QUESTION #1`: Marty,

At the October 2019 WEC you made some eerily prescient statements about two things, first, if the market were to make a low going into the January 2020 period, that might be the bottom; or, if a high were made then(it did), then something profound would appear to happen in the February March time period…with March being the key month…we know how things played out…

Now, for some time, you have stated something is breaking come the May time period…evening stating in the blog to watch out for May 8…not knowing what could happen and impacting so many markets and things like Gold, what is your gut telling you…is this another lockdown, a new war, a failure of the vaccines resulting in more deaths and setbacks for the entire vaccination process….or, is it something political, perhaps having to do with Biden being incapacitated and there being a need for his replacement, at least on a temporary basis, with Harris? Or…is there something happening in Europe with riots or they’re canceling their currency?

ANSWER #1: I will address the May crisis that seems to be shaping up in the update for the WEC 2020 and in an overview in the Private Blog. Because we have been probably the largest institutional adviser internationally, I have always been the one they shoot the arrows at like the Long-Term Capital Management Crisis because the London FT put out our forecast that Russia would collapse. They also blamed me for the takeover boom of the ’80 because I was running around the globe showing these charts and advised many of the takeover players like Alan Bond (1938 – 2015), Lawrence James (Larry) Adler (1931-1988), Michael R. H. Holmes à Court (1937 – 1990), just to mention a few. Essentially, I taught them how to turn debt into a performing asset whereby we would borrow in one currency to buy assets in another.

I am mindful that the way people think is that someone with influence can somehow make a trend. That is just absurd. The best any such influence is with respect to volatility. I have studied markets intensely. NEVER is there any such evidence of reversing a bear or bull market BECAUSE everything is connected. Any attempt to manipulate an individual market against its trend will be met by instant arbitrage. Take the GameStop and silver calls on Reddit. In both cases our Computer was projecting a high was in the formation and silver peaked precisely on our target week for its Benchmark. That demonstrates that influence cannot alter the trend in anything! PERIOD! Nevertheless, people do not care about what is right or wrong. If they lose money, they blame someone else to pretend it was not their mistake.

QUESTION #2: Mr. Armstrong, I am a young widow with my husband having died of Covid only 6 months ago.  I lost a lot of my income when my husband passed with no life insurance because we couldn’t afford it with his health issues.  I do have a mortgage -a house with 16 acres and vehicle loan, my only debts for now, and I am able to pay bills because my younger son still lives with me and has agreed to split the bills with me where I was only charging him rent before.  He is paying a lot more now.  In any case, between the two of us we have less than $50,000 in cash, most of it being his.  We have no other investments, IRA’s, 401K’s, nothing.  That’s partly because my husband was not good with money.  In any case some of our cash is in the bank and some we keep at home.

I am very concerned about the soon collapse of the dollar and don’t want to lose what little we have.  I do receive a small veteran’s surviving spouse pay which is enough for my large house payment.  If you were me, what would you do with your finances?  Are there safer ways to reserve the money and still use it to pay bills?  If you cannot answer this question or don’t have time, will you please direct me somewhere I can get advice.  Can you direct me to a website or person.  Unfortunately, I do not have enough of an income to pay for an advisor so just asking for any advice at this time please?

ANSWER #2: I cannot recommend people to manage your money.  Far too many make decisions emotionally and therein present another variable that you can lose everything despite being correct. The dollar is NOT going to collapse. That is just nonsense. It will decline in purchasing value into 2024 and near-term you may want to wait until May/June. Additionally, by law, I am not allowed to provide personal guided advice because the government cannot distinguish between honest advice and a broker trying to sell you something.

That said, we try to keep the Private Blog entry point for the average person at just $15 a month. That way any advice is public and not “personal” so it is OK. In general, we are looking at an inflationary wave built upon shortages. So your cash will buy less into 2024. The complications will come from the Biden Administration in its desperate hunt for cash through taxation and escalating regulation. This may impact markets in the future just as their watchful eye over the gold trade has done more to keep gold in check than any manipulation conspiracy theory.

QUESTION #3: Mr. Armstrong :
I purchased the Canada 2021 report very insightful analysis you wrote it has a bit of everything which makes it didactic to read. Interesting forecast for Canada’s economy it seems a lot of challenges ahead to tell you the truth I did not know Canada is a world leader in debt maybe I am been ignorant in thinking because real state market is doing very well then that equalize into a stable healthy economy I am always confused by that also there are rumours that Trudeau will call for a spring election he seems to be certain that all the money he is been handing out to voters will pay off and he will get a majority this time will see it is true regarding of elections or not the damage to every aspect of society is already done after almost a year in continuous lockdowns.

ANSWER #3: I will put out the forecast for the Canadian election on the Private Blog. We have blocked that from being searched by Google and since we are so well read in Canada, I certainly do not want our forecast to be used by Trudeau to make a decision to call an election or not. What is most interesting is that Trudeau lost seats in 2019 as the conservatives won, but not enough to take the majority.

As far as the Roman prostitute tokens go, they are the precise example of how the private sector will move to counter-act government regulation. Put up a traffic light after a sideroad that would allow people to skirt around it, and they will circumvent the traffic light. This is just human nature whereas those in power wrongly think that they can just a law and end some practice or vice. It will never happen and 6,000 years of recorded history stands as a witness that government will fail every time. If that were not true, we would still be reading Sanskrit and speaking Babylonian.

As for being born to live through this, it certainly seems to be the case. I personally would really prefer to leave. They tortured me to try to get me to comply with their demands and I stood my ground. But in the process, I discovered something. Someone can threaten to kill you all the time. Eventually, you pass through the hole in the needle to the other side. Once you do and you surrender any fear of death, you win. You have disarmed them for they can no longer hurt you. It becomes a game.

There are two instances in my life that make me concede that perhaps I was “BORN TO LIVE THROUGH THIS MOMENT” for I had named my computer Socrates long before my confrontation with the enemy that control New York. The other strange piece of fate was the fact that I grew up at 314 South Lippincott Ave, Maple Shade, New Jersey. So I was raised in a house with the street address being Pi.

I wrote that I DID NOT want to become a lawyer because of an incident when I was in high school whereby as students we were being harassed by the police on the direction of the mayor. He did not like the kids hanging at a sub shop next to his store so he used the police for personal gain.  He directed the police to hand out parking tickets to drive us away. I went to check the law using my father’s law books on the legality of the signs. Low and behold, it required the town to place parking signs about 20 feet apart and so many feet up from the crown of the road. They did not comply. So I told everyone to sit on the hoods of their cars, we would take the tickets, I had this. When they did the same with stop signs, I rose to the cause and defended everyone in court again. I won both times and the judge admonished me and said he thought I was practicing law without a license. I responded I was not charging anyone. He came back and said he was calling my father. The town of Maple Shade had to completely redo all the signs. When I got home, the judge had indeed called my father. My father said to stop using his law books to defend my friends. From that moment on, my interest in being a lawyer was shattered. So I don’t know, perhaps there was something in the water that just made you want to stand up and fight for civil rights. Because also in another strange twist, there use to be a bar on the edge of town and that was where Martin Luther King was denied service and he said that is when he got the inspiration to lead his march.

So I do not know, but a lot of people have told me this was my destiny. Perhaps. Time will tell.

QUESTION #4: Is CDC admitting masks are ineffective if CDC is now telling us 2 masks are needed? I wish my fellow Americans would see this, if masks worked, then why the need for 2? Connect the dots people, it’s very simple math.
Uranium – global warming driven by nuclear industry, a post of yours a few years ago. Now great reset for climate change. How bullish should I be uranium miners & uranium? Might have already missed lows as there’s a Reddit sub/uraniumsqueeze and cameco 2x since Dec, but still feels like this trade has major upside if this is solution for global warming agenda?

ANSWER #4: Yes, it is well known that studies from the 1918 Spanish flu demonstrated that masks did not work. The Washington Post even said that masks were useless. This is all about scare tactics for political purposes to impose the Great Reset completely altering the economy.

As for Uranium, it peaked with the ECM in 2007 on schedule, and it bottomed 8.6 years later in 2016 also on the cyclical schedule. We are showing that a quarter closing above $35 will reignite the bull market. This is most likely caused by colder weather ahead and the fact the renewable energy such as solar panels and wind turbines do not help in ice and snowstorms. When you need heat the most is when you will freeze the most.

Entire School Board in Oakley Elementary School District, California, Resigns After Viral Video of them Mocking Parents Who Want In-Classroom Teaching

Every negative sentiment about leftist teachers is confirmed in a viral video where Oakley Elementary School District (CA) school board members are caught on video openly mocking parents who want in-classroom teaching to resume.

The school board did not know they were on video-conference that was open to the public.  Their comments and vulgarity were visible for the entire world to see.

Cuomo Lied, People Died.

New York’s tyrannical Governor Andrew Cuomo is reaping what he sowed.

Finally politicians from both parties are standing up to condemn Cuomo’s actions during the plannedemic and beyond. Cuomo sentenced nursing home residents to their deaths by sending covid patients into New York’s care centers. Then the spot light loving Governor had the audacity to lie about hiding the true number of nursing home deaths from the Feds.

Cuomo once again held a smug press conference and said the truth was “Political spin” and that his lies were “facts”.  Cuomo was caught red handed and CNN, of course, is ignoring the entire scandal.  His narcissistic brother Chrissy Cuomo, who hosts his own CNN show, has not made once remark about his brother’s scandals, and don’t expect him to report any news that would sully the Cuomo name.

Of course, the black hearted Governor made jaw dropping comments about the deaths of New York nursing home residents;

“Who cares [if they] died in the hospital, died in a nursing home? They died.”

Like we said before, the Democrats hate you. All they care about is power and money.

Of course Cuomo continues to blame the Trump administration for all his blunders. It’s a bottomless well that he goes to again and again, drawing buckets of excuses for his covid debacles.

Cuomo’s feet should be held to the fire. He needs to be recalled just like his fellow tyrant California Governor Gavin Newsom. On Monday, Cuomo did acknowledge withholding the pandemic New York nursing home death tolls from lawmakers and the public, but fell short of an apology.

Of course Cuomo will not apologize.  So what that people died, who cares?

The power of government comes from the people; or as we say in the U.S. “from the consent of the governed.” When people lead, the politicians are forced to follow. Without implied consent the municipal or state government has no power. None.

The power of the local, regional or state authority comes from the expressed consent of the people. As soon as the majority of people deny that consent, those officials and state authoritarians lose all of their power.  Yes, it really is that simple.  WATCH:

Those who construct the systems of control need to weaponize fear. Fear of arrest; fear of losing a business; fear of losing liberty or financial security. Local, regional and state officials rely on fear. As soon as We The People are no longer fearful, the control ends.

The overwhelming majority of dictates around COVID-19 mitigation are not laws. There was no debate; no input from representative government; and no option for the public to weigh-in on the decisions.

All unilateral rules are arbitrary, and despite many proclamations to the contrary, they rely upon voluntary compliance. As soon as citizens no longer voluntarily comply, the term of the rules has expired.  Liberty is inherent. The removal of liberty requires consent.

If one person refuses to comply government can, and likely will, intervene. However, if tens of thousands rebuke these unconstitutional decrees, there isn’t a damn thing govt can do to stop it… and they know it. This is why some state governors are quickly starting to retract or modify their dictates.

A non-compliant snowball becomes an unstoppable freedom avalanche.

Local, regional and state officials know they can control the behavior of an individual. If one barber shop opens, the owner becomes a target. However, those officials also know they cannot control the behavior of the majority. If every barber shop and beauty salon in town opens… there is absolutely nothing the government can do about it.

If one restaurant and/or bar opens, the state can target the owner. But if every bar and restaurant in town opens; and if everyone ignores and dispatches the silly dictates of the local, regional or state officials; there isn’t a damned thing they can do about it.

President Trump Invited to CPAC – Has The Time for CPAC Ended – Is It Time for a MAGA Convention

The Washington Examiner notes today that President Trump has been invited to attend the annual CPAC convention (Conservative Political Action Conference).  However, as long-term CTH readers will note, we hold no positive opinion on CPAC.

I would question if the time has come to conclude CPAC is a gathering of the same institutional political types that got us into this mess.  Y’all know my answer to that question has existed for seven years: CPAC is an assembly of fraud and abuse.

In their effort to be politically correct (aka culturally Marxist) the list of people who have been banned from CPAC is long.  Robert Spencer, Pam Geller, Milo, and now Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R, GA).  Any strong voice who has taken on the leftist movement in the U.S. (without regard for the nonsense rules espoused by the Alinsky community) has been ostracized from the conservative conference.

CPAC has, in essence, become a place where the establishment GOP dictates whose voice is permitted and who is essentially too deplorable to be heard.  Yes, there are some strong voices that show up, including President Donald Trump, Sarah Palin, Nigel Farage, Michelle Malkin, and other axe swinging wolverines who are deep in the fight.  However, the brutally honest point is things have changed…..

There should be new rules and a new confrontational attitude if we are going to save this republic.  CPAC and the pinkie raised champagne toasts just ain’t cutting it.  We are on the damn precipice, and the CPAC crew act like reaching across the aisle is a possible way to avoid the gallows.   This is a cycle of abuse we can no longer tolerate. We will not survive.

I do not forget when we gave Republicans control of the House of Representatives; and when Paul Ryan took over as speaker; and Ryan passed another three trillion omnibus spending bill with full support of Democrats…. and then showed up to a standing ovation at the “conservative conference.”  WHAT the HELL was being conserved?

The time is now for CPAC to reform…. OR the time has come for CPAC to be abandoned in favor of a national convention that supports the 75 million+ Donald Trump voters.  CPAC is not that convention… not even close.

WASHINGTON – Organizers of the biggest annual gathering of conservatives say they have invited President Donald Trump to speak at their conference in Florida next week.

The Conservative Political Action Conference is due to start next Thursday in Orlando and already features some of the biggest names from the Trump administration, including former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and former White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders.

Chairman of the American Conservative Union Matt Schlapp said he had extended an invitation to Trump himself.

“I’d love to see him come to CPAC next,” he told the Washington Examiner.  (read more)

CTH is in the fight for our nation regardless of CPAC or not CPAC.  CTH will fight beside anyone, any vulgarian patriot, who will fight the progressive left and their intent to destroy our constitutional republic…. but we cannot keep acting like we have time to convince the other side to stop destroying our nation – THEY DON’T CARE.

Those within the club, in this example the DC club, want those outside the club to accept there are two systems of rights and responsibilities. The club members have all powerful rights and no responsibilities for consequences; the non club members have lesser rights and full responsibility for consequences. This is the cornerstone of a tiered or classist society outlook.

“Rules for thee and not for me” is more than a catch phrase; it is an actual worldview with a history in political control. They are not hypocrites, they are living out their creed.

It is critical, actually beyond critical, that people start to accept what they are witnessing is not some misplaced system created by bad actors. Those bad actors are actually aligned political elites who benefit from numbing society to the sheer audacity of their ideology.

The truth doesn’t care about your feelings.  Either we fight back using every tool and voice in our arsenal, or we will lose.  It really is that simple.

We need lots of trumpets, with soaring sounds that pierce the sky. MAGA Trumpets that play “Reveille” to wake more people up. Trumpets that broadcast victories. Trumpets that play “Taps” (when needed) over losses. MAGA Trumpets that signal which way to run to the battle. Trumpets that provide cadence and courage.

WE NEED TRUMPETS

What is this disconnect, this insanity of continuing to say “they wouldn’t, they couldn’t, they can’t” when they will, they can and they are—in real time–today!

The CPAC assembly pretends to support of what’s left of our Republic and the assembly, bleats dismay at what’s being done to our Constitution in broad daylight.  However, their words are always combined with speeches that end with “buy my book about it”… AND THOSE ACTIONS are not changing what’s actually happening.

Those whose hold on power depends on deception are always able to find an audience of those willing to be deceived.

Now, I accept the CPAC audience of those willing to be deceived is a flexible group in terms of numbers and identities; and even those who have been in that audience for some time may one day walk away from it; but why wait to accept your surrounding until your wrists are locked in the guillotine?  What is it that makes folks stay in that audience?

It is time for a national MAGA conference and let those who wish to join our assembly petition for their right to participate.  Let us, WE THE PEOPLE, define the rules of our support, not beg or appreciate the DC beltway republican cocktail party for an invitation to their back-patting weekend that results in absolutely nothing.

We ain’t got no more time for this Bulls**t!

CTH 2.0 Updates, Optimization

Over the past several weeks the tech team behind CTH 2.0 has been working on a test site to optimize the battle-tank known as The Last Refuge.  This is phase-3 of the CTH anti-fragile system, know as the optimization phase.

The goal of optimization is to take the decades-old weight of our site, lighten the server load, increase the response time and simultaneously generate a site that optimizes based on the type of hardware being used by reader: desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.

When CTH originally launched over a decade ago the theme was responsive to desktop and laptop computer users.  Mobile platforms were in their infancy.  Now more than half of website users are coming to sites from tablets or phones.  The optimization phase will make those user experiences easier and more responsive.

The landing page of CTH will not change too much (example image on left). However, each of the top links “About Us”, “guidelines” etc will generate a different impression for the user.  The right margin will be streamlined on the Main landing page, and we will be introducing an alliance of allies to replace the old-school blogroll.

Most of the decisions for the layout, font and navigability have been worked out; and now the coding is underway to generate the final product.  Once that is established we will run it through the paces on the test site before switching over; much like the process we used when we switched from WordPress/Automattic to our own server network.

Several website operators have reached out asking us to provide details on the infrastructure being used to stay “anti-fragile”, meaning outside the reach of big tech.  There may come a day when that information is possible to share, but it will not be in the near future.  CTH is operating with an abundance of caution in the era of deplatforming and targeting.

We are aware the eye of sauron, ie Google, has already targeted CTH 2.0 to eliminate traffic and site visits.  However, fortunately for us we have a long history of readership and only around 7 percent of total traffic was dependent on Google as a search value.

In what has been described as an “extraordinary situation” in the modern era, over 85 percent of CTH traffic is direct.  Users and readers come directly to CTH from their browser.  In the era of deplatforming this is a huge benefit.

CTH is a community of people; we take our responsibility for stewardship of our  community very seriously.  Privacy is the foundation of all systems we are using and no site features generates any data collection on any Treehouse guest.

This privacy approach is unique in the modern era of internet technology where data collection and cookies are now accepted practice.  However, not only are we proud of the effort we are taking, I can also envision a place in the near future where any site gathering data will regret that flaw in privacy policy.  CTH will lead the way on the creation of proprietary systems that protect our community; and we can see several states now considering legislation that will mandate a much more stringent view on privacy.

The optimization phase should be complete in the next two weeks.  Readers will be kept aware of the countdown to the change-over.  You won’t really notice too much difference from the front side, but there will be a noted faster response rate.  Additionally, some of the bugs we encountered, literally because we had to move so fast to generate CTH 2.0 – and only had two weeks to move 10 years of massive files, will be worked out.

Again, I thank you for your continued support as we put the final touches on CTH 2.0 as a relaunched site outside the reach of the tech control agents.  This entire move has been a painstaking time-suck to do it right.  Everyone has reference points for places that did it wrong… we are blessed to have incredible assistance from people with buckets of foresight.

Remember, YOU are what matters. This community is what matters.  Retaining our ability to connect in fellowship and discuss the issues in a respectful and honest manner is our priority.  We are in the majority.  They control the majority of systems that allow us to see the scale of our assembly.  Tech’s control effort to remove voices is directly related to their need to retain the false impressions put forth by ideological comrades.

The truth has no agenda, and people are beginning to see now just how far ahead CTH was within our explanations of the people and institutional motives in the world of politics.  Unfortunately, we have been very accurate with our predictions of “who”, “why”, “when and how”, the people and systems would activate against our constitutional republic.  However, in the end they will fail and we, a freedom loving people, will succeed.

Don’t forget to live your best life.  Nothing aggravates the totalitarian-left more than seeing joy amid the majority of people within a nation they are trying to destroy.  Engage your family, friends and community with optimism – and prepare; because the best is yet to come.
