Half of Americans Want Mass Deportations

Inflation and migration are two major issues trending before the elections. A new Axios Vibes survey by The Harris Poll found that half (51%) of Americans want illegal immigrants out of the country. Despite the calls for Sanctuary Citizens and open borders, people on the left and right now believe that illegal migrants must leave this nation.

Around 68% of Republicans said that they would support mass deportations of undocumented migrants, and surprisingly, 42% of Democrats agreed, along with 46% of the Independent vote. The left has attempted to frame this as a racist ideology, but 45% of Latino voters also agree that mass deportations must happen to keep the country safe. People in almost every generation share this sentiment, with 60% of Boomers, 52% of Gen X, and 48% of Millennials in favor of this measure. Gen Z is the only generation that does not understand the need for mass deportations, with only 35% supporting the measure.

When asked why Americans supported mass deportation, the answer comes down to economics. Everyone is watching nearly 8 million people live a taxpayer-subsidized life and want that free ride to end, as 64% said migrants receive more in welfare and benefits than they pay in taxes. Over half (56%) believe these unvetted, unknown persons are responsible for rising crime across the country. Another 68% said illegal migrants cause “major problems” in communities, but this is not about race or allowing in new LEGAL immigrants as only 27% believe vetted and legal migrants cause trouble for the public at large.

Americans are not against immigration, legal immigration. Americans are against the deliberate flood of illegal migrants sweeping the nation and wreaking havoc on our state and city budgets. Anyone living in a Sanctuary City has seen the overwhelming chaos this has caused first-hand and there simply is no possible way for the American taxpayers to continue supporting migrants who arrive in droves at our borders every single day.

Only one of the two prominent candidates has promised this as a campaign option. Trump has promised to engage in the “largest domestic deportation operation in American history.” Now, this poll did not ask if Americans wanted to curb the migrant crisis. The question was whether mass deportations were appropriate. While it may be faux pas to say in liberal settings, logical Americans are concerned about what is happening across our country and want the issue resolved.

Four More Years PAUSE – Is Cognitive Impairment a Disqualification?

Posted originally on Apr 26, 2024 By Martin Armstrong

The world is receiving a disturbing lesson in dementia and cognitive decline as we watch Joe Biden wither away in real-time. Biden yet again exposed that he is barely capable of reading off of the teleprompter – “Four more years – PAUSE!”

The “crowd” began chanting, “Four more years!” after Biden’s mumbled attempt to incite excitement over his re-election bid. The audience is clearly a group of actors. All the support surrounding Joe is completely staged.

Biden traveled to Tampa, FL, during his most recent campaign attempt and I can say that there was absolutely no coverage of his visit. When Trump came through years ago, there were boat parades and people chanting through the streets. Traffic was as-usual during Biden’s visit and his wish to turn Florida blue is a Hunter pipe dream.

(Biden before losing his cognitive skills, — still a skillful liar)

Can a mentally impaired person legally run for the most powerful office in the world? Yes. To become president one need only be over 35 years of age, a natural-born citizen who has resided in the United States for at least 14 years. One cannot hold a federal office while serving as president, hence people in Florida were concerned DeSantis would leave his governor position if elected. A president cannot have a criminal record that includes a felony under the Gun Laws Moral limitation. A history of domestic violence could also disqualify a candidate. Anyone who has engaged in espionage or has been a threat to national security is also disqualified.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

The Qualifications Clause set forth in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 requires the President to be a natural-born citizen, at least thirty-five years of age, and a resident of the United States for at least fourteen years.

I believe Joe Biden should be disqualified due to his backroom dealing with China and Ukraine that I have covered extensively on this blog. The incident with his daughter could be considered an act of domestic violence and certainly should have been investigated. Biden has a history of moral misconduct that would prevent anyone conservative from running for POTUS.

Perhaps the Founding Fathers believed the voting public would be intelligent enough to elect a mentally fit leader. It is beyond comprehension that anyone would support a man who is clearly declining. Take a look at Joe Biden years ago when he was vice president or further back when he was a senator. There is a drastic difference in his speech and mannerisms.

A pilot or doctor could not hold office if he or she were mentally incapacitated. The president is also making life or death decisions on behalf of others, and yet, he is not held accountable or demanded to undergo a cognitive test. He was found too mentally inept to face charges for mishandling classified files. Still, he is mentally sound, according to the Democrats, to run for office and make decisions that will affect not merely our generation but generations to come.

Unfortunately, there is nothing in the Constitution that disqualifies someone with an overt cognitive impairment from holding office, and hatred has surpassed common sense, as many voters would prefer a corpse over a conservative.

Judge Declares Mistrial in Murder Case of Rancher George Kelly Accused of Shooting Illegal Alien

Apparently, the jury was deadlocked with 7 jurors saying not guilty and 1 juror saying guilty.

ARIZONA – […] Jurors in the murder case against a Nogales-area rancher accused of killing an unarmed migrant on his property were unable to reach a unanimous verdict and remained deadlocked on the charges.

After more than 15 hours of deliberation, Santa Cruz County Superior Court Judge Thomas Fink declared a mistrial just after 4:30 p.m. The court scheduled a status meeting for 1:30 p.m. April 29 to allow the Santa Cruz County Attorney’s Office to decide if it wants to retry the case.

“They won’t wear me down,” rancher George Alan Kelly told reporters after the mistrial was declared.

The trial centered on the Jan. 30, 2023, death of Mexican migrant Gabriel Cuen Buitimea, who was found shot after Kelly fired warning shots into the air, his defense attorney said. (read more)

Public Sector Multiplying – Skewed Jobs Report

Posted originally on Apr 22, 2024 By Martin Armstrong

Fed Chairman Jerome Powell essentially said he was unimpressed by the “strong” jobs report, and it certainly was not enough for the central bank to even consider dropping rates. I wrote how the BLS report was skewed; Americans are working more than one job and still struggling to keep up with the cost of living amid inflation. Another reason that the March jobs report was “strong” was due to the US government hiring 194,000 additional personnel to the private sector within the first three months of the year and 71,000 jobs in March alone.

These public sector positions are now on the taxpayers’ payroll. The public sector produces absolutely nothing and will not add to GDP growth. By comparison, government grew by 11% during the first three months of 2019 before Biden. The private sector rose by 4.3% in 2022 before slowing to 2.3% in 2023. The public sector, not the private sector, is growing at an alarming pace. Government hiring rose a full percentage point from 2022 to 2023 by 2.7%, marking the highest annual increase since 1990.

Armstrong on Government

The government cannot hire manufacturing jobs and added a total of 0 new manufacturing roles in March. Police agencies have been defunded and are operating with a dangerously low number of officers. The government is increasingly created unnecessary agencies to solve nonexistent problems like DEI and climate initiatives. I discussed in a previous post how the public sector leeches off of the taxpayer and has become a form of welfare that is used as a political weapon.

Javier Milei of Argentina’s first point of order in restoring his nation was to eliminate useless government agencies and downsize government. “The main leaders of the Western world have abandoned the model of freedom for different versions of what we call collectivism,” Milei said to a hostile crowd at Davos. “We’re here to tell you that collectivist experiments are never the solution to the problems that afflict the citizens of the world—rather they are the root cause.”

Now, the Biden Administration has been blocked from hiring even more public sector employees. Without pushback, the Biden Administration would have multiplied the IRS and other agencies that are intrinsically unpatriotic and are used as weapons against the American people, the very people funding these agencies through taxation.

1 Big Government

I also highlighted that these newly created nonprofit government-funded agencies are inefficient. An audit in California found that the $24 billion granted to numerous agencies to combat homelessness was never regulated or required to show results. Instead, homelessness more than doubled and you have people within these nonprofit agencies raking in hundreds of thousands per year to do absolutely nothing.

We have seen what happens when governments grow to disproportionate figures and it never ends well. The longest reigning empire, the Roman Empire, fell as a direct result of an oversized public sector that bankrupted Rome. The private sector produces economic growth, while government is a public servant consuming the wealth generated by others.
