The Progressive and left and the Democrats use the word uneducated to trick people into going to college where they paid the government to brain wash them into believing that the government knows best. A net trick that they pulled off everyone goes to college and gets a degree and that make up enough degrees with lower and lower standards to get more kids that would normally have trouble getting out of high school and now with the new modern education ending up with a four year degree.
