“A great civilization is not conquered from without, until it has destroyed itself from within. The essential causes of Rome’s decline lay in her people, her morals, her class struggle, her failing trade, her bureaucratic despotism, her stifling taxes, her consuming wars.”
– Will Durant, The Story Of Civilization III, Epilogue, 1944.
The above quote circulates as such, but it is a synthesis from his Epilogue Why Rome Fell?. Based upon this writer’s independent review of the collapse, it is an accurate summary. And the collapse was due to the bureaucracy intruding and spending money until, literally, it was all gone. As with today’s great experiment in authoritarian government, it began with immense wealth. In Rome’s case accumulated through conquest.
The latest authoritarian banners has included the “Genius of the Fed”
Successful bureaucratic intrusion starts at a relatively low level, only taking enough not to upset the taxpayer and the country’s main businesses. Eventually, civil servants will push taxation to the point of pain to the citizens and then supplement tax revenues with the cheat of inflation through currency depreciation. Thus, all three such great experiments have been accompanied by chronic price inflation.
Rome’s experiment was headed by the inspiring banner the “Genius of the Emperor”. The next such experiment started in 1500 when the banner was the “Infallibility of the Pope”. The Church was corrupted by a bureaucracy that eventually became venal and murderous.
This culminated with the combination of church and state forcing too much in-your-face and in-your-wallet government. In the early 1600s, the costly intrusion inspired a number of popular uprisings that eventually added up to a great reformation.
“Genius of the Fed”
The latest authoritarian banners has included the “Genius of the Fed.”
Recently, it seems that the Deep State has been on a roll with a remarkable cluster of fearful issues. These have been promoted such that only big and commanding government can provide solutions. “Global Warming” had morphed into “Climate Change”, before becoming “Climate Hysteria”. And “SARS-CoV-2” has provided the magic incantation to suddenly trash the global economy—one country at a time.
This has never happened before and quite soon ordinary folk will see it as yet another scam by control freaks. Forcing people to stay at home and not spend money. So,
Not today Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez- supporting Shaun King. Not tomorrow, not the next day, and as far as a majority of humankind is concerned, NOT EVER!
“Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King called Monday for the removal of statues, murals and stained glass windows that depict Jesus as a “white European,” which he claimed “are a form of white supremacy.” (LifeSite,June 22, 2020)
“Yes, I think the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down,” King, a former surrogate on Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders’s 2020 presidential campaign, wrote on Twitter. “They are a form of white supremacy. Always have been.”
“King’s targeting of religious artwork comes as various activist groups have moved beyond tearing down Confederate statues and are now calling for the removal of other historical monuments.
“In the Bible, when the family of Jesus wanted to hide, and blend in, guess where they went?” he added. “EGYPT! Not Denmark. Tear them down.”
WHOA! Here’s a latter day Marxist’s attempt trying to rewrite the Holy Bible inferring how The Holy Family tried to blend in in “EGYPT!” not Denmark.
But King’s pathetic attempt to drag our much adored and revered Lord and Savior into his over-the-top “white supremacy” obsession was over before it even began.
It’s because most folk the world over are not having any of his heresy and never will.
King’s bid to remove images of Christ won’t work even with the help of his disciples Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez—who are every bit as whacko as he is.
Most knew before King jumped on his King Herod horse that Karl Marx, and not the Creator, is the god of the Marxists/Socialists/Communists and all the hatred civil disorder, and pure evil that they bring.
— Shaun King (@shaunking) June 22, 2020
“All murals and stained glass windows of white Jesus, and his European mother, and their white friends should also come down,” King wrote in a second tweet. “They are a gross form of white supremacy.”
A spokesperson for King didn’t immediately return a request for additional comment.
That’s likely because he’s already desperately searching for a way to walk it all back.
“King made his remarks over a series of Twitter posts as historic monuments and statues have become the targets of anger and vandalism during Black Lives Matter protests in the wake of George Floyd’s death while in police custody late last month. (Fox News, June 22, 2020)
Neither Bernie Sanders nor AOC can walk back their support for this radical prominent Black Lives Matter activist.
It was King who introduced Sanders at some of his campaign events. (WaPO, March 10, 2020)

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s critique of “moderates” is spot on.
Moderates are more naive than the visionaries if they think tinkering around the edges will solve systemic problems in our democracy and economy.
It’s time to rewrite the social contract, not manage decline. — From @justicedemocrats
Meanwhile King’s call to “tear down” “all murals and stained glass windows of white Jesus, and his European mother, and their white friends” is what the electorate is waiting to do to all Democrats—including cunning Justice Democrat ones—on November 3, 2020.
They are going to remove the statue of Teddy Roosevelt, who ironically was a socialist, as they claim the statue is now racist because it portrays an American Indian and a black African. Teddy Roosevelt was certainly not a slave owner. The statue reflected the two continents being America (the American Indian), and Africa because Roosevelt had taken a year-long expedition to Africa. Is a statue depicting a black person representing Africa automatically racist?
If you look at the footage of various attacks on statues, you will notice that these are not purely blacks protesting. You will see a lot of whites in these movements. This is reflecting more civil unrest which is also frustration over the lockdown and losing jobs. The job losses have hit the youth very hard for they are often the people in service industries just getting states like waitresses and stock boys. With movies, plays, restaurants, malls, and small shops closed, it has been the youth thrown out of work with no unemployment for they were not full-time employees.
These protests are not really thought out. In some cases, this is the equivalent of the Taliban destroying the monumental statues of Gautama Buddha carved into the side of a cliff in the Bamyan valley in the Hazarajat region of central Afghanistan. Then there were the museum raids by ISIS, who destroyed statues they disagreed with. This would be akin to blowing up the Pyramids because the Egyptians were pagans.
This is the statue in the Capitoline Museum in Rome depicting Romulus and Remus suckling a she-wolf based upon the myth of the founding of Rome. Should this statue now be removed because it represents somehow cruelty to animals?
Here is a Roman coin of Emperor Hadian (117-138 AD) with a reverse depicting Africa as a female with an elephant headdress, holding a scorpion, with a basket of wheat symbolizing the Egyptian food source of grain for the world. It is symbolic like the Teddy Roosevelt statue.
This is a rare coin of the ancient city of Phokaia in Ionia (modern Turkey) struck in a natural alloy of gold and silver (electrum) 560-545 BC. It depicts the head of an African man facing left with the civic badge of Phokaia behind the head. Some would say this is racist today because it was struck by Greeks. To the Greeks, Africans were called Aethiopians and they appear regularly in Greek art. The Greeks were well acquainted with Africans since they appear often in Greek literature as mythical characters and warriors.
Indeed, Africans were known in the Greek world as early as the Minoan period. They were often mercenary soldiers – not slaves. There are records of them fighting for the Minoans as well as in the army of Memnon at Troy. Even the Persians hired black mercenary soldiers who appeared in the army of Xerxes in the battle of Marathon (see Frazer, J. G., 1913: Pausanias’ Description of Greece, II. Macmillan, London, p 434; and Graindor, P., 1908: Les Vases au Nègre. Musée Belge, p 29).
As time changes, so do attitudes. Rewriting history seems to be just wrong, particularly when we apply our understanding of what symbols mean today and compare them to the past. When they named the city of Philadelphia, they took the Greek meaning of “brotherly love” and saw that in the Christian context. In Greek, it meant that you married your sister — a different kind of brotherly love.
The Swastika symbol has a modern connection to Hitler and the Nazis. However, it has been a symbol found on ancient coins of Europe as well as coins of India. The symbol goes back to the Indus Saraswati Civilization as early as 1500 BC. Hindu tradition used the Swastika as a favorable symbol that was widely used in festivals, such as marriage rituals.
The Swastika symbolizes lightning bolts which represented the thunder god and the king of the gods in Vedic Hinduism, but to the Greeks, it represented Zeus in their religion. To the Romans, it represented Jupiter, and in Scandinavia/Germany it represented Thor. Here it is displayed over a bull on a coin of Macedonia (430-390 BC). It was discovered also in the excavation of Troy.
Here we find it in a mosaic that was excavated in a Byzantine church in Shavei Tzion (Israel), so we find it even in Christianity. This symbol has been around for thousands of years and it had nothing to do with racism or fascism.
The German archaeologist Heinrich Schliemann (1822-1890) discovered the Swastika at the site of ancient Troy during his excavation. Schliemann connected it with similar shapes found on pottery in Germany for it was also prevalent as a symbol of Thor. Schliemann speculated that it was a “significant religious symbol of our remote ancestors.” Hitler appears to have adopted it as a reference to the ancient German culture which became the Aryan culture he was promoting and the Nazis then adopted eugenics.
The Swastika is clearly a different symbol to different cultures but was generally religious. Because of Hitler, it tends to be banned in Western modern culture. So should statues like that of Teddy Roosevelt, which has nothing to do with slavery but the representative symbol of two continents, be destroyed? Are we embarking on book burning or blowing up monuments because today they are being reinterpreted as something different from their origin like Philadelphia? We do live in confusing times.
Fox Host Tucker Carlson broadcast a stunning example showing how average Americans are being terrorized by rampaging mobs as local and state officials do nothing.
In the example a woman driving with her daughter through Fredericksburg, Virginia, is attacked by a mob of Black Lives Matter thugs. Panicked the lady calls 911 for help, the response from the 911 operator is to chastise the woman and tell her to “call city hall” with her complaint. This is a prime example of what Marxist Democrats support. WATCH:
…”because I’m good enough; I’m strong enough; and doggone it, people like me.”
That’s the kitchen table sensibility as projected by FBI Director Christopher Wray in this interview. It’s a communication style blending the modern term “corporate responsibility” with the patronizing mannerisms of a dad discussing sixth grade peer pressure with his tender gender-neutral offspring.
This is actually a very revealing interview to understand why 50 FBI agents chased the Russian conspiracy for two years with Robert Mueller; and why 15 FBI agents excitedly responded to a garage door pull-down rope. The emphasis is on the wrong syllable, but golly we only have a 0.4 percent turnover ratio, so we must be doing something right.
I’ve actually met a Chris Wray clone in the past. While culling a tier of toxic executive management, the CEO voice in the organization said to me: “what if you fire all of them and later find out you’re wrong?” To which I replied: “what’s more dangerous to you, my firing them and being wrong, or you keeping them around and my being right?”…
Director Wray is the guy who doesn’t deal with the toxic infection, instead he uses words like: “we have an opportunity”, “they need to be supported more”; and “I challenge you to provide continuous coaching.” Note at 09:45 Wray says “I put in place an entire new leadership team”, without even realizing that Bill Barr just removed -by force- Wray’s hand-selected chief legal counsel, Dana Boente. It doesn’t even register with him.
.
Chris Wray’s performance as FBI Director is akin to what would happen if you took a hotel manager and made him the captain of a cruise ship.
…“energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction”….
A black vote of 20 percent, and quite possibly 30 percent for President Trump, will teach the Democrats that even their most cherished “value”––abortion––is not enough to keep the black population loyal to their historically empty promises and innate
They say that out of every bad thing comes a good thing. Ask any mother who has been through a 20-hour labor!
The same can be said of the criminal behavior of the Marxist-inspired radicals––Antifa and Black Lives Matters––which eclipsed the legitimate outrage that followed the horrific murder of George Floyd by a white policeman, Derek Chauvin, in Minneapolis, MN.
This crime called for reform of the Minneapolis Police Department, which had ignored 18 grievances against Chauvin. But that is not what happened.
Instead, the peaceful protests against this savage act were obliterated by the professionally orchestrated, bountifully financed rampage of the above-mentioned anarchists-cum-terrorists through American cities and suburbs, leaving a massive swath of destruction that included dozens of black-owned businesses and dozens of white-owned businesses that employed black citizens. So much for Black Lives Matter!
What a beautiful tribute to George Floyd––God spare all of us such a memoriam!
A SHAMEFUL EXPOSÉ
However, the good that came out of this disgraceful, destructive, criminal behavior was the willingness of many black conservative commentators and writers to tell the American public what Democrats and their leftist media lackeys have been concealing from the public for decades.
Since the 1960s, the welfare system rewarded single black mothers with lifetime financial support which resulted in every generation for the last 60 years with fatherless homes—in short, the destruction of the black family. When the mothers worked outside the home to make ends meet, their children were left to the streets to admire the rich pimps, drug pushers and other criminals who became their role models….a doomsday scenario for every child.
Public schools run by Democrat-controlled unions and benefits-infatuated teachers and administrators allowed generations of illiterate students to “graduate” without the knowledge or skills necessary to be productive members of society. Just mention the name Eva Moskowitz to any leftist and you will be assaulted with vile language and the deep hatred Democrats feel toward the woman who runs upward of 25 Charter Schools in New York City, schools attended by children from black ghettos who pass the Regents with flying colors, score high marks on the SATs, graduate from high school and go on to top-flight colleges (without the “benefit” of Affirmative Action). This is tragically unlike the children who attend public schools and go on to survive either through lives of crime or welfare dependency.
The result: a disproportionate number of blacks––mostly men––in prison, representing a complete waste of potentially vibrant and contributory lives.
And the women? Most Planned Parenthood facilities are located in minority neighborhoods… on purpose! In fact, 25 percent of abortions performed each year are on black women. The founder of these baby-destroying factories, Margaret Sanger, as John Nolte reports, was an impassioned eugenicist who spoke before Ku Klux Klan groups. On December 10, 1939, in a letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble of the Eugenics Society––in the context of discussing the Negro Project, which she developed in concert with white birth-control reformers––Sanger wrote: “We do not want word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population…” The Planned Parenthood Federation of America aborted 345,672 babies during the 2018 fiscal year, which equals approximately 86,500 dead black babies. So much for Black Lives Matter!
Democrats conceived of and implemented Sanctuary Cities which flout federal immigration law in protecting illegal aliens from deportation and prosecution. These laws go further in providing cradle-to-grave benefits like taxpayer-funded free food, free housing, free medical care, free schooling, and of course welfare payments. The result, of course, is that the states who subscribe to this communist philosophy are both crime-ridden and bankrupt. The cost is in the multibillions of dollars, which could and should have been spent on better schools, jobs and living conditions for black citizens, but never is and never was. So much for Black Lives Matter!
John Nolte asks what the following cities have in common:
Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Fayetteville, Atlanta, New York, Nashville, Seattle, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago, Milwaukee, Salt Lake, Washington DC, Detroit, Indianapolis, San Francisco, Kansas City, Houston, Charlotte, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, Tampa, Baltimore, Oakland, Louisville…
They’re all run by Democrats, many for generations.
They’ve all been looted and burned by left-wing Antifa terrorists and other Marxist groups over the past few weeks.
These riots are wholly owned, supported, indeed applauded by the Democrat Party.
Here is but one example:
Make no mistake: all of the above actions were taken with one overriding goal in mind: to accumulate votes for Democrat candidates. The strategy was obviously to keep minority populations dumb and dependent, the better to convince them that hope for a better future lay right around the corner.
If you go to horrible schools, you’re not going to keep up on politics and you are going to listen to sermon-spouting “reverends”––like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and Jeremiah Wright, et al––who tell you what to think and who to vote for, while they are making millions and their gullible acolytes are barely getting by. So much for Black Lives Matter!
TO THE RESCUE
But now that President Trump enacted the unprecedented prison-reform First Step Act, and created an economy in which black people have enjoyed the highest employment rate in American history––money in their pockets, unlimited opportunity, increased awareness of the slave mentality of the Democrats––which political party will this minority population vote for?
As I said, good comes out of bad. A black vote of 20 percent, and quite possibly 30 percent for President Trump, will teach the Democrats that even their most cherished “value”––abortion––is not enough to keep the black population loyal to their historically empty promises and innate racism.
Before NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace appeared on CNN with Don Lémon to discuss his now disproven racial “noose” targeting, he had a decision to make. Wallace could accept the FBI/NASCAR finding and admit an honest mistake was made by an overly sensitive Richard Petty racing team; or he could make racism his new identity in NASCAR as Colin Kaepernick did with football in the NFL. Bubba Wallace chose the latter.
As a result of Wallace’s new identity, and his announced career goals, NASCAR will now fragment in the same way as the National Football League. Social justice will now define Mr. Wallace’s professional effort; driving with NASCAR becomes a method to achieve his new career aspirations. That inflection point, his identity choice, is clear in his interview.
However, before getting to the interview it is worth looking at how this entire fiasco was created, starting with the carefully obtuse explanation from Richard Petty Motorsports:
Obviously Richard Petty’s team are socially woke and enlightened to their obligations in a new era of racial sensitivity. Notice the careful wording: “discovered a rope tied in the fashion of a noose”, key word “fashion.” The careful wording allows the statement to skirt on the fringes of common sense truth because they don’t ‘technically’ say it’s a noose; quite simply, because it isn’t. If it were a noose it would be useless as a garage door pull.
That brings up the second obtuse aspect of the sentence: “discovered a rope”, notice they don’t say it was attached to the garage door pull (which it was) because that would make their misinterpretation seem even more ridiculous. Saying ‘we discovered a garage door pull-down rope that appeared to be fashioned as a noose’, would illicit eye-rolls. So they carefully avoid noting their stupidity by ignoring common sense.
“According to established protocols our team notified the crew chief”, so they have protocols for nooses at Richard Petty Motorsports? Of course they don’t. They have protocols for making stupid stuff into bigger stupid stuff by notifying ever increasing pearl-clutchers. If you’ve ever worked in a corporate setting, you know the nonsense that can flow from a particular squeeky noisemaker who enjoys attention. Same/Same.
From that moment forward NASCAR, the corporate side; the public relations, brand image and risk management side; took over. Thus the culturally sensitive and politically correct NASCAR President, Steve Phelps, soon found himself in the motor-home of Bubba Wallace crying and explaining that “a hate crime has been committed against him.” Yes, that’s what happened (it’s in the interview).
Throughout this event, from the moment the garage door pull was defined as a “noose”, common sense was displaced by an overwhelming urge to be appropriately sensitive to the slightest possibility that something terribly untoward may be afoot. The 800lb gorilla in the corner of the decision-making space is NASCAR’s intention to find a new culturally diverse audience. A corporations cultural direction once again drowned common sense.
Within the interview Bubba Wallace waxes poetically about how much he appreciated Steve Phelps sensitivities; and how President Phelps is just the right kind of woke-minded leader to carry NASCAR into the social justice era against the hordes of deplorable redneck rubes they are now trying to outrun. CNN host Don Lemon is giddy with praise for such an enlightened relationship and praises young Wallace for his millionaire fortitude to be able to withstand emotional pain; and yet overcome the adversity of being a victim.
Not to skim the point, the choice of CNN’s Don Lemon as a brother in the movement, facilitating Wallace’s inflection point, professional identity and first public comments since the FBI debunked the “hate crime” in question, should not be overlooked. Again, when you have to pretend not to know things, it is wise to lean upon a fellow traveler.
Within the interview Bubba Wallace accepts the FBI finding that he was not a target. However, in keeping with his new identity, Wallace doubles down on the false narrative that a “noose” was indeed created by some racist entities in NASCAR.
Wallace’s overt inference -and it isn’t at all subtle- is that racist teams are running amok in the sport, tying random nooses on garage doors, and Bubba welcomes the challenge of overcoming their racial adversity. In short, Bubba Wallace calls some of those who just joined him in a unity parade, racist NASCAR participants who tie nooses.
That victim outlook permits Wallace to further proclaim his mission to bring NASCAR to “an entirely new audience of followers” who have -in his words- demanded that he “place himself on a pedestal” to do battle with the racist NASCAR elements that surround him.
So there you have it… you can watch it in the interview. Bubba Wallace is to NASCAR as Colin Kaepernick was/is to the NFL. If he loses a sponsor, it’s racism. If he’s bumped in a race, it’s racism. If he doesn’t win, and/or as a result of poor performance questions arise about losing his ride, yep, racism.
By doubling, tripling and quadrupling down; with anger and disdain toward any who would counter him with common sense; on the completely false assertion that a garage door with a “loop knot” or “scaffold knot” is a noose, Wallace attempts to shield himself by weaponizing his race. Any challenge to his defined noose narrative is racism.
And you know what,… it will work.
How can I be so certain that his approach will work? The answer is really quite simple.
Think about how weak an organization needs to be in order to permit a ridiculous garage door rope with a loop on the end; becoming such a ridiculously overblown issue that the corporation would organize an full-throated PR campaign around a hoax; while the leader of the organization sobs in the trailer of a falsely identified hate-crime victim.
In essence, weak organizations are a breeding ground for communal stupid; and every one of them ends the same way. Both the NFL and NASCAR are following the same woke business plan. Watch his interview, you’ll see it:
In the aftermath of the George Floyd incident, everyone seems to want to have a conversation about race in America.
Just recently, presumptive Democrat presidential nominee, former Vice President Joe Biden, asserted that if you couldn’t decide whether to vote for him or President Trump, “you ain’t black.”
”So, let me clarify something: I was born in February 1961 in a “Blacks only” hospital, Hughes Spalding, in Atlanta, Georgia. I was raised by a proud Black man, Herman West Sr. and woman, Elizabeth Thomas West in the historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood in Atlanta. My Mom and Dad are buried, together, in Marietta National Cemetery because of their service to our Nation.
BLM is just another leftist organization created by the same ilk of progressive socialists who created the NAACP
The Old Fourth Ward is the same neighborhood that produced Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and where the American civil rights movement emanated, “Sweet Auburn Avenue.”
There is a high possibility that I have forgotten more black history than some may ever learn — or certainly know. I just authored a book titled, “We Can Overcome, An American Black Conservative Manifesto.”
I do not need to “qualify” my being Black based upon some pre-determined ideological agenda. I was raised to believe that I was an individual who could think and believe as I determined. I was taught that America is a place where regardless of where you were born, where you came from, there was an equality of opportunity.
That equality of opportunity has enabled me to attain immense success for myself and set the conditions for the success of my two daughters. My wife Angela, an accomplished former marketing professor and financial adviser, and I now teach our daughters about the perils of equality of outcomes, and those who cleverly disguise that intent within the cries of social justice.
With this being stated, I am tired of our Nation cowering, appeasing, acquiescing, and surrendering to this absurd organization calling itself Black Lives Matter (BLM). There is nothing true or sincere about this ideologically aligned progressive socialist, cultural Marxist organization.
BLM is just another leftist organization created by the same ilk of progressive socialists who created the NAACP. When one reviews the goals and objectives of BLM, they have nothing to do with the real issues facing the Black community in America. The focus of BLM is to cleverly advance the leftist ideological agenda under the guise of a witty name that forces people into guilt, shame.
I am tired of these businesses and corporations being shaken down by BLM
I do not need any white person in America to kneel before me, apologize, wash my feet, or as the insidious comment of Chick-fil-A CEO, Dan Cathy, shine my shoes. I did a doggone good job of shining my own boots during my career in the US Army — that was my individual responsibility, in which I took great pride.
I am tired of these businesses and corporations being shaken down by BLM to the tune of some $464M, $50M right here in my home of Texas. Why?
Black Lives Matter does not support the critical civil rights issue of this day. The major civil rights issue in America today is educational freedom. How many young black kids are relegated to failing public schools in failing neighborhoods? Where does BLM stand on that issue? They stand with the progressive socialist left and the teachers unions. Ask yourself, has BLM ever condemned the action of Barack Obama in April 2009 to cancel the DC school voucher program?
Yesterday was Father’s Day. How many young black kids are growing up without a father in the house, a strong positive role model, like my Dad, US Army Corporal Herman West Sr.? The policies of the progressive socialist left decimated the traditional two parent household in the black community. What does BLM say about the traditional, nuclear, two parent (man and woman) household? They say that is a tool of white supremacy.
If there is to be a conversation about the rule of law in America and the black community, let’s have that honest conversation. However, BLM wants us to believe that there is some focused, dedicated, intentional genocide being enacted against the Black community by law enforcement.
In 2019, there were a total of nine white law enforcement officer shootings of unarmed black men. Yet, how many blacks have taken to the streets to kill other blacks? And where is the outrage from BLM?
I have never heard Black Lives Matter speak up, speak out, or speak against Planned Parenthood. Why?
But, even worse, since 1973 there have been over 20 million unborn black babies murdered in the wombs of Black mothers. The organization mostly responsible for the industry of murdering unborn babies is Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood was founded by a known white supremacist, racist, a woman who spoke at Ku Klux Klan rallies — Margaret Sanger. Planned Parenthood has over 70 percent of their “clinics” located in black communities across America.
I have never heard Black Lives Matter speak up, speak out, or speak against Planned Parenthood. Why? Simple, the white progressive socialist masters who fund, resource, and enable Black Lives Matter don’t give a darn about the lives of Black children.
I could go on, but I think you get my point. Black Lives Matter is an oxymoronic and disingenuous organization. As a proud American Black Man, I find Black Lives Matter an offensive and condescending organization whose hypocrisy is blatantly evident. Yet, thanks to the lucrative support of the white progressive socialist collective elitists, it survives, and extorts financial support from the useful idiots in our corporate structure.
All lives matter, but this radical organization, Black Lives Matter, is the ultimate Trojan Horse. The consistent purveyors of systemic racism in America is the Democrat Party. They have smartly devised this organization to enable their ends, the proliferation of the 21st century economic plantation. Black Lives Matter serves as overseers on this plantation, stoking the irrational emotionalism and angst to support their agenda, their purpose.
What is the purpose? Simple. The new plantation of the left is not about producing cotton. It is about creating victims who will be dependent, and produce the new crop — votes.
QUESTION: You wrote: “Unfortunately, our legal system FAILS to protect people. It allows the government to do whatever it desires and then puts the burden on the people to go to court which takes years to get to the Supreme Court who may just rubber-stamp the government anyway. Our legal system is wholly inadequate and it encourages tyranny as we are experiencing right now.”
Could you elaborate for a student studying law?
Thank you
WK
ANSWER: In HARRIS v. McRAE, 448 U.S. 297 (1980), when someone argued that the government should create a program to help the people, the Supreme Court suddenly ruled that the Bill of Rights is NEGATIVE and not POSITIVE. Therefore, there is nothing in the Constitution that compels the government to create any welfare program. Therefore, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution is a RESTRAINT upon government. It is entirely illogical that you can then waive ANY right for that is constructively amending the Constitution and allowing the government to kill you, torture you, or do whatever it desires.
Then Congress abused its authority when it passed the Judiciary Act of 1925. Nevertheless, courts try to pretend that it was constitutional. In Doyle v. Roberts, 463 F. App’x 50, 51–52 (2d Cir. 2012) where the argument was that it provided unlimited discretion to the Supreme Court over whether to grant certiorari petitions. The Second Circuit rules that Section 1254(1) provides that “[c]ases in the courts of appeals may be reviewed by the Supreme Court by … writ of certiorari granted upon the petition of any party to any civil or criminal case, before or after rendition of judgment or decree.” Doyle argued that there were no rules for granting certiorari and that violated the non-delegation doctrine. They rejected that argument. The Second Circuit ruled that there are few things are more appropriate to the central mission of the judiciary than the high court’s ability under § 1254(1) to manage its caseload by selecting from among more than 10,000 petitions each year the cases in which Supreme Court review will most assist not only the parties but also the lower federal courts, the coordinate branches of government, and the public at large. Id. at *2 (quoting Mistretta v. United States, 488 U.S. 361, 388, 109 S.Ct. 647, 102 L.Ed.2d 714 (1989)) (internal citations omitted) (alteration in original).
Constitutionally, the people are denied Due Process of Law by the Judiciary Act of 1925 which diminishes the majesty, integrity, and the intended structural foundation of the Judiciary which has denied the ABSOLUTE right under the Constitution to petition the ONLY court created by the founding fathers which is this Supreme Court. All other inferior courts are purely statutory courts under Article III, and as such, they can be closed by Congress upon the signing of any act. Article II, Section 1 states clearly:
“The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”
Consequently, the Certiorari Act of 1925 cannot stand as constitutional, giving this Court the discretion to decide whether or not to afford a citizen his Due Process Right to be Heard. The discretion in the Constitution is confined to Congress’ discretion to create inferior courts. Under strict construction, it cannot limit the power of this court to be discretionary for that would defeat the entire structure of the Constitution. The Supreme Court is the only court ordained for the people in a tripartite government originally envisioned by Montesquieu and adopted by the framers of the Constitution necessitated the separation of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches.
Under strict construction, there is no authority in the Constitution to downgrade the Supreme Court as a discretionary court when it is the one court created by the framers and cannot be diminished by Congress. “[I]t is a Constitution we are expounding.” M’Culloch v Maryland, 17 US 326 (1819). “The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land and binds every forum whether it derives its authority from a state of from the United States.” Cook v Moffat 46 US 295 (1847). The Supreme Court held that 28 USC §455 statute government recusal of judges was intended “to provide public confidence in the integrity of the judicial process.” Liljeberg v Health Serv v Corp, 486 US 847, 859-860 (1988). That lofty goal cannot be upheld as long as judges in inferior courts know that the odds of ever being overturned by the Supreme Court are on par with winning the lottery.
Therefore, I do not believe that Congress had the power to reduce the Supreme Court to discretionary rather than fund it to add additional panels to hear every case and then appeal to the top nine justices.
However, most intelligent Black souls in America proclaim their personal emancipation. They do not need another Lincoln or even Martin Luther KIng, Jr. to lead them to freedom. They just have to walk off the plantation!
This past week, many Americans may have become familiar with the traditional holiday of “Juneteenth,” although it is not a recognized major holiday for all Americans. When President Donald Trump announced he was changing the date of his rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma out of respect for “Juneteenth,” many people may not have known what he meant. Yet, it is a legitimate holiday and essentially a celebration of freedom. The holiday is known by other names like Emancipation Day or Freedom Day, and is certainly deserving of a more substantial place in U.S. history.
In reflecting upon the initial celebration, the joy must have been electric in 1865 when slaves realized the Union Army had defeated the Confederates in the Civil War. It is likely that a majority of slaves had been praying for the day when the white southern power structure of Democrat dominion would be defeated. Yet, despite some slave uprisings or outright revolts, the slaves held no political power, and thus were incapable of freeing themselves. In reality, even Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation was not the instrument that freed the slaves. It only laid the foundation for their freedom.
Indeed, Democrat slave owners had to be forced by the U.S. military to free their slaves. Yet, after President Lincoln’s assassination, his ideas for emancipating the slaves never fully materialized.
Emancipation was handled, or mishandled, by the Union Army. Unfortunately, “General Order No. 3” was not so comprehensive. The General Orders – No. 3:
The people of Texas are informed that, in accordance with a proclamation from the Executive of the United States, all slaves are free. This involves an absolute equality of personal rights and rights of property between former masters and slaves, and the connection heretofore existing between them becomes that between employer and hired labor.
The freedmen are advised to remain quietly at their present homes and work for wages. They are informed that they will not be allowed to collect at military posts and that they will not be supported in idleness either there or elsewhere.
—By order of Major General Granger…
Political power was reconsolidated by former slave owners
Unfortunately, as Union Army “General Order No. 3” took effect, former slaves realized that they had to confront very radical lifestyle changes. They were free, but government handling of emancipation was incomplete. There were no real provisions for shifting into sensible livelihood after freedom was secured through the Thirteenth Amendment. And as could be anticipated after the war, most Confederates were quite resistant to radical changes in their own livelihood, lifestyles, social status, or personal prestige. Newly freed slaves’ homes were on white mens’ lands. What white plantation owner would want to hire a former slave? – or have them remain on their property?
Political power was reconsolidated by former slave owners, and Reconstruction was incapable of solving the incredible problems of resentment that remained long after the smoke of war had dissipated. Although former slaves were free, their survival was linked to economic dependence, and local governments that retained white power, took real advantage of those who had little or nothing. That was real institutionalized racism. Religion and spiritual perspectives helped Blacks who remained in the South to cope with those issues of resentment and economic slavery while able-bodied Blacks headed north to seek economic survival.
After 100 years of economic and political bondage in the South, the core of the Civil Rights Movement ignited in Black churches. It was no accident that the NAACP had searched for Christian ministers to stand up to the reinstituted Democrat power structure. Also, it was no accident that a young black Christian minister named Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. had the courage to stand up to institutionalized government oppression. Only faith could withstand such all-powerful control over Black citizens. Yet, that effort was eventually hijacked by Leftists – especially those Blacks who were linked to the spiritless ideology of the Left and provocateurs of Black Liberation Theology.
The Black Lives Matter organization is a hybrid of blended ideologies and although everyone usually agrees Black lives matter, if one asks a member of the Black Lives Matter organization whether they believe that all lives truly matter, they will often hesitate in answering, or they will answer with a victim mantra. A lie exists at the heart of the Black Lives Matter group because of their disrespect for others’ lives (non-Blacks). This is personal racism.
Today, when the false mantra of “institutionalized racism” drones from Leftists, it is often countered by Black Christian ministers, Black educators, successful Blacks, even Black politicians; yet, the Left will label them as “Uncle Toms.” Such hypocrisy reveals another lie. A third lie also exists at the heart of Black Lives Matter because they seem unable to condemn the genocide against Blacks committed by Black mothers seduced into murdering millions of unborn children via abortion due to Leftist propaganda.
Especially, true Christians in the Black community understand that BLM is a front group for Democrat political hucksters. It has now been proven that people’s donations to Black Lives Matter funnel into Democrat PACs. Intelligent people should seriously wonder whether the real name of the organization should be changed to “Only Some Black Lives Matter.”
The real nature of institutionalized racism is that the institution of the Democrat Party has been able to propagate selective racism and keep people on their political plantation through mental manipulation and pervasive propaganda. It proves quite lucrative financially, not only by using the “institutionalized racism” mantra, but many other “tricks of the trade” to promote personal and political power.
Most good people believe that the government is comprised of sincere people like themselves who would not harm other people deliberately. The reality is that much of the usual efforts of most politicians revolves around making money—for the Party of course, but indirectly in the fight for other causes that will deliver voters in elections. It may not matter if they hurt ordinary people in the process.
Consider the recent response to the murder of George Floyd. The mainstream media, propaganda organs for the Democrats, portrayed Democrat leaders as the “saviors” of oppressed Blacks who are ‘constantly’ killed by white cops. But, intelligent people who know the statistics regarding white cops killing black people are not fooled by lies from the MSM and Democrat politicians.
One man was killed, yet millions of dollars of sweat and tears invested in building personal businesses were lost—destroyed by “peaceful protestors.” That did not matter. Did Democrat politicians decry the loss of livelihoods of many ordinary citizens? Even worse—did any Democrat politician decry the many innocent lives lost in the violence unleashed after the murder of Floyd? The loss of one life is tragic, but an “eye for an eye” mentality is worse.
Black people were murdered, and will continue to be murdered in Democrat-controlled inner cities and within the wombs of slaves to the propaganda and politics of poverty that Democrat political plantations sustain. However, most intelligent Black souls in America proclaim their personal emancipation. They do not need another Lincoln or even Martin Luther KIng, Jr. to lead them to freedom. They just have to walk off the plantation! If they need a little help, there are great men and women who are serving like modern day Harriet Tubmans. Candice Owens and the Blexit movement is just one great example.
