Fishy Business – Arizona Mandatory Recounts Revealing Significant GOP Gains, Hobbs Sealed Results Until After Her Lawsuit Completed

Oh, now this is just the proverbial cherry on the fishy cake in Arizona.   The results of a mandatory recount in Pinal County, Arizona, are set to be released today, December 29th, showing “significant discrepancies” from the original vote.  Results favoring the republican candidates [Details Here].

Then there’s this very interesting development….

“The results of the statutorily required recount in 3 races were expected to be released on December 22nd however, inexplicably, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs petitioned the courts to have the results go directly to her office and asked to postpone the release until December 29th.”

Apparently, in her role as Secretary of State Katie Hobbs filed a motion with the court to seal the final recount result until after the lawsuit filed in Maricopa County against her was concluded.  That means the Lake team did not have the results of three recounts to use in court as evidence that something sketchy in Arizona had taken place.

It appears Mrs. Hobbs intentionally did not want the recount information coming out until her lawsuit to become governor was completed.

Arizona – […]  There were automatic recounts in the Attorney General’s race, Superintendent of Public Instruction race, and the Legislative District 13 (LD13) House race. Arizona law was recently changed, requiring automatic recounts if a candidate wins by a margin that is less than or equal to 0.5% of total votes cast.

The approximately 300 ballot discrepancy in Pinal County stems from a “system failure,” and is expected to favor Arizona Attorney General candidate Abe Hamadeh, a Republican who is only 511 votes away from the declared winner Democrat candidate Kris Mayes.

It is believed that the issue with Pinal’s tally was known before Hamadeh and gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake filed their separate election challenges in Arizona courts. If that is the case, then both candidates were denied information that could have changed their election challenges which focused only on the mismanagement in Maricopa County on Election Day. Perhaps, just perhaps, this new revelation will assist Mrs. Lake in her appellate case.

QUESTION: I saw you on TV here in Russia. I think you are more respected in Russia than in the United States. You are the only person ever to say that war is created by politicians and not the people. Do you see any hope of avoiding war?

ANSWER: Unfortunately, no! The only real question is how bad does it get?

As I said at our World Economic Conference, nobody has tried to defeat this model more than me. I have come to see that you really cannot change the long-term because nobody will act for the future. They only react to immediate news and propaganda. Congressman Adam Kinzinger said that NATO could take out Russia in only three days. Kinzinger is the new John McCain. He always advocates war and is clueless. His statement that NATO could take out Russia in 3 days is the most absurd statement I have ever heard.

Kinzinger acts as if NATO could completely destroy Russia in 3 days and they never get a shot off? It is beyond me why these people always preach war and have ZERO regards for the consequences. These people should be barred from ever holding office even for a dog catcher. They live in a delusional world. They also hate China. So they are supposed to wait until NATO destroys Russia in 3 days and then we turn to destroy them in 5 days? Then we also ask North Korea and Iran to please wait their turn for destruction.

The US, Europe, Russia, China, and even Iran all have their Neocons. We should gather them all up, throw then in Madison Square Garden, sell tickets and bet on who is the last one standing. Anyone else who wants to be a Neocon should just be put in the line for the next match.

Arizona Judge Orders Kari Lake to Pay $33,000 in Witness Fees but No Legal Sanctions

Arizona Judge Peter Thompson has ruled that Mrs. Kari Lake must pay witness costs associated with her civil election lawsuit against Maricopa County officials.  However, the judge denied hundreds-of-thousands in defense lawyer fees for Marc Elias and did not issue financial sanctions against Lake.

PHOENIX — A judge has ordered Kari Lake, the Republican who lost the Arizona governor’s race, to pay $33,000 in fees for witnesses who helped defend election officials against Lake’s failed challenge of her defeat to Democrat Katie Hobbs, but rejected a request for hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees for the attorneys who defended the officials.

In an order Tuesday, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson declined to impose sanctions against Lake and her lawyers, saying Lake’s failure to prove her case doesn’t “equate to a finding that her claims were, or were not, groundless and presented in bad faith.”

Thompson, who was appointed by former Republican Gov. Jan Brewer, pointed to a statistical analysis by a pollster who had testified on behalf of Lake. The witness, who conducts public-opinion polls and is not an election worker, claimed technical problems at polling places on Election Day had disenfranchised enough voters that it would have changed the outcome of the race in Lake’s favor. The Government Unconstitutional Manipulation of News

Perhaps you will recall when Edward Snowden exposed the truth that the government was spying on American citizens, they called him a traitor and want to imprison him for life or even execute him for revealing that the government no longer complies with the Constitution.

Absolutely NOTHING came out of that and the government claimed it was Snowden who was risking national security. Now with everything coming out from Twitter, the same thing is taking place at YouTube, Google, Microsoft, you name it. That little backdoor that Microsoft uses with these endless updates to see what you are searching supposedly for target advertising, you can bet your life that also includes the very same scheme.

And these are the people pushing us into World War and they are desperate to misrepresent absolutely everything. Zelensky is destroying his own country and he will live comfortably with a golden deal with the USA when the final collapse unfolds in Ukraine. These people have no regard for human rights no less our constitutional rights. They think they will rule the world, but our computer shows they will destroy everything and they will not retain power. But naturally, they do not want to hear that.

There is No Defense to Hypersonic Missiles & Russia’s Plans to Expand

Russia announced yesterday that it will increase its military strength from 1 million to 1.5 million. The Western Press keeps putting out the propaganda that that this is all because Russia has lost momentum and many soldiers in Ukraine. I reported before that sources from Ukraine, not Russia, put the death toll at over 100,000 Ukrainian soldiers. That was also in the draft speech of the head of the EU, but it was removed to keep up the image that Ukraine is winning.

What is not being said here is that Poland has been instructed by the US to increase its military from 100,000 to 250,000 making it the largest force in NATO. It is only a 14-hour drive from Warsaw to Moscow. This in addition to NATO’s plans to incorporate Finland and Sweden, has also played a role in this decision.

The Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu declared that the country needs a force of 1.5 million “to guarantee the fulfillment of tasks to ensure Russia’s security.” China has about 2 million and the USA has about 1.4 million. North Korea has 1,280,000 active with another 600,000 in reserve. Belarus has an army of only 62,000 with 344,750 in reserve.

Currently in Russia, the regular draft, calls up 120,000 to 140,000 men twice a year for a one-year tour of compulsory service. What is becoming very obvious is that the West wants war. There is no desire for peace whatsoever. This has changed the game. The Western Press keeps just putting out propaganda about Ukraine winning, while it is ignoring the mobilization of NATO which is clearly anticipating war. This is not going to be just about Ukraine as we head into 2023. You have to be blind not to see that the West is clearly preparing for war. This is what Russia is now responding to. With Poland raising its army to 250,000, that presents a serious threat to Russia for the exceeds the active personnel in Belarus.

On top of all of this, Putin has wisely instructed that they should be studying how the weapons the US has been handing Ukraine and to regard these as valuable lessons to be learned during the fighting to modernize the armed forces. Thus, Ukraine has been an experiment to study the weapons systems of one’s opponent on both sides.

Putin also made it clear that Russia will start to deploy more hypersonic weapons, noting that the first warship equipped with state-of-the-art Zircon hypersonic missiles will be commissioned by the navy next month. There is no question that defense against Russia’s hypersonic weapons is not something that may be possible. Russia has been using some hypersonic missiles in Ukraine. It is believed among our sources that this may have been more to intimidate NATO and the United States. Obviously, the conventional wisdom has been that there is just no effective defense against hypersonic weapons. Hence, their use has been to intimidate the USA and NATO, but this does not seem to have succeeded.

The USA is exploring how to defend itself against hypersonic missiles. One theory is the exploration of “boundary layer phenomenology,” which is the idea that disrupting the airflow surrounding a hypersonic projectile may throw it off course. Disrupting the airflow may send it off course, but it will still hit something. The other hope is to deploy lower-flying networked satellites in an effort to establish a continuous targeting track of an approaching hypersonic weapon.

The reason there is no defense is that a hypersonic projectile will travel much too fast to track them because it will move from one radar aperture to another, making it virtually impossible to establish a consistent targeting track or lock.

Meanwhile, our brilliant world leaders are playing with everyone’s life all because they prefer war rather than reform whereby they might lose power.

One America News host Chanel Rion interviewed President Trump last week about a variety of current events including the Ukraine-Russia conflict, the election lawsuit in Arizona and the release of Twitter File information showing the FBI working against his 2020 reelection effort. {Direct Rumble Link}

The overall interview is interesting from the perspective of a brief glimpse into how President Trump is absorbing the current revelations and the situation our nation is facing.  In the unique way that only Trump can summarize, he cuts to the core truth of the 2020 election in the statement, “think of it, the government was fighting against a candidate?”  If all pretenses are dropped, Donald Trump is exactly correct; that’s exactly what happened.  WATCH:

Kari Lake Talks to Media as Arizona Judge Peter Thompson Prepares to Give Ruling

After two days of testimony in Maricopa County, Arizona, Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson is preparing to deliver his ruling on the two legal challenges.  A decision could be announced as early as today.   Kari Lake is asking for the judge to declare her the winner or establish a new election.

The trial circled on two specific points of Kari Lake’s legal claims.  One point alleges intentional misconduct with ballot printers, paper stock and tabulators.  The second point on intentional subversion of required chain of custody processes for ballots.

On the merits of the two points, Kari Lake’s legal team did seem to prove that election officials intentionally and purposefully created a problem by generating a ballot that required 20-inch paper stock, then electronically modifying the ballot image (shrink to print) to a 19-inch standard.  This caused tabulators to reject the ballots.  There was also convincing testimony the chain of custody was intentionally violated.

My own review of two days of testimony and court action is not optimistic toward Kari Lake’s challenge.

Yes, there is no doubt the election was intentionally screwed up by officials in Maricopa County who are transparently averse to the interests of Kari Lake.  The bias and opposition expressed by the election officials is visible, palpable and substantive.  These are activists within the county election system.

As a result, it’s clear the election officials did everything to influence or tilt the election outcome.  Very clear.   However, short of them taking the stand, taking an oath, and stating they cheated and broke the law, the value of plausible deniability protects them.  It’s almost impossible to prove election fraud and tampering without an admission by those who did the fraud and tampering.

Lake had a steep uphill climb, and unfortunately one of the larger weaknesses carried by all MAGA candidates (in a general sense) is the low quality of their lawyers.  I know each candidate cannot say it themselves, and I am aware it is not the popular thing to say out loud, but the quality of the lawyer is critical when the election challenge issues finally reach the courtroom.

There is a big difference between filing motions, writing legal opinions, and being able to structure questions in real time with witnesses under oath.   Lakes legal team is very competent on the written legal analysis, but inside the court, where telling your story and winning your arguments through the testimony of the witnesses becomes important, Lakes legal team was weak.  The questions were worded with unnecessary complexity and often missed the core truths.

The biggest example of the weak courtroom skill came when co-Elections Director for Maricopa County Robert Scott Jarrett perjured himself on the witness stand.  The Lake team completely missed the moment, fumbled, spoke in circles and did a terrible job pointing out the brutal nature of the falsehoods Jarrett delivered.  The defense lawyers breathed a sigh of relief.

Court cases are about telling the story of the truth, and getting the truthful story told through the testimony of others is a skill.  There is a reason why top-notch courtroom lawyers are paid a great deal of money; the client is purchasing a skillset only held by a small segment of lawyers.  Mrs. Lake had adequate representation, but the legal team was not up to the challenge of telling a compelling story in court in a manner that could climb the legal mountain they faced.
