Judicial Watch Receives Originating FBI “EC” Electronic Communication – The Start of Crossfire Hurricane…

The “EC” or electronic communication that started the July 31st counterintelligence operation was one of the original declassification requests from Devin Nunes original bucket list in 2018.   The EC has been declassified and Judicial Watch received it.

Originally the EC was presumed to be a CIA communication to the FBI detailing the need for a counterintelligence investigation; however, the EC as presented is originated by FBI Agent Peter Strzok and centers around George Papadopoulos.

This means Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI investigation into the Trump campaign, was predicated based on gossip, innuendo and rumors related to George Papadopoulos.   The information was relayed by Australian Diplomat Alexander Downer.

(Judicial Watch) […] The redacted document details seeming third hand information that the Russian government “had been seeking prominent members of the Donald Trump campaign in which to engage to prepare for potential post-election relations should Trump be elected U.S. President.” The document also alleges Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos, claimed to an unnamed party that “they (the Russians) could assist the Trump campaign with the anonymous release of information during the campaign that would be damaging to Hillary Clinton.” (more)

♦Early Feb. 2016 After leaving the campaign of Ben Carson, George Papadopoulos joins London Center for International Law Practice (LCILP)

♦Mid March, 2016, Papdopoulos travels to Rome as part of LCILP role. During visit Papadopoulos introduced to Joseph Mifsud. Mifsud introduced as professor for London Academy for Diplomacy, London England.

♦March 17,2016, Papadopoulos returns to London.

♦March 21, 2016, President Trump names Papadopoulos amid list of foreign policy advisors, with focus on energy sector.

♦March 24, 2016, Papadopoulos meets Mifsud in London. Mifsud accompanied by Olgya Polonskya who Mifsud introduced as former student/Putin niece. [sketchy]

♦March 31, 2016, Trump campaign foreign policy team meeting, Washington DC. Trump International Hotel. [famous table photograph with Papadopoulos, Sessions, Trump]

♦Early April, 2016, Mifsud continues contact w/ Papadopoulos via email. Ms. Polonskya also emailing Papadopoulos; however, later discovered Mifsud actually writing Polonskya emails. Papadopoulos returns to London, U.K.

♦April 11, 2016, Mifsud emails Papadopoulos about his own upcoming travel to Russia. Suggests meeting for following day, April 12.

♦April 12, 2016, Papadopoulos and Mifsud meet at Andaz Hotel in London, U.K. This meeting is in advance of Mifsud traveling to Russia.

♦April 18, 2016, Mifsud emails Papadopoulos from Russia. Introduces Ivan Timofeev.

♦April 25, 2016, Mifsud returns to London after stopover in Rome.

♦April 26, 2016, Papadopoulos and Mifsud meet again at Andaz Hotel in London, U.K. During meeting Mifsud claims Russians “have dirt” on Hillary Clinton; “emails of Clinton”; and “thousands of emails”.

♦May 6, 2016, Papadopoulos gets call from Christian Cantor (Israeli Embassy) wanting to introduce his ‘girlfriend’ Erika Thompson (Australian Embassy aide to Ambassador Alexander Downer). They meet at a London Pub.

[NOTE: Mueller cites the content of May 6, 2016, meeting as communicating “clinton emails” from Papadopoulos; however, Mueller conflates and falsely attributes the content material of this Erika Thompson meeting. Mueller attributes content to Ambassador Downer meeting with Papadopoulos on May 10, 2016.  Conflation appears intentional]

♦May 6, 2016, Following initial meeting, Papadopoulos gets email from Erika Thompson suggesting meeting with her boss, Australian Ambassador Alexander Downer.

♦May 10, 2016, Papadopoulos meets Ambassador Downer at the Kensington Wine Rooms in London, England.

MEDIA CLAIM: “Downer met with George Papadopoulos, where Papadopoulos — having been introduced through two intermediaries, Christian Cantor and Erika Thompson — mentioned that Russians had material on Hillary Clinton.”

Both Papadopoulos and Downer refute their May 10th meeting discussed Clinton emails.  Papadopoulos notes that Ambassador Downer is recording their conversation.

Alexander Downer is the Australian diplomat who engaged George Papadopoulos in London just days after U.S. intelligence asset Joseph Mifsud told Papadopoulos that Russians had emails from Hillary Clinton.  The communication from Ambassador Downer to the United States is what’s referenced in that EC above.

On April 18, 2019, coinciding with the release of the Mueller report, the Australian government declassified and released information which is specifically connected to the EC released today.  We can take the Australian release and overlay it into some really fantastic research on Alexander Downer, previously done by TWE:

In 1956, Australia — alongside New Zealand — were both added to the newly expanded UKUSA Agreement, which extended intelligence co-operation to those two countries with the current members of the agreement — United Kingdom, United States and Canada — which formed the alliance known as “Five Eyes”.

Many years later, on February 22, 2006, Alexander Downer and Bill Clinton signed a memorandum of understanding to spread grant money over the course of four years to a project to provide screening and drug treatment to AIDS patients in Asia as part of the Clinton Foundation.

On February 18, 2014, Downer was announced as Australia’s next High Commissioner to London, where he would replace Mike Rann.

Between March 7–13, 2016, Director James Comey visited Australia and met with Attorney General George Brandis and Justice Minister Michael Keenan.

Three days later, on March 16, Director James Clapper arrived in Australia from New Zealand via a C-17 Globemaster.

On May 10, 2016, at the Kensington Wine Rooms in London, England, Downer met with George Papadopoulos, where Papadopoulos — having been introduced through two intermediaries, Christian Cantor and Erika Thompson — mentioned that Russians had material on Hillary Clinton.

There’s a little bit of a conflict in the dates (likely due to the significantly different time zones between London and Australia). According to Downer’s calendar schedule the meeting with Papadopoulos was May 11th, 2016 (as released).

♦May 11, 2016, Ambassador Downer files notes to Australian government about the content of the conversation and the outlook of the Trump campaign foreign policy.

Here’s the heavily redacted cable communique from Downer to Canberra, AU office, on May 11th, 2016, the day he meting Papadopoulos (as released):

Here’s the excerpt from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report that describes the events. However, worth noting Mueller assigns this meeting to May 6th, 2016. [Conflating earlier meeting with Erika Thompson – with Ambassador Downer meeting with Papadopoulos on May 10, 2016. Conflation appears intentional.]

Alexander Downer decided to inform the United States Embassy in London, England about his conversation with Papadopoulos, upon the release of the Democratic National Committee’s e-mails by WikiLeaks on July 22, 2016.

On July 23, 2016, the Australian Government contacted Elizabeth Dibble at the United States Embassy to inform her about Downer and Papadopoulos’s conversation.

♦July 26, 2016, Mueller says (pg 89, fn465) Australia informs U.S. government of Papadopoulos statements about Clinton emails.

Somehow the information was transmitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Crossfire Hurricane was then opened on July 31, 2016 by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Two days later, on August 2, 2016, Special Agent Peter Strzok and another agent at the Federal Bureau of Investigation met with Downer directly in London to discuss his conversation with Papadopoulos further. Strzok then received reading materials, which he texted about to Lisa Page.

However, it’s worth noting information provided by Devin Nunes (April 2018) as it pertains to an unofficial channel of information that surrounded these events:

REPRESENTATIVE DEVIN NUNES: “That’s correct. So it took us a long time to actually get this, what’s called the “electronic communication”, as we know it now for your viewers, what it is it’s the original intelligence, original reasons that the counterintelligence was started.

Now this is really important to us because the counterintelligence investigation uses the tools of our intelligence services that are not supposed to be used on American citizens. And we’ve long wanted to know: what intelligence did you have that actually led to this investigation? So what we’ve found now, after the investigators have reviewed it, is that in fact there was no intelligence.

So we have a traditional partnership with what’s called the Five Eyes Agreement. Five Eyes Agreement involves our friends in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, and of course, us. So long time processes and procedures in place where we move intelligence across.

We are not supposed to spy on each others’ citizens. And it’s worked well. And it continues to work well. And we know it’s working well because there was no intelligence that passed through the Five Eyes channels to our government.

And that’s why we had to see that original communication. So now we’re trying to figure out, as you know, we are investigating the State Department, we think there’s some major irregularities in the State Department, and we’re trying to figure out how this information about Mr. Papadopoulos of all people who was supposedly meeting with some folks in London, how that made it over across into the FBI’s hands.” (Video Interview Link)

Lindsey Graham Schedules Committee Business Hearing to Consider Scheduling Subpoena Authorization Hearing…

We are nearing the end of the beginning of the end, as Senator Lindsey Graham announcesa request for a senate hearing to consider scheduling another senate hearing to consider the possible subpoenas for witnesses to appear at a later senate hearing over potential testimony at a possible senate hearing or deposition thereafter.

WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today announced that the Committee would debateand vote on a subpoena authorization related to the FISA abuse investigation and oversight of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

Graham’s subpoena authorization covers a number of documents, communications and testimony from witnesses, including James Comey, Andrew McCabe, James Clapper, John Brennan, Sally Yates, and others.

The subpoena authorization will be first listed on the agenda for the Committee’s executive business meeting on May 21, 2020. The Committee is expected to vote on the subpoena authorization at its June 4, 2020 executive business meeting. (read more)

Depending on the outcome of that hearing; a hearing scheduled for June 4th may be authorized.

If the hearing to schedule the hearing is successful, the June 4th hearing will authorize the additional hearings later this summer where testimony may be conducted if the witnesses do not fight the subpoenas.

53 witness testimonials,  likely closed-door depositions, over the senate calendar should cover three or four months of Judiciary Committee work; likely July through October.

If all goes according to plan… Once the witness depositions are concluded; and overlaying the holiday recess; the committee will then reassemble in early 2021 to debate the findings from the testimony over an approximately six month period.  At the conclusion of the staff debate on language to describe the committee findings (spring 2021); the committee may generate a report a few months later (summer/fall 2021).

President Trump Informs Media He is Taking Hydroxychloroquine and Zinc As Preventative Measure…

Spontaneous ‘splody heads erupted around the media press pool today as President Trump remarked he has been taking hydrozychloroquine as a preventative measure against COVID-19.  “You’d be surprised at how many people are taking it, especially the front-line workers before you catch it. The front-line workers — many, many are taking it. I happen to be taking it. I happen to be taking it — Hydroxychloroquine,” Trump said.

The jaw-agape media immediately reacted: “hydroxychloroquine?” “when?” “now?”

President Trump replied: “right now, yeah. A couple of weeks ago, I started taking it. I’ve heard a lot of good stories. And if it is not good, I will tell you right. I’m not going to get hurt by it. It has been around for 40 years for malaria, for lupus, for other things. I take it,” he said.  WATCH:

Playing the role of Forrest Gump’s mom, Dr. Ivette Lozano of the Lozano clinic in Dallas, Texas has been treating her patients with a 100% record of success. She has been prescribing hydroxychloroquine in spite of intense resistance from politicians and the medical community.

You Tube posted a video of Dr. Lozano addressing a group of citizens who cheered heartily as she described the spectacular success stories coming from her approach to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To date there has been little press coverage of her successes with the exception of a One America News piece aired on May 16, 2020. It is believed that the You Tube video may be pulled soon, so this is a news item that may sink before the public gets the whole story.

While Dr Lozano did not actually say stupid is as stupid does, after listening to how she was treated by politicians, pharmacists and certain drugstore chains, she didn’t have to.

All of her patients became asymptomatic within 24 to 48 hours after being treated at her clinic. After hearing about her success people from all over Texas have been showing up at her clinic.

Dr. Lozano is an activist who cares about her patient’s health, but also wants the public to know the truth.

The truth, she says, is that when victims of the coronavirus show up at hospitals and clinics, they are sent home to quarantine and suffer.

Dr. Lozano is without fear, a quality we need to see more of during this pandemic, she is unafraid to say where she first learned about the effectiveness and the treatment protocol of hydroxychloroquine. Dr Ivette boldly proclaims that it was President Trump who gave her the key. She followed the President’s first revelation about the protocol and followed through with it—now all of her coronavirus patients are glad that she did.

Dr. Lozano says the hydroxychloroquine cost a mere $13.00 – so there is little chance that people may be saddled with a bill for treatments that they could never handle.

Senator Bob Hall has stood by Dr. Lozano in her fight against the pharmacies and the pharmacy board. At one point the pharmacies insisted that Dr. Lozano provide a diagnosis for every hydroxychloroquine prescription she wrote. Besides being a clear violation of doctor—patient confidentiality, it is also, clearly, very stupid.

And that is why—stupid is as stupid does.

“Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment.” (Ex 23:2)

The scriptures admonish us not to follow a crowd to do something evil—would it also be expedient not to follow a crowd to do something stupid?

‘Operation Warp Speed’? You Must Be Kidding Mr. President

‘Operation Warp Speed’ (OWS), not to be confused with Occupy Wall Street, was announced by President Donald Trump in the White House Rose Garden yesterday.

“In a Friday press briefing, President Donald Trump discussed “Operation Warp Speed,” a new federal government initiative to finish the development, manufacture and distribution of a proven coronavirus vaccine.(Fox News, May 15, 2020)

“Operation Warp Speed, that means big and it means fast,” President Donald Trump said in a Friday press briefing, remarking on how the initiative would accelerate the development and diagnostics of COVID-19 breakthrough therapies, and would be “unlike anything our country has seen since the Manhattan Project.”

Hold on, Mr. President, before Dr. Anthony Fauci, who shows up standing behind you in all camera shots wearing a ginormous mask, that radio talk show giant Rush Limbaugh described as “one of the biggest masks I have ever seen in my life time” and who described Dr. Deborah Birx as “the scarf lady wearing a scarf that came down to her knees”,  fly the President’s Task Force straight over the cuckoo’s nest.

Though Fauci was the only person other than the president always in yesterday’s camera shots, both he and Birx could have been human billboards for something called ‘The United Vaccine Front’.

They’ve certainly been canoodling together on the current coronavirus shutdown

So Fauci and Birx—who keep moving the goal posts as to when America can be reopened—let their masks do their talking for them, unlike reporters who wear them into all Rose Garden briefings but slide them down when asking questions—to make sure their all-important voices can be easily heard.

Since when have the efforts of federal agencies not been together?

They’ve certainly been canoodling together on the current coronavirus shutdown.

Is the President’s Task Force hoping that the masses will forget that Fauci and Birx started off their response to the Coronavirus pushing mitigation and a necessary 15-day shut down to “lessen the curve”? Now two months later it’s stay closed until the vaccine is ready, with ominous hints that life in America may never return to normal.

Will the ‘initiative’ called ‘Operation Warp Speed’ leave American society as helpless test rabbits in creepy ‘scientist’ Bill Gates’ laboratories?

President Trump said yesterday that he doesn’t care who gets the contracts for the coronavirus vaccine, which will be delivered “at scale” by the military.

There is no valid argument that the millions the vaccine will be tried on sure do.

“U.S. Secretary of Defense Mark Esper said that the Department of Defense would deliver a vaccine “at scale” by the end of the year, while the president remarked that providing larger vaccine quantities to areas in higher need of them would “make sense.” (Fox News)

As for Fauci and Birx, why should the masses trust scientists who have yet to come up with a cure for the common cold?

“Previous optimistic projections by White House health officials for when a COVID-19 vaccine may be available have been between 12-18 months. When asked by a reporter on why this initiative would supposedly take less time, the president did not provide specifics. (Fox News)

Is that because he doesn’t have them?

“While remdesivir, chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine have been used to treat COVID-19 patients in hospitals and health settings, there are studies still underway exploring their supposed efficacy and potential side effects.

“On April 24, the Food and Drug Administration cautioned against the used of hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine for COVID-19 treatment outside of a hospital setting or clinical trial, as the drugs had been linked to serious “heart-related adverse events” and death in patients with COVID-19.

“As of May 15, more than 1.4 million people in the U.S. had been confirmed to have COVID-19. There had been more than 86,000 deaths and 246,000 recoveries, according to Johns Hopkins’ data.

‘Operation Get Real’ would have been a better name for OWS

Problem is that with questionable computerized models, inaccurate death certificates, padded death numbers and the forced placement of COVID patients into vulnerable nursing homes and long term facilities, the actual number may always remain more myth than fact.

Unless the president knows something that we don’t ‘Operation Warp Speed’ should be used with the manure fill that keeps the flowers growing in the White House Rose Garden.

‘Operation Get Real’ would have been a better name for OWS.

Obama Intrigue Grows As Judge Fiercely Protects Flawed Prosecution

INTRO & SULLIVAN’S SAVE

To begin, recall recently, after damning evidence surfaced of a corrupt FBI prosecution of an innocent 3-Star Star General, Fed Judge Emmet Sullivan was directed by the DOJ to vacate the conviction. The DOJ had already moved to drop the case. But instead, the Judge refused to reverse the plea deal and now acts like the entire matter is still a fair case. But why??

Question: Surprised the Judge overseeing Lt. Gen. Flynn’s Fed Prosecution isn’t angry at FBI shenanigans, but now doubles-down to save this half-aborted monster? Despite manifest problems with Gen. Flynn’s prosecution, Judge Emmet Sullivan might pursue perjury or contempt charges against Michael Flynn, apparently convinced defendant and family have not suffered enough.

So “contempt” is for Flynn’s “perjury” for admitting he lied to the Judge. Huh? Confused yet? Is it immaterial to Sullivan that Flynn was misled, did not receive Due Process, was menaced with a dead law, and threatened with jail and by family prosecutions? His FBI file was set aside when it was decided he answered honestly –  before being reopened to slander Flynn and use this for propaganda purposes.

WHAT MOTIVATES JUDGE?

Some theories bouncing around the internet follow: Did Obama’s people contact this judge to stress how incredibly important it was to hang onto some element of the Russia Investigation as being ethical to protect the FBI and Intelligence community? Did the judge realize his failure to notice the contrived nature of this case would ruin his reputation for probity? Perhaps the judge is a true believer in the progressive wing of grievance leftism? Maybe the judge just doesn’t like military folks, or Flynn specifically and still thinks he is a sellout? Perhaps he accepts “progressive” politics, where adherence to pragmatism means that the outcome equals justice?!! Or maybe this is all more gas-lighting.

But would there be any bigger cause than saving Obama’s reputation? Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, tweeted Sullivan could be acting at request of former President Barack Obama.

SHOULD FLYNN STILL BE SENTENCED? 

Obdurate refusal to cooperate leads to several disruptive decisions. Now what? Sadly, this will reinflate all pompous windbags who’ve spent 3 years lecturing us about how corrupt Trump’s staff is. But is there really a sound argument to convict Flynn for anything?

JUDGE GLEESON ARRIVES OPPOSED

Sullivan requested amicus briefs from any party. Further, Sullivan appointed former Fed Judge John Gleeson, to help on the DOJ’s request, ruling on the perjury charges. Gleeson judging Gen. Flynn is shocking, having just published an anti-Flynn screed. Wrote Gleeson, “Flynn’s guilt has already been adjudicated. So if the court finds dismissal would result in a miscarriage of justice, it can deny the motion, refuse to permit withdrawal of the guilty plea and proceed to sentencing.” But what if the court made a mistake, or if serious misconduct profoundly affecting the prosecution was exposed?

Does Gleeson’s choice expose liberalism’s worst error – conceit? Should the FBI prevail even in Due Process busting scenarios? There must be a rational reason for all the Trump hate which started with the FBI before he entered office. Maybe Trump imbalances what progressives feel is the natural order – leadership by Ivy League scions, as naturally socialist as philosophy professors.

LEFTISM’S INFLUENCE

Some might say the general problem with America is the shocking number of high officials across the nation whose values, thinking skills and habits are completely compromised by progressive fables – such as Marxism. And should you doubt Sullivan’s leftist passions, he once sent out an email to his entire federal email list for a Global Warming convention, then was taken to the woodshed for apparent open leftist ideology by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals.

PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT

Whatever the story, Judge Sullivan still has an absolute duty to insure the US Federal Court does not perpetrate crimes or aid in the stripping of American citizens of their civil rights. This has nothing to do with personal feelings. And how does Sullivan square all of the dishonest elements of this prosecution? And the fact that Flynn was considered innocent until FBI “leadership” decided his case would be rewritten to make a prosecution? Whatever happened to Prosecutorial Misconduct?

The theory of prosecuting Gen. Flynn for perjury in a case where he suffered reckless bias, frame-ups and deceit by the FBI would, according to one blogger – be like charging a girl rent for her time spent in a closet where she was hiding from a convicted pedophile frantically kicking in doors to find her.

If an FBI agent is not conducting a formal, predicated, announced investigation of a suspect – how can a person be charged with lying to the authorities?

NATURAL LAW JUSTICE

Regarding rules which the Natural Law places on liberal democracy, John Finnis has written:

The reassertion of the truths that there are indeed such limits on government, and that they can well be articulated in the relatively modern language of truly inviolable rights (is essential). But if Flynn’s conviction is upheld, the Fed Government will now stand for the proposition that regardless of how many rules or laws cops break for a conviction, it doesn’t matter.  For as long as there is a guilty plea – even if the charge is based upon bogus charges emanating from casual comments made to government workers, not under oath – the state can always claim a victory.

The point here is that all rulers and judges are under a moral, higher law which does not allow hoax setup prosecutions and kangaroo courts. And that general fairness and common sense can never be set aside, even when members of the society pursue their ambitions for greater power. And so targeting Gen. Flynn to trick him into pleading guilty to embarrass Trump and punish the General for supposed past sins is nothing short of evil, which no leader is justified to pursue.

Demonstrations of average citizens, not DNC or Soros’ paid protestors, continue to express just how fed up citizens are of lockdowns that may have moved well past their purpose in many states and localities across America. Several “Democratic” governors are showing their true colors as they cannot resist exercising their executive power over hairdressers, ministers, and the regular people of faith. Prisoners are allowed to go free from prison; yet, the people of faith are prevented by law to leave their homes to go worship God. Several thousands of years ago, that same scenario played out between an all powerful Pharaoh and a simple shepherd named Moses.

Americans are witnessing firsthand the differences in leadership style between several “Democratic” governors and Republican governors as they navigate the COVID-19 Pandemic. Americans are witnessing “Democratic” governors and other elected and unelected “Democratic” officials disregard, even trample, basic freedoms across America. This “Pharaoh phenomenon” is not limited to governors, but citizens see control freaks at every level of government. It means that elected officials and administrative appointees,
do not really believe they are elected to serve the will of the people.

The COVID-19 “pandemic,” defined rather narrowly, can be used as a “legitimate” way to absolutely control people under the legal authority via whatever administration inclined to put “shutdown” or “lockdown” orders in place. Most Americans, however, do not pay too much attention to the loss of freedoms that do not involve them very directly. Yet, fear is also a major deterrent to react to unconstitutional mandates from on high.

Ironically, unless one is receptive to a liberating thought, and then acts upon that thought, that idea is never transformed into a substantial reality. And, the notion of whether anyone is receptive to a liberating thought is primarily dependent on the individual. If no one paid attention to the ideals in the Declaration of Independence, the U.S.A. would not have been born.

Even if people can consume and digest liberating wisdom, the challenge is whether the receivers of such ideals can do something about them. If the founding generation had not accepted the ideals woven into the Declaration of Independence, America would not have been “conceived in liberty.” More importantly, if the founders had not had the courage to act upon such ideals in the Declaration of Independence, the nation would not have been born. America could have been aborted by fear. And, the founding generation had much to fear.

The Continental Congress was deliberating their collective colonial destiny at the same time Britain was launching their largest deployment of troops to control a colony in their history to that point. Yet the founding fathers voted to declare independence. Those brilliant and very brave men accepted the ideals of the Declaration of Independence, and overcame their fears, and acted upon their faith. They had the courage to be willing to die for what they believed in. And, many did die—for what they believed in.

In 2020, amidst the COVID-19 “pandemic,” we know many people are dying, and that is truly tragic. As President Trump has said, one life is too many. But, the deeper question may be: is our Republic in danger of dying?

Americans are now at this point in history, and again face the reality that   the Hebrews faced as they witnessed the struggle between Moses and the mighty Pharaoh. Americans again face the same concerns confronting the Pilgrim fathers as they were the victims of the Anglican church with the weight of the British government behind it.

Yet, for American citizens there is nowhere left to run. America is the last bastion of principled freedom of any type. There can be no Exodus from Egypt, nor an escape from England. American citizens have enjoyed several privileges of growing up in a land of plenty, within the land of the Free. But in 2020, American citizens need to make a decision as to whether they still hold those truths to be self evident, or whether those truths are no longer relevant.

In 2020, big brother has arrested and jailed hairdressers for simply trying to survive amidst the shutdown rules for “non-essential” businesses. Yet, more importantly, in some localities, Christian ministers have been arrested for defying the government shutdown mandates, which restrict the freedom of worship. The logic, which is not truly logic, does not align with the Bill of Rights. While much of the lockdown mandates seem logical and reasonable, those mandates that violate the First Amendment freedoms are practically ignored. This should not be tolerated in the Land of the Free.

When ministers are being arrested and congregants are fined for gathering in parking lots in their cars, despite the MSM, it is being witnessed by those who still value religious freedom and the freedom to worship. This gets back to Moses and the Pharoah. It also gets back to why the Pilgrims fled to the New World: ministers were being arrested and congregations were living in fear because of what they believed. The Pilgrims were really Separatists who did not align well with the Church of England. We seem to have come full circle in 400 years!

Those Separatists had such faith that they pursued their freedom to worship even at the risk pf their “fortunes,” their familiar lives in England (comfort zones), and their survival (their very lives). They left their customary surroundings to go off into unknown territory – risking their very lives. In short, they did what patriot Patrick Henry proclaimed in 1775: “Give me liberty,or give me death!” Their pursuit of freedom in those days was more than an intellectual perception or acknowledgement of the egregious violations of religious liberty.

Patrick Henry and the brilliant and brave men of the founding generation not only shouted their faith, like the Separatists, they acted upon it. Henry’s very volatile speech voiced sentiments that inspired the revolutionary generation. Inside St. John’s Episcopal Church in Richmond, Virginia on March 23, 1775, the delegates to the Second Second Virginia Convention were moved to action by Henry’s words:

“Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me Liberty or give me death!”

Some may view you blog as stirring the masses but for me it is a calming force. Not that I like what is happening but at least I know who, what and why. That’s better than freaking out and wondering if everyone else is insane.
This may seem naive but I use to think the SPY was too big to manipulate. Looking at Renko bars it’s easy to see computer programming and manipulation.

REPLY: I get a lot of information from sources around the world I was informed of the protests being organized in Germany to weeks ago. I am careful to cover such things only when they happen. Otherwise, yes, I could be accused of organizing them. That is not my purpose. It is to explain what is in fact unfolding and I try desperately to ensure I am not just spinning conspiracy theories. I have probably better sources than anyone, especially because all our clients are on the same mindset and we are all sharing what is happening around the world to better understand the global trends.

It is total nonsense that the Russian influenced the 2016 election. Government try always to influence elections. All the propaganda put out by the various news organizations is never questioned by their core readers because they are incapable of thinking for themselves. They BELIEVE what they want to BELIEVE. I have explain that the independent forces account for probably 10%. That can increase with exposing the lies but only when the BELIEVERS are confronted with the realization that they have been stupid sheep. That is the tipping point. That can be determined cyclically.

It is far better to understand what is unfolding, for it does bring calm. You can then watch it unfold. We are in the last 12 years period of this cycle. They are the equivalent to a long-term Panic Cycle. This is how the West falls. The British Empire fell. They people survived. When the Greek Empire of the Heroic period fell, the people migrated because of Climate Change. When Rome fell, it split into many pieces and the separatist movement led to  individual city states.

This is not Armageddon – the end of the world. This is just the end of the political system, and unfortunately, this Virus-Climate Change nonsense is deliberately trying to destroy the economy. They have no idea how to create the world they think needs to be created. They are ending Capitalism to be replaced with tyranny. They will not succeed, but this will come at the cost of blood in the streets which will vary depending upon where you are. The Midwest and the South will stand against California and New England – the stronghold of the Marxist believers.

In Florida, we had a “voluntary” stay at home. I would routinely go shopping and other than the mall and restaurants, most else was open. Police never pulled me over nor did they harass the people. The beach was supposed to be closed, but as long as you were walking the beach the police said that was fine. Of course, I live on a Private Beach so that was never an issue anyhow. In New England, police were nasty, ticketing people, arresting them, and generally acting as the right hand of ruthless illegal decrees.

So where you live will definitely be critical during the next 12 years.

Like you, I’m also a student of history. One clear parallel I’m now beginning to see if the close link between the Democratic Party(Jacobins) and the CDC-WHO-Medical Science community looking to target the center-right(Gironde-royalist bloc) repeating the escalating battle that consumer France starting in 1789. You know the story well. Foreign threats of invasion to reinstate the King after he tried to flee, then put him on trial, subsequently executed him, then turned against his defenders who vainly tried to position themselves as moderates, defenders of free property and free assembly. The Jacobins as a party became weaponized, using foreign threats, internal threats, real or imagined, to justify witch hunts, looking for saboteurs, looking for enemies within…a so called 5th column(which came into currency during the Spanish Civil war 1936-39)…we saw then the Jacobins take over what was then known as The Committee for Public Safety…I believe this originated in Paris, which was the center of radicalism then. This became a political body, later got radicalized and became the focus of the Jacobins to be used against the Gironde and other moderate parties in the Convention. Each of their leaders eventually either were guillotined, committed suicide or manage to flee the country. Eventually, the Committee decided who would be tried for treason, would be hanged, etc. Robespierre became its leader and ultimate hangman. Later, after the committee turned against him, he tried to kill himself, then was subsequent guillotined.

I see the CDC-WHO bloc as the modern version of the Committee, with people like Anthony Fauci, the media and Bill Gates now leading the charge to take over society and impose their views on everyone, claiming, like the Committee back in 1790-93, there were existential threats, also internal ones, that required extreme and emergency uses of power, to ensure the safety of the public. Today, there is no equal of Robespierre..who was a commanding figure back then, but one can look to the ranks of many demanding justice against their opponents…if they manage to get into power, its very easy to see how they will use the Federal Govt, form committees like the Committee of Public safety to impose their will and form of justice on their opponents…you mentioned the violence ahead…I think this is very probable, and like in the period 1789-1793, violence will reach a fever pitch, turning quite bloody, quite violent, with half the population being targeted, with police, with national guard with the media all being weaponized against those who opposed them.

I think it’s coming. The analogue is the French Revolution. Ironistic, isn’t it that terms like left, center and right all came from where people sat in the Convention in 1789? Isn’t it also ironic they used a crisis(the corona virus) to justify extreme measures? Isn’t it also ironic they looked at foreign threats to the country(Russia) to nationalize the economy…their ultimate goal, to print money, to create inflation which will destroy the middle class and wealthy. This is the Democratic party playbook. It is no accident.

REPLY: This is how history repeats. It is like a Shakespeare plot that remains the same for centuries, only the actors change. This is not simply a grudge match against Trump. This is an attempt to actually restructure the entire economy into a Socialist-Climate Change agenda. They are deliberately trying to destroy the world economy to rebuild it in a Zero CO2 environment. This is a nothing virus. I have stated that a pandemic is defined only by widespread geographic impact the same a the flu. It is NOT serious unless it is an EPIDEMIC which is defined as infecting 7.7% of the population. They do not want to admit that 25% of the population is immune. That would simply defeat their entire agenda.

If we take the CDC numbers for the flu last season which was very mild and use the same scare tactics that the death rate is 4% with coronavirus, they arrive at that by only counting the hospitalizations. CDC estimates that the burden of illness during the 2018–2019 season included an estimated 35.5 million people getting sick with influenza, 16.5 million people going to a health care provider for their illness, 490,600 hospitalizations, and 34,200 deaths from influenza. Just taking the hospitalization to calculate the death rate that is 6.9%. LA County in California is taking 915 deaths of 19,538 cases to justify the lockdown claiming that death rate is 4% much high than the flu. But the flu calculation using the total infected is 0.0009%. Taking those who saw a doctor it rises to 0.002%.

This is a deliberate FRAUD to keep people imprisoned when the death rate using the same set of numbers is 4% v 6.9%. That is 42% less than the flu! This is an organized plot to overthrow not just Trump – but Capitalism. Welcome to the new Marxist Revolution. The Democrats are leading the charge and the hatred they have fanned the flames of class warfare.

Neil Ferguson which started all of this had a lover who was a activist working in Climate Change. That was his agenda as is Bill Gates. Gates’s friend are off building bunkers in New Zealand. I am aware that we had suggested that the South Island in New Zealand appeared to be a place to go. While they think this is for the Coronavirus, there are other issued in the background not being reported – they know the rise of socialists is coming.
