U.S. Led Coalition Announces Troop Withdrawal and Reposition From Iraq…

Several days ago CTH pondered the possibility part of President Trump’s decision-making would be intended to provoke a request by Iraq for the U.S. to leave the region….

The United States-led military coalition against Islamic State said on Monday that it was pulling out of Iraq and would be repositioning forces over the next few days and weeks. The authenticity of this letter has been confirmed:

Perhaps this is why Senator Lindsey Graham was so ‘out-of-sorts’ yesterday.  A request for the U.S. to leave Iraq was not against the interests of President Trump; however, it was against the interests of Lindsey Graham’s war-council.

Speaker Pelosi can modify and change all of the War Power resolutions she wants to; it matters not.  President Trump’s preferred weapons are not kinetic, they are economic.

January 3rd:

TheLastRefuge@TheLastRefuge2

By President Trump going full Red Wedding on the Iranian crews in Iraq he could be forcing the Iraqi government to ask us to leave….

🤔 wait a min.. POTUS wants to leave.. So maybe he’s creating a self-fulfilling prophecy and also maximizing the exit value?

Senator Josh Hawley Introducing Senate Impeachment Rule Change…

Republican Senator Josh Hawley appeared on ‘Fox & Friends’ this morning to outline a proposal for Senate action to throw out the impeachment case if Democrats don’t prosecute it.

.

Trump is not Obama!

TRUMP IS NOT OBAMA

“Perhaps it would have been a better idea to send him (Soleimani) $1.7 billion in unmarked bills, in pallets on planes in the dead of night, so he could kill more Americans?”  Ted Cruz rips the Obama Administration

Let’s not forget how Iran was enriched after billions in sanctions were removed, thanks to Obama’s Iran nuclear deal. Let’s not forget Obama’s outrageous ransom payment to that theocratic nation.

Four American hostages were released after Obama delivered $1.7 billion in untraceable cash on pallets. Let’s not forget that he allowed Iran to make currency exchanges for dollars, thus allowing them access to west’s financial system and billions of dollars more. Was any of this money funneled into Iran’s proxy wars of terror? Of course it was.

Obama’s weakness, stupidity, and fawning generosity only encouraged and emboldened Iran to advance their interests in the Middle East by means funding forces such as Hezbollah and the Houthi rebels in Yemen. They also assigned their own Quds Force, which is part of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, to engage in nefarious activities outside their own border. According to Wikipedia, the Quds Force reports directly to the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei. General Soleimani, who was obliterated by Trump’s missile attack, had led the Quds force. The general was responsible for hundreds of American deaths over the past two decades. Now Khamenei wants revenge.

This sort of revenge stuff has been going on in the Middle East for eons, which is one of the main reasons the United States shouldn’t be over there to begin with. The conflicts in that region are never-ending, not solvable, and not in our interest. Trump was right when he talked about the Middle East being nothing but ’sand and death.’

Regardless, Obama’s actions helped finance Iran’s terrorist activities, which led to the deaths of more Americans in the Middle East.

Let’s not forget that.

US & British Are Torturing Julian Assange With Intent to Kill Him

The US prosecutors are conspiring with the British to ensure that Julian Assange never goes to trial and what is taking place is the collapse of civility and Justice which has become sheer vengeance and political prosecution. The British will not allow independent doctors to visit Assange meanwhile they have been keeping him like Jeffrey Epstein in solitary confinement. This is where they keep people who are really political enemies of the states who will never be given a fair trial.

I warned that Jeffrey Epstein would be killed because there was no way these people would ever allow him to stand trial. You will never understand this type of person claiming to be a prosecutor until you stare at them in the eyes. They are lifeless. They see everyone as someone who must be stopped or killed because they have a zero measure of humanity and no conscience. To them, everyone is guilty of something so even if they are wrong, the person deserves it.

Justice has become a mere fiction like a bedtime story they tell children. There is no such thing as equal justice nor is anyone ever innocent until proven guilty. We really desperately need the mainstream press to stop supporting this type of ruthless prosecutorial action. Until we see realinvestigative journalists step up and editors who will allow the truth to be printed, then even they are condemning their own families and posterity to ruthless tyranny.

The governmental powers that be could care less about what is written on the internet. Only when the story appears in a printed mainstream newspaper will the government pay attention. Even then, it will take more than just one paper. When the Gretchen Morgenson of the New York Times put me on the front page asking what was going on, the prosecutor stood up in court and said the New York Times didn’t understand and the Judge said of course. The government called the New York Times and complained, so they refused to publish any letters to the editor. The New York Times bowed to the government, not Gretchen.

When I confronted Judge Richard Owen who was changing the very words spoken in court, the legal profession went nuts. They all said you cannot accuse a federal judge or committing a crime. Yet they all admitted that the federal judges in New York alter the transcripts. Even the court of Appeals told them they should stop (US v Ziccetello).

Andrew Ross Sorkin, of the New York Times, was covering Frank Quatrone’s case of First Boston before the same judge. He was also the author of Too Big to Fail. Sorkin came to visit me on this topic of judges changing transcripts and said that Judge Richard Owen was changing the transcripts in Quatrone’s case. I told him I had even written to the SEC and asked why to bother with trials. Just alter the transcript and say I have confessed to even killing JFK and the courts will pass judgment. He told me that Judge Owen was changing the transcripts and he was keeping notes of what was taking place in court which turned out confirmed the judge was changing the very words and actions in the court.

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals in their decision wrote that Sorkin misrepresented what took place in court in the New York Times because that was not what the transcript showed. “However, the very article that Quattrone employs to establish improprieties has at least one material mischaracterization of the court’s trial management.   The article claims that Brodsky testified upon cross-examination “No” when asked “Did you think he [Quattrone] had done anything wrong?”   See Andrew Ross Sorkin, A Shift in Testimony in Ex-Banker’s Trial, N.Y. Times, Apr. 23, 2004, at C3. This characterization was completely accurate.   See J.A. 291 (Tr. 1371).   What was inaccurate, however, was the next sentence of the article:  “The judge ․ immediately struck the answer from the record ․” Sorkin, supra, at C3. The record clearly reflects that upon objection, the trial judge allowed Brodsky to testify “No” but instructed the witness to move on without providing further commentary.   J.A. 291 (Tr. 1370-71).”

They threw me into the very same cell with terrorists and told my family I was not there. The prosecutors then went after my lawyers demanding they return all money that had been paid and to turn over tapes that exposed how the “club” was paying political bribes and were indeed attempting to manipulate the world markets with the aid of government for profit, which is why no bankers are ever prosecuted. That would expose the corruption veins running through the entire legal and political system. The bankers have consistently blown up the entire world economy many times, but NEVER were banks ever held responsible. When I asked a New York Lawyer why no bankers are ever prosecuted, he laughed and replied: “You don’t shit where you eat!”

Audio Player

This is one of the tapes I discovered was in my mother’s basement after I was finally released. It clearly shows that it was the bankers who were fooling around in the accounts. Yes, they had to agree to pay all my clients back, but the prosecutors refused to drop charges and reduced everything to a one-count conspiracy. They also abuse the law to protect their personal careers. For this reason, the only way the prosecutors could avoid a trial was to hand me a script to read where I said I failed to tell my clients (over a weekend) that the bank had taken the money for its own benefit.

Only after this scripted plea, did they try to have another inmate kill me. I was in a coma for several days but survived. I have no doubt that will still try to kill me one way or another. They can push you so far that death is no longer something you fear. When you cross that line, they lose all their power. I have never in my entire life ever met such truly evil people who take pleasure in torturing others. If they did not have a badge, they would be the worst people in prison you would ever encounter. They have no morals and many take such pleasure in hurting others they display more of the same attributes as a serial killer.

The press was FREE in order to protect the people. They have abandoned their role and in the process, encouraged tyranny to rise again. The US and British will kill Julian Assange before they ever allow him to go to trial for he was defending the public against a corrupt system. The mainstream press has joined the conspiracy allowing tyranny and the destruction of our once free society to flourish.

There are many individual journalists who have not abandoned their role, but they have been subjugated by the establishment that owns the press which makes the major editing decisions that obstruct even the best of journalists.

The press are condemning their own posterity to tyranny because they lack the courage to stand up for what is right.

Power always leads to corruption. Thrasymachus was so correct. Justice is only the will of the prosecutors.

Peter Navarro Outlines Process for Senate Ratification of USMCA – Grassley Mark-up Next Week…

White House economic and manufacturing advisor Peter Navarro appeared on Fox News today to discuss the procedural process anticipated for the USMCA passage as early as the end of next week. Additionally, Navarro highlights the upcoming signing for the U.S-China ‘phase-one’ agreement on January 15th.

(Reuters) – A Chinese trade delegation is planning to travel to Washington on Jan. 13 for the signing of the U.S.-China Phase 1 trade deal, the South China Morning Post reported on Sunday citing a source briefed on the matter.

The Chinese delegation will return on Jan. 16, SCMP said here

The trade delegation, led by Vice Premier Liu He, had originally planned to set off earlier in the month but had to change plans after U.S. President Donald Trump sent a tweet here claiming that he would sign the Phase 1 trade deal with China on Jan. 15. (read more)

Sunday Talks: Rep. John Ratcliffe Discusses Fraudulent Impeachment and Spygate…

Congressman John Ratcliffe appears on Sunday Morning Futures to discuss several issues in DC.   On the impeachment front Ratcliffe may, if called-upon, represent the interests of President Trump during a Senate trial on the fraudulent impeachment articles.

On the ‘Spygate’ issues, Ratcliffe again draws attention to the conflicting testimony between former CIA Director John Brennand and former FBI Director James Comey. One of them lied.

Margaret Brennan Hosts a Cocktail Conversation With General Petraeus – Clueless Duo Can’t See What’s Coming…

Good grief there’s a lot to unpack within this insufferable beltway cocktail party disguised as a high-brow TV review of the U.S-Iraq-Iran conflict. (Video Below)  However, both of them are clueless about what President Trump is about to do.

First, the generous opinion of General Petraeus as a military strategist is massively inflated. As the recently released Afghanistan Papers have revealed the entire premise of the Petraeus’ strategy was based on lies; fundamental falsehoods; and an upper-tier military devoid of anyone willing to say the emperor was naked. It was all BS.

Secondly, and in support for the first point, any General who would commit himself to a career blackmail position by engaging in grossly inappropriate sexual conduct with a pontificating pustule like Paula Broadwell isn’t exactly a smart fella; and that’s without even considering the Kelly sisters leading him by the penis when Petraeus was CentCom Commander.

Internationally espousing a break-through in a mid-east anti-terror strategy while simultaneously positioning himself to be hoodwinked and blackmailed by the political powers in DC does not lend itself to strategically intelligent bona fides.

The outcome of that Broadwell hot-mess was leverage deployed against General Petraeus when he was CIA director and the crisis around the State Department and CIA joint operational station in Benghazi, Libya, erupted. In the aftermath the Panetta/Clinton operation needed an ally, enter interim political ideologue Michael Morell to replace Petraeus after ODNI James Clapper told the General to exit, or else.

Also, don’t overlook that General Petraeus’ wife, Holly Petraeus, went to work forElizabeth Warren’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; which we all know was a deep state Democrat racketeering operation to gain money from the extortion of banks.  What’s that they say about “birds” and “feathers”? … I digress.

Thirdly, cocktail party host Margaret Brennan is trying way too hard to give the intellectual appearances. This is the kind of third-rate interview to be expected during a DC symposium held just prior to the charity auction where the elitist audience bids thousands for a banana duct-taped to the wall.

The audience oooh’s and aaaahs, meanwhile the kitchen staff -who switched labels on the wine bottles- are laughing hysterically at the participants…. Good grief this is silly.

Notice a sequence Petraeus alluded to:…

  • Iran took out a U.S. drone, and President Trump held-back.
  • Iran attacked ships in the Straights of Hormuz, yet President Trump held back.
  • Iran attacked Saudi oil-fields, and again President Trump held back.
  • However, Iran attacked a U.S. base killing an American, wounding three more, and President Trump then vaporized Iranian terrorist Soleimani.

Yet for some reason both General Petraeus and Margaret Brennan cannot seem to identify the difference in the final attack that drew a response not evident in the prior three?

Tell me again about this “brilliant military strategist” who sits in puzzled amazement pontificating about “strategy” yet cannot identify the difference between smashing machines, robots and equipment and killing an actual living, breathing, American citizen.

Just before you pause to consider what is in this video, remind yourself how the Ukraine government offered Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman the job to become their Minister of Defense.

Watch and you’ll see.

.

TRUMP: “I know more about ISIS than the generals do. Believe me. I would bomb the shit out of them. (Applause) I would just bomb those suckers. And, that’s right, I’d blow up the pipe, I’d blow up the re — I’d blow up every single inch. There would be nothing left. And do you know what? You will get Exxon to come in there in two months. They will rebuild that sucker brand new, it will be beautiful … and then I would take the oil.”…

If Iran retaliates against us, look for that quote to be behind the response.  When President Trump says “important to Iran and the Iranian culture” he is talking about it from an economic perspective.

Our President will destroy Iran’s capacity to sell oil…. that’s the strategy…. It’s always about the economics. That’s what the knucklehead Generals and TV pontificating pundits don’t understand.

Sunday Talks: Rep. Doug Collins Discusses Speaker Pelosi’s “Stalled” Impeachment Strategy…

Representative Doug Collins appears on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the status of the ‘stalled’ impeachment articles and the lack of congressional curiosity toward the DOJ and FBI outcome in the Horowitz investigation.

Sunday Talks: Senator Lindsey Graham -vs- Maria Bartiromo…

Something is ‘off‘ with Senator Graham’s demeanor in this interview segment; there’s a visible lack of confidence.  Perhaps, and this is only a guess, Graham is wondering if President Trump has out-maneuvered the neocon position toward ultimate mid-east failure by applying the: “be careful what you wish for” approach. Ultimately if the Iraqi government asks the U.S. to leave, I doubt President Trump would be adverse to that request.

In the first half of the video Senator Graham discusses his perspective on the current issues in/around Iraq and Iran vis-a-vis the U.S. killing Iranian terrorist Soleimani.

.

In the second half of the interview Senator Graham discusses the status of the impeachment agenda and his plans, or lack thereof, as the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Sunday Talks: Secretary Mike Pompeo -vs- The Media…

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo appeared on Fox News, CBS, NBC and ABC to discuss the killing of Iranian military leader Qassem Soleimani and the current status with Iran.  Here’s the roundup:

CBS Margaret Brennan clutches her pearls and sits aghast at the audacity of the United States to kill a terrorist on foreign soil: “what right do you have” she condescendingly snarls, positioning herself as more experienced in the world than Secretary Pompeo.  With dramatic flair and purposeful constitution, Brennan rises to protect the Iranian regime.

.ABC George Stephanopoulos is shocked, s.h.o.c.k.e.d, that U.S. policy would mean Iranian military leader Qassem Soleimani could be killed.

.Fox News Chris Wallace worries “what if Iran responds”? What happens if we end up fighting with Iran? D’oh. Iran has been at war against us for decades.
