The “lone Wolf” tag is a way to hide the truth — Islam promotes jihad, as it must, since their many purpose in this world is to make “everyone” a Muslim! They are currently waging Civilization Jihad against the Christian West and they are clever so using Asymmetrical warfare the advance their cause though the web no longer needing to bring their Jihadists to a training camp; it can be and is being done online. The current president does not what to admit that he is either a fool or on the Jihads side so they coin the term “Lone Wolf” to make the citizens think that these attacks and killing are different than other attacks and killings that are done using different training methods. This is either denial or insanity — these are not Lone Wolves they are Islamic Jihadists no different that Osama bin Laden!
The only surprise here is that its taken them this long to get to the point that they can do this. I would guess by 2016 they will be a lot more regulations on what you can say — the First amendment is now in practice gone!

The huge variation in wind farms’ power output means they cannot be counted on to produce energy when needed, and an equivalent amount of generation from traditional fossil fuel plants will be needed as back-up, the study finds.

One can make assumptions that those in power would like to have a situation that duplicates what happened in American in Newark, Detroit and Cleveland in 1967. I was in the Army at the time and the 7th Special forces Group Airborne. (including me) were on the tarmac at Pope ready to go to Detroit!
