Over the past quarter century, the greatest geniuses of the modern era discovered the two keys to the fundamental nature of reality. Einstein’s theories of special and general relativity had changed forever the way we think of motion, space, and time. And the emerging field of quantum mechanics had radically altered our understanding of the fundamental building blocks of the universe. Yet this year one brilliant insight would bring these theories together and unveil the quantum fabric of reality. It would also predict the existence of antimatter. The LM2500 is one of the largest engines we work on. We ran this 30 thousand Hp beast to max power today. It ran smooth as glass, and performed beautifully. Balanced by Daena Electron Bill at the controls This is the same engine featured in my video from a few months back called Turbine Engine Heat Damage. https://youtu.be/KqgZpy8rsvE Yes, we replaced many parts, and did a lot of repairs. Much of the high power footage is not included, because my new camera can’t handle the noise. A remedy is in the works.

During the last week the FAA have published and Emergency Airworthiness directive regarding the Boeing 737MAX and how to handle it in case of a failure of its Angle Of Attack sensor (Alpha Vane). Boeing has also issued Bulletins to all 737MAX and 737NG operators regarding the “Manoeuvring Characteristics Management System (MCAS). In This video I will be trying to explain how all of these systems fit together and Why this is such an important thing for pilots to know and understand. I want to EMPHASISE that these are just descriptions of these systems and we still do not know exactly what happened on that flight. After making 18 orbits of Earth since its launch early Saturday morning, the Crew Dragon spacecraft successfully attached to the International Space Station’s Harmony module forward port via “soft capture” at 5:51 a.m. EST while the station was traveling more than 250 miles over the Pacific Ocean, just north of New Zealand. As the spacecraft approached the space station, it demonstrated its automated control and maneuvering capabilities by arriving in place at about 492 feet (150 meters) away from the orbital laboratory then reversing course and backing away from the station to 590 feet (180 meters) before the final docking sequence from about 65 feet (20 meters) away. The Crew Dragon used the station’s new international docking adapter for the first time since astronauts installed it during a spacewalk in August 2016, following its delivery to the station in the trunk of a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft on its ninth commercial resupply services mission. For the Demo-1 mission, Crew Dragon is delivering more than 400 pounds of crew supplies and equipment to the space station. A lifelike test device named Ripley also is aboard the spacecraft, outfitted with sensors to provide data about potential effects on humans traveling in Crew Dragon.

SpaceX Starship Raptor Engine breaks Russian rocketry record held for two decades SpaceX CEO Elon Musk says the company’s Raptor engine, meant to power Starship and Super Heavy, has surpassed a rocketry record held by Russian scientists and engineers for more than two decades. Known as combustion chamber pressure, Raptor has reportedly surpassed a modern Russian engine known as the RD-180, reaching forces equivalent to one Tesla Model 3 balanced on every square inch of Raptor’s combustion chamber, the hardware directly adjacent to a rocket engine’s bell-shaped nozzle. Keeping that in mind, in this video, Engineering Today will discuss about combustion chamber pressure of SpaceX Raptor engine as well as Russian, R D-1 80. Why Elon Musk think, Raptor can truly outperform the R D-1 80 in near future? Let’s get into details.

MSM Noticing MAGAnomics Benefits Mostly Middle-Class, While BLS Job Openings Still Outpace Workforce…

While the MSM financial/wage reporting is two days apart from the BLS “JOLTS” releaseon job openings, the relationship is direct and connected.

CNBC is noticing the upward wage pressure is focused heavily on the middle-class workers and lower end of the labor market; another KPI (Key Performance Indicator) the economy is stronger than most financial pundits are admitting:

CNBC – The recent jump in paychecks has come with an unusual characteristic, as workers at the lower end of the pay scale are getting the greater benefit.

Average hourly earnings rose 3.4 percent in February from the same period a year ago, according to a Bureau of Labor Statistics report last week. That’s the biggest gain since April 2009 and seventh month in a row that compensation has been 3 percent or better.

What has set this rise apart is that it’s the first time during an economic recovery that began in mid-2009 that the bottom half of earners are benefiting more than the top half — in fact, about twice as much, according to calculations by Goldman Sachs. The trend began in 2018and has continued into this year, and could be signaling a stronger economy than many experts think. (cont.)

[I’ve got to laugh a little bit: “the trend began in 2018“… well, um, Duh]

We already pointed out the specific nature of this wage increase [SEE HERE] along with the dive into the rate of inflation, so we won’t duplicate the explanation again.  However, the basic backstory is how Trump’s MAGAnomic (Main Street) policies focus on, and deliver, greatest benefit to blue-collar workers.  This is the exact opposite of the trend created by politicians selling Wall Street policy over the past 30 years.

The JOLTS report surfaced two days later and highlights the number of job openings continues to exceed the currently estimated unemployed workforce by approximately one million available jobs.

(BLS) Large numbers of hires and separations occur every month throughout the business cycle. Net employment change results from the relationship between hires and separations. When the number of hires exceeds the number of separations, employment rises, even if the hires level is steady or declining. Conversely, when the number of hires is less than the number of separations, employment declines, even if the hires level is steady or rising.

Over the 12 months ending in January, hires totaled 69.2 million and separations totaled 66.3 million, yielding a net employment gain of 2.8 million. These totals include workers who may have been hired and separated more than once during the year. (link)

So we’ve added more than 2.8 million jobs in the last year.  Let that settle in for a moment. That’s a consistent run of over 220,000 jobs/per month each month of the year.

Digging a little deeper into BLS Table-1 you might notice something interesting that also aligns with the basic elements of POTUS Trump’s MAGAnomic intent:

First, available job openings in Durable Good Manufacturing in January 2018 were 261,000 it’s now 305,000. So there’s 44,000 more durable good manufacturing jobs available now than a year ago; again evidence this sector is continuing to expand at a rate higher than the available workforce to fill the jobs.

Second, [also Table-1] looking at all job sectors. While the job growth is regionally strong overall, there’s more job growth available in the South (+500k) and Mid-west (+212k), than in the North-east (+143k) and West (+91k).

Now, doesn’t that exactly match with the MAGAnomic intent of the 2016 election focus?

This stuff doesn’t happen automatically, what we are seeing here is direct and specific evidence of Trump-directed economic policy (his magic wand) landing exactly in the places candidate Trump, president-elect Trump, and now President Trump said they would land.

  • All wages are growing, but wages are rising faster for Blue-Collar workers and the middle-class.
  • More jobs are available in just about every sector, but highest job growth is in higher wage durable good manufacturing.
  • More jobs are available throughout the country, but available job growth is highest in South and Mid-West.

Overall the total U.S. economy looks excellent; healthy and strong. However, what looks especially excellent is the targeted success of Trump’s policies directly into the heart of the Main Street economy where success lasts the longest.

The Boeing 737 Max 8 Grounding – Has Technology Gone too Far?

Boeing 737 Max 8

Is automated safety going too far? Apparently, there was a screw-like device found in the wreckage in Ethiopia that has provided investigators with an early clue into what happened. This jackscrew was used to set the trim that raises and lowers the plane’s nose. It indicates the jet was configured to dive. This evidence persuaded U.S. regulators to ground the model. There are a lot of added features that pilots were not fully aware of.

Even in our cars, there are features they do not tell you about. I have a Porsche. I pulled into my driveway and shut off the car but the stick was not completely in the park position. When I came out the next day, the battery was dead. My neighbor found the same thing happens when he travels. He has to keep his car plugged in because even when these newer cars are turned off, they are not completely off. It is still running programs and reporting back to a central computer. This is like Windows, which constantly wants to update so it can extract all your searching. Why does a car need to always be in touch with the manufacturer to the point that you cannot go on a trip and come back a couple of weeks later without discovering your battery is dead? Do we have to pop the hood and disconnect the battery before we take a trip?

Technology has advanced, but it is now being abused.

Knucklehead Jeb Calls for Republican Primary Against President Trump…

In a universe of parallel political parties RNC Jeb Bush is mirror image of DNC Beto O’Rourke.

“I think someone should run. Just because Republicans ought to be given a choice,” said Bush, who also served as the governor of Florida, in an interview with David Axelrod that will air Saturday on “The Axe Files.” He added that beating Trump in 2020 will be difficult for anyone because “he has a strong, loyal base” and “it’s hard to beat a sitting president.”  (more)
