominent role in the election interference case, has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022. The DA authorizes his compensation.

The motion, filed on behalf of defendant Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign official, seeks to have the charges against Roman dismissed and for Willis, Wade and the entire DA’s office to be disqualified from further prosecution of the case.

Pallavi Bailey, a Willis spokeswoman, said the DA’s office will respond to Roman’s allegations “through appropriate court filings.” Wade did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

It is unclear if the explosive issues raised in the filing undermine the validity of the indictment against Trump and the remaining 14 co-defendants or simply muddy the waters by questioning Willis’ professional ethics.

One ethics expert said that the the allegations, if true, raised serious questions.

Stephen Gillers, a professor emeritus at New York University Law School who has written extensively about legal and judicial ethics, said a closer look at Willis’ decision-making is be needed before it can be determined whether the indictment should be dismissed.

If the allegations are true, Gillers said, “Willis was conflicted in the investigation and prosecution of this case” and wasn’t able to bring the sort of “independent professional judgment” her position requires.” (read more)
